Hi,
I used netbanking for talktime recharge using citrusairtel.Although I got a message that the amount has got debited from my hdfc account, airtel message says that the transaction was unsuccessful.

Please refund the amount and ensure that these things don't repeat again
in the future.

    I wanted to recharge for 60 rs only but accidentally clicked on 345 as i already have 399 plan activated on my number only 2 days back on 6th of may 2017
    So there is no need for 345 plan as it is the same plan with less benefits with 399 i m getting benefits for 70 days while its only for 28 days with 345... Plz help me regarding this... Either transfer the benefits to my other number or refund in any way...

      I visited to airtel customer care centre adyar to portablity of my boss number from bangalore number to chennai number same airtel only. They told it will take 5-7 days. But today is 10th day. Still it was not changed. So i visited again. Here 5 deal are there for the customer compliats. But only one person is sitting here. Another all doing relaxing in staff room. Here five to six customers are waiting for the clarification. Very worst customer care service i never ever seen.

          Hi

          I have raised n number of complaints with airtel customer care last 10 yrs and so far there is no solution provided to fix this up. An engineer has arrived to check the signal strength but outcome of the report is not being address last 10 yrs my recent sr 74302175 which is being closed without my knowledge and when i reached them they say its closed which is not good. Airtel speak about open network across india but not able to resolve this network issues within chennai itself. I am using almost 10 yrs aprox paid rs.120000 even to take any official calls or personal calls i need to move the street to pick up.. Which is i am used to it with airtel network as i am frustrated after even none from airtel team bother on this issues to get fixed.. I stick to airtel as i still trust their commitment to the customer.

              Why i have to pay rs 480/, i have made payment of rs 3200/ on the time of installation for three months as per invoice no 125 of 19/03/17, optimized solution for 10+10 gb data per month. On the promise of mr vishal sonune, sr executive sales of optimized solution, his mobile no is [protected].

              If you are adding any charges is not accepted. Please rectified your bill and give me confirmation in future you will not send any additional bills to me up to 19 jun 2017,. As per invoice billing should be started from 20th of every month, why you are making billing period from 18 to 17 of each month.

              It is intimated that please clarified everything as per your promise during time of installation will carry forward or you will changes the bills as per your choice.

              Otherwise closed my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount with you at the earliest.

I asked BSNL customer care they said they have permitted for porting. I called AIRTEL also but no solution. I went to shop also where I bought the sim, he said he will also do a complaint.                       I started facing network issue on my Airtel number from March 2017. First I made a complaint to customer care during march over the phone. They asked for 3 days time/ there was no reply from them for many days and on April 2nd i sent a mail to Airtel customer care with all details of network issue and very slow internet at my resident location for which I dint get any reply for a week. When I spoke to customer care they said for these issues I have to call 121 and not mail. Again they took 3 days time to rectify which dint happen. After so many complaints they agreed to reduce Rs 300 from my bill. I pay average of Rs 3600 a month, In that what difference does Rs 300 make. My loss is that I am not able to get any incoming calls when I am at my house even though in a city like Bangalore.
                      Last time I spoke to customer care executive was on 4th of May and he promised me solution in 48 hours. Its been 4 days no reply till now.
                      I am still not able to receive any calls at my home location even though network is there.

                            Please help me get my airtel prepaid number which is not activated post 10 day.
                            .. I am struggling to get it done with local airtel relationship store which is located in hosur.. Area manager response and way of speaking is not appreciable..

                              I bought a new airtel 4g sim and i want to upgrade my old airtel 3g sim with this new airtel 4g sim
                              I sent the text msg to 121 as ‘sim 20 digit sim number’
                              And replied 1 to confirm
                              They said that new sim will get activated in 24 hrs... But now 72 hours completed & my airtel 4g sim is still not activated.

                              Plzzz help me... It is very important to upgrade my 3g sim to me...🙏🙏🙏

                                    I am not able to port my Airtel no Delhi/ NCR to Airtel UP East due to issue at Airtel end. It is saying that your porting request is already pending.
                                    It seems they have some buggy software and my last porting request that was four months earlier is still pending. hahahaha lol idiots
                                    How can it be...?
                                    They are loosing company and mostly consumers are moving either to JIO or BSNL.
                                    Now they are not porting our request.
                                    Guys do not take airtel services never they are looting customers.

                                      I have recharge my airtel digital tv id [protected] on[protected] for one year package value prime kids for rs 2824/- (Rupees two thousand eight hundred twenty four only) vide airtel recharge message dated[protected] at.08:27 pm. But airtel franchise charged rs 3025 from me. I wish to know how he charged rs 201/- extra from me. Request take necessary action against airtel franchise and return the extra charges lavied by them at the earliest.

                                      With reference to my complaint No 60721818 dated[protected]. Mr Sanjeev (mob no [protected]) resolve my Digital TV video problem and recharge it with a sum of Rs 3025/-. After received msg to my registered mob No I found that discrepancies. I reported the matter to Mr Sanjeev but he says remaining amount is service tax and other charges. So I reported the matter to your customer care but no reply received from them.

                                        My son's mobile no. [protected] was recharged for international roaming pack of airtel @ rs. 2999/- on 30/04/2017. As per the plan, he is entitled to enjoy 250 minutes out going call to india and local numbers. He arrived at the czech republic on 02/05/2017. Till date he could not make a single out going call, though he is receiving the same. I tried to contact the company for redressal through their customer care number and mailed them for several times, but in vain.
