    Data connection is continuously broken and disturbed in palarivattom, p. J. Antony road, kochi-682025. It is not possible to use internet continously because of the above problem. Signal strength is also poor. Internet services provided by airtel in the above area is not satisfactory. So kindly take adequate steps to rectify this problem. Expecting your proper action.

        Dear Team,

        Please find the below our sub id in my native last 4 days we are not getting airtel service after 2 days we got the technician and check the antenna he told dish bracket faulty and we are informed to tech please replace the bracket will pay the charges.
        After He told bracket is not their u will take a new dish antenna,

        It’s in very worst service in my carrier, as per your tech confirmation if any parts is damage will replace enter dish antenna and asking for money, I will clearly informed to tech replace that part will give the money but his not agreed.

        If you replaced the bracket otherwise we are go to another DTH service provider our enter family using in AIRTEL DTH and all are having AIRTEL SIM

        I[censored] rectify the issue tomorrow EOD otherwise day after tomorrow our all airtel DTH migrate to other DTH

          Offer only for you is mentioned in MyAirtel. Free Calling & Data for only 349 with T&C Apply. When i click on that it is redirected to Payment. But Terms and Conditions are not displayed before payment. After recharge i am getting only 1 GB of data for 28 days. If the terms & Conditions would have mentioned before payment i would not went with that recharge. When i call the customer care they have mentioned like we have terms & conditions so as per the terms and conditions they can provide only one GB of DATA.

          Below is the message received after recharge:
          FREE Local+STD+1GB on 4G handset(50MB others)28days.New 4G handset, claim FREE data for 12months on My Airtel App. For detailed T&C, click on www.airtel.in/tnc

          So we cannot read the Terms and Conditions before recharge. As per my knowledge every user can read the Terms and Conditions before they proceed for payment.

          Yesterday i have raised a complaint regarding Airtel 349 offer cheating. They did't give 1 GB per day offer when i called the customer care they have given clarification as "That offer is not applicable for your number". i asked many times to customer care. Network get disconnected while i was in call so i called again and asked the customer care agent to connect to Escalation Department. They connected to Sudhir from Customer Care department. Call reference number: [protected]. He said definitely 1GB per day is activated for your number. I asked are you sure. He said sure. Today morning i called the customer care again and asked again they are telling that offer is not added for your number. Agent: Shiny Reference No: [protected]. So who is wrong and who is right? Are the Airtel People trying to cheat the customers with wrong promises?

          I have received a message this morning as "Thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] hab been resolved to your satisfaction. Your Ref no is CBNRD[protected] registered on 15 may 2017 12.30" May i know what your team has resolved? They just called me and asked the problem which i have reported thats it. They said we will look in to it. But don't know what they have resolved. From your perspective calling the customer and asking their problem is the resolution?

            I have recharged with 349 data pack as it states that if gives 28 GB data 1 GB data per day. And I have not received any data expect 1 GB at the the time of recharge, that is on the first day. Even I have raised a complaint to them but I didn't get any response are they fooling people and it specifically mentioned offer for you so it's their responsibility to know what sim I'm using if it's 3g or 4g so they are not suppose to give any excuse regarding the sim saying if the connection is not 4g because it says special offer for you.my mobile no is [protected]

                    I would like to bring to your attention how Airtel has been fooling people and stealing them out of their money. In the Myairtel app, a message is on display asking us to recharge with Rs. 348 to get 28 GB data for a month. However, what is not mentioned anywhere is that your mobile has to be 4G enabled to get that data. They say that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions, I would like to point out that they aren't give us an opportunity to read the same. Clicking on the offer screen shown below directly leads to the payment screen with no scope to read T&C. Their caller tells us it is our responsibility to go to the airtel website and read T&C before recharging. I would like to draw attention to cases which makes it compulsory for companies to mention unfavorable terms and conditions explicitly to consumers.This is unethical on the part of Airtel giving out half-truths to fool people like this and asking people to go to their websites before making recharges. I have fallen victim to this scheme and hence I am posting this here so that some action is against such malpractices by the company.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My mobile service has been barred from 9th May -17. Which is I am holding the corporate Number ([protected]). I am an old customer with Airtel since 2015 and no deviation in bill payment; in spite of this they stooped my service. Many times I called to customer care but they are deny activate further and saying that an old bill amount is due on another Number of Rs.299/ Plan which I had used till Jun-2016, the dispute was started on my old number due use of data inconsistency and that was only Rs.500/ at that time. Though my service was stopped from July-16 of my old number and I paid last bill of RS.365/ in Aug-16, now they have increase to R.1273/

                                  Request you, kindly provide help to resolve the issue.

                                    After discussing with two of your officials still my issue is not resolved. I had specifically requested for itemised billing details however I have got the summary bills. This has taken you the entire week and on top of that the issue is not addressed properly. This is not going to serve any purpose for me.
                                    Surprisingly after I posted this issue, I have failed to get any update on your side. I would say I am not going to follow up further since it is taking lot of my precious time plus the response time is not at all acceptable for the companies of your size.
                                    I would conclude that the team is nkt able to solve my issue and i would not recommend airltel to any of my friend or relatives

                                      After change of circle from Bangalore to Chennai on the number [protected] my incoming calls not working.

                                      It was activated on 9th of May and complained on 9th of May. Till the Problem not resolved.

                                      After several calls to CC 121 and 198, no result its almost 3 days.

                                      Every time saying wait for 24 hours even I called Nodal team and escalated and they are also saying wait for 48 hours???

                                      The worst experience with Airtel and poor support.
                                      Please take a necessary action and resolved the issue.
