    I started facing network issue on my Airtel number from March 2017. First I made a complaint to customer care during march over the phone. They asked for 3 days time/ there was no reply from them for many days and on April 2nd i sent a mail to Airtel customer care with all details of network issue and very slow internet at my resident location for which I dint get any reply for a week. When I spoke to customer care they said for these issues I have to call 121 and not mail. Again they took 3 days time to rectify which dint happen. After so many complaints they agreed to reduce Rs 300 from my bill. I pay average of Rs 3600 a month, In that what difference does Rs 300 make. My loss is that I am not able to get any incoming calls when I am at my house even though in a city like Bangalore.
    Last time I spoke to customer care executive was on 4th of May and he promised me solution in 48 hours. Its been 4 days no reply till now.
    I am still not able to receive any calls at my home location even though network is there.

      I am airtel user and i have network issue since last one year but i raise complain in 10/12/2016 and complain number 72872134.

      I regular followup in customer care team but. They always told that they forward my complain in concern team but till date my complain is not resolve...

      Because of network issue i am not able to contact any one and no one contact me...

      I am doing job this was my company cug number but because of network issue company worn me about my job.

            I bought a new airtel 4g sim and i want to upgrade my old airtel 3g sim with this new airtel 4g sim
            I sent the text msg to 121 as ‘sim 20 digit sim number’
            And replied 1 to confirm
            They said that new sim will get activated in 24 hrs... But now 72 hours completed & my airtel 4g sim is still not activated.

            Plzzz help me... It is very important to upgrade my 3g sim to me...🙏🙏🙏

                  I am not able to port my Airtel no Delhi/ NCR to Airtel UP East due to issue at Airtel end. It is saying that your porting request is already pending.
                  It seems they have some buggy software and my last porting request that was four months earlier is still pending. hahahaha lol idiots
                  How can it be...?
                  They are loosing company and mostly consumers are moving either to JIO or BSNL.
                  Now they are not porting our request.
                  Guys do not take airtel services never they are looting customers.

                    I have recharge my airtel digital tv id [protected] on[protected] for one year package value prime kids for rs 2824/- (Rupees two thousand eight hundred twenty four only) vide airtel recharge message dated[protected] at.08:27 pm. But airtel franchise charged rs 3025 from me. I wish to know how he charged rs 201/- extra from me.                     With reference to my complaint No 60721818 dated[protected]. Mr Sanjeev (mob no [protected]) resolve my Digital TV video problem and recharge it with a sum of Rs 3025/-. After received msg to my registered mob No I found that discrepancies. I reported the matter to Mr Sanjeev but he says remaining amount is service tax and other charges. So I reported the matter to your customer care but no reply received from them.

                      My son's mobile no. [protected] was recharged for international roaming pack of airtel @ rs. 2999/- on 30/04/2017. As per the plan, he is entitled to enjoy 250 minutes out going call to india and local numbers. He arrived at the czech republic on 02/05/2017. Till date he could not make a single out going call, though he is receiving the same. I tried to contact the company for redressal through their customer care number and mailed them for several times, but in vain.

                        I have been requesting for the lat 03 months to provide me the detail of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls for last 06 months in respect of my mobile No. [protected] and Complaint NOs: PR[protected] dt 08th April, PR[protected] dt 17th April, PR[protected] dt 18th April and PR[protected] dt 18th April have also been registered by Airtel with the assurance to provide the required information within 06 hours. Despite sending messages again & again as directed by the airtel through emails, the required information has not been received so far. Kindly provide the same on email: asp.[protected]@gmail.com

                          No service after porting

                          I have ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and I am going to consumer forum against it.
                          This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                          Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number...

                          Recharged wrongly two times the same recharge of 148 on may 7, 2017 at 10:33am bearing transaction id [protected] and [protected].
                          During first recharge i received transaction successful massage with zero benifite and 0 transaction id.
                          In consequent recharge i received two recharge successful massage and 4.6 gb data for 28 days.
                          I want either extension of validity by 28 more days or refund of rs 148 after cancellation of any of two recharges.

                              I had recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs 345 and got benefits of 1 GB/Day 4G data for 28 days. When i needs to use my data i gives me speed of 2 kbps. I called many times in Airtel customer care at 198 in last 15 days but no solutions is provided from airtel and still i am getting poor speed.

                              Now i approx 15 days are wasted due to technical error by airtel.

                              Please arrange to resolve the issue so that i can get services as committed by airtel.

                                I always required to request more then 1 times for getting any kinds of OTP. I am a SBI and Airtel-Assam user and this days it become my risky with the transactions as for any online Net-banking/Credit/Debit/wallet transaction I don't receive and of message when I supposed to get a OTP for a transaction. So I required to request 1 more time and only then I receive it. I feel much risky now because for financial transactions maximum I can request 3 times for OTP and here in 1st case I never receive.

                                I am facing this problem since since last 4/5 months. And once with a serious case called to customer care also but they were unable to detect and replied me that it is problem of source from where message is generating.

                                It is not limited to translations or SBI/wallet providers only, It happens every case wherever OTP is requires.

                                Note: Even I waits for 24 hours also I don't receive OTP.
                                Sorry, for security reasons i haven't shared phone number here. I will share More details through email only.

                                    An year back, i have upgraded my sim to 4g for upgrading my handset. Even after upgrade also i have not get 4g speed. I have complain many time to your tollfree. All of them promise me to resolve this issue shortly. Till i have facing this issue.

                                    Today i have recharged special discount offer for 4g handsets. Surprisingly i known that my sim card only 3g activated. This is the service you are providing customers. Pl see how you are cheating customers. This is reason i have switch over to jio. Again i rethink my decision is correct, you are become worst supporting for customers.

                                    One more that, i have try to explain these things to your executive. She is not at all listing my words and very hateful speech. Do you think i have only having work to roaming your outlet.

                                    I have post these worst experience to my facebook, twitter. I never using your product anymore. Bye.
