    I am hitesh kumar my airtel contact no is [protected] in my this no approx 11000 sec (L+s) is balance whose expiry date is 10/05/2017 today recharge this no with 96 which gets 20000 sec (L+s) but not add previous balance seconds. As per airtel scheme if recharge before expiry date than previous bal is also addition but company not add this bal. Plz add this bal. Other wise i take the action against tour company in consumer form and also publish in newspaper so add this bal my contact no is [protected]

        Respected sir/madam,
        This is with reference to recharge with transaction id [protected] done by mistake due to an error shown as recharge unsuccessful of previous recharge with transaction id[protected] and has reduced my bank balance as the recharge was done on www.airtel.in with net banking option.This double recharge of amount rs. 349 is not required and thus is a waste of money.
        Kindly reverse the transaction id of[protected] as it was originally shown as unsuccessful and created confusion.

        This is in response to my complaint dated 9th May 2017 which stated having double recharge with the same amount due to an error.
        I am Highly disappointed with the service of airtel as no efforts are taken to resolve my complaint and is thus creating mental trauma.

            I have contacted airtel money 400 and [protected]@airtelmoney.com 3 times and registered complain for refund about amount not loaded into wallet and not returned back into bank account.

            Below transactions are done by me through my airtel app on 2nd and 3rd april 2017 but it did not credited to my account.
            Also money is not refund back to my account. Please find attached bank statement for same.

            Transaction 1 on 2nd april: load into my airtel wallet
            Bill payment of rs 685.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 98xxxxxxxx. Txn id:[protected]. Please keep this txn id for future reference.

            Transaction 2 on 3rd april: recharge from my airtel app

                      I want to bring in your notice that I am using your broadband service since last 4 years account [protected] and now I have shifted on 1st April, 2017 to another location. I want to shift the connection to new location with same number and plan. I raised request 80713872 for connection shift on 31st March, 2017. It was cancelled by your team, as per them DP is full at given location. Hence, connection cannot be shifted. After that I raised another request 81206474 on 13th April, 2017 for another location which is very close to my current location (approx. same distance from current DP). Again your team has refused to shift the connection at this location too. This time they are saying that feasibility issue at this location.
                      Can you please explain that how can they say it as I explained above this location is very close to my current location (approx. same distance from current DP). There are many users using Airtel Broadband services in my society. It’s already been more than a month since I shifted to new location. My connection is active in your records and rental is on, I would not be liable to pay rental from 1st April, 2017 as I am not using the services. Also, I raised complaint on the portal LB[protected], unfortunately, I have heard nothing from them and now it is showing closed on the portal.
                      Now I am very frustrated and disappointed with this issue, this is pathetic. If DP is full, who will increase the size. I was not expecting this from Airtel. I was really very happy with Airtel services since last 4 years.

                      I am getting so many calls from your team and they refused to shift the connection to new location which is in front of old location as I explained in previous email.

                      Please be informed that your team has refused to shift it. But I don't understand the reason behind it. I have not received any call from technician, even after numerous requests for technician visit at location. Also, I have escalated this issue on social media, unfortunately, I heard nothing from them.

                      Really disappointed and frustrated with Airtel customer services. This is really pathetic that no resolution provided from Appellate Authority and Nodal Office.

                      Also, I discussed with your sales executive, network availability is not more than 15-20 Meters from my location. This should not take too much time to install DP and all. As per him, It should not take more than 08-10 days.

                      So, I can wait for two weeks more until DP gets install. Please shift my connection once network is available at my location. It's not a big deal to install the DP if your business/customer is increasing, I believe.

                      I would request you to please have a look into this matter on high priority and get this resolved at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.

                        I have been converted my Airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last two month ago. Till then I could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. Even I mailed to [protected]@airtel.in several time, but no reply from their end.
                        Even I tried to port my number to other network, it is also not possible as it required minimum 90 days.
                        But today my frustration level exceed as one of the customer care person behave so roughly, when I call customer care at 12:05 pm, 09.05.2017.

                          I have had issues with airtel since Feb end, as my broadband was not working properly. The same was rectified, and again stopped working in the first week of March.
                          After constant follow ups with the customer service for over 3 weeks and a few visits by technicians the connection would work intermittently. I finally decided to terminate the broadband connection and move to another provider.
                          I promptly received a call from a senior person assuring me of a speedy rectification one last chance.
                          No good came out of waiting for them. All they ever spoke about was reverting in 48 - 72 hours, standard responses with a million apologies. I didnt want any assurances or apologies, just a working connection.

                          Finally, I sent them a note asking for the disconnection of broadband only. IN the first week of April, the entire line is disconnected and I have no landline service right now.
                          This is my office number and have been handicapped since.
                          Writing to the Appellate has not helped one bit, same assurances. Even writing on the facebook page has yielded no result or positive response.

                          Last week, while on call with a customer service executive, he said there is no activation request at all.
                          Is Airtel serious about doing business.
                          To top it all, I get calls to pay my outstanding bills for the past two months.

                          The latest mail from Airtel received on 3rd May, 5 days have passed and no update.

                          Everyone asks for 48 or 72 hours, not one soul in the organisation can do anything before that...to date, I would have received a million apologies, part of their script with another line, I understand the inconvenience you are going thru. NO YOU DON'T
                          Lets see where this reaches and how soon things work.

                          I am writing here only after posting on Airtel INdia and Airtel Presence Fb page has not yielded results.

                          I am looking towards a swift resolution, swifter than 48-72 hours that you ask for every single time. Please count the number of 72 hours that have passed since the 21st of February or for that matter 8th of April...mindblowing number for a issue to go unresolved.
                          Speaks lengths of how seriously Airtel takes Customer Service.

                              Bank a/c vide transaction no. Ipay/eshp/citruspspl/[protected]/[protected]
                              But mobile [protected] has not got recharged.

                                Hi, i have paid 6 months advance amount of 7240 for new connection. After taking advance amount airtel has told that they won't be able to provide new connection in my area. Airtel told they will refund my money which i paid in october 2016. Since 6 months i was sending repeated mail to airtel customer case email and not getting any proper response. Each time they will respond and tell that they are looking into it and issue will be resolved in next 72 working hours, after that no response. When i send a follow up mail again same response our team is working on it and issue will be resolved in next 72 working hours.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  For my previous complain regarding wrong recharge, i got a call saying it's from airtel consumer complaint department from number-+[protected], asking me my card details to refund back money. He asked me for my CVv number to which i said no and said to note account detail to which he said that i need to email it to you. So i ask him to send a link from the consumer court account. But i guess that was a fraud call. Please assist me further.

                                  I have ported my old Tata docomo no.
                                  It's working and I can make calls too

                                  But I am not able to make recharge on website as it says
                                  [protected] is no a valid Airtel no.

                                  What's going on
                                  On 2 may 2017 I recharged with 399, offer showed unlimited call & 56 gb for 56 days. But M not getting this offer as they commited. While i can't connect to customer care service from my mobile.
                                  Kindly check & resolve my problem.

                                      I'm utterly dissatisfied by the Airtel services.

                                      Mobile No: [protected] (Post paid) which I'm currently not using.

                                      My general monthly bill comes upto Rs. 300. Currently I'm using Jio, which comes upto Rs. 100 per month along with 4G data services.

                                      I've traveled to Bhutan in March and switched on International Data Roaming. I was charged Rs. 10, 000 for it, got a message after I used 10, 000 to shift to Rs. 999 and I availed that service. But now Airtel is harassing me to pay even that Rs. 10, 000 along with Rs. 999.

                                      Airtel can't charge me such huge charges without informing me or keeping a cap on the amount to be paid without prior notice.

                                      Another friend of mine also availed International Data Roaming service for which she was charged Rs. 30, 000 initially. She and I both availed 999 pack, after which she wasn't charged Rs. 30, 000. So how can Airtel charge only me and that too, wrongly and with such extreme amounts.

                                      Also, when I've already availed for Rs. 999 plan on 8th of March, I believe I shouldn't be charged for mobile internet charges on 11th of March and 15th of March data usage.

                                      It is unfair to pay amount apart from 999 for International internet usage. Charging Rs. 11, 000 is equal to charging a person for 10 years of mobile usage using Jio SIM card or any service. Highly unprofessional, unacceptable and unfriendly customer service.

                                      I hope you solve this problem as early as possible and also deactivate my account.

                                        Near about before six month i have submit the application for individual household latrine (Ihhl) for the address of 43 islam ganj nagra jhansi up 284003 on 07/11/2016. But no body have to be entertain my application and when i was goes to nagar nigam office (Jhansi) their was no responsible for this subject and said that submit the application offline to office and wants some source.
