Broadband Connection Invalid Data Usage

I am using an Airtel Broadband Connection (40GB quota with 16mbps - after which the speed reduces to 512kbps).
For past 3-4 months, I have been seeing that my quota is getting exhausted very quickly, within 7-10 days of the start of billing cycle, where I do not have this much amount of data usage,
There has been cases where there hasnt been anyone at home and still a lot of data was consumed.
Atleast 2-3 GB's is getting...

Airtel took money from my account without my permission and denying to refund.

And to my surprise the amount 750 was debited 2 times. one in the name of "bhartiairtel" and other in the name of "www.airtel.in".
I don't understand everytime i make a online payment visa-password is asked. then without me entering the visa password how did airtel debit ₹.750/- from my account the second time on the same date after 2 minutes i made...

Need for tower installation in my area

There is issue of tower in my village patti, post office dasaut, samastipur, bihar.
The signal strength for voice calling is about 1 or two in outside but when i enter in the house the signal strength becomes zero. So please solve the issue.
