    I have postpaid 10 connection of airtel in a circle.
    And we are not getting signal of there tower at our residence from last month.
    when we taken there plan they assured us that if any such type of problems occur they will certainly solve it.
    i have lodged a complain on airtel site whose refernce number is PO[protected].
    Complained to the subscriber many time.
    But resulted with no output.
    Please help me out

    I have just made a wrong click on your hot chillies offer and have been suffering a huge loss since then . Please deactivate it immediately . It is a mean way to cheat your customers. Otherwise I will shift to vodafone again.

Here including me all of the airtel users are too unhappy to this network problem.It's become too hard to survive with Airtel, many of the users already had ported their numbers to other providers.       I do not get network at my office (Rashtriya chemicals & fertilizers, Chembur, Mumbai) & at my home (Kharigaon, Kalwa, Thane - 400605).

        Connection not feasible after payment and engineer commitment

        I already have three pre-paid and one post-paid

        1) i applied for broadband & fixedline. Airtel website showed my area (Amritpuri) is feasible from [protected].

        2) airtel website suggested me the plan feasible to my area. (Amritpuri east of kailash)

        3) airtel executive told me that they will collect the documents and payment. (25th aug approx)

        4) i surrendered my other broadband connection...

        I was using my dongle in laptop, and 135 MB 2G data was remaining in my no.[protected]. It does not reflect the remaining data in laptop, so I have to cross check it again after inserting in mobile.
        Yesterday, for using even less than 2 hours in the night, all data got eliminated, while just browsing. I had earlier made a complaint to the Airtel team to see how come the data reduction is at such a huge pace. They were not able to rectify that, but still I continued using the sim and infact applauded them for atleast making an effort, though it was done after multiple followups, and remained unresolved.
        But the main issue is that after that all the remaining main balance of Rs. 65 was also deducted. I called the customer care and told this about this mishappening. This type of incident has occured earlier also. Yesterday finally he informed about a service by which this type of incident can be avoided of deduction of main balance, post data expiry. He activated that service and said that main balance won't be deducted, until the customer itself messages 'start' on 1925. But he refused to refund the money deducted.
        My question is that if this service was available, previously why did not the customer care team had informed me, even after multiple interactions. Previously also balance has been deducted like this. And also it has always been so difficult to keep inserting the sim in mobile and laptop for cross checking the remaining data. So if such a service was available, why was not it made available to me at that time only?!!
        And this time also, it was quite impractical to believe that 135MB 2G data can finish within 2 hrs in browsing, so I did not cross check in devices. I have been coping up with Airtel, inspite of such huge data elimination speed and costlier plans, just because the customer care team previously used to atleast work over the complaints. But this time not only did they had hidden the fact of available plan, but also not refunding back the money, which was lost due to absolutely no reason.
        I will wait to get a response and a proper resolution this time, and till that I am not using their SIM.

        Get threat calls from payment & recovery dept, my parents who are senior citizens are getting life threat calls i receive sms/call am ready to pay today but unless my problem is solved.. With all the extra interest charges on my account, unless airtel take action on sudha kumari i will not make payments

          Yesterday i purchased a voucher which purchased 20 rs i came back home and after some time i scratch the card with a coin smoothly it scratch and gently i entered the scratch no in my mobile no to get recharged but it should invalid no printing mistake at second last number not clearly mentioned is 3 or 8 kind do my need ful and sole my problem.

          Dial tone is not working but dsl broadband network is working. I can use internet but not the landline number. It is just like a dead phone. I checked the plugin points and all are rightly attached. Beetel instrument is also showing red blinking light but without dialtone.

            I have given my proofs on 1st of September to convert Airtel prepaid to postpaid. (Chennai Region)

            Also the address verification completed by 2nd Sep itself. My number got disconnected on 2nd September @ 10PM.

            By 3rd September around 11AM i got network for just around 15 minutes in new sim and my call verification has been completed. From that point of time again network got disconnected and till now (Sep 5th) i couldn't use my number as i didnt get network. I have approached customer support in person and thru call. Still none to address this issue.

                    This is disappointing regarding the information which you are providing on your site.
                    Please look into this on priority as already 4 days are passed since the issue was raised and we didn't got any solution yet.

                      My number is [protected]. I have raised a MNP request from Airtel Chandigarh to Airtel Ahmedabad on 29th Aug 16, and on 1st Sept 16 i received a msg as that your no will be ported by 2nd Sept 16 23:30. And my UPC was AP381678.
                      Then my old SIM blocked on 1st Sept night so I replaced the new SIM in the mobile and I am calling on 59059 to activate it
                      But “ cellular network not available” is sowing on mobile screen and call getting disconnecting.

                      Now it has been to days my portability is not activated yet and phone is dead from last 2 days.

                      I have called several times on Airtel customer care ( Req. no[protected] and they always saying
                      “ porting is under process and due to technical problem it is getting late and will be resolved by the day end.

                      MNP normally does not get this much time now I am sick of service of Airtel.

                      People are saying Videophone is better in Gujarat still I port my number in to Airtel but it seems I was wrong because of this worst experience.

                        In roorkee uttrakhand bt ganj is the most populated area and an airtel tower is hosted here in between all the residents i am also suffering from some problem like headache and noise pollution caused due to generators and the biggest problem is radiation caused due to harmfull rays there is also a danger of tower falling of tower from building as it is located on one of the oldest building of roorkee . It is my humble request to remove all towers and take strict actions

                          Airtel does not give customers a way to reach out to customer care services to provide support.

                          They have cleverly made all their data or recharge plans in a way so that customer has to forcefully keep on rechrging.
                          It does not end here.they nake the data or any rechRge drain out soon so customer has to recharge multiple times. For example for 2 min they drain out about 11mb of 3G.

                          THIS AIRTEL SCAM HAS TO STOP. All they have is their fake advertisements.

                                My airtel DTH customer ID [protected], was suspended for more than 3 months. Every now and then I got calls and received SMS from airtel for recharge with no. of different offers. Similarly on 25Aug16 I got a call from Nihal Sharma, "Special Janmastami offer for you, Recharge by Rs110 within 15 minutes and get 6 months validity." I recharged within 10 minutes but DTH was not activated. I contacted Nihal Sharma several times. First he told me it will be activated by 11pm, then by 12pm. next day within 48 hrs but it was not activated till 29Aug16 when I contacted customer care and it was activated. But daily burning rate was deducted during that period and offer was not fulfilled i.e. validity was not given for 6 months, only recharge amount Rs110 was given to my a/c. I have sent no. of e-mails and had conversation with airtel DTH representative but offer was not fulfilled. This is not the first time that airtel has cheated me. On Nov12 I recharged my DTH on a offer "Recharge by Rs1220 for 6 months and get 6 months free." But I got only 3 months free validity. On Nov15, Dec15 and Jan16 I recharged my DTH by Rs207 each as I got SMS every time stating that recharge by Rs207 and get 1 month validity but never extra validity was given. Validity was given only for Rs207. Request to give offer validity of 6 months as told by airtel.

                                  Yesterday night I received a message that my mobile number has been successfully ported from Vodafone to Airtel. Today morning I Called 59059 to activate my number. But after that Airtel Network on my cellphone is gone forever. I called 198 twice to solve this from my friends Airtel Number. I visited Airtel gallery in the afternoon. They told me that it will be activated by the evening... Still problem not solved. I have missed many important calls because of this. and I am not able to call anyone because I am using only this number for calling purpose.
