    I am using airtel sim card since last 4 year, i am facing these problems since last 8-9 month.
    1.Call dropped during conversation.
    2.Network busy problem during conversation and at dial time.
    3.Voice is not clear during conversation.

    About these issues i have complained 2 time to the airtel but they didn't take any action.
    So please take an action against so that problem could be resolved.

      I am Shubhamay De. I have a idea number [protected]. I use it for more than 4 years, NOW I received sms from air tel that My number transfer to airtel in 8 hours. But i dont port my number by any mean.

      I conducted with airtel store they told me this number have a port request in Karnataka post paid circle.

      I also conducted with idea they told that there is no port request in my number

      How it is possible, I AGAIN SAY I DONT REQUEST FOR ANY PORTING

      What is happening here .. I don't did any port request... i dont received any televerification call ... And my number will going to port !!! or will use by someone else...

        Sir i had done recharge of Rs 320 on[protected] of my dth id - [protected] . I had done this recharge through my airtel app by internet banking sbi.
        The amo of Rs 320 was deduct from my a/c but recharge not done.
        I was complaint at customer care and website also my complaint no. Is - DT[protected] but did not solve my problem. I've sent my bank statment on airtel email id but did'nt refund my 320Rs. Please sir kindly solve my problem.

          Numbers, we are not using that numbers, we complaint to your santhome

          Airtel office by covering letter and also in your e mail id but you are not

          Stoppng the bills. Kindly verify the account and settle the problem

            I had requested for an airtel broadband connection ac-[protected], on 24th of march 2016, they assured me i will get a connection within 3 days. They collected signed copies of address proof and id proof with 1000 rs activation/installation charges and also 200 rs for notary certification of address proof as said by the associate .

            After a week of followup i was told there is no service to my area and my money will be refunded,

            There has been no refund yet after providing bank details for neft transfer .

            Airtel has wasted my time and has taken my money without any refund, i was assured before making the payment that there is service to my area which has been denied after i made the payment.

            I request my money be refunded, i cannot do more followups on this

                1. No proper network coverage anywhere in India. If you are at the center of the city you will get full network. Slightly if you move away the network keeps fluctuating. You can't even have a proper uninterrupted 5-minute call.

                2. Recently, I applied for my mobile number relocation to Hyderabad on 8th April and still it is not done. I did not even get any information from the customer services that my sim will be blocked in this process. It's 13 days now since the portability application and my number and the sim both are blocked. Even when I tried to lodge a complaint online it says my number is invalid. Why the hell do you provide online services when for everything you have to visit their store.

                3. I have 2G Internet pack, this also doesn't work most of the time. Basically, it's just a trick to cheat the people and force them to use costlier packs. On top of that even when you have the 2G plan and you don't even use it, they charge you extra apart from the plan rate stating that you have exceeded your usage limit.

                People have enough problems and issues in their life. If would be of great help if you guys don't aggravate it by these non sense.

                  I am facing a network issue from airtel. Call drops and when i try do calls or receive calls the voice cracks and drops for every 5 seconds. This happens from february 2016 in location koyembedu & padikuppam area at chennai. When i have raised a complaint to airtel, they say nothing can be done as of now problem may resolve in 24 hrs or 24days or 24months/years. They ask me to change the provider or my location. I am staying in heart of the chennai city and not in remote place.

                      किसी को बदनाम करना, मानहानि का दवा कर सकती हु, जिस जिस को कॉल किया है वो सब गवाह है इस बात के की ाकिसे बदनाम किया जा रहा है,
                      I never said i will not pay a bill but there was some emergency so i was stuck but that not mean airtel will do this work

                      I have reported to police station & crime branch that someone is spreading fake news about me

                      But now i came to know that is airtel..

                        Airtel fixed line (Broadband) no: [protected], account no: [protected], taken the connection as advanced rental plan for 6 month(26th july 2015 to 25th jan 2016). On 18th jan 2016, received mail and massage from airtel that my plan will be renewed on 26th jan 2016. Plan name: airtel-arp-ul (5+1) abhinandan 699 15gb (4mbps/512kbps) combo plan, amount rs 699 per 1 month. There is no where written that my combo plan will be changed to monthly plan and i need to contact customer care to retain my combo plan will change in monthly rental plan. Then airtel company is sending a monthly bill which they are not supposed to be without the concern of the customer. They should disconnect or call up to confirm the same.
                        Is it not airtel company making a customer confused/fool to satisfy their own condition?
                        I need to pay 3 months rental bill around rs.2500.

                        I am feeling cheated and have not expected a company like airtel to do like this.
                        Please accept this a complaint. Hoping best decision and suggestion.

                        I have attached the screenshot of the mail which I have received.
                        1. Is there anywhere written that my COMBO plan will be change to monthly plan???

                        2. If my plan get renewed with combo plan then only I need to pay Rs.699*5=Rs.3495. Thats what a customer should understood from ur mail.

                        3. Two month's bill (26th Jan to 25th March) I had received and surprised to see that my plan converted to monthly plan. When I contacted Airtel customer care, they have refused to take complaint. Is it justified?

                        4. on the 3rd month, Airtel made my connection so slow that I have not tried to use it but waited to resolve the issue (though may be some issue in AIRTEL itself). Then also they are asking to pay the bill for the month of April. Is it justified?

                        There is no justification from Airtel. Finally I have requested for Disconnection.

                          I have raised few questions on deactivation of my prepaid number, Nodal officers are giving reply which is irrelevant.
                          Even though after communicating with Airtel Nodal officers, Again they are giving the same reply.

                          When I enquired with 121, they are giving proper reply, Deactivated card can be obtained only in Airtel Head Office, Santhome But the Nodal officers will ask us to go ARC and apply which is not applicable.

                          Nodal peoples and Appetite officers who are staying in Airtel have limited information and gives us foolish / Stupid answers.

                          Don't get connected with Nodal / Appetite(Foolish / Stupid peoples), Instead call 121 and get your reply.

                          When ever you get reply (EMAIL) from AIRTEL, you will see that in the last line mentioning that "Customer is more important", don't believe that. These are tricks to cheat the customers.

                          I have faced this type of problem multiple time, so complaining and want the public to be more aware

                            I want to convert my airtel post paid connection to prepaid. I went today 19/04/2016 18.45hrs to aitel galley sector 17 vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400705 and the executives not process my request. Mr sandeep(One of the executive) told me that system down and your request can't process at this time.I replyed that i will come tomorrow after 7.00 pm with all documents. He told that after 7 .00/pm they can't process the request.My suitable timing is that daily after 7.00pm because my office romind between 8.30am to 7 .00 pm.The gallery timing is up to 7.30 am that mentioned in the gallery door.

                                I was complaining regarding no network in my area i can not call and can not use internet. For this i complained to airtel many a times they gave me false assurance and wasted my time.At last they were saying sorry sir we are unable to provide u the services.                                   Since there is no feasibility for having a broadband connection in my area padur in chennai, I ve decided to buy an airtel 4g connection. When I requested, cust care made a promise like the connection will be activated within 4hrs. So, I ve bought the modem worth of 2k and a postpaid sim on 16th April. I ve submitted all the documents also address verification has been done properly. Till today 19apr, The connection is not activated. 121 is keeping on arranging address verification again and again. The person who sold the airtel 4g modem also not picking up the call. His contact details are Mani- [protected].
