Ordered new dth connection in sangli, maharashtra on 6th april 2016 through their online site. Received message immediately that, my airtel digital tv id is [protected]. And company person told me, i will get connection within 4 hours. Then no any communication by company till 8th april. I called back to same number, then someone else (New company representative) asked me another number and told me i have to need register again (May be she was looking for her target completion). Then i called at customer care and registered my query, with the ref number 50843095.
After registering complaint, someone called me from company and assured me, i will get connection before 1pm of 9th april. Then after no any communication by company or local engineer. On 9th april, at 4 pm, i again called customer care for 2nd time and asked about my status. Again same reply by company person, please wait half an hour, we will fix your issue.
Since 9th april i didnt received any call till 14th april.
Then i received a call on 14th april from some local vendor, unknown lady was on the phone, she was very rude and talking like, " we dont need you"
Even she was not ready to accept that, she received my order on 6th of april. As per her opinion, company reported them on 14th april (Which was pure lie).
I am really wondering about such bad service from a well known bharti group. Company should contact customer and ask to wait for connection installation or share the issue/problem. No call from customer service department, no any call from local vendor, no any call from engineer.. Very bad experience. I will never recommend airrtel dth to anybody.
Problem is not with the installation period, but with the zero communication by the company. (Like customer is not much important to the company)

Thank you very much for your response, but this is to inform you, the way you start to ask the details similarly your customer care executive ask all the details but doing nothing.
However please note the details and please revert to below points-
1. My 4G dongle number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].
2. Please do not appreciate our patience and cooperation in any of your further communication as all our
patience were over.
3. You was not asked but I know your next questions and hence I am providing my residence and office address

4. As I am not getting 4G service but you are charging me for it every month so could you let me know how can
