On 6th April 2016 I applied and submitted the required documents with airtel for a number portability from Vodafone to airtel. I was told it would happen in 5 working days. On Saturday, 16th April 2016, my Vodafone connection got discontinued and airtel didn't get activated because there was some issue regarding my verification. It's been 3 days my number is still not activated and all the representatives give different time it would activate at and still now it's not activate.       Thank you very much for your response, but this is to inform you, the way you start to ask the details similarly your customer care executive ask all the details but doing nothing.

      However please note the details and please revert to below points-

      1. My 4G dongle number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].

      2. Please do not appreciate our patience and cooperation in any of your further communication as all our
      patience were over.

      3. You was not asked but I know your next questions and hence I am providing my residence and office address

      4. As I am not getting 4G service but you are charging me for it every month so could you let me know how can

        Please stop hindi imposition in error messages

        Is Airtel being paid by India govt or Pakistani govt to impose the Pakistani Islamic origin language Hindi?

        Why the Zero balance machine is coming as Koi Bee Out going call Karna Hai and not in Kannada or English.

        Similarly even for not reachable message also, they blabber in the Pakistani language Hindi, but no English or Indian language.

        PLEASE STOP HINDI IMPOSITION....

        Hi i have been chasing for the problems to get resolved with the technical team. Technical assistance are least bothered to hear to the customer and moreover the customer care people dont have minimum knowledge to inform the customer, when it gets resolved. Spoken to so many like Chaitra, Neelam, one Mr Sridhar is least bothered and moreover hes saying it happens so.

        what is this level of courtesy you people have? small companies are flourishing well because of their service and gratitude towards the customer. i have been a part of airtel from the past 8 years, today am feeling i have taken a wrong decision to get used to it. ACT TV, HATHWAY these people and small brands like TIKONA are doing well with their service.

        i dont have other words to express of the type of service and the hell your showing to the customer like this. i never expected this from these guys. worst worst and worst of all time.

        Moreover executive is saying me to complain anywhere to whom all you want, this itself creates they are thinking that they are monarchy in this industry.

        where pride goes there will be a sudden fall which they are missing their basics.

          My number ([protected]) message pop-up registration field is coming and no network also i called customer care centre but they are telling it’s become free number, they told that go with proof nearest retail store to get same number back, i visited store they are telling not possible to give,
          I[censored] take government regulations 3 month not using numbers have do like that, past 20 days i am not used this number, balance was there in the sim,
          I am using this number past 10 years as for loyal customer if you do like this how come we will airtel network

            This is regards to the bill of the month of March for Airtel mobile services.
            When I received Bill of rupees of 1845.57 rs, I was surprised since I am using postpaid services for more than 4 years, so I know my usage very well.
            I tried reaching customer care number, however I was unable to get satisfactory answer.
            I visited the Airtel gallery @Madhu milan, S.V.Road, borivali (west), there I also I did not get satisfactory answer.
            In fact executive over there was also surprised to see the charges, he also said it seems fishy so I should write an email.

            Since my bill exceeded the credit limit, my outgoing services stopped.
            Without getting justified answer how come Airtel stopped my services.
            When I visited the the Airtel gallery, executive informed me that he will activate my outgoing services for 72 hours under which I have pay the bill or my services will get disconnected after 72 hours, to which I confirmed him to start the services.
            Services started in few hours on saturday ( 16/04/2016) and got disconnected on next day morning (17/04/2016), which should not happen until 72 hours (as promised by Airtel executive).

            I have been using Airtel from last few months and getting such kind of services.
            I was using Vodafone and never faced such issues.

            I have sent an email to Airtel customer services.
            Request to please look into this matter.

              Respected sir/madam my name is Bindu and I have problem regarding the internet recharge.on date 17 th April 2016, I go to shopkeeper in Chhatarpur for recharge of rs 149 which gives 450 mb 3G data on mobile number [protected].
              After recharge, I get message that I have credited with 450 mb 3g data.
              But after checking it again after 10 min, it shows you have left with 272 mb 3g data.
              I talked to customer care executive.I said if i have used 180 mb then give me the detail where I have used it.so the executive said I can't give you the details of this.on requesting again the same reply we got.
              I just want to know where is my 180 mb data after recharged.
              So I am requesting you to tell me whether it was my fault or Airtel fault.if I am on fault side then I will surely apologise, and if Airtel is on fault side, then what action you people take on this matter.

                Dear sir,
                I'm k n sivakumar from madurai, tn. I already had airtel broadband connection in my house . But due to my son's board examination i have disconnected the broadband. Since the exams are over now i have requested the airtel office to give me re-connection .They told that they will give connection within 7 business day . But its been more than 15 days. All the wiring which they have given is there still connected to my pc. All they need to do is to provide re-connection. While i filed a complaint they said that the problem will be rectified in 48hours (As usual).

                  The dealer from Airtel came to my office for plan change of my postpaid connection, and charged 600 rupees by giving one new sim.
                  The plan is still not changed its been more than 50days now.

                  If I try calling him, he has blocked my number.


                  I'm cheated by that dealer and Airtel.

                    I have requested for new connection before 15 days. Till now I did not get any update. I am calling every day to call center they are telling that you will get the connection in 24 hours. Everyday I am getting the same answer.
                    Airtel has received the documents and collected the money. They have created the account and every day they are raising a complaint and next day they are raising an escalation. The created account number was [protected].
                    When I asked for the status update they are just asking me to wait for 24 hours.

                        I am using airtel 3g data ([protected]) service from last three year.I had done all bill payment on time without delay.
                        From last 2-3 month i am not received any bill through e-mail or by post.So without bill how i can make your payment, so please guide me.
                        I am asking one question - who is responsible for bill generate & send to user, is there no feed back system, if payment is not coming, than no body is available for reminder.
                        I am trying to connect data card from last 2 days, but data card not connect.So today i am asking to our support person about the same, then he suggest me to call to customer care for help.
                        Then i have been contacted to customer care (Mr.Gurpreet singh [protected]) and he said that 'your service has been stop due to payment'
                        My question is same "without bill how i can make payment & who is responsible for my losses due to data service"
                        How you can stop service withot notice, i have not received any call from your person.
                        Before this incident, my opinion is airtel is a good service provider, also i am using your number for calling (Post paid)
                        I am waiting for your reply, how you can recover my losses.

                          Hi,

                          I made a recharge of rs 1839/- on 15th april against my digit tv account [protected]-001. I was told that i would be getting a 3 month duration validity. On 17th when i switched on the tv, it started giving me the error that i have insufficient balance. I was later my the customer care that i need to maintain a minimal balance only then i can watch tv.

                          My question is very simple, when i have already paid for my account validity why do i need to maintain additional balance to watch the tv? Isn't this a fraud way of making money?

                            Airtel money is a method to loot people. I had 1600 in my airtel money wallet, but now airtel has blocked debiting facility of the wallet and hence i cant use the wallet anymore, 1600 is looted by them. Airtel number is [protected] and i wrote to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com on 12th april 2016 but they never replied. I submitted all my verification id cards, bank account details and xerox copies and even photo, but they did not care to unblock the account. I even posted the same issue on the facebook page of airtel but never received any help!

                            First airtel blocks the wallets without any intimation, then they confiscates the amount with no intention to release it. Totally wrong. Previously too i have faced similar issues with airtel money. I think its high time to stop using airtel money totally by one and all, and opt for other e wallets which dont harass customers and users this way and loot them.

                              Ridiculous service from Airtel.
                              Took a postpaid sim from SIMS pune 2013.
                              Left Maharastra in 2015 so didnt use the SIM.
                              After 2 months got a call from legal department of airtel to pay 2000 rupees and got a warning that will file a case.
                              Next day itself paid the complete amount and closed and deactivated number i none condition and the lady from legal department promised that i wont get any call or mails regarding this number after paying this money and deactivating this number.

                              Surprise after 3 months daily 3 times call from Airtel i have to pay Rs.1280 again for next 3 months.

                              This is unacceptable.Airtel is looting normal people.Please help i want to sue Airtel and would like to make sure big corporate wont torture people like this in future, .

                                  I have been constantly fooled by airtel executives time and again regarding the broadband connection.
                                  I am taking followups from the day I have given my documents and made payment for first three months to them.
                                  The process started on 8th April 2016 and from there on I am into constant misery.
                                  I have sent a complaint on the below Ids, but to my shock the reply I get is that your concern will be resolved in 2 working days. Shouldn't these kind of issues be looked into at the top most priority ?

                                    i was mnp from loop to airtel at that time they gave scheme for loop costumer 200 mins free life time. Now few Days back sms came from airtel "your MNP benefit of 200 mins for local mobile call is being withdrawn from your airtel mobile no. and so n so...
                                    this is really froude. they specifically told all loop costumer 200 mins free for life time and now they art is backing of there words. this was not expected from airtel company.

                                      Ordered new dth connection in sangli, maharashtra on 6th april 2016 through their online site. Received message immediately that, my airtel digital tv id is [protected]. And company person told me, i will get connection within 4 hours. Then no any communication by company till 8th april. I called back to same number, then someone else (New company representative) asked me another number and told me i have to need register again (May be she was looking for her target completion). Then i called at customer care and registered my query, with the ref number 50843095.
                                      After registering complaint, someone called me from company and assured me, i will get connection before 1pm of 9th april. Then after no any communication by company or local engineer. On 9th april, at 4 pm, i again called customer care for 2nd time and asked about my status. Again same reply by company person, please wait half an hour, we will fix your issue.

                                      Since 9th april i didnt received any call till 14th april.
                                      Then i received a call on 14th april from some local vendor, unknown lady was on the phone, she was very rude and talking like, " we dont need you"
                                      Even she was not ready to accept that, she received my order on 6th of april. As per her opinion, company reported them on 14th april (Which was pure lie).
                                      I am really wondering about such bad service from a well known bharti group. Company should contact customer and ask to wait for connection installation or share the issue/problem. No call from customer service department, no any call from local vendor, no any call from engineer.. Very bad experience. I will never recommend airrtel dth to anybody.
                                      Problem is not with the installation period, but with the zero communication by the company. (Like customer is not much important to the company)
