I have raised few questions on deactivation of my prepaid number, Nodal officers are giving reply which is irrelevant.
Even though after communicating with Airtel Nodal officers, Again they are giving the same reply.
When I enquired with 121, they are giving proper reply, Deactivated card can be obtained only in Airtel Head Office, Santhome But the Nodal officers will ask us to go ARC and apply which is not applicable.
Nodal peoples and Appetite officers who are staying in Airtel have limited information and gives us foolish / Stupid answers.
Don't get connected with Nodal / Appetite(Foolish / Stupid peoples), Instead call 121 and get your reply.
When ever you get reply (EMAIL) from AIRTEL, you will see that in the last line mentioning that "Customer is more important", don't believe that. These are tricks to cheat the customers.
I have faced this type of problem multiple time, so complaining and want the public to be more aware

1.Call dropped during conversation.
2.Network busy problem during conversation and at dial time.
3.Voice is not clear during conversation.
About these issues i have complained 2 time to the airtel but they didn't take any action.
So please take an action against so that problem could be resolved.
