Maximum time "network busy* signal and other time very very weak signal. The worst network signal is air tel i have been experiencing that ever seen. My number is [protected] resisted with the name of bidhan haldar. Today also network busy since early morning....

On 30th March, 2016 at about 10 PM my prepaid balance has reduced from RS.100/- to 0 balace and the messages came in every 5 minutes stating you used 10 and 12 MB and all the balance has gone even the Mobile data switched off. Your customer care executive and higher-up also not given proper response to my calls. My mobile no. [protected]. Can you please solve this issue

When I attempt that in your website, it says 'sorry technical problem, please try later'
I've repeated several times after correctly answering the security questions but failed in every attempt.

I have been using airtel for over 2 years now, i have come to the brim and hereby making a formal complaint against airtel- poor connectivity almost everywhere. I used to think, the connectivity issue is because of the phone i use. I changed my phone to an i phone 6, problem still persists. This is an absolute wrong and illegal deduction without my concurrence. I have bought new Airtel D2H connection before a month ago.

After that, eventually I have to face bad signal problem and picture was not clear.
So, since last couple of days, I am not able to see any channels on my Airtel D2h tv connection though I ahve pay money.

The reason was, while first time installation, installation engineer did not install the dish on correct place.br...

I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill...

I had registered online for home delivery of Airtel 4g device on 12th March 2016 from Cochin in Kerala. I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office....

Since i lost my Sim i got a duplicate Sim from airtel on 29th march around 11 am. They said the SIM will get activated in 4 hours.
Since the SIM did not get activated I called the customer care at around 9pm and they said that the number has been activated. I should again visit the airtel store to resolve the issue.

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.
