    Dear Sir,

    I have taken prepaid connection ([protected]) of Airtel. Without any request Airtel is activating value added services and deducting charges. Airtel had activated Airtel Picture post - news service 10-15 days back. They were charging daily basis, I had not seen that message. After 4-5 days again I have received a message regarding deductions of charges then I had contacted Customer Care and asked them to stop the said service immediately. Again today at 4:50 AM one message has been send by Airtel "Thanks for using News subcription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10, whereas I have not send any such request. This way Airtel is taking money from their customers. Hence I request Airtel to stop my value added service and do not activate any vaule added service in my mobile number in future. Also I request Airtel to stop taking charges from their customers in this way and maintail a good relation with their customers.

    Airtel — Value added service charges

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Ashok Sharma & my no. is [protected].

    Every month the value added service charged by Airtel without mentioning for this services. Every month Rs.30, Rs.60 is charged by airtel. I am trying to customer care every month, but no any good response I have received till time.

    Please look into the matter, otherwise I have no option either to surrender the Airtel services.

    I am the customer of Bharti Airtel of post paid mobile since 2 years 4 months. In August-08. my mobile No is [protected]. I had requested for call conferencing in my CUG connection for free of cost through mail. After few days it has been activated but when I received the bill, they had charged Rs. 24.00 for the service. When I inquired about this in customer care they told me that this is not a free service.


    After approaching to local officers ( to whom I had mailed) they assure me for the correction in bill. But after lots of mail & calls my bill is still not corrected by the airtel

    AirTel — Deduction of value added service charges

    I have using Airtel Mobile No. [protected]. Often for value added service, the charges have been deducted. On complaining to service provider, they advise that on subscription for any value added services, they have charged such fees.

    Please deactivate/Unsubscribe http://gofun.in from my mobile No. [protected]. Please also deactivate / unsubscribe all value added services.

    I also want my all call details of my mobile number, if can u give me call list at this time.

    From past 5 months I'm getting cricket update scores on my mobile for which I'm not subscribed. As per customer support executive's instruction, I tried to unsubscribed for that but i got a reply that its not valid. I tried to stop these SMS many time, raised complaint, visited to Airtel Gallary but every time those people assured me that this wont be happened next time, but in vein. Every time I get a bill with this value added service , charges of each SMS RS.3/- . Airtel service team doesn't has the solution for this. Also I'm getting these SMS any time day/night which is really irritating.

    Airtel — NEWS ALERTS SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT REQUEST

    I am using Airtel Prepaid since 4 yrs. in KOLKATA & my mobile number is [protected].
    On 16th october i received a sms from the number 64611007 at 9.23am that "Thanks for using(subnews, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel SMS. You've been charged Re7". It was done without my any request and they deducted Rs.7 from my main a/c balance, then after that i received a sms from 58888 at 10.25am that i wud receive few news alerts free of charge and again Rs.7 was deducted from my main a/c balance. Then just after that i received a sms from 58888 "Thank you for subscribing to NEWS pack.You would be charged Rs.7 weekly.To deactivate sms UNSUB NEWS to 58888". Then i send UNSUB NEWS TO 58888 and again i was charged Rs.3 for that. Then its on 25th oct in the morning i saw i have received a sms from 54321 at 12.27 midnight that "Thanks for using(subnews, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel SMS. You've been charged Re7". Again they did it without my any request and Rs.7 was deducted from my main a/c balance. I called up on 121 which is the Airtel Custumer Care number and placed my complaint there and they agreed to refund Rs.7 into my main a/c balance and i received Rs.7 back in my a/c. But they are not returning the Rs.17 that was charged on 16th oct.

    PLEASE TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ALL NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANIES WHO ARE DOING THESE TYPES OF CHEATINGS WITHOUT CONSENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS

    Airtel — activation of value added services without request.

    my name is doctor suresh uchale i have airtel prepaid connection with no. [protected], in last six month i hv noticed that, the company is activating value added services like cricket pack, matrimonial services without any request.
    the company had activated cricket pack 2 times, matrimonial services 1 time, audio movie service 1 time without any request from myself. the height is that we dont get any notification message at the time of activation and company deduct the amount for whole month and send the renewal message 2 to 3 days before the next month renewal. this time we know that the service was activated on our no.
    when we contacted customer care exucutive every time they just says that we ll deactivate your service if you dont want. but the question is that how you can do this and deduct money from some one account without permission.
    here arrise some question
    1) how these services are activated without any request? wheather these are technical mistakes or done intentionally.
    2) ther are so many people who dont know how to call customer care executive, when they faces such problem what should they do?
    3) why the refund is not made after discontinuing the service.

    Airtel — Deduction of charges for news alerts without any request.

    I have prepaid Airtel mobile No.[protected]. I have never asked for any news alerts. The Company is sending these alerts without any request from me. Last week I got an sms and in reply I sent sms to unscribe. Despite this I got an sms today stating that the news alert service has been renewed and charges deducted from my account. Can you help me to disontinue the news alert service and refund amount back to my account.RK SAINI

    AirTel — prepaid service activation without request

    I hold a lifetime prepaid sim card from airtel and the number is[protected]. It happens that after some time airtel activates some of the value added services on my SIM without my knowledge to eat my prepaid balance. I come to know about this when i see a sufficient balance in my account. This has happened 3 times with me. Whenever i call customer service for this they say that they can block the service now but won't repay whatever amount has been deducted for that service. I am fed up with airtel . I feel this as a serious case of fraud being done by airtel with its lifetime prepaid customers.

    Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of charges for value added service without customer's information

    I am regular user of AirTel Pre Paid Services vide no. [protected]. For last few days, airtel has started sending me sms cricket alerts service without even informing me and today they have started deducting Rs. 10/month.

    I want some serious actions be taken by the consumer forum to avoid such malpractises and set the example.

    Airtel — ALERT charges deducted without informing the user

    BHARTI AIRTEL subscribes the users to various ALERT services without informing the user about what are the charges to be paid for the service. It fools around with people by sending messages which automatically subscribe you to the service.

    They don't send the method to unsubscribe the service and you have to call the customer care to unsubscribe the service. I have paid the rent for a service which I never knew was activated on my mobile.

    I think there are others also who are facing similar problems.

    AirTel — Activation of service without request

    Hi,

    My airtel number is [protected]. I never activated any service pack on this number. Last week i got message stating "Amount deducted for Fame_on_game". I registered complaint on 23/06/2011 (COVWC[protected]). I did not got any response. Again on 25/06/2011 the amount got deducted for the same. I have raised the complaint again.

    Can someone look into this and let me know what i need to do?

      dear sir my number is [protected] airtel prepaid maine raipur se number liya tha postpaid se prepaid ( from all india power services co. raipur to asif khan) karwaya tha life time tha and ye number mera bina rok tok ke 2 years se chal rha tha but 2-3 mahine pehle bina bataye mera number cut kar diya gaya hai choti choti ya ring tone se sambhandit bato per airtel ke dwara hamesha phone kiya jata hai but number band karne ki nahi mujhe koi sma mila tha or nahi kisi ne customer care se bataya tha maine kai bar bilaspur or raipur office ke chakkar kate hai or airtel nodal officer jinka number hai [protected] ye number mujhe bilaspur customer care se mila hai isme maine phone 100 baar se jyada try kiya hai lagta hi nhi hai abhi mai apne number per call karta hun([protected]) toh woh sayad kisi or ko alott kiya gaya hai kyunki number switch off bata raha hai sir jab life time sim hai to band hone ka sawal hi nhi hota customer care wale bolte hai ki recharge nhi karaya isliye band ho gaya sir ye mera bahut jaroori number tha lots of people known then jiske karan mujhe last 3 months se 30-40 lack ka nuksan ho gaya hai, mujhe mera number wapis chahiye u check ur all previous details from 2 years other wise i go to upbhogta forum and high court tats it .kindly consider my case. my number is [protected]-asif khan mujhe call karke bataiye otherwise i tak strict action against airtel.

        Hi,
        I just want to recharge my prepaid moible online.(Prepaid - Gujarat - 98986*****)
        However, your newly introduced way for easy recharging (MChek) is stopping me to go ahead and recharge my mobile.

        sometime it beautifully says that my card details are incorrect, sometimes it says that iternational cards can not be used (FYI - I am still in india from birth and no other country has issued any card to me. Hope I had one) and sometimes it asks me to enter new ipins.

        I have tried using 2 debit cards of very reputed banks (ofcourse Indian banks), but all in vain. You intelligent easy to recharge system just doesn't work at ALL.

        I must say it is the hardest way which you guys have introduced without checking that this works or doesnt works. For the sake of the world , can you guys just fix this, so that I can recharge my mobile online.

        Can't I just recharge using net banking or something else.

        Please learn that "USABILITY", "EASE O[censored]SE", "SIMPLICITY" & utmost all "CORRECTNESS" like few things must be pe present in your system.

          I resister in NDNC with TRAI, for the telephone numbers pertaining to AITREL i.e [protected] & [protected] viz registration No. S[protected] and S[protected] before in the month of Aug 2010. As per regulations of TRAI all the SMS and promotional offers should be stopped after 45 days of registration. But they are sending 15-20 SMS per day and whenever they feels to distrub. The TRAI is not doing any thing and they are sending missed calls,if I redial the call they are detecting money around Rs 2/. Should I approch the law to shortout this disbute, Should I get the compensatiojn from TRAI and AIRTEL with calculated interest

          I register NDNC for the AIRTEL numbers [protected] & [protected] in the monthof Aug 2010, But still receiving the vulgur SMS and cutting the money after giving the missed calls. No action taken on against the complaint numbers with TRAI S[protected] and S[protected]. Should I approch the court of law against TRASI and the AIRTEL.

              I paid Rs.1590/- with my credit card and purchased an Airtel Digitaltv on 3rd November,'10. The transaction was made over telephone to the customer care of airtel digitaltv. I was told it would be delivered within 72 hrs. since then more than two weeks have passed no one ever came or call. I made nearly 50 phone calls to their customer care asking for installation. each time I was told it would be installed in 24 hrs. But nothing happened. I cannot believe a name as big as Airtel can cheat in such a petty manner!


              Is there any way I can get my money back?

              We bought the airtel digital TV on 19th sept,2009.but till now,i.e.,24th sept,no one came to install it at our house.Is this the service given to customers by the no.1 digital service provider in India?
              On your website,it is written that our call centre executives are ready to help u 24 hours,but it takes nearly 15-20 mins for the call to reach them.This is disgusting.On your brochure,it is written that delivery would be made in 72 hrs.This is a complete show-off.we were told by the retailer that compared to others,buy airtel because its service is better.Now we realised what better service u are giving to your customers!

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — No delivery / Information Status

              As per air tel commitment with in 24 hrs delivery, they are not made the commitment. after contacting customer care pathetic response.
              Customer care services very very poor. always false commitment.Including Supervisors & Superior

              Kindly provide me when it will happens delivery it not cancel the transaction revert back my money.

                My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using 0.facebook.com, which is a free facebook website service. On FAcebook it is mentioned that the service is free. When i caled 12118, GPRS helpline, they also accepted that the service was free. But today, on 11th november i was charged Rs. 15 was browsing some 1.2 MB data using GPRS. I dont know why!. after 10 minutes, i get another message saying Rs. 14.10 has been deducted for using GPRS service and browsing 910 kb data. I again called the customer care . that person did not know what to do and neither did he sounded like he wanted to help. he put me on hold and later hung up without saying anything. ( Customer care managers. please see to this problem. it has happened to me before. and i am sure it happens to other people. the executives just hangs up while we are on hold. we are not some outcasts. we pay you. so you better listen to us!)

                After that call , another message came, saying i have been charged Rs 0.60 . And after that another message saying that i have been charged Rs. 1.20 for using GPRS. ! I was so surprised at this. I again called the customer care .. This time again, the executive hung up.
                My balance has been absurdly charged upwards Rs. 40 for browsing the free content! I cant even give the exact number because they tend to come after every other minute so its hard to keep track.
                This is not the first time it happened, earlier, i used to use the yahoo messenger servic eon airtel live. it would cost like Rs. 10 for 10 days or something. and airtel used to me charge me that amount twice a week . I talked back then too. Help me out.

                The same happened with me as well. I used it for couple of minutes and my balance came down from Rs. 48 to Rs. 0.08...customer care guys never help! this is a pathetic service from Airtel!
                same has happened with me last week.I am a postpaid user and it is getting count in the bill. I called on the customer care and he told that these are the browsing charges. but if its charged then why is the comapny saying it free?

                same here, till 5 days ago my free facebook was working well, but it just suddenly stopped opening...i got some charge like 100rs, and used 0.facebook.com, and right from 88 it came doen to 0.4 rs..niice.. i called 12118 and they told me to change some settings and it still didnt work...i am a facebook freak but i love my money so pleeeeeeeeease stop charging sooo absurdly for a free site! and gimme back my free facebook! >.<

                they charge atleast 30 to 40 rupees for this...whn it is clearly mentioned it's free...!

                when i called the customer care...they tend to hung up...!!

                i didn't know airtel does TREASON like this...!!
                Try not using value added services of airtel as far as possible..only use it if its very important.

                  I got a service message from airtel stating the availability of an Rs.44 ISD recharge. (ISD calls 1re/min)
                  Recently I made an EC recharge for activating an ISD booster in my prepaid SIM . The recharge costed Rs.44. (ISD calls for 1 rupee per min)

                  In 2 minutes I got a confirmation SMS that the Recharge has been done successfully.
                  but when i made an ISD call, it costed Rs.9.80 per minute.
                  I immediately called the customer service., they say that the recharge has not been updated yet. They even told me to visit the EC recharge retailer and get clrified from him. I even went there and asked him to call the "service for retailers". he did that, and they have told him that it'll get activated in ten minutes. (then why the hell did i get a confirmation SMS in not more than 2 mins)

                  again, I made the ISD call the morning after.
                  BUT WTF, still it has not been activated.
                  I've been calling the customer care for 3 hours till now. STill thery're not even attending the call ..

                  I want someone to heed to this problem immediately.

                  AirTel — not proper response from customer care

                  I have been using airtel service now since 3 yrs now, but i have never seen so bad service till now. Its as simple as that since 3 months i have been trying to break friends group on my cell phone and nothing happened till now.Thats why i am unable to create new group. There are many instances where the customer care executive would speak very rudely, or in pathetic English, even threatened me once. They deducted some amount for nothing at all.

                  I never expected this from Airtel.

                    Hi,

                    I have taken a new Airtel Dth connection in the month of October 2010. I had taken the 1590 Rs plan in which i was promised to get 4 months free subscription + 250 Rs Cashback to my account.

                    Since last two days i am receiving messages on my mobile that my Airtel Dth account balance is zero and will be discontinued soon. Today i got couple of automated calls also regarding the same, Even after providing the proof of payment (Credit Card Statement) and raising the complaint with them.

                    After calling customer care and speaking with Anurag & Mragendra, I came to know that my account was actually started with Rs999 only and current account balance is Zero (which is a big mistake from Airtel Team), However actually i had paid Rs 1590 for Economy Pack Plan.

                    I requested them many times by calling the customer care, but all in Vein.This is the worst customer care i have seen in India.
                    I had paid the Amount (1590) via IVR System using my HDFC Credit card..

                      I have been using Airtel prepaid mobile connectivity for the past many months. In September 2010, the outgoing and incoming calls services were barred and I was asked to resubmit identity and address proof and I submitted the application along with photograph and copy of the driving license in October, at Airtel Customer service outlet at Jayanagar . Despite that, the connectivity was NOT restored.

                      On enquiry at the Airtel outlet I was asked to resubmit the documents as I could not produced the details of the acknowledgement issued by them for having submitted the document earlier.

                      I submitted the documents again on 12th November 2010 at the Airtel Customer care out let at Kammanahalli (Touch N Talk Com) and I was told that the connectivity would be restored in 3 working days.

                      However, the connectivity has not been restored and on enquiry on 19th November 2010, I was told that I SHOULD RESUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS. When I showed the receipt issued as acknowledgement for having submitted the documents, they checked up with the customer service back office and I was then told that the verification is still not completed and I should wait for another 3 DAYS.

                      During my wait for more than 30 minutes at the AIRTEL Customer care outlet at Kammanahalli, I found many customers coming with similar complaints as mine, of non restoration of connectivity despite having submitted the required documents.

                      For some reason Airtel seem to be harassing the Pre-paid customers by deliberately not taking note of the documents submitted to them and disconnecting the mobile services.

                      The time and effort of the common public cannot be wasted for the inefficiency in processing the documents by Airtel.

                      A week go my new SIM card was blocked due to " non-submission" of necessary document- viz. a photocopy of my Visa details, which the dealer had not asked me for.

                      I submitted the necessary document the day after I was requested to submit the photocopy. Nonetheless I remain without any phone/ Mobile services for these last few days, although i was assured that the service would be resumed within 24 hours of submission of the necessary documents.

                      airtel really sucks these days. my number got barred in outgoing calls for its non submision of proofs. i submitted again the proofs (driving licence of mine) in anna nagar airtel outlet. they said the number will be back on track within 3 days. four days up, my barred outgoing calls r not been released. Airtel is giving me an unpleasant mobile services. i totally disagree with the services. Airtel lost its respect i had. if not my number is back by tomo, i will throw it off n will surely change to some other network. And i want to make this under your attention. the staffs in the airtel outlets don at all respond good. they were busy in chatting rather than looking at the customer's service. i have been to an airtel outlet in second line beach, chennai and also to an airtel outlet in anna nagar..both have bad customer satisfaction. they dint at all respond me properly.. AIRTEL SERVICE SUCKS :(

                      Airtel — Non restoration of services

                      I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for for blocking my outgoing calls even at the clearance of the bill. Its been a week now and nobody has resolved my problem till yet.

                      I am using a landline number[protected] under name of Ravinder Kumar Gupta, Due to
                      late payment my phone¿s outgoing service was blocked & on 2nd Sept. I paid the bill. Till yet my phone¿s outgoing service is blocked. Everyday I am making several calls to customer care regarding which I was assured by them on each different days that the problem will be resolved in 4 working hours, ever since then I am wasting my phone calls & time to call from different number to
                      customer care & begging them to resolve my problem.

                      Or please share the escalation matrix so that I can proceed ahead for resolution of my problem.

                      Airtel — BARRED THE CONNECTIVITY AND NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING REQUIRED DOCS.

                      1.All the incoming and outgoing calls are BARRED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION([protected])
                      2.After contacting customer care,they asked to submit required documents to activate the services.
                      3.I have submitted documents in AMEERPET,HYD AIRTEL OFFICE(Customer Relationship centre in their terminology). And they told me that the activation would be done with in 48 hours of submission.
                      4.But This is the 7th day after submitting my docs.STILL MY NO. IS NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 6 DAYS.
                      If I call to customer care they are telling your documents are not reached to us and they are asking me to contact ameerpet airtel office.If I go there they are telling we have sent it already and your number will be activated by this evening.THIS IS THE DAILY RESPONSE I AM GETTING FROM AIRTEL FROM LAST 3 DAYS.

                      AFTER GETTING SEVERE FRUSTRATION WITH AIRTEL I AM WRITING THIS.And because of their irresponsibility I have lost my job.Atleast avoid these type of issues from now without happening to others.Can anybody please help me to resolve this problem. He requested for another document from my premises owners association president.I made that also ready And called them several times ,no one from Airtel turnedup to collect the same.GETTING FRUSTRATED.

                            Complaint is for Airtel postpaid connection:[protected] and account:A/c. No.[protected] and billing discrepancy for the month of May,June,2010.
                            I was imposed a hefty postpaid bill of Rs 2038.84/-.
                            I filed complaint against this discrepancy number of times but did not received proper explanation nor any assurance from airtel. I paid bills for subsequent months , despite of that my outgoing services were blocked.
                            Even when issue was not resolved the incoming services were also blocked in month of Aug.I have to suffer a huge loss as my Airtel number was blocked unnecessary. Many of Recruiters could not contact me as the service was blocked. Along with this I was getting continuous calls from recovery department and other airtel teams for payment.Now as this issue was for the month of May the impact was carried till month of August. I wrote to airtel customer care,Nodal officer , Appellate officer but never received solution on this.
                            I have all those communication with me.
                            I had really suffered a lot using Airtel service. Today also I get mail for payment.

                            Airtel Postpaid Mobile Services — Poor network and abrupt services

                            BE AWAY FROM AIRTEL, A ROUGUE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER !

                            I am having Airtel post paid connection from last 5 years. Its now a disappoint for me that, Airtel mobile network service has become such a serious poor service that they are now a days just road side prank cheaters. Manytmes, I have sent so many threatening, abusing and even threatening SMSs to kill their top management over poor service in Pune. But to my surprise, till now either their services is improved nor they have deceny ask me what's that huge problem I am fussing about. Airtel is an such a rougue organisation, Idont have any words to explain.

                            If I have the power (or I would be the TRAI) to take any actions against AIRTEL, I would have put the entire top management, including Mr. Mittal behind bars for voilating good corporate governance norms.

                            so , dear team these are my issues releated to my bill plan and this month bill charges. so plz resolve these issues as soon as possible.
                            and plz give me resolution on urgent basis .

Last week our Executive was on official tour to Malyasia for 6 days. During his tour he has hardly contacted 8 to 10 times to the nos at INDIA. We have received messages stating the bill amount is Rs 41600/- which is abnormally very high. After contacting to local authorised service providers at Dharwad there is no proper response. They direct us to get information through customer care. At customer care the person attending the calls change frequently & suggest to wait for some time. We are facing difficulty to contact the right person an solve the issue.

                            Discrepancy in bill generation since the month of Aug (Airtel), Delhi

                            My no. is [protected] (post paid). I did my last payment in Aug and I had called up the airtel customer service to disconnect the no. or else if possible they can convert it to a mumbai no. to which the agent said he will work on it and will convert it into a postpaid mumbai no. and also he suggested me to keep my no in safe custody for few months so that I can retain the same no. Also I requested him to change my rental plan from 299 special to a zero rental plan and it was confirmed to me over the phone that my plan has been changed and it's in safe custody for a period of 6 months. Now in November I am receiving a call from Airtel stating that I have to pay Rs. 1500/-. They were not even aware of the plan change or about the safe custody and were pressurizing me to make the payment at the earliest. Even after talking to around 4-5 agents nobody could resolve the problem. Lastly, I spoke to a senior agent he said he is working on it and in one month's time my no. would be converted to mumbai no. and my arrears will be waived of.
                            But till date am receiving calls from airtel and every time I have to explain them the same problem when they see they cant do anything about it either they will disconnect the call or else they will make false promises and again after few days someone new will call will the same query. I have requested them to check their records and find out the agent whom I spoke to in Aug who confirmed to me that everything was in order. But it seems airtel never records any of the calls made by the customer and expects its customers to suffer and due to some agents fault the customer has to bear the cost. I was thinking of taking up the same no. or atleast similar no. in mumbai but I am deeply dissappointed by the way my problem is being dealt. I have been a loyal airtel customer since the past 6-7 yrs. I never expected this from airtel. They are harrasing me everyday with their calls on my mobile and my home no. and everyday I have to explain the same thing and they hang up saying they will get back or simply disconnect on my face. I have to call up atleast 5-6 times to get through the airtel customer service after long hold.

                            If you treat your long standing customers like dirt then soon your brand name will diminish. I hope I will atleast get a response on this. Just a couple of mins back I called up a lady agent and she disconnected my call. If your agents cant help out to such simple queries...I wonder why are they even hired...to create more trouble for the customers...i guess.

                            Plan in bill: 2000mins CUG & Local & STD airtel free/month, Local call 30 paise, Std Airtel 60paise, STD others Rs 1.50.
                            But in this why they are mentioning CUG numbers i don't understand.
                            While we made complaint we recieved the plan details as : 2000mins CUG & Local & STD airtel free/month, Local call 30 paise, Std Airtel 60paise, STD others Rs 1.
                            Which one we can follow?

                            Airtel Postpaid Mobile Services — Billing Discrepancy

                            This complaint is regarding the Air tel Postpaid mobile charges discrepancy issue. I was out of town for 3-4 months and My Phone was with My Mother (who is 60 years old and don't even know how to send or check sms). They charged me 7000+ amount for 3G usage which can not be true. Air tel charged fraud amount from me. I logged a complaint when I was back in Town on which they never responded back and after few days they deactivated my services and started calling all my known people and starting harassing me. They never reverted back on my Alternate Land line or Mobile number which I supplied at the time of logging complaint.

                            After few months they emailed me a legal notice to make the payment and their Agent Ashwini called me threatening that If I am not making the payment they will trouble me personally. Then My Husband called Ashwini and they settled to make payment of 5000 Rs and the Air tel Agent sent me an email assuring that once I make the payment they will reactivate my number (On Dec 3 2011) . Last week when I went to Nearest Air tel Outlet in Galleria Market Gurgaon they informed me that my number is permanently deactivated as there is still some outstanding of 3000 Rs. When I called back the Agent Mr. Ashwini he told me that it will take unlimited time to get the services reactivated.

                            Highly disappointed with their services and , need urgent help in fixing this issue. Please suggest and help me with this regards. If they cant reactivate the services I need the money back which I paid please.

                            Hi, I have two airtel connections [protected] & [protected](Please check my past transaction & usage records). I have enjoyed my airtel connection and the usage flexibility. The issue statred with last month bill of my connection [protected] which has a 98 plan for 1GB free. Now some how my usage was 1.7 GB and Airtel chaged me Rs 7000 for extra .7GB. Fair enough i had sought time till 1st of My to make the Payment. Being a frequnt user with a monthely avergae bill of Rs 5000 Plus i get abused by Airtel every day. The Slang used is not acceptable under any circumstances. Today again i received a call from [protected] using abusive language.

                            Can airtel do something about this....esle i will soon migrate to a different service provider.

                              All Mobile ISP providers needs customers first and make money by selling SIM card. after few months like airtel saying plz submit these documents that documents...while taking prepaid - how they are activating SIM without documents? who's fault this one? this is entirely goes to Airtel company. even. I am going to file case against Airtel company and if it successful then Airtel will lose few laks of prepaid connection in future... good luck for other ISP providers...

                              Note: how many times we need to submit documents.?? the purpose of Airtel company is planning to convert prepaid customers into post-paid customers... as marketing strategy...

                                Another Recharge of Rs. 100 for which a talk time of Rs. 88 was given.

                                Before replying back first do your homework properly. Don't just reply without

                                Airtel has APOLOGISED through the previous mails 3 times & you can read in this
                                mail itself. This is all because of some lousy & filthy people at work with

                                Since last few days Airtel on its own has started deducting my balance on

                                for std. I have spoken to airtel customer care executives n number of times but
                                it seems my complaints are falling on deaf ears.

                                Will the NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE people of AIRTEL WAKE UP from their SLEEP.

                                This time I will make sure I recover my money from Airtel according to my means

                                prepaid mobile balance — inappropriate deduction of money

                                on 23 september 2010 i activate Rs 98/- gprs connection for 1 month free browsing and 2 Gb download . but to my amaze i was charged about Rs 70 to Rs 80 for simply browsing the net on my mobile. i lodged a complaint on 25 sept 2010 and had been promised that the deducted amount would be refunded. again on 29 sept at around 9pm to 10 pm and was promised a call back however the said promise could not be kept once again.
                                on 30th oct i called up the customer care once again and spoke to the supervisor who bluntly responded me stating that on 25th sept 2010 i activated 1 day mobile internet package @ Rs 20 with the same amount of the deducted amount.with great dissapointment i realize my value of being an airtel customer however the supervisor was thankfull when i state that i m not going to use airtel connection in my life.
                                here i m not asking airtel to refund me the money which has been deducted .my main concern is the way u treat ur customer is a disgrace.

                                Airtel — Inappropriate Information Provided

                                Hi,

                                I had issues logging into the online portal of Airtel. So i called up cust care and they promised to send me a soft copy of itemized bill. Later the supervisor calls me today and states that they wont be able to send it until i subscribe for email copy..Why was it promised then??

                                Secondly, i requested them not to change the password as the issue was not with password and that i had tried resetting it about 10+ times. Inspite of that Airtel goes ahead and resets the password with out my consent.

                                I had called in for a query on SMS package. The rep who attended the call stated that the application is down and asked me to call after 4 hours. Meanwhile the package is activated without taking an authorization from my end.

                                It is becoming a serious concern now as the problem not just lies with the frontline rep, but also with the managers as i have had just bad cust service experiences. They dont let you speak nor try to help you out as a customer. You ask for some information and they deviate from the topic and talk about something else.

                                I just get frustrated...

                                My airtel mobile number [protected] has very often been a subject to activation of schemes without asking or calling or messaging for any of them . we have ben filing complaints regularly . last time again we got the balance deduction redeemed and asked for any schemes that are active on the phone to be deactivated as we have never tivated any. we got a call checked balance for few days it was the same as the phone is not really used much . but a day or two back deduction started again and on asking them they told us abt a scheme that was activated on one of our std mobile number in december 2010 precisely 27th as told to me by the telecaller. whereas the number in question [protected] stopped working around four months back. and on confronting i was told we activated some sort of scheme and the telecaller was just not reasoning out the fact wen i said if the money is being deducted it will happen everyday but it has not been that clearly means that their is something wrong with the system and they always try to prove us wrong. its enough . we can definitely change numbers and not go through such trouble of filing complaiints but i guess as a citizen of india its my right and responsibility . i would like some action to be taken and matters cleared.

                                without my notice my mobile(:[protected]) is subscribed for hungama club and daily 5 rupees is getting deducted as far I know more than 25 rupees got deducted so far. When I contacted customer care 198 they are turned off that service refunded the money back and then again they activated that service on 30.10.2011 and deducted Rs 20.00 from my account and again called to 198 customer care and they refunded Rs 10 to my account.Now again that service is activated on 02.11.2011 and deducted Rs 10 from Account.Again I have Airtel customer care 198 on 03.11.2011 they taken the request and canceled that service and refunded that Rs 10.00 .We have so many complaints on this hungama club and this is happening to me for the 4th time. Please stop these crazy things and do not waste the time and money and I want know without our permission or notice how you are doing those kind of activities. If we are asking to customer care representative regarding this issue they are saying that happening from you end.I need the clarification on this
                                I hope you will resolve this issue asap to stop further deduction and I hope you will revert the amount.

                                Once again I am telling you that I have never subscribed for this service and even no one will use my mobile.

                                  I have submitted the required documents and received the sim card from Triplican Airtel office, once activated and used for 2 weeks, i lost the mobile & barred the sim card by calling to customer care. Then waited for 2 weeks to get the duplicate sim, but due to non availability of stock i was asked to go to Parrys Airtel office. I submitted the document again and got the duplicate sim by paying Rs. 25. They informed me saying it will be activated with in 24 hours, but they did not do it, when called it was informed to me it will take 1 week, but did not activated at all. After 2 weeks again they asked me to submit the documents for activation of sim. After submision of documents , with in 24 hours only incoming calls facility could be availed, but not able to make outgoing calls. The recored messaging is saying your line has been temporarly suspended for non submission of the documents. When i call one person speaks only in tamil which i could not understand since i am from out side of tamilnadu state , i asked her to transfer the call to other executive she transfers unwillingly which disconnects after few seconds after repeadtly calling for 5 to 6 times. When i called their manager he never picks up the call. ( Manager cell no is [protected]). It is a real pain to get the Airtel connection in Chennai unlike other places, They are not professional at all, they need to speak in english like in Karnataka state to cater to outsiders too.Some of the staff is not at all cooperative.                                   The delay in activating is not acceptable, the staff itself has informed me saying it will be activated with in 24 hours. Inspite of it only in coming calls are activated but not able to make calls. The recored voice is saying my line has been temporarily suspend due not submitting of documents.
                                  The delay is not acceptable since the Airtel staff it self has informed me saying the delay has been happened from their side and it will be activated with in 24 hours.

                                  Airtel Mobile — Barring of services in spite of submission of documents

                                  Hi,

                                  Airtel services has been barred on my mobile[protected] for want of documentation inspite of me submitting my passport, pancard, photo, company id copies as documents.

                                  The Airtel showroom in koramangala (called Airtime services) verified the documents and agreed everything was in order and provided me an acknowledgement. The services were barred after this happened. When I tried contacting the customer care, they were very rude and did not provide a response as to why the services were barred.

                                  I checked with the showroom again yesterday and was again confirmed that all docs. are correct and they confirmed that the documents were also logged with Airtel central office and the services would be restored. But the services are yet to be restored.

                                  I will get important calls and now I am not sure what damages this would do to my career beacuse of this irresponsible behaviour by Airtel.

                                  Please help.

                                      God & his saints help you if your Airtel dth conks out - or, as in my case, u move ur installation. My customer no is [protected]. My service request nos: 4435335 "Video Problem"; 4468043 "Installation Related"; 4490016 "Video Problem"; 4502848 "Engineer Related" have been hanging in midair for the last one week. When I called the mobile no mentioned in the SMS, the pelnipotentiary at the other end asks me to call up another pleni... who tells me to call another etc., thereby enlisting me as a virtual backend worker for the great Airtel Globocorp. Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully". In fact I have been forbearing as there is an existing digital cable service available to me with channels that Airtel doesn't have - like Diva, News9 (B'lore), Daystar etc.
