I got a message from a number[protected], in hindi words typed in english scolding me. When i enquired with my friends they said that they too get unknown messages from number starting with 54321. Could you please check who is doing this and block it? This is not at all good. Contact me in my email, [protected]@gmail.com

I've had a similar experience like that of Dharma's but for the fact that what I received was more romantic in nature... It's a harassment nonetheless and would appreciate your action in having this resolved...

    Hi,

    I applied for Airtel DTH .I showed some interest on a airtel DTH website.. and next morning I was contacted by an agent from Vriti Infocom .He called me ten times to get the money and once I gave hiM the money he didnot even give me a bill. I got a bill on third day after requesting him/calling him 5 times .

    He promised that an Airtel Engineer will come in the evening and install Airtel DTH and also activate it before he leaves.

    But its been 7 days now. No one has come to me. Vriti people do not answer my phone call neither do they reply the emails.

    Mr. Punit Saxena is the incharge here and he has stoPeed taking my calls too.

    I am affraid that they might have cheated me and taken my money (4040/-).

    I have completely lost trust in AIRTEL DTH and i m regretting my decision of chosing them. No company should make false claims if they can't stand upto them.

    I won't be recommending Airtel DTH to any one.When i call DTH customer care I keep waiting for 10-10 mins and my call is kept on hold and no customer care representative responds.

    DONT GET STUCK WITH VRITI. DONT GET STUCK WITH AIRTEL DTH too.

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV HD - VRITI — Payment made-no installation

    I applied/express interest for Airtel Digital TV HD through airtel website on 10/08/10. Within 2 hours, I got a call from Mr. Harman Deep who told me that Airtel Digital TV HD is available only through vriti-interactive.com and provide me a link. I enquire him about the authenticity of his offer following which he provided me another website link where an airtel page opened and it showed that vriti-interactive is a partner of airtel.

    He promised me that by 13/08/10 installation would be done. Accordingly, I made the full payment for mega pack and gave him the reference no.

    After that , the person just vanished. He doesn't pick up phone despite numerous calls.Today is 13th august the deadline for installation as promised by Vriti but no sign of action either by Vriti or by Airtel.

    I am planning to take suitable action against them both legally and through public forum/social networking site. After googling about these two companies, I found many complaints against them. So I have no doubt that both are hand in hand in cheating people. They believe that common people is too busy to seriously pursue the complaint. So time has come to show them some action from consumers side.

    Similar to Mr. Jaspinder, I am having a similar experience. I reside in Panipat and provided my contact details on Airtel website as I was interested in buying a Digital TV HD.

    Withing 2 hours (date 10.08.10) I got a call from Mr. Harman Deep who informed me that Digital TV HD could not be bought online through normal Airtel website. The same could be procured only through VRITI INFOCOM.

    As I was skeptical about the issue, Mr. Deep send me a link of airtel website where it was shown that VRITI INFOCOM.is a partner of Airtel for selling in tier 3 cities.

    As per given link by Harman Deep I made the payment and gave him the reference no. generated during payment. I was promised that installation would be done by 13.08.10.

    However, I have not received any communication regarding installation of Digital TV HD either from VRITI INFOCOM.or from Airtel.

    I have sent 3 mails to airtel but I am yet to get any answer (apart from computer generated acknowledgement mail).

    Today is 13.08.2010 and if no desired action is initiated by VRITI INFOCOM or by Airtel, I would be forced to look for legal action and protest through public forum & social networking sites. There is already enough such incidents of fraud/cheat by VRITI INFOCOM/Airtel in various forums and a co-ordinated effort needs to be done to highlight these issues.

      receiving blank calls from [protected] every hour on number [protected]. Please do something about this. I have been receiving all unwanted calls from different numbers. I have called airtel and they asked me to give a compliant to the police. As I searched google found that it was spam number. Please do look into this matter. I am fed up with the calls. If airtel does not take any action I will switch my service.

      This call was from Citibank I recently took a citibank savings account(not a credit card) and they are giving me blank calls.Finally a guy spoke to me and said I have signed up for a credit card. This is a verification call Also the guy who spoke from this number said that I have signed in the column of credit card in the application form which I did not do.( Told him that I will file a case against the banking officer for forgery).

        I have been dialing 12150 tto connect to the custmer service Rep to get my Airtel DTH complaint registered. But every time I dial the option 2 after listing to the IVR - the IVR says transferring to rep and the call is dropped. I have now tried this more than 50 times but it seems they have programmed it that way to ensure their is not mouch of load on the customer support dept.

        AIRTEL DTH Custmoer Support is Screwed up - I suggest all to not buy it.

        Sadly, I experienced the same thing as mentioned by the poster.

        Airtel DTH customer care is truely pathetic. When I actually managed to get through after god knows how many attempts, the person starts talking in Bengali. This, after I have gone through the process of pressing 1 for English, entering the account number, etc, etc. Then she asks for the account number...duh, I already entered it...for what?

        I tell her, problem of no signal for past 4 hours. She says, how is the weather now. I say, it was fine 4 hours ago, but it is windy now. She says, that is why no signal. . Weather was fine 4 hours ago. Finally very reluctantly she logged a complaint and gave me a ref. number. An SMS sent confirms this, the SMS also has a mobile number to all in case of follow up. Guess what, the mobile number 'does not exist' Why am I not surprised.

        Every time it gets a bit windy, 'No Signal'. WTF. At least it should get better when the wind stops, but no. Some engineer has to come to fix, which will happen only tomorrow. Pathetic.
        Screw you guys.. Vinay and Airtel. You guys suck BIGGG time...

        I am disgusted and frustrated with how your customer call center is setup. Each time I call, it takes an average of 10 minutes to connect to someone and even then my complaint is not addressed. Only today, I booked for a movie on Channel 180, and though I got an SMS confirmation, I was not getting the channel. So I called up and finally got through at 10 pm. Already 1 hour got lapsed, and since there was a technical error on the side of Airtel, i asked the Customer care representative to address my grievance. He said he will connect me to the Manager and just went away. the phone was ringing for almost 7 minutes, and no one addressed the call.

        Obviously frustrated and feeling insulted, I called again and my call is answered in the 7th minute, and the same rigmarole continued.

        You guys really SUCK big time. My earlier DTH was Tata Sky, and I never had any problem with them. I seriously regret having shifted to Airtel.

          My Roaming incoming remained blocked in spite of repeated complaints to airtel complaint center. On friday(11/6/10) your respectful executive suggested me to contact the headquarters which fortunately gets closed by 1900hrs.....The next day ie on Saturday your esteemed headquarters remained CLOSED being a HOLIDAY!!!!! Wah kya service hai boss! I wish i could join the Airtel and serve the nation the way you guys are.... PROMISE NOT TO TAKE AIRTEL FROM NOW ONWARDS. Believe me I,will spread the word among my doctor community across armed forces.

            hi i m using airtel mobile office for internet connection since 2 months. since last 1 month speed is very very slow. after complainin they told to solve problem in 7 days i.e. till 7th june but still no solution now when i m trying to contact cust. care they r charging 0.5 rs every time for every 3 minutes but call is getting disconnected without any conversation with cust. care associate.there is no fault in my set as i m able 2 connect to net with TATA DOCOMO gprs with very hansome speed. my no.is [protected].

              In march end gave a cmplaint that call drop, zero signal frequently happening and that we are not able make or take any calls-flat a 106,natrajan residency,padmaraonagar-secunderabad- the whole of the residency-especially south side, west side n east side the signals are weak....the signals from idea, dokama are clear........

              after the complant no action has been taken ad after few weeks we have called again and we are told that the issue is sorted out- how can jissue sort out without anybody coming and inspecting our home and premises? after my 2nd complaint people came and verified and gone...no information to us. on 29th april i have written to ombudsemen on the same issue and also that generally whole of hyderabad airtel is becoming weak and many main roads and buiding signals are zero and still airtel is expanding and wants more subcribers without addeing service level......

              after the complani 2-3 calls came and updated me and finally in may mid peole from ericsson came and tested and suggested that signal boosters/enhancers have to be kept and that airtel concerned people will come and so far no one came......meanwhile i canceeled my 3rd airtel mobile-[protected] in lei of bad signals/services and i got calls saying 2nd june is the dead line and requested me to keep the sim..i was adamant and cancelled the sim...now we are at 11th June and problem is same and no body from airtel bothered.

              now i have planned to canacel other airtel sim and switch to Dokomo immly.

              Please see that the company is penalised for negligance, carelessnes.

              AirTel — NETWORK - CALL DROP

              The AIRTEL services in delhi are by far the most irritating and disgusting. The amount of Call Drops is crazy the customer care is another bunch of fools. I have been facing this problem of Call Drops in the East of Kailash Area in New Delhi for over a year now. Even though I took the pain of reporting this to the customer care but the complaint has been open ever since.

              I also noticed another thing that the call drop always follow a pattern in my case.. the first call gets dropped in abt 20 secs and then the second cal to the same number would get disconnected after 50 seconds and so on. Logistically AIRTEL charges us for each call that we make irrespective of its duration or even if it was dropped due to their network problem.

              The amount of money spent on misleading advertisements about their unbreakable network coverage. If they spend this money on their network quality it would be worthwhile. I hope this reaches the right eyes and ears.

                I received a missed call today morning from [protected] and got another missed call in the after noon.After calling back,they guy picked up the phone & said that he is calling from AIRTEL HEAD OFFICE located in Bandra Road,Mahatma Plaza,5th floor,MUMBAI.
                The executives name as told by him was PRAKASH KUMAR & he passed on the call to his supervisor RAVI VERMA.

                They informed me that I have won lottery worth 10 LAKH rupees & I need to buy coupons worth 12600 from Dish TV(ITZ Dish coupons,with Shah Rukh Khans Picture on it).
                After I buy the coupons I can collect 10 lakhs cash from Airtel's MUMBAI office or people from Star & Sun TV will come to my house along with the cash prize tomorrow at 3 pm & will telecast my interview.
                They declines to reveal there details & mentioned that there bosses name is PRAKASH JOSHI.
                THEY ALSO DECLINED TO MENTION THE WEBSITE OF THEIR COMPANY AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING THEM & WERE ASKING ABOUT MY pan card details & address as well for the Prize Delivery.
                This is a matter of SERIOUS CONCERN. &is a V BIG FRAUD..pls. look in to the matter,else I will go & complaint against it to the POLICE & HIGHER AUTHORITIES IN THE "HOME MINISTRY".

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Today in the morning I received 2 miss calls from this number [protected] and to know who it was so i contacted back and then the receiver(Mr. VIJAY KAPOOR) said that i have won Rs 25, 00, 000.00 because my number which is an Airtel number has won lottery which was organized by Airtel and Dish TV with Sharukh khan as their head and then he asked me contact the lottery in charge of Airtel / Dish TV company in MUMBAI Mr. RAJ SINGHANIA on [protected] and then my call was disconnected.

                So i thought of contacting him (Mr. RAJ SINGHANIA on [protected]) because i have earlier also won lottery which was drawn by buying some ticket coupons on ebay so i thought this time also it might be true so i called him then he also said the same stuff as earlier then he also mentioned this that I need to deposit Rs 13, 700.00 into bank account of lottery department head or supervisor and once my amount is credited in his account then that guy will contact me with the lottery number and balance amount of 700.00 deducting from Rs 13, 700.00 because that is charge of lottery office.

                THEY ALSO DECLINED TO MENTION THEIR WEBSITE OF THEIR COMPANY AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING THEM & THEY WERE ASKING ME ABOUT MY BANK DETAILS AS WELL FOR THE DEPOSITION OF THE PRIZE AMOUNT.THIS IS VERY MUCH A SERIOUS MATTER AND IS ALSO A FRAUD CASE.

                SO I HOPE WHOEVER IS INCHARGE..PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OR ELSE I HAVE TO REPORT IT IN POLICE / HIGHER AUTHORITIES / CONSUMER COURT AS A FRAUD CASE.

                  myself kcp,

                  ours is a totally residential area surrounding by schools and other housing colonies just adjucent to our building.our society members are deciding to bring a mobile tower on our building, since i am the top floor flat occupier and keeping in view the existing tower's numorous problems, i opposed their move. anyhow i want to prevent them from installation of any tower on my flat roof.i already slapped a notice to the respective president of the society, they are ignoring it. even i thretened them to take legal/police actions against them what to do... kindly suggest

                  Airtel Mobiles — Unable to send Messages from Airtell GSM mobile

                  hello sir/madam,

                  I am a customer of airtel GSM.i have purchased a GSM airtel sim on 16th of feb. But after buying the sim till date i m not able to send any messages from my GSM mobile .i have made complains many time but they say the problem has been resolved.

                  Sir i m getting seek of it.i have already give this number to all my friends and family and too all the software companies where i have appiled, so because of that reason i m also not able to change the sim.

                  Sir I am santhosh... I did not activate Mobile TV on my mobile (My number [protected]). But you are activated Airtel Mobile TV on my number. And you are charged Rs. 40 from my account. How can you charge me without my subscription ??? This is not right.....

                  I was Using airtel mobile postpaid number [protected]. this is company CUG number.
                  i resigned from that company so i disconnected the mobile connection.
                  but i paid the last bill before disconnect. At the same time my uncle also paid the bill.
                  so the bill paid two times.
                  regarding this i complained to customer care they told they will refund through cheque with in 60days.
                  but almost one year finished still i am not getting the money so please tell me the proper proceure to do legally through court.

                  Airtel Mobiles — Taking Documents & throwing in Documents then disconnect Mobile connection

                  I got a message from Airtel to submit documents in Sep 2010. I have submitted documents again second time (First time I have submitted at the time of taking Prepaid Connection). But now my number is recycled. Is there anything like every year every customer need to submit documents to Airtel Prepaid connections? When i called to customer care No proper response from them. I have registered complaint # [protected] on this. I have spoke with Customer Care Supervisors Manju & Sandeep on 24th Sep 2011. R you people are selling those documents like wast papers to generate your revenue?

                  I have submitted documents in Indira Nagar Airtel Office on 04/09/2010 with acknowledgment number # A 72164 & APEF No.21781610. I have submitted documents as a backup Driving Licence, Pan card, Bank Passbook, One Pass port Photo. Now they are telling No Proper documents, That's why they have recycled. As per TRAI What else documents Airtel is required? Why customer need to suffer because of your problems. If my number is not activated on Monday. I will sue on Airtel for compensation in Consumer Court. I have acknowledge copy from Airtel. This is enough to file a case on airtel. And I received SMS that (Dear customer, your recharge request could not be processed. Valid amounts for this channel are 50, 99, 100, 200, 300, 333, 444, 500, 1000) and amount has been deducted from my account of 222 Rs. But I didn't received amount to my mobile.                         I bought an airtel 3G data card for surfing, ME[protected] on 13th May 2010 from Airtel Corp. Office, Madanpur road. Gurgaon costing appx. 4500/-. With the promise that it will give 256kbps speed. But after I bought it, it did not work because Rajokri does not comes under the coverage. I took it to my office where it worked but with a speed of 2-3 kbps(almost no speed). When I consulted the staff of Airtel Corp. Office, they told me they will solve the problem with in 7days. But after 10 days, nothing happened and they avoided my call. Somehow after trying for some 20-30 times, when I could possibly to an airtel official, he promised me that they will take back the device. Afterward I am not able to contact them anymore.
                        Please suggest some way. I am fed up of this Airtel device and the customer care, I just want my money back any how.

                        DATA CARD AIRTEL — DATA CARD NOT WORKING

                        Dear Concern,

                        I have bought a data card on june 1st, 09 from karnal. when i bought it i was clearly misguided that it will work everywhere in india. but wen i use it is not even connected. i have called on your customer care so many times but they dont even bother. after so many calls & requests they have given me the complaint number i.e. 22192498. it was registered by ashish. I felt so much harrased. i think airtel customer care is there to serve people. I have spent 3500+ one bill of rs. 338/- N one bill is pending who will be responsible for it. My data card sim no. is [protected] in the name of monika sachdeva.

                        Respected Sir, I am a user of airtel data card, but i think airtel makes customers fool, bcz, from last 2-3 days I am unale to conncet with the internet using my airtel data card, so plz. do something, My data card no is:-[protected]

                        Delhi Gurgaon Super Connectivity — Smart Card

                        When the smart tag was sold during the initial launch a refundable security deposit of Rs 1500/- was taken alongwith the form. Nowhere, were we communicated in the Terms & Conditions provided alongwith the form, that it carries a warranty of 1 year. Now over a period of time the auto sensors have stopped functioning and when we want to have them serviced/ replaced its being communicated that you pay an additional Rs 1500/- to provide a new Smart tag.

                        'On being questioned response at Toll Plaza Counter is that they have a right to change policy from time to time. '

                        As a consumer to this services I would like to put this as a a complaint and bring it to the notice of concerned officials that does the Service Provider has the right to change such terms & conditions unnilaterally without informing the general public. I do have a copy of the initial terms & conditions during the form submission, wherein its only stated that "The Company reserves the right to make amendments to the Monthly Pass Policy as required from time to time'. Accordingly, Toll plaza rate per trip would change. Nowhere it mentions that there would Change in Policy of Smart Tag Support Servicing. It clearly shows that Terms & Conditions are being amended by the organisation at its own whims & fancy.

                        Airtel — Airtel Data offer not working

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am

                        I have bought an Aitel SIM on 26/06/11.As per your data plan in Nokia C3 we will get 2 GB Data for 6 months with this mobile.Now my no.[protected] is active since 3 days in my mobile.But still the offer is not active.As per Nokia , we just have to insert the SIM in mobile and the offer will start to work.But through this procedure nothing worked.

                        Please sort out the problem fast as my offer days are getting less from the 6 months.

                            On 2nd June 2010, i had recharged by Airtel Digital TV account Cust ID: [protected] with Rs.1000/- (one thousand rupees only); on same day itself, i had requested for plan change to South Super Value May-10 Advance rental 6 M NRC towards the same an amount of Rs. 655/- debited.

                            On the same day evening plan had changed from South Super Value Advance rental 6 Months pack to South Super Value Advance rental 12 Month package and an amount of Rs.1335/- was debited to my account.

                            Airtel digital TV had debited amounts of same packages for both 6 months & 12 months package. One package amount should be reversed back on urgent basis.

                            Due to negative balance i'm unable to view channels from past 4 days. kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                            I had contacted customer service team for more than 10 times, but no one had responed; even i had logged a complaint against the same through email (to [protected]@airtel.in on date: Fri, Jun 4, 2010 at 9:35 PM) and also logged complaint through customer service call center, but no one had responding to my issue.

                            Please do the needful on urgent basis.

                              I am existing user of Airtel Mobile in Mumbai. I recevied a call from [protected] (caller named Hetal) on 08/06/10 informing that Airtel has launched a promotional plan of Zero rental where in 200 local mins and 200 local SMS are free. This plan would attract a fee of Rs. 500/- per number which they would reimburse by offering a discount of Rs. 100/- per month for a period of 05 months. Further the local charges would be 15ps for calls made to Airtel mobile while the balance would be charged at 30ps per min. The person visited me on 08/06/10 and collected my ID proof and adress proof for my 02 numbers and ensured that the plan would be activated by 09/06/10. A verification call was also made to me from [protected] wherein they verified and explained me the plan in detailed. But till today the plan is not yet activated. The reason citied that there was a technical problem and would be resolved by 09/06/10 end of the day. When followed up today on 10/06/10 on the above numbers. The replies from the person on the other end were full of arrogance which confirmed that I have been cheated.

                              Now I would request Airtel to look in to this as I don't want others to get folled by the out bound calls received.

                              Please advise if I need to make a Police Compliant in this regards.

                                I would like to inform you that an amount of Rs. 57 was deducted for java games.

                                I got several messages for activation and i was continuosly sending " STOP " message reply to 1210 as given in each message for deactivation.The messages of acceptance of deactivation also came.
                                but,
                                Then too i got message - "Thankyou for downloading Rotateit from airtel.You have been charged Rs 50.Enjoy games club"
                                so, I don't want this service.

                                Another amount of Rs 7 was deducted just before the deduction of Rs 50 for same purpose.
                                Kindly refund the money or i will be forced to switch of my airtel connection.

                                  My customer id is [protected] and I have applied for my airtel cable TV shifting one week back. The dish and connections were removed on 5th June but the new connection at our new flat has not been installed till now. During last five days I have called airtel customer care atleast 10-15 times and during each of call they always give FALSE HOPE by saying engineer would go within next 1 hour.

                                  Most surprisingly yesterday at 9.20 when I called the airtel digital tv cc they told me that my account has been suspended although I have enough balance in my account. The CSR could not event tell me why it has been suspended and he told me that he can check OLD OPEN complain number 3003470 because the account is in suspended status. It is very shocking to see that an account is being suspended by AIRTEL without even informing the customer and even the CSR does not have any information.

                                  After that I again called yesterday 10.30 P.M and after trying for 30 mins I was able to reach CSR and they told that the old complain number can be CHECKED ALTHOUGH THE ACCOUNT is in suspended status and he would raise a complain to get activate. He also communicated to me that technical team would call me today (10th June) by 9.30 a.m for new connection installation.

                                  As usual no one turned up and again I called the customer care today at 9.45. Someone named Sumati told me that within next 30 mins technical team would call back me for shifting request completion.

                                  As usual again no one called me upt 10.45 and I again called them at 10.45 and this time surprisingly the CSR told me that connection was supposed to be installed by 8th by they DO NOT know why it has not been done. So they told me to hold the time and I was waiting for 20 MINS but then the line got disconnected.

                                  It is really shocking experience with AIRTEL DIGITAL TV and I think their customer care is worst one. I have airtel broadband and mobile and their customer care if far better than cable tv one.

                                  I am not sure when the connection would be shifted to my new flat and NOW after all these waste of time I am planning to take new connection from DISH TV. I think they would be atleast better than current one.

                                    Airtel connection i have been using the service since oct-2007 and they have been reducing my bill due date every month (infact its getting shortened by 1 day evey month)
                                    erlier it used to be 13th of every month, now for latest month it is 3rd
                                    i am sure for the next month they will send it with 2nd as due date.

                                    i have spoken to them ampty number of times but still they say we cannot help sir.
                                    and in addition they charge money for calling to help desk? disastorous.

It was suddenly got unregistered on 4th June 10 midnight, while i was out of station. When i contacted airtel customer care I was asked to submit my address proof again (Form number 4915257), i submitted copy of my ration card, PAN card and my photograph to the Pramod Agency near English Book Depot, Ambala Cantt. But till date it is not registered. It causing me mental harassment to me. If Airtel is not make the sim registered before 12th June 10, then i will go to Consumer Forum Ambala city.

                                        I applied for an Airtel DSL connection sometime in the month of April 2010, I received a call & an executive (Name: Yogesh) came down to my place (BTM Layout 2nd stage) to fill the application & collect the advance (Installation charges). I filled in the form duly, selected the monthly rental, provided him with a post dated cheque of Rs. 1794.00 (cheque dated May 10th 2010). Yogesh advised that a post dated will not be accepted. I told him that i dont have sufficint funds right now & can make the payment only on May 10th 2010, & so if he can come later & provide the application on a later date & also collect the amount on the same date. But, Yogesh called his manager, checked with him & got back to me saying that it is ok if I give him a post dated cheque & he will still go ahead with the application & connection.

                                        All went well that day. The very next day another person from Airtel came down (Manjunath) along with Airtel landline device, modem & other devices. He fixed everything & got the connection up & running. HE called Airtel Customer Care & other departments to setup the connection & billing.

                                        On the 4th or 5th of May 2010, I got a call from Airtel Customer Service that my cheque for Rs. 1794.00 has bounced. I was totally surprised as it was just May 4th or 5th & my cheque had a date of May 10th 2010. I questioned the customer care executive as to when did they produce my cheque? And the executive replied that the cheque was produced on April 20th 2010 (the day i got my connection). I was furios & also confused as to why a company like Airtel do such a uneducated thing like producing the cheque before the cheque date & on top of that customer care questioning me for not making the payment.
                                        They didnt seem to realize nor did they bother check what the issue was. They just kept on accusing me of not making the payment which was absurd & inhuman.

                                        From then on I was constanty in touch with the customer care & the billing department trying to prove myself innocent & trying to explain the most illiterate employees of Airtel as to what the issue was. I received my May 2010 bill which had this amount (Rs. 1794.00) mentioned as 'other charges' & service charges/taxes being applied towards that. I didnt know how to react to this stupidity. First of all it was not my fault & now i'm being penalised for no fault of mine. I again called Airtel refused to pay anything till the matter was sorted.

                                        Finally, the billing department agreed it was indeed their fault & agreed to clear the advance amount of Rs. 1794.00 from my bill (May bill). I paid the remaining bill amount of Rs. 1723.37 on June 1st 2010.

                                        I though all was sorted out. But i was wrong. My outgoing calls have been barred & the reason being non-payment. Again the billing department failed to notice that i have made my payment but it is their fault that they have not cleared the previous other charges as promised & comitted. I again have double the amount to pay & unnecessary charges being added on.

                                        This is just a menace. I have spoken to numerous executives starting form Priyadarshini, Saritha, (A supervisor by name Bhargav promised to sort this issue & call me back, but its been more than 48 hours now & no call back), mohammed (who was really rude).

                                        Airtel has made it clear that they are bothered about just their money. I incurred cheque bounce charges because of them & not at all bothered.

                                        I request you to please take note of this issue very seriously & assist me in getting this sorted out.
                                        I would be greatful if this menace ends as soon as possible.

                                        Bharti Airtel — Regarding Cheque bounce

                                        Our company had payment Bharti Airtel the amount of Rs. 703/- of airtel bill through cheque (700480) of HDFC bank. Which has to be cleared from HDFC bank but it is cleared from the ICICI bank.
                                        Since our company is private limited so cheque bounce will make affect.
                                        Kindly look into this matter.
                                        May i know what's the status of this complaint?
