Today morning I received a missed call from an unknown number [protected] and as I receive lost of ISD calls of personal/ professional nature I dialed back to find out who it was. The voice on the other end answered saying that I( my mobile number) had won a lottery of Rs.10,000 (Ten Lakhs) from Bharti Airtel and Dish TV and to win this prize I need to call Senior Advisor of Bharti Airtel Mr. Rakesh on [protected] and I can dial the same number from my phone now.

I dialed up to find out what this is all about and the voice on the other side ...( in the background I could hear a baby crying) said they were form Airtel's Bandar Head Office in Mumbai and I had won a lottery of Rs.10,000. They asked my number and complete name to confirm and put me on hold for 30 sec...and came back to say I indeed had won the lottery and to win that amount I need to buy Recharge Coupons of Dish TV worth Rs.9,000 but only those that Have Shahrukh Khan's photograph on them.I was once again told that I need to buy these coupons in 2 hours and call back the same number to give the details of the coupons to them after which they will arrange for the cheue to be dispatched to me ..the cheque I can collect either from Mumbai head Office or the team can come to my residence ...I was asked to choose 1 option . I said since I am not in Mumbai...the team can come to my address...they then asked for my address and I gave it. They said the team will come by 9:00 pm and before that in 2 hours I must buy the coupons and give all details to the same person.

However I was told to keep my phone in switch off mode till I buy all coupons and the Airtel people will check my number and trace all calls, sms that will be made to/from my simcard. I can also not exchange this sim, copy the same, use fraud sim of the same number and if any such thing is found I will lose my award money. I was also told that the Rs.9000 coupon money that I will be spending will also be refunded back to me later.

I am amazed and shocked at such fraud calls...why will big companies pay me any money and why am I to switch off my phone and why buy Rs.10,000 coupons. I hereby formally lodge a complaint on this forum and request a prompt action by the Police authority/ Airtel/ Dish TV …..and warn all other fellow national to be cautious and careful for any such fraudulent calls!!!

even i received the same call this morning and i feel its fraudulent...
i request the concerned authorities to please kindly look into the matter so that no innocent is forged to these fraudulent activities
numbers where the guys called from are [protected] and [protected].


airtel should track these numbers and take action against them... useless guys...
I also got a missed call from the same number [protected] at 12:58 pm today (24 November 2010).

I googled the number and found out that its a Pakistani number.

I wonder how they got my number.

I would also like to request you to please trace this number and take actions

Don't think the problem is solved yet, we got a call this morning...not only is your brand getting diluted by such fake calls...you will lose out many more existing loyalties if a fraud of this nature is successful with anyone...
Hi All - Well, today I have also recieved a miss call from number: [protected]. And did called back them to check who might be this, then the person told me that I have been awarded with 15 lakh Airtel Dish TV lottery and I need to call his supervisor Rihan Patel no:[protected]. When I called him he asked me to deposit a amount of Rs. 15, 000 to his compnay's bank account so that I can get my award money of 15 lakh with 10 mnts (he told the amount will be transfered to my bank account). This seems to be a fradulent call and guys be very aware not to belive such calls.

    Dear Sir,

    I have been facing frequent disconnection problem of Broadband internet since 6 month. I have raised seveal complaints with different compaint number, the issue has not solved yes and they are asuming the complaints has been resolved and closing all the complaints. Recently I have a raised a compaint with complaint number 3128852. Now the customer care says that the compaint has been closed withoput confirming with me that issue has resolved (the fact that the issue still persists, I have feb up raising a compaint every fornight, do we have any solution for this? I have been paying thier bill promptly since six years.
    I have been facing the problem of the frequent internet disconnection. Am using an Airtel ADSL connection. This problem has started ever since Airtel reported a major breakdown in Bangalore about three weeks ago.

    There is a break in the connection; but it restores on its own immediately. Its aggravated when the connection is operating at near-about its max speed. (For my plan (2GBps for first 20 GB download, thereafter 512 KBps though all that I get is approx 220 KBps and 60KBps respectively).

    This problem occurs with or without a router in place.

    Have contacted Airtel who sent their service engineer promptly. He did try to rectify the issue; but it still persists.

      My name is Ramjibhai S. Gadhia. I am having Airtel Mobile connection since last one & half year(Approx.) in Gujarat State.
      My Airte Mobile No. is [protected].I have started this no. as postpaid with government CUG plan(for one year approx.) and then converted it to prepaid lifetime with 1paisa/second plan. Resently since last few months this Mobile No. is in Roming(In Rajasthan). From last few days my mobile no.-[protected] is not working(Neither I can make call nor receive).
      I asked Airtel's Customer Care(No.-[protected]), Rajkot Airtel's Customer Care Relationship Center Head(Contact No.- [protected]), Nodal Officer at Gujarat(Contact No.- [protected]), And Higher Authority(forwarded me to him by Nodal Officer) at Gujarat(Contact No.- [protected]). But answer given to me by above all Responsiable Parsons (for Airtel Customer Care) mismatches with each other's answer.
      I talked with Airtel'sCustomer Care Relation Ship Center Head on dated 19/04/2010, he told me that you have lost your Mobile No.-[protected] and it will come in market on date 12/05/2010.
      So, now I don't know what to do? Why Airtel's employee can't give a proper and unity answer that because of which reason My Mobile No.-[protected] is deactivated?
      Then I Talked to the Nodal Officer(Gujarat) and Higher Authority(forwarded me to him by Nodal Officer)Gujarat on dated 20/04/2010, then informed me your Mobile No.-[protected] is allocated to another person on 20/04/2010.

      How it is possible in very-very sort time?

      When I asked Airtel persons to give me in written why my SIM card discontinued I don't get satisfactory answer to get in written.
      My mostly comminucation was done by this card.

      Airtel Prepaid Service — Discontinuation of SIM card without prior information

      I have an SIM card[protected].My card has been discontinued without informing me and the same number has been activated to some other customer.The customer service provided in relation to this issue is also very poor.Kindly help me to solve the issue.
      I agree to this as even my Dad has been using Airtel Number ([protected]) since 2008 in Mumbai, once when he had been to Delhi for some official reasons Airtel and deactivated the service completely without any prior notice or information, further when he returned to Mumbai and spoke to CSR at Airtel they were very rude and where not able to explain anything.
      Anyways in 2009 we just requested them to send us the Final bill after deducting the Deposite amount which was 600 RS/- which where taken as security deposite, but reply from the Airtel was a shock that they have never taken any deposite and they do not have any details for as such, still we provided them the Bills that we had with us at the Airtel gallery but they are not ready to accept those infact they say these are not Airtel bills though they are on Airtel letter pad and my dad has been paying for almost one year.

      So we left this matter and accepted that the Airtel is big fraud company and have swollowed our money, but recently we recieved and letter from the Advocate wherein it has been mentioned that my Dad has been charged under section 420 and he will be prosecuted if all the pending bills with Airtel are not cleared and also they have charged him as stolen the Airtel Sim card which is Airtel property though we payed the amount and purchased it, so my dad has visisted the Airtel gallery but they did not accept the Card and started abbusing say we have declared Warrant against you and soon you will be prosecuted...

      My dad is government employee and working with FCI, also he is qui worried with this behaviour of Airtel, I am not sure where this Portal takes me but I am looking forward to get the fix out of this issue...

      Airtel prepaid customer from mumbai — without prior notice my sim is deactivated

      Dear costumer care,
      YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS no other description for the service. I am airtel prepaid user i have purchased airtel sim on 26 of May it was working till 3 rd June. the service was disconnected without any prior notice this is absolutely unaccepted the reason told was insufficent documents i have submitted the documents for 3 times now still my number is not activated. this is what your costumer service is woooow!!!! i was told to call on 18000 then 80000 then [protected] none these lines are ever free so i can imagine the number of complaints you are handling everytime i call the reply was there congestion in the network plz try after 24 HOURS. and i m using your service only for 2 months in that also 5 weeks my service is blocked due a BAKWASS reason of insufficent documents and also I HAVE CHARGED THE SIM FOR 120 RS. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY UNUSED.
      either start my service or refund the amount.
      IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE CALLS ARE TOLL FREE BUT WHEN I ACTUALLY CALL THEY ARE CHARGED 30 PS PER MINUTE. WHAT A CONTREVERSY.
      I KNOW I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY REPLY FROM AIRTEL COSTUMER SERVIC BECAUSE ITS JUST FOR NAMESECK NEITHER MY SIM([protected]) IS GOING TO GET ACTIVATED.
      IN WE INDIANS WE HAVE A ULTIMATE TOLERANCE LEVEL SO ALSO THESE COMPLAINTS ARE BEING TOLERATED BY AIRTEL. STILL HAVING A RAY OF HOPE!!!!!!!!!! TO GET MY SIM ACTIVATED.

        Hello Sir / Madam

        I had taken a new airtel connection (prepaid) around a month back from a nearby dealer of airtel connection (Rishi Communication,GF-112A, Sushant Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok-I,Gurgaon). It took quite long for the no. to get activated and then it again got disconnected after a few days. And currently the sim is lying inactive because of which I am facing lot of problem.

        Upon asking the dealer the reason for the same he said there was some discrepency in the address whereas I have other numbers working on the same address proof. Also there was some form which was missing whereas I had submitted all the required documents and filled up the required details correctly.I was asked to fill up the form again. I was told it will now be activated in 2 days but sadly enough its been 6 days and still the sim is inactive.

        I have visited the dealer several times and asked him the status of the activation of the sim. I never got a proper reply from him. I really dont understand where exactly the problem lies.
        I am totally disappointed with the kind of service Airtel is providing to its customers and the inefficient airtel connection dealers.

        I would like to request the concerned authority to kindly to look into the matter.

          Hi,

          I had cancelled my broadband connection with airtel on Feb 16th 2010. On April 2nd I received a bill for the month of march. I had not used thier internet at all, as I had cancelled it. So I called up the customer care on April 5th asking them about the bill. They told me that a reactivation was done on my account. I told them that I had NOT requested for any reactivation and they adjust my bill amount. They are not responding to it, and also they are sending agents at my place, where currently by old parents reside. My airtel landline number is[protected]. My latest complaint number is 31463894.

          I had cancel my Airtel broad band connection with land line number [protected] on 21st Feb 2011.
          From last 15 days my landline connection has been disconnected without any reason even though I paid all the bills.
          Also I tried many a times to customer care for reconnection but all are in vain.No body is responding to my request.
          I have logged my complaint on 9th, 14th, 15th, 17, 18, 19th of Feb. 2011.
          Every time I got a complaint id and a message stating we will get back to you soon but have not got response from airtel.
          So I dont want your service anymore now onwards so please permanently disconnect my landline as well as broad band connection.Regarding bill I have cleared all my dues.
          Its beyond my expectation that Airtel is providing very worst service to customer.Had a very bitter expreince with airtel so long
          The customer help desk is the worst one I have ever seen, they dont take care of their customers nor do they regret for loosing a customer.

          Airtel Broadband — reactivation of connection

          Dear Sir,

          I am consumer of bharti broadband having phone no[protected] and A/c no.
          14470515 at A-83, Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad.

          I made request for re connect my connection on[protected] with Ref No.
          48055896. This connection has to reconnect on[protected], but till date it is a
          pending issue.

          I had done so many calls to customer care and there Sn. Super visor Mr Priam,
          but not done so far.



          Please do the needful ASAP.

            some days earlier i had encountered a problem where these people actually activated some sort of service that i never asked for, i stay in roaming all the time and then these people started deducting money out of my prepaid balance. i had to call up my parents to actually ask them to shut that down and give me my money back, the reference number to that complaint is [protected]. secondly they started giving me updates on ipl without even me...

            with due respect i want to state that i have a net connection whose id is 15095765.i have not got the the hard copy of my bill till 5 months.i only got the soft copy on my e mail id but due to my id have been hacked by some one and password is changed i am not able to get the bill till today .i have also requested at the collection office to send my hard copy bill and collection agent to collect the appropriate bill.but i have not the bill not any collection agent have come to collect the bill.same thing is repeated for 5- 6 months and i am only able to pay my bill with late fine .i want to know that this is my fault or urs.
            i have also complained abt this before but not any legal action have been taken.so pls send your collection agent to collect the required bill.

              Dear Sir

              With the disappointed with customer care executive, I would like to inform you that on 15.04.2010 I have subscribed the Hello Tune Khudaya Kher from the movie Billu Barber through the sms to 543215. But unfortunately another song has been activated itself only song name Ae aa o. Soon after receiving of the confirmation of this song I rang up to customer care centre 121 and talk with Mr. Deep Interaction ID[protected] for this regard. He told me within 4 hrs it will be solved. But after 4 hrs it had not been solved and again I rang up to 121 and talked with Ms. Aliva. But she could not handle my problem and disconnect the phone. After that I talked with Ms. Prerana Interaction ID [protected] dated 15.04.2010 at 18.23 hrs. After heard everything regarding this she told me to solve the problem within 5 days That is on 20.04.2010 and also i got the sms for the same. After 2 days on 17.04.2010 Mr. Vivek talked with me regarding this and he told me that he would forward the problem to concern department. But still 20.04.2010 Expiry of commitment to solve the problem the problem has not been solved and today 20.04.2010 I talked with Ms. Parveen about this and the same I will forward this problem to concern department I heard from her.

              Sir the solving of problem for customer is 24 hrs and maximum is 48 hrs. But it is going to be 6 days; still the problem has not been solved.

              Sir if this type of services will be provided do u believe that the customer will be satisfied. But according to me instead of satisfy of customer they will disconnect the number.

              Sir kindly considers the above matter and do the needful for innocent airtel customer.

                Dear Sir,
                I purchased Airtel DTH ( set top + 3 months free subscription ) by payment of Rs. 1750/- at Rajkot. Later I shifted to another flat in the same apartment & requested the company on its toll free number to shift my DTH connection.

                The customer Care Executive told me that they have no service enginner for my area and suggested me to contact their dealer. I called Airtel & its dealer 3-4 times but they have not provided me any help & service. I had no option so I purchased another connection of Videocon d2h. Now even Airtel is asking me to recahrge my account. My complaints to Airtel are as follows :
                1. When Airtel have no service coverage for my area, why they sell products to customers like me ?
                2. When I requested Airtel executive on its toll free no., why he was not able to solve my problems ?
                3. Why I was asked to contact other person or party ( Dealer ) when I am Airtel customer ( I had faith on Airtel, not on Dealer ) ?
                4. Why I am suppose to recharge ( pay ) my account even Airtel have not offered me any service for shift and when I am not using Airtel DTH services right now ?

                On the contrary I here by demand from Airtel to collect back my set top box and refund my money ( Rs. 1750/ -) which I paid at the time of purchase. Further I need compensation for inconvenience and problems I faced due to poor services of Airtel.

                  Hi Sir,

                  I got Airtel DTH connection free with LG LED tv. And my airtel STB got activated by[protected]. I also paid 440 rs for four months subscription + 50 rs for Eng Add on pack + 82.73 for 6 months Ten Sports addon.

                  But, my STB all of a sudden stopped working from[protected]. I lodged a complain with id 2442374 on[protected]. And, I was assured that my problem will get resolved by[protected] evening. But, when it was not resolved I again called up customer care only to get a slot on Sunday morning with an assurance that my problem will get resolved by the latest Sunday morning. And I was also told that their backend team will call me up before coming to my premises. But, when nobody called me up I again called up customer care. Then they again raised a new complaint(my old complaint was still open) and gave me a new id : 2453940. And this time I was again assured that my problem will get resolved by Monday morning. But, even when nobody called me up in the morning I rang customer care. But, again they assured that my problem should get resolved by Monday evening. Finally airtel engineer called up from [protected] around 2:45 pm saying that he will come to my place within 30 min. In the meantime somebody from airtel called me up from the no [protected] enquiring me off the status of my complaint. On informing him that my nobody has visited my place he told me that he is checking into this and my problem should get fixed by Monday evening.
                  But, the airtel engineer never came to my place. I called the no [protected] at 7:30 pm on Monday and the guy on the other side told me that he will come to my place by 8:00. But, he switched off his phone soon after that.

                  Today morning when I called up the customer care giving her all the details given above she said that their engineer has missed the slot(could not provide me the reason for that) and the next slot available is on Wednesday morning. On enquring what happend to my previous slot for engineer visit she told me that she can't do anything as there is no slot.

                  My issue is not resolved yet. And the latest complain id given to me is 2460098.

                  When I called up [protected] today morning he started abusing me in Tamil and Telegu and said that do whatever you can and my problem will not be resolved.

                  Please help me regarding this. I don't want other to get cheated like me.

                  After calling up several times, finally the same engineer came and fixed it. But, anybody going for Airtel DTH should be mentally prepared for this kind of trouble,
                  I also have face the same problem, My ID is [protected] and my Set up box stop functioning from 17th apr 10 ( Sat ) . I gave a call to Customer care 12150 and from there they gave me a no. after that heir executive called me on monday and said my complaint hasbeen forwarded to service centre. and the problem is solved from their side.They have messaged me that your service request no. is resolved. but till wednesday no one has turn up for fixing it. I am calling up the service centre no.26413581 continuously everyday and receiving the same answer that some body will come. This is i feel the worst service provider in the country,

                  My Airtel STB stopped working from Wednesday(4-Aug-2010). We made 10 calls to customer care and eventually managed to reach a manager (I feel one of the customer case executive acted as a manger). Nothing was sorted out finally on Friday we got a message, your problem is resolved. we kept the stb switched ON for the whole day and still no effect!!
                  Finally on saturday we made almost 14 calls to customer care .Sometimes the calls were routed to some "managers" (may be they are bloody contract executives acting as managers) and cheating both airtel and its customers. We dialled [protected], [protected], [protected] and not be mentioned the great 12150.
                  Still our STB is dead .Its the 4th day continuing and tomorrow will be the 5th day and it will be a sunday.My customer no is [protected]. We just hear the time they give us that their engineer will reach our home in an hour, sometimes 30 min, sometimes in 2 hrs . Now I beleive their engineer comes from England /US/France and obviously it will take days
                  Really pissed off with this dirty customer service .

                  God & his saints help you if your Airtel dth conks out - or, as in my case, u move ur installation. My customer no is [protected]. My service request nos: 4435335 "Video Problem"; 4468043 "Installation Related"; 4490016 "Video Problem"; 4502848 "Engineer Related" have been hanging in midair for the last one week. When I called the mobile no mentioned in the SMS, the pelnipotentiary at the other end asks me to call up another pleni... who tells me to call another etc., thereby enlisting me as a virtual backend worker for the great Airtel Globocorp. Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully". In fact I have been forbearing as there is an existing digital cable service available to me with channels that Airtel doesn't have - like Diva, News9 (B'lore), Daystar etc.

                  Incidentally, for general info, Airtel doesn't follow the regulator's requirement that free to air channels should continue to be available after expiry of subscription. One operator that does comply is Big TV: you continue to receive FTA channels on expiry of your subscription. That's one thing buyers can keep in mind while buying DTH

                    my airtel no. was [protected]. i lost my phone with this no., so i want this no.again as a dupicate sim. i went to airtel relationship office lazpat nagar -2 before 3 days, they said to me that they don't have stock for duplicate SIM that will come on wed. after that we went to the south- x branch after tking address from google, then we come to know that that office is shifted from south-x to malviya nagar but its still not updated on web site.after that we went to the GK office on sunday then we come to know its off that day. so i didn't found any response .what should i do .how come i can get my duplicate SIM now.

                          This is in regards to my Broadband bill that got generated on 23 Feb’10. It seems there is something grossly wrong with latest bill that got generated. I am disputing this bill for Rs. 8992.47 showing excessive usage of 8 GB over and above free 8 GB in the plan. For your reference, I am attaching a snippet of past month usage which clearly shows a clear variance in my usage pattern and this month’s bill, when there is no change have brought about in my usage habits.

                          Can someone please look into this and resolve the matter? I donot use internet to this extent that the download has doubled in a months time, which contradicts my past usage pattern.

                          TOday is April 20,2010 and i have not heard back from Airtel & on top of it my services have been barred for usage.

                          Airtel Broadband — Excessive billing

                          I am having broadband connection from Airtel for 200MB of download. Last 1 year, I am observing inflated bills from Airtel. Every month my bill comes to some 800 to 1000 rupees, though my usage is low. My calculation says that they are charging me at least 3 times from what I am downloading. So if I download some 20MB, they charge me some 50MB or 60MB. I have verified these facts on windows (using task manager) and on linux (using ifconfig) and on both systems this fact is true. This has been going on for almost last 1 year or so. They are also charging us heavily in case we just leave the modem on and this is really frustrating. I have complained many times to these guys on customer service and now really want to take them on.

                          I want to go to consumer court and really bring them to task on this.

                            I have purchased Airtel Digitial Tv in month of may 2009
                            within 1 year unfortunately the Remote control stopped working.
                            so for this concern i did call air-tel digital customer care number[protected] on many occasions to report the complaint regarding the same,and finally got the complaint number that is 241114.and at the very 2nd day i have received the Text message on my cellphone indicating that my complaint has been resolved.i was wondering that without any resolution they have closed the service request and the same day i have called air tel digital tv customer care for to ask them why did they have closed my service request without any resolution ,i spoke to the customer service representative,he said "we will dispatch you the on-site technician which will cost you 100RS".i agreed to pay the charges for the engineer visit,and engineer arrived after 4 the day by requesting him many times .and he has determined and diagnosed that the remote has gone bad and it needs to be replaced,and he has provided me the area managers phone number .i have contacted him many times for the same issue ..and he came to the conclusion that i have to pay the 150RS for the new remote control ..and im agreed to pay those charges also.and after that i dint hear any followup callback from them.i was really pissed off,so i did call the area manager once again requesting him to get the new remote on top of it he said that the remote control is out of stock so i waited for quite long span of time but still dint hear any callback,so i did call the airtel digital tv customer care for to get this issue resolved as soon as possible .i spoke to the customer care representative and he said you have declined to pay the remote control charges that's why we will not be able to give you new remote and that wasn't a truth i was shocked after listening to his false answer however i am ready to pay all the charges for technician and new remote control .the fact is they do not have any remote control in the stock.and they are making there customers fool by giving them the wrong information. so the concern is my TV is non operable without the remote control.so i would like to get the new remote on the priority basis

                              AirTel — GPRS and Blackberry Service

                              For the past 3 days, I have been trying to activate the Blackberry service and the GPRS service on my Nokia E 90 device but to no avail. I have been calling the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE and AIRTEL BLACKBERRY CUSTOMER CARE people everyday and after every few hours and have to repeat my story to them again and again. I get the same reply that the services would be activated within 4 hours.. but it has already been 3 days... after getting replies and replies that it would start within 4 hours... People in the CUSTOMER CARE tell me that they would call me back but again I never get a call back and so I have to call again and again after a few hours. They dont even bother to write down what I have requested to them. I dnt understand Is this what the CUSTOMER CARE is all about? .. NO SERVICE.. NO CALL BACKS.. NO UNDERSTANDING.. NO REPLIES!!! I would seriously request you to get back to me regarding this and solve my problem!!!

                              Blackberry — device not working properly

                              i purchased a new blackberry curve 8520 6 months back , it was with bill ,now the problem started with the trackpad sometime after using the handset now suddenly it is like functioning on its own the menu open anytime if i wanna switch off the device i cant unless battery is removed and above all whren i approched service centre at vodafone punjabi bagh a direct service from blackberry they refused to repair the handset in warranty as they said this is hardware issue and warrranty includes only software issues and all the repairs are chargeble , i m really pissed of by this answer as they claim to b a reputed company and the service back off is . no service centres nearby and after finding one u come to know tht it will be repaired by payin charges ,than what is the usre of buying handset with bill , better i had purchased without bill in my opinonon blackberry is the worst device i have ever used .

                              very 3rd class services blackberry providing us.....in their store pune ( shivaji nagar) employees are totaly illitrate(angootha chaap)....they don,t know how to make relation with customer and how to deal with them....even they don,t know the spelling of MIC they wrote "MIKE PRBLM" in job sheet of my device.......fckngbrry...i hav bought my phone 9810(bold4) on 2 of nov and aftr 5-6 day on 8 nov device started prblm like---hang, mic not respondind, speakers nt wrkng, display light movng up-down like CRT screen...and all the prblms were not stable....smtimes it happens 4-5 times in day smtimes device works well.....i hav informed all the time to customer care when i got prblm in device...they suggest me go to the nearest service center where you are....they,ll issue any certificate to you and you can exchange your device....aftrthn i went their...i full-fill all the formalities...then their employee told me that we,ll keep your mobile here for 2 days and we,ll check it that prblms are existing or not....so my prblm is --as i mentioned tht prblms are not stable....smtimes device work well...so how they'll caught prblm in during 2 days if device work well...and 2nd prblm is-----blacberry should provide any literate and smart representative at their service center who can understand tht why someone claim for prblm in their device when he or she bought it 8-10 days ago...what they think --.

                              and one more intersting thing---they said if we found prblm in device..we,ll issue certificate and you have to surrender your device from where you bought it and aftrthn they'll provide new one......i bought it from lucknow and now i am in pune and my exams are on my head
                              so how it is possible to go their and collect new device....and shopkeeper said that when you'll submit your device, then we,ll surrender it to blackberry,s office and after 1 week they,ll issue new one...then we can provide you...

                              this is the fastest service of blacberry in 21st century....my biggest fault that i have gone for blacberry mobile......

                              now a days if you bought any branded underwear from anywhere...and you found any fault like colur faintness.....then you can change it from anywhere at their store if you have bill....this is called service.....and that illitrate employee told me you have to go their to collect new device.....you have no choice, we can,nt do anything....suppose if i go lucknow (1500km frm pune) to change my device, then the fair of 1 side of train is 1600 it means for both side i have to pay 3200Rs...after then i hav to wait their for 1 week for which i have to pay 1500 Rs daily for hotel except food...so i have to pay 10500Rs for hotel....so my total expense for exchange my phone is around[protected]...so my qestion to blacberry services that who,ll pay it.....they should make little more pressure on their mind, when they make this type of 3rd class policies and rules for coustmers......

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am very much embarrassed to inform you about the problem existing in my handset, Blackberry 8520 GSM.
                              I purchased this phone on 28/12/2009 from a Blackberry store Delhi. After 6 months there existed a Network problem and Auto Off problem in this phone.

                              I submitted my handheld at Lucknow service station where they kept it for 15 days. After the agreed days of submission they returned back my phone by saying that the problem has been resolved. I started using this phone and the same problem occurred again and again 10 times. Again the phone was submitted and replaced on 22/10/2011. But after 7 days the same problem is occuring again. They said they have changed the Mobile set but the set is again giving problems and it is verty difficult to believe that the have replaced the set.

                                  I got the airtel datacard connection in the month of December,2008.I took it in a scheme of 1yr.After December,2009,the connection deteriorated tremendously.But I continued for another few months.Then getting extremely disturbed with the connection,I requested to disconnect my connection.But the customer care told me to carry on with the connection and promised that the connection would be improved.But,that promise was a hoax as nothing improved.Again,I requested to disconnect the connection.The customer care people called me a hell lot of times and again asked me not to disconnect.But this time,I stick to my decision of disconnecting.Then they tried to lure with their several other schemes which I said no to.Even after this,my connection has not been disconnected after my repeated requests for disconnection and every month they are generating my bill.Why should I pay for something I am not using anymore?

                                  AirTel — disconnect the card

                                  ple disconect my card as soon as possible bec i req to your centre last two week ago but my connection not disconnected my fouvar ple, disconnect my numbers are [protected] & [protected]

                                  AirTel — data card connecting but not working

                                  I recharged my datacard on 8/9/2009 with 498/- recharge.it should have been valid till 8/10/2009. but it is not working since 20/9/2009.i have lodged complain with the airtel customer care ( complain no-325300. dated 21/9/2009). They seem to be of no help. please rectify thjis as soon as possible. other details are as given:
                                  data card no-[protected]
                                  date of recharge- 8/9/2009
                                  amount 0f recharge -Rs 498/-
                                  card not working since - 20/9/2009

                                  Airtel — worng bill and mental harrasment

                                  i have taken a new airtel postpaid conection and in my first bill company has send me a worng bill and when i tried 2 know the reason no one was ready to help me out either in coustemer care nor in airtel office....
                                  and now they have send me a court letter sayng that if i wont pay the bill they will.bring me in court.....

                                  i av already called customer care regarding the close the services of airtel post paid no. [protected] in the name of mr.anshu mishra n still i av recieved a post paid bill n the thing is that i av already submiit a bills n from the month of march i ad'nt pay the bill bcoz i didn't use this connection still i received the bill of 4000 at that time i was in lko n m not going to pay a bill of this no.

                                  i av already left the organization whic is in my correspondence adress


                                  thankz rn regard n please take the strict action against the airtel
                                  i ad lost ma data card in march last week
                                  Yes i am also facing same problem

                                    i was taken a number from airtel post paid no. [protected] on this number i take freedum plan but after some time i with draw this plan. At paying bill time Airtel rental of freedum plan charg so i talk coustomer care but he say you pay that amount.My bill amount only 328/ and adding charg of freedum plan 800/ so plz help me because air tel theard me and force again and again say you will must pay that amount. i am ready to pay actual amount.lastly my number also closed by airtel.dipposit that amount other wise you can reddy to face teesh hazree court. so plz help me my no now [protected]

                                      Today (19.04.2009) around 9.45 Am i was check in my mobile Pre-paid account balance. there suddenly gone Rs.30.00. after few seconds i was found my mobile msg inbox there AirTel service provider already sent one msg. The msg Details like this" Your AirTel Friendz chat service has been renewed. Renewal charges Rs.30 for 30 days". But earlier and till now i am not request in this facility.

                                      Without my request & my permission they are deducting this amount.

                                      Now a days all mobile service providers earning money like this type. This is also like a theft.

                                      Each & every mobile service providers have Laks of Prepaid connection. one time they will deduct this type without customer knowledge like my connection they will earnings crores of Money per time.

                                      Finally Mobile service provider Asset & worth going up. customer Asset & worth going down like me.
