Updated by Parmanand99 Yesterday[protected], had conversation with with one of the Customer Care Executive (Sandeep Jogale). He asked me to do a FRC of 76INR from a retailer, tried it, but no success. The recharge is processing and the cancelled.
So i went to Airtel Express Store (Mansa Chowk, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan). The concern person said that this shop is only for Postpaid Customer.
So again i tried and reach another CC Executive (Neha) explained everything then she transferred my call to her senior (Krishna) then he gaved me proper cause for the problem. Which was, i opt for MNP in Mumbai Circle and trying to do Tele Verification in Rajasthan Circle and this is the reason the was not getting activated. So i've to be in the same circle.
But still it has not solved my problem yet. As i need my only working number to be activated as soon as possible. I'am stuck at new place with mobile to call my Friends n Family.
So i decided to buy a new Sim today[protected]. The concern person here (Vikas) at Airtel Payments Bank who sell new Sim (Ganpati Mall, Bhiwadi, RJ) said, to give him an alternate number but not of any family member because it will get rejected, but of someone who lives in Bhiwadi. So as i'am new i know no one but still i gave him a number of man here to whom i meet daily here and knows me well. and its late evening and the sim has still not activated yet.
New Complaint:
1. The Concern at Airtel Express Store (Mansa Chowk, Bhiwadi, RJ) who denied his duty for only serving Postpay Users.
2. Two Recharges attempted by me on Airtel Website which got declined and the amount got deducted and no refund has been initiated yet. (Attached images show the latest screenshot of my bank's statement where you easily find deducted amount to airtel. Kindly notice the screenshot time in lower-right bottom as well as the date the recharge was made
