Hi #airtelteam,

Such a worst service that i have been receiving from you guys that from march 2nd. I was relocating hence registered for uninstallation and you guys made me to be on calls for whole day to complete the service o[censored]ninstallation after speaking to your customer service guys for 8+ times for techinician to arrive. I was moving within the same area finally they sent techinician name rocky : [protected] he came and helped us with uninstallation by 5pm after whole day of war. He promsied to place a request for reinstallation since its same area he will only come and fix it. As per the advice called customer service requested for reinstallation and waited for same techinician to turn up no reply. We called him to schedule appointment this is what he spoke i said him its two connections i have with airtel. "he said how many ever connections you want i will help if you are ok after 10pm" i denied and said thats not possible any request please complete before 8pm tomorrow he denied and said how many ever times you call customer service i am the one alligned for this specific area and the request will come to me i hung up called the customer service 20mins wait time someone answered the call and hung up excellent to be treated by airtel. Then comes in new location there was airtel small hub he called himself all in all with airtel one stop solution sebastian airtel : [protected] he promised if i take broadband with 3 months advance payment he will fix all my issues i trusted i cancelled my act broadband and got airtel broadband[protected]_kk. He was super fast in giving me false promises only broadband request until i made the payment of advance for 3months was his concern once i completed he gave me only broadband no other services as promised fixing my dth was done. When questioned he said please call customer service. Finally with all frustration did that spoke to a girl name swapna / anju two different people not able to understand my english connected me to floor supervisor she spoke only in tamil i did tell her all my complaints and said i am done with you guys please file a request for disconnection she didnt even try to feel empathy directly she took request and said today is april 3rd before april 5th your request will be completed. Apparantly april 5th crossed from march 2nd i waited no response after making several complaints so finally i recieved a call from you guys on april 6th when i was driving tried to call back you guys promised 1hour and as usual started to disconnect my call.
Finally called you guys today april 7th at 3.30 am call got connected to kannada call center and agent name sandeep i asked him look at my request are you able to see me how many times i called you guys? His reply
What is your problem?
Are you subhashini? I said yes
Me: are you able to see my request how many times i called you guys?
Sandeep : i cant see what is your problem. Any problem regarding your complaint call us after 8am we cant do anything now.
Me: sir please understand i am your customer i am really fed up of calling you guys on multiple complaints no response you guys promise me to call back but you guys don't call back. Why do you do like this to customers? Don't you guys know vacation time kids will need tv access
Sandeep : mam please be professional on the call. Don't shout if you do i will release my call.
Me :where am i not professional man i am telling you the root cause
Sandeep : mam you be professional or else i will disconnect
Me: you release my call i will file a compliant agianst you
Sandeep : no problem do whatever you want.
Me : i want to speak to supervisor
Sandeep : you know kannada
He said u stop talking call us back at 8am. He hung up. Super service i was shocked.
Next call landed to bannerghatta road
Agent name : viswanath employee id he gave as 1036 kannada call center. I just said i am done with you guys please tell me the way to file executive complaint
He replied please go to our website. I said please take complaint on customer service i received from sandeep
He said he cant take complaints i will need to go through executive complaint channel only after an arguement of he denying to accept the complaint he said he will take request for disconnection. He said he is not bothered about whatever complaints it is. Now here comes the reference number and my account numbers with you guys. Thank you guys for providing the worst service of your network i like to disconnect all my services with you guys

And reference number all my services i would like to disconnect and followed by filing a compliant to trai and under the consumer act.

Please never take airtel at any point this guys are the worst network they spent so much on advertisement and fail to treat customers the right way.

      I am living in sobha ruby appt. Opposite to nagasandra metro station in bangalore in near tumkur road.

      We are having network issue from last 1 year. We have complained regarding this issue several times but no concrete steps to resolve this issue.

      What's the use of having a sum if it does not have any network. I am paying for 4g but i am not getting even 2g network.

      Please look into it immediately. I know many people have shifted from airtel to jio now because of no response from. Your regional team

      Hope that u will look into it and will take necessary steps to resolve this.

        Airtel dth registered mobile no [protected] on name of murari lal. Since february 2019 i am calling in to airtel customer care but no problem resolution from their end, at times they lie about some system upgradation from their end since last 2 months same excuses whenever i ask them to lodge my complaint and provide me with complaint no.
        The problem is that we have multiple tv with multiple customer ids, now with trai's new regulation for different tv, different base pack has to be made and different recharges to be done on different customer customer ids. But the customer ids with their registered mobile no's are not showing up on "my account" page of tv which is causing problem as to recharge on which id should be done.
        Plus during once such customer complain request they themselves assigned a new customer id but with their own choice of registered mobile no. Which doesnt belong to me. Thus adding further to my unforeseen problems now all the recharge for that customer id can not be proceeded if i do not have that "mistaken regd no." provided to me by airtel as part of their mistake. Pls lodge my complaint against all these unresolved issues at airtel dth end's and provide me justice and compensation for same as i have initiated a wrong transactions to other (Dead) customer ids regd with my no.in order to keep my device working.

        my recharge of rs 400 is also not initiated in the assigned customer id by airtel i.e [protected]-001. no early response from airtel yet after 2 months.

            In my bill dated 3rd feb, 2019, one time charges of rs 600/- has been added on account of shifting charges. Before raising request of shifting, i was assured that i will not be charged any amount for the same. And customer support executive asked me to get this amount reversed whenever bill for the same is generated. Now i am not able to reach airtel customer care since last 2 weeks.

              I have port my sim from bsnl to airtel now i am not able to tele verify because the 59059 tele verify call keeps disconnecting for no reason. There is no alternate solution being provide to me. This is first bad experience with airtel. My number is [protected] and alternate number is [protected].                 I am choose the channel of rs.150 but my total cost of rs.370 all tax including what benifit to the consumer for this act i am choose 100 channel and my cost of rs.370 earlier i pay 250rs to the broadcaster and 200 channel given by broadcaster and now i pay 370rs for only 100 channels my problem is ncf charge 130rs is more please less the ncf charge

                  For my post paid phone number, i have been trying to get it deactivated since i retired from my services two years ago.

                  Customer care says it's a corporate number so they cannot help. The team on email says contact through coordinator. I keep telling i cannot contact via coordinator because in army no one can contact an officer this way after retiring.

                  I have been paying bill for 2 years but now i will file a complaint and dispose sim, if resolution not provided.

                    I have been raised the complaint on 28.03.2019 (The compliant no is:87323321 and again i have raised the complaint on 01.04.2019 (The compliant no is[protected] because of my first complaint is not resolved. Still the both the complaint is not resolved so far. I have contact air tell digital customer care regarding, they are not replayed properly. The customer executive name is mr. Barath - cro from chennai office). The phone has been interrupted many times during conversion with customer care executive, i have tired to contact customer care regarding my complaint. So far my compliant is not resolved.

                    I have been chosen my tv channel in my tv itself as per the latest telecom regulatory authority of india rule on 28.02.2019, after choosing my tv channel it has been displayed rs.345.00 including gst. It show the qr code the same code has been sent to digital tv after post scanning in my register mobile phone. I have received acceptance sms from digital tv. But so far my chosen tv channel is not configured in my digital tv id (My id no is:[protected]). Instead of this rs.505 tariff is configured without my concurrence. Regarding this i have raised the complaint two times, so far both the complaint is not resolved.

                    I request you to configured my tv channel which has been chosen already on 28.02.2019 and what ever the amount i have lost. Due to wrong tariff configuration by digital tv. This is to be refund.

                    This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

                      I made airtel postpaid bill payment for mobile no [protected] of rs 823 on 05.04.19 from icici bank i mobile app which uses bharat bill payment system; neither the success screen came nor i received the payment receipt sms from airtel. However, payment is debited from my account no[protected] the same instance. Also, the payment is not refunded in my account till now.

                        I am living in anna nagar, chennai. I am using airtel for the past 4 months. I can't load any video in youtube. I can't send a file through mail which has a size of 200 kb for two days until i connect to a wifi network. Even a google search also not possible with that worst network. Customer service is the another worst part of them. You can't simply contact them. For every option you are trying, it says your account balance and it's expiry date. I have tried to connect to the customer service for nearly 1 hour and i got a reply "our server is busy sir. We will clear it soon". They are laughing when i complain against them. They just irritate me by saying the same template words and they are not answering anymore if we ask any questions. I want to switch to jio. My friends are using jio and they have a very good data experience and many free offers. Airtel charges more but providing the worst ever service. Chennai is the metropolitan city. If they can't give a good service for a metropolitan city, how could they connect to villages?

                          I have ported my sim 2 months ago. I faced the issue of not able to recharge from beginning of march. I wrote tens of emails to csr and also called them. But they were not able to resolve issue. They wasted 1 month of time, my incoming stoped end of march.

                          I raised consumer complaint, but airtel force resolved without even reply or comment.

                          I called out of frustrattion to airtel csr, one rep told me, the first recharge should be from airtel store. I recharged like a week ago. I am keep trying every day to recharge with 35 to see if the recharge will happen. But no result.

                          I am tired. I am tired now. I want to file a case against airtel for harassing me.

                            Dear sir/maam,
                            We had three airtel dth connections [protected]-1, 2, 3 of which we were not using no.1 connection so we got it suspended. As recently policy for dth changed we got a different plan for our 2nd connection as free channels were not being provided we requested for but when we got these channels plan for our 3 connection got changed by itself so i had to change it again to nesa hd lite which was showing 92 channels but after the change it was only showing 27 dd channels nothing other than that not even free to air channels. Why do you people show false information and why customer is not getting even to air channels as free such as new channels and some music channels even they are not availble this is cheating.
                            Please stop such things do not fool customers by showing something and giving nothing and give me channels as being shown in your plan and provide all free to air channels free of cost otherwise trai should take action against service such as airtel which keep cheating customers untill being reported.

                              Hie! I am writing you regarding my internet problem which i am facing in my iphone 6s. Its been 4 days i am calling continuously regarding the problem and no action has been taken so far. I am unable to use internet. I have to switch 100 times to 3g and 4g then my internet workes for a minute. I am really fed up of this issue! I have called several times to customer care and every time they repeat the same thing that they are working on it and it’ll start working soon.

I made several calls to your customer care number and had long conversations with the seniors in the team also. But till now the issue is still with me.

                                As per the seniors from the customer care team the network issue has been clearing with the technical team and will clear it soon. But nothing was happened. I have made recharge for data packages for 3 months consecutively. But i couldn't properly used it i am in my house

                                Therefore i humbly request you to look into this matter for getting prompt solution for my concern.

                                  I have refund from amzon of 3500 and 4000. Butthe money isnot credit in my account more than 7 days working day. My Airtel account number [protected].refund reference number by Amazon[protected] and[protected] I try many times to call bank customer care service but it does not want resolve my queries.so kindly check it whose foult Amazon Airtel payment bank. Please help me sir

                                  i have a refund from the amazon of rs2337 but money is not credit in my account its more than one month
                                  refund refrence no. by amazon is protected
                                  i try many times to call bank costomer care but they doesn, t want to resolve my query so kindly cheak it whose fault airtel payment bank or amazon plz help me i request you
                                  I returned product to amazon and amazon refunded me the amount of Rs 759 amd given me refund reference no. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is [protected].airtel payment bank account holder name - saloni taknet airtel people are not cooperating and listening instead saying that amazon reference no. Is wrong kindly give. My money its my need i request you to listen and conside it as being a consumer i have these rights i am feeling this form because is not my fault i want my money back

                                      Our locality is facing call drop.daily day by day network is degrading.to talk to any person it requires 3 4 times calling and if connected then call drops in between the conversation . network signal are full but network services are worst specially with airtel others jio and idea are working fine .so the only option lets for us is to port our number to other service providers
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have registered complaint regarding network signals in my locality Chiranjeev Vihar Ghaziabad on 22 march 2019, my problem is not resolved till date 6 april 2019. Unresolved complain registered on 22 march 2019 was closed and again registered on 2 april 2019, yet not solved.
                                        Airtel service specialist disconnect calls. Worst Network signals. Resolve my problem.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
