I ported to airtel from jio about 6 days ago the sim started working today its 1:37 am when i am writing this the sim staryed working at about 10 pm and i had activated everything after about half hour. When i went to port they said i needed to recharge my airtel sim which will start working in about a week so i went for the rs 500 plan today the plan wasnt working so i called the coustomer care they said i had no recharge history so have i been robbed?? Or is it something airtel did with everyone but only mine is not done (The recharge)

    I need the call history of my mobile number [protected] for february and march 2019. It's very urgent. Sent those details to my mail [protected]@gmail.com. As i m encountering certain unwanted calls in this particular duration period. I just missed those call details so please help to find a solution as soon as possible. So that i can report to the police to help.

      Airtel — online recharge has been initiated but not successful and amount has been debited from my bank account

      I have made recharge amounting to rs. 399.00 on today i. E. On 12 april, 2019. The recharge could not be successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account.

      I have received following message at 10:37 pm. From airtel team:

      Your airtel mobile * online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 399.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

      (Mobile no. Intentionally hide)

      But after that no message has not been received yet about successful transaction.

      I request hereby to make the transaction successful.
      Please do it asap.

        I have port my number [protected] in airtel fews months before i will take 799 plan as per plan mobile insurance damage coverge provide 8000. When my mobile damage company sold out my mobile just 5999. My mobile cost 14000 and insurance coverage 8000 damage expensive only 8500 around if extra something chrge on mobile i will paid but i want repaired mobile phone damage cost 8500 insurance coverage 8000 i will pay 500 rupes but return my repaired mobile

          My airtel dth plan till 4th april 2019 was annual max hd pack with validity upto 20th oct 2019. Superb plan!!

          This is regarding cheating done by airtel dth customer care executives to me.
          On 4th april, i called airtel dth customer service and asked mr mangesh whether i can add few channels without changing my existing package. Mr mangesh told me sure sir, you can add channels without disturbing your existing package and need to pay additional inr 12 per month for the channels you wish to add. I confirmed this assurance from him thrice during the call.

          Then the executive added the new channels i wish to add.

          But surprisingly i found all the previous package channels are deactivated and only the newly added channels can be seen.

          So immediately i called back to airtel customer care. Ms hemaliji khatri (Senior executive) talked with me. She admitted the mistake done by mr mangesh and she offered me that they can add inr 350 to my dth account due to the inconvenience caused by wrong information provided by mr mangesh.
          I replied her, please do not offer me money, rather reactivate my old package.
          She told me that she is forwarding this case to expert team for resolution of this complaint and within 48 working hours i will get the resolution.

          Till date i wasted calling airtel customer care for hours together, but i didn't received any satisfactory resolution.
          Every call use to be starting with abcd.. And ends with we will get back to you within 24 hours with the resolution.
          But everything is in vain.

          The only output from all these conversations is my mental harassment caused by airtel dth customer care executives.
          They are admitting their mistake in every call, but don't know what is restricting them to give me proper resolution.
          The resolution offered by them is like - "they have stolen my mercedes car, and instead returning me maruti 800 car"

          In every call i asked for the essential information about head/ in charge of their department against whom i can file a case in consumer court regarding this matter, but none of them provided me the information.

          Copy of this email is also forwarded to some important departments for the reference which i may need in future.

          In addition i am also forwarding this at directorate of public grievance, govt of india

            There is very poor network specially indoors. There is no signal or it is very poor. You have to come out of the room to use network. I am not able to make/receive calls since last fortnight due to acute network problem.
            I have lodged my complaint many times in last few months.
            You are requested to improve connectivity or put all my number in mnp.

              Its been very sad to say that after been a loyal costumer for more then 15 year now airtel services has became so bad,
              I have visited to airtel store on 10-04-19 and inform them that i have 3 no of airtel with one parent and 2 child connections after checking records they told me that it can be done but only when i wife visits to store as no was in her name, i was fine with it as its genuine request.
              Now again on 12-04-19 i visited with my wife to store token no is b016 and mr vijay was there to handle us, i explaining them what i want now they informed me that they cant change all the numbers at one go it have to be done one by one, why airtel thinks we don't have anything to do and we have whole time in world to just keep running for this small things,
              After hearing that i called 12118 costumer care to find solution, now they say that i first have to split all the no then only it can be done, if this was the solution then why the store representative informed me on 10 i could have done that on that day and on 12 all my no would have been converted to prepaid.
              I requested both the places that my wife is moving out of town and cant come every time for this small work as store is far from my house, they did not listen to any thing and keep repeating like a robo.
              I don't understand how these companies make us run for all these small things, its was such small request to finish all the work in one day in place of making me and my wife run for 3 -4 times.

                Hello airtel, i am mobile postpaid user and i was charged rs 100 (April 2019) for delay in paying the fee. I was not intimated about the fee, the messages only said that please pay so that your services may uninterrupted or disconnected. This is completely not acceptable to charge an amount of rs 100 for a regular customer. I insist that you waive off this amount from my current bill. Your network is however slow and people are already tired...

                I have advance rental pack validity of around 2 and half months in my account before activating the safe custody. But after 2 months when i have deactivated the same the validity of advance rental pack also lapsed. Then why the hell they should charge for the safe custody activation?

                And we i check back with them for the same, they simply say that is what the safe custody terms.

                Though the safe custody is activated, if the main pack will get lapse means why should they give option to the customer. They are literally looting the customer without their services.

                  I have ported out of vadofone to airtel. Yesterday[protected] i received confirmation and time[protected]:00) for porting. Did everything by there procedure but the sim hasn't been activated till now[protected]:00).

                  And now the worse thing, the no mentioned in there msg 59059 is not getting connected. Error : invalid number, check the number you have dialed.

                  My mobile no : [protected]

                  Not receiving calls or msgs.
                  Had recharge done via thier website of 448inr. Amount got deducted, but no success.

                  Priority : activate the sim first.
                  So that i will look into the refund methods

                  Yesterday[protected], had conversation with with one of the Customer Care Executive (Sandeep Jogale). He asked me to do a FRC of 76INR from a retailer, tried it, but no success. The recharge is processing and the cancelled.
                  So i went to Airtel Express Store (Mansa Chowk, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan). The concern person said that this shop is only for Postpaid Customer.
                  So again i tried and reach another CC Executive (Neha) explained everything then she transferred my call to her senior (Krishna) then he gaved me proper cause for the problem. Which was, i opt for MNP in Mumbai Circle and trying to do Tele Verification in Rajasthan Circle and this is the reason the was not getting activated. So i've to be in the same circle.
                  But still it has not solved my problem yet. As i need my only working number to be activated as soon as possible. I'am stuck at new place with mobile to call my Friends n Family.

                  So i decided to buy a new Sim today[protected]. The concern person here (Vikas) at Airtel Payments Bank who sell new Sim (Ganpati Mall, Bhiwadi, RJ) said, to give him an alternate number but not of any family member because it will get rejected, but of someone who lives in Bhiwadi. So as i'am new i know no one but still i gave him a number of man here to whom i meet daily here and knows me well. and its late evening and the sim has still not activated yet.

                  New Complaint:
                  1. The Concern at Airtel Express Store (Mansa Chowk, Bhiwadi, RJ) who denied his duty for only serving Postpay Users.
                  2. Two Recharges attempted by me on Airtel Website which got declined and the amount got deducted and no refund has been initiated yet. (Attached images show the latest screenshot of my bank's statement where you easily find deducted amount to airtel. Kindly notice the screenshot time in lower-right bottom as well as the date the recharge was made

                        I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. My old sim is deactivated. I inserted new sim and trying to call 59059 to activate the sim but it is not going to tele verification process. Each time i call, it says - as per govt. Mandate, it is necessary to verify your sim and disconnected. Please help as my no. Is deactivated for more than 12 hour now.

                          This is to inform you that my dth customer id is [protected], i am facing issue from last 31st of march because after created many time new pack
                          Its not activated and for that issue i have contact airtel customer care so many time and explained him/her history everytime but they are given only one excuse technical issue. It's really shocking airtel have technical issue from last 11 days and its take time more than 11 days for resolve my issue, wherein i have paid 113 rs was balance and recharge yesterday 350 rs but its showing 448 rs but after the recharge my dth is still not working all channels are not coming from yesterday what kind of service is this after the payment no any channels is coming same again contact to customer care but they again said its take time might be start till evening 6pm its really hight of pathetic service
                          Can you imagine in my family any one can wait for long time a simple service
                          My personal feedback is your service is extremely pathetic and harrassed
                          If you guys not open you eyes than no one can suggest to any for your dth and logging case in consumer forum for you extremely pathetic and cheating to customer that after payment 448 my dth is still not working from 11 april 2019 to till no 12april 2019 7:50am

                            I went to upgrade my sim to 4g as per the message i received to kanjurmarg airtel centre. The 2 staff sitting attended me and gave me new simcard for 25 rs with instructions that within 10 min it will start. I received sms from 121 for sinchan he.
                            After 1 hrs my services were stopped and when i put the new sim - no activation. I called customer service multiple times but they stated they never got such request and even the centre staff kept denying they ever met me or put such request. I communicated this matter to the air tel customer service who just kept giving me assurance without actual result.
                            I am being doctor feel offended as consumer.

                              Airtel is such type of worse network i have ever used in my life. There is no customer service. There is no network coverage, no solution for the customers complain regarding the dongle datacard issue.
                              Even after repeated follow ups and escalations to senior management team no body listens to the complain.

                              Higly not recommended to others.
                              Completely third class service and network. I am completely frustrated and irritated out of this airtel. Shame on u @airtel india.

                              Hope this could reach to the ceo india level.

                                Ported sim from vodafone to airtel. After 7 days i received message saying your airtel sim is active and activate it using 59059. But when try to call on this number it says invalid number. Not avle to understand why this is happening. This is not what i expected from aritel after switching to airtel. Never faced such issue while porting operator. Not even able to contact customer care.

                                  Hello,

                                  I am a decent customer of Airtel. I am using Airtel Post connection since July'18.

                                  They sold me plan with name of 4G Internet. But from day 1, they failed to give me a proper speed. Some times, I can't send even a single text message through Internet.

                                  Mostly I am in office or at my residence (like everyone). But at both places, I am facing issue. It's very irritating. I contacted to airtel customer care. Also, mailed them regarding this issue. Even airtel team also admitted that network problem is available at my place. Everytime whenever I contacted them, they just asking for more time. Waited for more than 3 months from my first complaint. But still no solution.

                                  In their last mail, they asked time till 8th March 2019 to resolve my issue. But no solution.

                                  I have their mail conversation and also have telephone recordings in which there representative admitted network problem issue.

                                  Now, I want complete refund as I paid them for 4G service. And they failed to give.

                                  Thank you in advance.

                                    This is extremely bad service from airtel as always thats why lot of people moving away from airtel.

                                    I called airtel more than 3 times to get my channels back but no luck. I am not getting any channels inspite of recharging for 1397 rupees on 23 mar 2019 for 6 month telugu pack. None of them solved the problem from airtel instead wasting my money by keeping me in call for more than 15 minutes every time.

                                      I recently ported my sim from t24 to airtel. My first recharge was for rs169. It's been a month since then and i'm unable to recharge to any plan.
                                      I tried via the internet and also at shops. None of them worked.
                                      I called the customer service too and they didn't help resolve the issue at all.

                                      I want to recharge to rs 23 and i'm unable to do so. I'm now getting sms' saying that all incoming and outgoing calls have been banned.
                                      I want to recharge but airtel isn't allowing it.
                                      Please, help me resolve the issue.
