I have been raised the complaint on 28.03.2019 (The compliant no is:87323321 and again i have raised the complaint on 01.04.2019 (The compliant no is[protected] because of my first complaint is not resolved. Still the both the complaint is not resolved so far. I have contact air tell digital customer care regarding, they are not replayed properly. The customer executive name is mr. Barath - cro from chennai office). The phone has been interrupted many times during conversion with customer care executive, i have tired to contact customer care regarding my complaint. So far my compliant is not resolved.
I have been chosen my tv channel in my tv itself as per the latest telecom regulatory authority of india rule on 28.02.2019, after choosing my tv channel it has been displayed rs.345.00 including gst. It show the qr code the same code has been sent to digital tv after post scanning in my register mobile phone. I have received acceptance sms from digital tv. But so far my chosen tv channel is not configured in my digital tv id (My id no is:[protected]). Instead of this rs.505 tariff is configured without my concurrence. Regarding this i have raised the complaint two times, so far both the complaint is not resolved.
I request you to configured my tv channel which has been chosen already on 28.02.2019 and what ever the amount i have lost. Due to wrong tariff configuration by digital tv. This is to be refund.
