Dr. Louis david amalaraja, from st. Marys eye care, 84, capitaine marius xavier street, pondicherry-605001 here. We booked a landline+ broadband connection of airtel on 8th april 2019 with mr. Gopi of airtel. His mobile no is: [protected]. We made a payment of rs. 3500, for 6 months connection of airtel landline+broadband, on 8th april 2019, by cash. Till now, nothing has been done. We have not got the connection. Someone came and placed a modem in our hospital yesterday, which is not functioning. They have given us a fake landlin no:[protected].
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have been using airtel sim since long time. in the month of January 2019 i had went to store and deactivated my sim as it was of no use to me.
Every week they call me saying i have to pay my airtel bill as it is not yet deactivated.
I dont have the sim also.
What is all this.. This is completely fraud kindof behaviour.

Solve this issue
After recharging the account twice i still get error code 6 ie insufficient balance. Raised multiple complaints but nothing happening. They are deducting channel rent everyday without giving me service.
I am complain against Airtel dth service regardindin not providing my own choice Chennal . I request action taken Airtel dth service please act of TRAI

    My airtel fixedline number was [protected]. I used the broadband connected and later disconnected the airtel telephone and broadband connection on feb 2019 by calling the customer care number and they tole me that they will disconnect the number within 4-5 days and the service request number was[protected]

    But even we have made the request on feb 2019 they sending me the bill for the march 2019. Ok we have billed the bill for non using telephone calls and broadband for the month of feb 2019 (As we have made the disconnect request on feb 2019 we have paid the bill for march 2019)

    But even after two months airtel sending me the bill for the month april 2019. This was completely unacceptable. They keep on sending bills with out hesitation.

    This is not just my story. But i have read the same story with my former airtel users facing the same problem. So always be careful when choosing airtel telephone or postpaid broadband connection. They won't disconnect connection and keep on sending bills. And you will suffer at the end.

      On 6th september 18 i have recharged my home mobile number [protected] by using netbanking.. I had recharge with rs 448. When i didnot get confirmation after 15 minutes again i recharged with 995 valid for six months.. When i got confirmation for both reachable. I call airtel customer care they said we can't cancell transaction but it will continue after first option expired.. But when it was not continue again i have called airtel customer service. They said it's not possible like that. Who asked you to reacharge twice.. They are very rude.. Not helpful at all they are bleming us

      My problem is getting worst.. Some one calling saying that he is from airtel asking me to put money in air tel wallet . When I did they had taken that money to recharge this no +[protected] and +[protected]
      When I check with airtel customer service they said they don't know any this people.

      Please tell me how can get my problem solved. And please check above no is frauds or not

      On 30-03-19 i apply for night cashback offer, then received msg from co. That my offer will be activated in 30 min.

        I have activated the international roaming package for kuwait for 10 days in the month of march and i was clearly told in the call that after 10 days the service will stop and i will be charged local relevant roaming charges.

        I have extended my stay in kuwait by 3 days but never requested for renewal of the package. When the bill for march came i have enquired why it was so high and they said i called in transit from dubai and its not covered i accepted and paid 5863 due to that charges the package was 3599 only.

        However to my surprise in april bill also they charged me 3599 and total bill was inr 4841.84 including taxes for excess charges.

        It is totally acceptable and fraudulent charges, they are simply cheating the customer, i was a loyal customer of airtel and i never challenged their billing before since lil bit here and there is always there. Now this i cannot accept at all. I want to take maximum action on this case and get my refund since i have never used services

        I also wish to shift my service to some other mobile service provider instead of airtel

          Mera sim damage ho geya tha. Mene aplogo ko complain de kr sim off kar diya.. Uske baad airtel mini store me jake sim replaced kara rehe hai lekin sim on nhi ho rha hai. Help line number complain krne me bolte hai ki 1 hours me on ho jayega.. Lekin kuch nhi ho rha hai. False information de rehe hai... Plz on kar dijiye. Bahut problem ho rha hai...

              unable to call to particularly bsnl landline numbers

              I m using airtel SIM card from past 6 years and i am recharging regularly for
              unlimited pack.now .My no-[protected]..i am unable to call to particularly BSNL landline numbers..while calling, its saying number does not exist, where as i am able to receive the calls from the same landline numbers..and i am able to call the same landline numbers from other service providers like JIO and vodafone..why you are blocking my call to BSNL...

                Hi, I have called to Airtel digital tv customer care today @6.11pm & I have asked her I have requirement of Hindi, Marathi & Tamils all channed required then executive lady told me that recharge with Rs. 360/- you will get Hindi, Marathi & Tamil all channels with rs. 15 (penalty). Then I have done the recharge of Rs. 375 immediately & called again customer care now they are telling me that only one tamil channel is part of that pack now u have to bear additional amt as per channel amt. I request you to please look into this matter on priority.

                  I have given a complaint that internet services aren’t working on my number 3 days ago. No one has responded to it. They send computer generated messages on twitter. Issue is not resolved yet. But when it comes to paying bill they want it on time. This is customer harassment. When all numbers in the area working fine, why only one number isn’t working and why aren’t they solving the issue inspire of repeated complaints...

                    On Dt:08-Apr-2019 I Have recharged my airtel Money account with Rs 450/-, which failed due to some technical problems. But on the same transaction the said amount has been deducted from SBI Saving A/c for Rs 450/- vide transaction Reference No:-OTHPG042143RaZ*airtel money.plot Guragaon.Again I recharged my Airtel No [protected] with Rs 448/- from the Same SBI Saving A/c which was a success one.
                    Hence it is requestedto credit the amount of Rs 450/- to my SBI Saving A/c from which the amount was deducted.

                      I am writing to you, seeking guidance and help regarding my situation where Airtel has wrongfully billed me an amount of Rs. 5160.69/- for international roaming charges for mobile number [protected].

                      I was on trip of Malaysia and Thailand from 16th to 23rd of Mar, 2019. During this period Airtel has put me on a Rs. 499/- per day international roaming pack, amounting to this huge bill.

                      As per Airtel, they have put me on this pack, as I have consumed data while I was on international roaming. I refuse this claim because I had not used any mobile data, nor did I plan to during my trip (which is why I had not subscribed to their 1500 for 10 days International Roaming pack). I say this with confidence because most of my time was spent on hotel where I had access to wifi and other than that I used my friend’s phone who activated 1500 pack which we shared.

                      Moreover, Airtel has had a history of charging for wrong data usage, as I can see through the internet.

                      The best they have done is told me that the charges are valid and I have to pay for the amount. I do not want to pay any amount except for monthly 300-400 postpaid charge as I have not consume their services ( Neither International calling, Messaging or mobile data).

                      I would request you to kindly guide me, as in what options do I have in front of me with regards to this dispute.

                      Ankita it’s your fault.

                      Intl Roaming is automatically activated when outside India. It doesn’t matter whether you use data or not.

                      If you don’t want to activate it, you need to be on Airplane Mode or keep your cellular disabled. For the duration of the trip till you reach the Indian airport.

                      If you failed to do this, the charges are genuine.

                        The customer care executives ensure you make you life horrible with follow up calls for activation of their services.
                        They collected all my documents along with INR500\- as activation charges in the month of January 2019.
                        It has been 4 months & the installation is still pending..
                        They avoid my calls & do not provide any response. One of executives called Dakshayini[protected] is the worst of all & rude to block my calls & message.

                        Want a refund immediately!! I don't need their connection anymore.

                          On[protected] i received upc no. 711319 valid for 30days and submitted the upc to jio for porting my no. From airtel to jio that my airtel no. Is older than 90days and on 8-4-2019 i submitted the said upc to jio for portal and they issued me a jio sim card. After 8days passed they informed me that airtel has rejected the process saying the reason that the no. Is not older then 90days which is absolutely wrong. Hence kindly investigate the same and accordingly liable official be taken to task as per rules. Awaiting an earliest from your end. Thankyou

                          we have completed lot of time regarding on network issues for Indoor facilities. Bt we got only one response that work is on process n we ll resolve your issue as soon as possible. I realy dont want this type of answer again. Plz try to do something. We don't want to change our sim card as we se believe on airtel network.

                            I lodge a complaint in airtel complaint portal as internet service stopped in my area and doing regular follow-ups as it is impacting my work. But still it is not resolved. I raised this issue with nodal and appellate team of airtel but their response are same... I'm doing this follow-up more than 1year while maximum timeline is mentioned 10 days in trai guideline. Airtel is charging for 4g internet connection and they are not providing 2g. It's a loot with the customer.

                            I opened my airtel wallet today and credited 169 rs from my bank account using debit card. Money is debited in my bank account but not credited in my airtel wallet. Transaction id is generated.

                              I have made a recharge on 14 april 2019 using my airtel app through sbi net banking but it was a wrong number so i please request you to kindly reverse it. I am hoping that this issue will be solved at the earliest below are the required information. Please help

                                Worst internet connection. One of the worst networks in India. It is similar to the basic 2g internet connection claiming that they re providing 4g services. Don't opt for Airtel because they praise themselves to be the world's fastest 4g network.
                                They cheat us by introducing to the plans and making them pay for it. The network will be running smoothly for a day. But after a day, the network lags so much and it starts to run like 2G intercom network.
                                Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I have selected my pack of channels according to new trai regulations. The total number of selected channels is less than 100. Without my knowledge and permission, airtel is adding some free channels and as a result, total number of channels exceed 125. Thus they charge me additional cost for 2 slabs (20 plus tax for each slab). When i register a complaint with airtel they will remove these channels but add some other channels later.in less than a month 3 such instances have happened. Airtel is cheating customers after new regulations have taken effect. The channels they add usually don't come to the notice of customers so we won't be aware of such hidden charges.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I visited your Airtel Store at Chembur for porting out from Vodafone to Airtel and selected monthly plan 649. I made request for port out on 06.04.2019.
                                    I have ported out my two postpaid mobile numbers
                                    1. [protected] Primary
                                    2. [protected] Secondary
                                    from Vodafone on 11.04.2019 and ported in Airtel. After receiving successful porting out message from Vodafone I inserted SIM cards provided by Airtel Store Chembur on 11.04.2019 at 11 pm but only [protected] was activated and my primary Mobile No [protected] was not activated.

                                    I had faced a serious problems as my official mobile number was not active. It was very embarrassing situation for me since I could not carry out OTP based transactions and receive or make any calls to my office, clients. I was scolded by senior official due to not making mobile available in office hours.

                                    I went to Airtel Store on 13.04.2019 but no resolution was made. Airtel de activated my alternate family number which was activated earlier and primary number [protected] was made active till 11 pm 113.04.2019. Again my primary number was de activated and alternate number was activated. I visited Airtel Store again on 14.04.2019 but they replaced my SIM card and number was not activated .

                                    Customer care officers also did not resolve my problem and made my life miserable for three days from 11 to 14 April 2019.

                                    I have already lodged complaint with National Consumer Forum for causing mental agony, embarrassment, harassment and loss of valuable communication from the office.

                                    I request you to please take serious note of the problem caused to me. I had no option since already opted out from Vodafone and no way to go out within 90 days of porting.

                                    i bought a new sim card but it shows registeration failed so i went to the seller and bought again a new one but it still shows registeration failed. i tried changing cell phones but nothing worked. please help.
                                    i sent email to [protected]@email.com but still helpless.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am using 2 airtel sim cards. one is old one and other is recent and new one.
                                      I have called the service center for 7 Times. they are closing the complaint without resolving the issue.

                                      what type service Airtel is giving his customers.

                                      Please consider the as major complaint on service point.

                                      Internet on my new number which i have took is not working. i have changed the handset also. i have forced to put this new sim to other phone which is working fine with another Airtel sim. i have problem with sim or Service i don't know. kindly help.
