sim not working after porting from jio to airtel

I had raised a request with airtel for porting from jio to airtel. My old sim stopped working 10 hours ago and my new sim (Airtel sim) doesnt seem to be working. I am missing a lot of calls and feeling very helpless and harrassed as both my sims have stopped working and i dont have access to my number.

Kindly provide solution as soon as possible.

I ported my sim from tata docomo to airtel on 2nd march 2018. The sim was working for a while but now it's been 4 days and it's not at all working. The guy who did the porting told me that it will take upto 5-7 days for the new sim to get activated but why is it taking so long. I cant even use my sim for online purposes and nobody is able to contact me

    Due to ongoing problems with aircel service provider i ported my aircel sim to airtel. After porting my number from aircel to airtel after two my aircel sim gets deactivated and till now my airtel sim showing no signal and i dont know whether my airtel sim gets activated or not. What is the problem in that. I will be verymuch thankful to u i[censored] say some solution to this issue. Thanks in advance.

      The speed of internet is not good through out the day except at certain times. I have a plan purchased of 4G services. Customer care people say me that everything is ok from our side but speed of internet remains slow at many of times.
      This is from about a Month ago and i contacted regarding this many times in customer care but help was not good.

        Sir i gurjeet kaur is using mobile no. Of airtel company [protected]. The internet serivces on this number is not working from last more than 15 days. I have made number of complaints to customer care and emailed to airtel office. They are not solving my problem. I m being mentally harassed by airtel company. Kindly take action. Sir i m using this no. Since 2004. My other no. Are also working with airtel. I m facing problem without internet due to whcih my online services are affecting

          This is to inform that "gamepind service" is automatically being activated in my cell today morning which led to the deduction of rs.30 from my balance. I have never activated this service. I don't know how the service got activated automatically. Please take necessary steps. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately. Please take necessary step to resolve and credit back the deducted balance.

          Dear sir,

          While porting my father reliance number [protected] into Airtel. The vendor Airtel has initiated Airtel Money account linked to my AADHAR CARD causing my subsidiary amount to get credited in Airtel Money account, which my father gets unable to use.
          Online recharge done on 26 Feb 2018 @ 10:37 PM.Plan of 399/- got debited from my bank but the recharge did not get reflected neither there was any message.

            unable to send money from airtel bank

            I have added amount as per airtel guidelines 7000rs to airtel bank but when i'm sending this money to other person or in my bank account unable to do so.

            Now they are saying you can utilize this money as recharge mobile or some selected policy or others bill.

            Please help to get back my money in my personal bank account.

            I hsve 200 rs in my acc but if i recharge it says debited for this account is not allowed
            My prepaid airtel [protected] is not receiving sms. I am in the USA (Los Angeles) for a project. I had authorized debit of Rs 99 a month so the India phone will receive SMS from India. However, It is not receiving it.

              I have ported from aircel to airtel on 2/3/18. And my aircel sim is deactivated on 5/03/2018. But still airtel is not yet activated. It doesn't showing a network. Since that is my official number, i was in trouble. I would missed many important calls because of this issue. It is very urgent.
              No out going or incoming calls. So pls resolve this as soon as possible.

              Same problem here! I also got sms from airtel saying that once I see signal, I need to call 59059. But calling it connected to bot which keeps telling different services for 5-10 min and doesn't ask to connect for tele-verification. This number is not for activation.                   To update this with my Aadhar I requested for change of ownership (Corporate account to Individual) as per email from Airtel dated Feb 18, 2018 and submitted my Aadhar along with NOC from Company (as required) on Feb 24, 2018 at Sector 15 Faridabad.

                  On March 3, 2018 at 3:48 PM – SMS : Thank you for your interest in Airtel! Received request for activation of mob [protected]. Will be activated within 24 Hours! And at 4:48 pm received SMS – address verification completed.

                  On March 5, 2018, when contacted Customer Service (121) I was told ‘No Order generated’ for this no. Advised to Visit Store again. So visited the Store met the Manager Amit and CS Executed Kuldeep. They informed, - No problem from their side. Ticket raised for resolution. Will be done in next 24 hours.

                  On March 6, 2018 3 PM and again at 8PM – Store person tells me, no resolution so far. Wait for more time.

                  I received an SMS from AD-CBSSBI Saying that My Accont had a debit by transfer of Rs.147.50 on 17/02/18. Avl Bal mentioned with Rs.147.50 deducted from total Balance in my acoount. It then says again Download YONO @ www.yonosbi.com. Sender: AD-CBSSBI.
                  Can u explain the reason why my money got deducted without my authorisation

                      Hi, I had done a recharge for Rs 498/- on 21Feb2018 at 13:49 which is for the combo pack valid for 90 days and the transaction was successful.
                      The transaction id was[protected]. Unfortunately my balance does not show this amount.

                        I have a airtel sim which a 3g network sim. Since 5 days i've sent request for changing it to 4g sim with the sim number on 121 and i've also received the message that they will port my 3g sim to 4g within 24 hrs but till now my new 4g sim is not operated and that 3g sim also not working. So kindly plz port my number into 4g sim so that i can have my number back in a working state.

                          I have ported [protected] and [protected] from idea to airtel. Now i am unable to receive calls from connect landlines. Whenever someone try to call they got the error message that number does not exist on both the numbers i have ported to airtel.. Kindly look into the matter or give me the contact details of authority to contact regarding this issue. I have contacted customer care executives of airtel but they have no idea about it. They says that we have checked your numbers and all the services are working fine, but i think there is an issue regarding porting from idea to airtel and thats why the error message is received.

                              I have done porting from aircel to airtel on 22-feb-2018 and bought airtel sim. Since then i have not received airtel tower in my mobile. Porting id was generated and submit aadhar and requested documents to airtel, but till now i did not received tower. Also the people who are sitting in airtel stores are not responding properly. I have been frustrated by airtel now. I request to solve my problem asap.

                                I was travelling abroad to for 30 days and had taken 30 days international roaming pack from airtel.

                                Unfortunately my stay got extended for couple of days and had switched off my data. (But unfortunately without my knowledge the data was on for couple of seconds and as per the bill, post 30 days for the data i consumed, airtel should have charged my only 32.5 inr. But instead, they have renewed the international pack for rs 2499 without my knowledge and without sending me any information that the plan is getting renewed.

                                Even after multiple requests, airtel is not ready to remove the ir pack. For 4 days extra stay and for the data consumed for 32.5 rs, airtel has charged 2499.

                                  Why does not the phone call after only 6:30 in the evening, calls to ONLY airtel, after which the phone does not seem to be calling on other networks Why is it happening so why it is not happening on this number since the unlimited recharge I did get it from now on. I do not have a call till 6:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m.

Many times we are not able to call so I request you to take some action to improve the network signals of our district Tirupur Tamil Nadu .
