Sir/mam,
I'm 10 year old customer with airtel but before 2 years i shifted to new location sotter bhattu with pin code 125050 situated in fatehabad haryana. But problem is that in this area, there is no 3g & 4g network and also problem with 2g when calling and data using.. I continue complaints in last 2 years but there is any solutions provided. Please fix this network issue asap.

    Hi, this cheap airtel doing cheap activities, actually the problem is airtel deducted my dada balance while not using internet timings, about this issue i has called customer team they are not resolved my problem and they gave very neglect response (I spoke with sandeep mohan from delhi customer care team member) airtel india’s no1 very fraud network it’s saying something and doing something..
    Please immediately take action on airtel.. Not only me many people facing many problems with this worst airtel..

      My number is personal, for the past few days i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services and AT-AIRINF.I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this.

        I am unable to get the signal in my home, not even the traces of signal,, outside home signal strength is excellent, don't know what happens inside. We don't even get single tick of network. There might be requirement of signal booster kind of thing inside probably. I have even gave complete twicebefore with reference to the above mentioned complete till now no improvement has been notified nor non of any service person have come to check the this problem. I requested you provide us some signal booster even that has not been done by you. Please try to understand intensity of problem, and please provide the solution. If at all you are helpless in this issue please feel free to tell the same, we ll find some other alternatives. I hope you can understand our pain because of this issues. Hoping that airtel will never give up their costumers

          I recharged my data earlier today at rs 999. Validity 90 days, at 60 gb/unlimited talk time. Just now i checked my data balance and it shows as "n/a". I can not connect to the internet, nor make telephone calls. This is extremely aggravating, what terrible service this company has! Unacceptable. They take your money and run.             I have an airtel payment bank i already provided all documents but he can't replay me and unfreeze my account
            I send many mail but he can't unfreeze my account
            I need money i want to pay medical bill
            So request to you please register my complaints solve my problem please request again and again i really need of my money and i also write all detail of complaints

            As per above details, every day i communicate my query with customer support team twice or thrice. But every time they give different different reasons. During every call they assure me that they will resolve my problem in 24 hr but still it's not resloved.

            Since from 9 feb 2018 i am taking follow up but it's all waste. Even i didn't get any satisfactory answer from them.
            Consider this email as humble request as i have urgent medical emergency. For this i need money to pay hospital bill. If tommrow something went wrong then you are only responsible for that.
            Again and again i am repeting same thing that unfreeze my account to continue services.
            I am writing this email because now when i tried to reach customer support they are putting call on hold for some time and then declining the call, they declined my call many time. Recently i spoke with mr. Khandekar i told him whole story still he also repeated same thing and cut my call, i also have many recoded call.

            Please unfreeze my account, again i am highlighting that i have emergency medical problem.

            Looking forward to hear from you.

              This is my 2nd month of airtel digital tv subscription. Since last 3 days the remote provided by the company is not working.. It showed low battery. I changed the batteries immediately. It worked for 1 day again wrote low battery. So again i changed battery, worked for some time then again stopped working. Really i am worried and tried to contact the customer care no. But nothing happened. No service no reply no call nothing. Very poor service. Still i hope somebody in company will resolve my problem. Hope for best.

                I switch to airtel couple of month back earlier this account with vodafone. Due to poor network i port the number to airtel. Total i use this number last 6 yeas more or less.

                I have use ​mobile phone from past 22 years.in this past 22 years i took telecom service from different different telecom service providers. But very sorry to say i never saw such kind of irresponsible and nonsense customer support executive. Why? I say that you will realize if you
                Are in my position... Now i am going to explain you the whole story behind this.

                Day 1 :
                Last 3 month i am facing some issue while i receive and making calls, so 121 customer care suggested me to visit near by airtel store. For that reason on 27th feb 2018 i went divyashree opposite of jaydeva hospital around 5 to 5.30 in evening. The divyashree store provide me one new sim card and take down the sim number told me it will be activated with in 4 hrs as per process wise and old sim got deactivated (Actually its happened got old sim got deactivated after 3 hrs). That was my a big mistake i have done in my life fist time.) around 9.30 p. M on same day i got network in my new sim but with different number...

                Day 2 :
                28th feb 2018 i went divyashree once again and they provide me anther new sim card (Said that i will be activated with in 4hrs). But story remained same... New sim not got active.

                Day 3 :
                Again i went manayata airtel store on 1st feb 2018 which is in my office premise and they provide me anther new sim card (Said that i will be activated with in 4hrs). But story remained same... New sim not got active.

                Last 4 days i am not able to make any transaction due to i am not get otp and all the communication got stuck with office, with my relatives. Is this is a service customer are expecting from airtel...?

                Could you please have a look in to this matter priority basis and let me know what fault i have done from my end so i am not have a right to get activation for new sim with existing number itself..

                  For the number [protected] porting request has been made to change circle from tn to wb state.

                  The request has been verified and approved and same notification has been sent to me but sim not activated.

                  My sim shows no signal.

                  Please find message from airtel

                    I have converted my mobile ([protected]) from airtel postpaid to prepaid.
                    I was told that first recharge i need to do in store and later i can do online. I followed the same.
                    Now when i try to recharge online using different ways like airtel app, airtel website, paytm etc..
                    Every time it says transaction failed.

                    I called customer care and there is no proper response from them.
                    Please help me in resolving the issue.

                      I have been using airtel secure service since the very beginning. Recently the screen of my phone broke and needed a replacement, for which i asked airtel for help for my screen repair, but it was declined straight off. The reason given that till june of 2017 i was using a samsung note 5, the price of which was ₹ 60, 000, and i was paying the airtel secure amount accordingly. After june i started using an i-phone 7 the price of which was ₹ 50000.
                      I have been denied the services of airtel secure because i have been charged for paying for samsung and claimed insurance for apple... I was under the impression that my current phone is insured under secure because while charging for the same airtel was never interested in clarifying or knowing which handset are they securing they are just interested in monthly premiums which they get on time.
                      I don’t understand why don’t they repair my handset for which they have charging for months. This looks like a pure scam

                        I registered with airtel paymen bank (Apb) and i added 3000rs to the wallet immediately because i wanted to transact eith payubiz gateway which accepts apb wallet.
                        When i tried to pay using apb it says i cannot pay using apb wallet.
                        Now when i sent an email to the apb customer care they sent me this reply.
                        Dear sir/ma'am, greetings from airtel payments bank! This is with reference to your email regarding wallet to wallet/wallet to bank transfers for your airtel payments bank wallet account no [protected]. We regret the inconvenience. Please be advised that, as a part of being compliant to regulatory changes from rbi, we have discontinued offering (P2p) person to person wallet transfer & (P2b) person to bank account transfer effective 26th february 2018. Furthermore, at this time, we are unable to upgrade wallet categories to a full kyc product, we will reach out to you once this is resolved.                           Yesterday (1-mar-2018) onward my airtel mobile no stopped working suddenly. I was using that no since 2015. Then i visited a airtel showroom in madurai opp to madurai district court. There were no response to the customer, all the customer were unsatisfied with their service. They didn't recovered the instead the try to charge me rs.25, and my proof and a photo to give new sim card. When i asked them to solve my problem, that cc girl said that is none of their business. She didn't at-least tried to solve it will the collaboration with their tech team. Utterly disappointed.

                          I cant accept the complaint was notified by Airtel. Because still my problem was not rectified. I was charged Rs.30 for new SIM on Saturday 12:50 pm as they have told. In the outlet they told the SIM will be activated in 4 Hours, but still the number was not been activated. I have visited the Outlet several times and they told the process from their side all done and it shows as EB pending. I called the customer care from a Colleague's no they told the forms were not been attached, but the outlet employee used bio-metric reader to access my Adhaar. End of the result,
                          1) I was so suffered with no Connection of Mobile number, Data Access for 6 days,
                          2) I was Charged Rs. 30,
                          3) I spent money for Petrol to visit the outlet about 5 times,
                          4) I lost my Primary time to work,
                          5) I lost my Allowed permissions in Office,
                          6) To contact Customer Care I begged Each to give their Phone to call Customer care from their Airtel No,
                          7) I was totally depressed

                          For Choosing Airtel I got all the above and still counting... :'(

                              I am residing in saudi arabia.
                              Using my airtel indian sim for receiving bank and other services otp's mainly.

                              Because here local sim calling charges to india is far more better compared to airtel roaming charges.

                              Sometimes unexpectedly i make call from airtel sim since i keep two sims in one phone this happens.

                              The moment i realise that i made a mistake, rs.99 will be cut from my account and international roaming will be automatically activated.

                              And there is no option i find to deactivate the service to avoid auto renewal.

                              Please provide me an option to deactivate the international roaming service.

                              I kept searching on internet but there is no solution.

                                We are unable to get the signal inside office, not even the traces of signal, i seriously have no idea why it is been so, outside the office signal strength is excellent, don't know what happens inside the office we don't even get single tick of network, while idea and jio are working absolutly fine. Even our clients who visits our office are facing the same problem which does not make comfortable for them while they are on call reception. There might be requirement of signal booster kind of thing inside office probably. I have even gave complete teicw before with reference to the above mentioned complete till now no improvement has been notified nor non of any service person have come to check the this problem. I requested you provide us some signal booster even that has not been done by you. While other network like idea and jio could provide better network at indoors, i seriously don't know what wrong with the airtel network. Because of this issues we are missing some important calls from our clients and site engineers. Please try to understand intensity of problem, and please provide the solution. If at all you are helpless in this issue please feel free to tell the same, we ll find some other alternatives. But please don't come up asking time like 15day, 1month. We have lost so much by this issues and we are not ready to take this any more. I hope you can understand our pain because of this issues. Hoping that airtel will never give up their costumers

                                  This in in regard to a recharge done online from the airtel website in the month on december[protected] of rs. 448.

                                  Its sad how a company of your bandwidth is waiting for customers to claim their refunds. Its been about 3 months that i have received my refund for a failed transaction that i was charged for.
                                  Pfa my email correspondence. Its disappointing that i have been asked to do go to my bank and ask the refund from them, illogical isnt it?
                                  Hope to receive my refund at the earliest.

                                    My adhar and 2 prepaid mobile sims of airtel belong / purchased from patna (Bihar). I am presently in bhiwadi, rajasthan. I tried to link adhar dialling14546 when i was asked to suffix 0, but that too did not work as it was anonced to be invalid number. I cannot go to any retailer here nor i am to move to bihar within coming 3 months. Any support please. My sims and adhar belong to same state, viz. Bihar.

                                      March 1st 2018, i had rechraged 110 rs at 12.48 (Ref[protected] balance deducted by bank but recharged have't done... This same happens for another 2 times 2.38 and 9.33 and total 330 rs from my bank deducted still my balance not done...
                                      On the same day i complaint to customer care they told me need to contact another dept so and so
                                      I completly unsatisfy this network... And i need to change my network to another brand...

                                        No 3g and 4g network is available in my area... My internet speed is too slow... K have unlimited 3g plan active on my phone... But no network is there... Internet speed is slow as 2g... Very bad network.. Pls help... Internet is not working. Very bad network of airtel in my area.. Wasted my money...
