    I've converted my Airtel postpaid number to prepaid on August 29th at Bangalore, Karnataka. After the migration, I tried creating My Pack through www.airtel.in website and received error saying Please enter a valid prepaid number. Through USSD code i am able to reach till the last step of confirming the pack. But while confirming, I get an error saying Your pack could not be activated. I called up Airtel customer care. They opened 2 SRs. But they said they don't know the reason and didn't find anything wrong at their side. Customer care executive asked me to take the phone to an ARC. But ARC at Vignan nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka said that they are helpless in this case and this is a technical issue and advised me to send this email. Appreciate help in this matter. Please note this number was ported to Airtel from Vodafone almost 2 years back. Thanks, Jerin

    Could Airtel provide an update on this? It is even very difficult to get a chance to a customer care executive and because of the above mentioned problem, I am not not even able to contact the nodal team.

The executive committed me another plan, after taken my documents and deposit they give me wrong plan these are not discussed with me. Mobile No. [protected] Committed Plan 299 - 1000 local + STD min. 300 SMS local + National, 1 GB 2G data no any hidden charges like service tax any other. They give me Wrong Plan as 299 -- 700 hundred local Min. + 300 SMS local + National only. Also i am taking another bill plan for my 2nd number-[protected] - Plan-199/- 300 local + STD min. 100 SMS local and 500 MB 2G data no any hidden charges like service tax any other. They give me Wrong Plan as 199 -- 300 hundred local Min. + 100 SMS local + National only. Also committed to both this mobile inter calling is free. I putting a lot of mail regarding this but Customer care not giving me proper response They just saying me this is your bill plan as per showing in our system, not investigate who is giving me wrong plan. I know Airtel is very good company &amp; his service is also very good but I don’t know what’s going on there. Only concern about executive, they giving me wrong information and selling a plan. I think there is external agency is involved. Please help me to solve this issue.

        I had requested for a new Airtel Broadband connection on 11th of September at the official Airtel website &amp; I got a call on 12th of September from a local Airtel agent Alam ([protected]).He asked for my local address &amp; said that he will check &amp;amp; confirm whether the connectivity is possible in my area(Sushant Lok Phase -1, C Block, Haryana).The next day he called me back &amp; told me that the connectivity is feasible &amp;amp; for installation I need to submit an ID Proof &amp; 1000 bucks as a security amount .He sent his colleague Arvind[protected] to my office to collect the documents as well as the security amount.Arvind assured me that the document will be processed the same day itself &amp;amp ; the engineer will complete the installation by Saturday i.e 13th of September.I got a message from Airtel the very next day which was like this "We have received your documents.Your installation request 27066459 is being processed &amp; it will take approx. 3 working days".As the engineer never turned up on 13th &amp;14th of September, I called up Arvind 3-4 times on 15th of September who didn't pick up my call &amp; when I dropped a stern message he replied back telling me talk to his senior Alam ([protected]) .When I called Alam he told me there is a connectivity issue &amp; it will take a couple of days more.I have been calling him today since morning &amp; he is not picking up my call. I don't have any official communication from Airtel on this &amp; I have been trying to reach customer care . I have already submitted 1000 rupees by cash as a security amount . Is this the way a renowned brand like Airtel treat its customer?? This has disappointed me more because I already own 2 Airtel mobile connections &amp; I am already an existing customer.           l called up airtel customer care on 13 sept to get 3 g plan for rs 250 activated on my phone no [protected] and was told that the same would be activated in 1/2 n hour. you can check through your recorded services. today my balance is zero inspite of having 40 paise call rate for call charges and 3g activated. when i checked with airtel customer care i was told by rajesh kumar srivastava senior supervisor that the plan had not been activated and why did i not call up and ask for the message for activation of 3g. how would a customer know in his rarest of dreams that this is also required to be done as i have 3g for the last 1 year and it has never happened before. where is the fault on my part. why my balance has been deducted for negligence on the part of your executive. this is not expected of a reputed company like airtel with a more than 10 year old customer. if this is not taken back i will get all airtel connections my landline and mobile network switched back to any other mobile network. you have completely broken the trust we shared since last 10 yearsand your executives my god! please give them some training in ettiquettes too. they seriously lack it and are not user friendly at all. you have all the evidences with you pls cross check and at least i expect the authoroties to be sensible.

            Hi, Following are my details :- Name : Anurag Dutt Airtel Fixedline No.[protected] I, had requested for a change of address in the same area on 05/09/2014. Despite numerous calls to customer care and your Installation officer in Goregaon East, my activation is still pending. I had taken a plan of 4Mbps 25 GB - Rs 1299/- per month 5+1 advance payment plan and had paid in advance for 6 months starting from[protected]. Now, I am told by your engineer that it is not possible to provide a speed of 4Mbps as the building in which i am currently staying, as the node is strong enough. I have been asked to downgrade to a 2 Mbps plan. Now my concerns are:- 1. How will my billing be adjusted as i had already paid for 6 months for the 4Mbps plan? 2. By when will be my connection be activated? I want a intimation from the billing team, how my bills would be affected, if i change to a 2 Mbps plan. Also if any waiver that would be provided for the 13 days that i didn't have any connection, from 05/09/2014 to 17/09/2014. I, had scheduled a call back from the billing team today, at 13:00 hrs, which never occured. Your customer care's attitude has been pathetic varying from downright rudeness to intolerable incompetency. Today after 13 days of incessantly calling customer care, i was informed to write this mail. Why was i not informed about this in the first place? It has been 13 days since i posted my shifting request, and it has been delayed on one pretext or another. Why this harassment should to customers, who have not only paid in advance but who have been airtel for past 10 years. Kindly process this at the earliest, as it is a matter of great inconvinience, for me to continue, without broadband connection. Further delay on your part would force me to think for other recourses of action.

              sir/ma'm I am a senior citizen and a veteran subscriber of No. [protected]. I had applied for additional prepaid number and i was alotted this number [protected]. But this number was not activated for long time as there was slight difference of signature on my application and driving licence. in fact even a bank accepts such small differences on cheques as there is going to be a difference in signatures after some time. But aitel did not inform me though I had submitted my MTNL Number bill as addresss proof. I had to visit your Borivali west Gallery to enquire about it.after waiting for two hours, I got info. of my rejection. My application was not traceable. so In frustration I decided to cancel it. Some other person later contact me on phone but I did not accept his proposal to continue it. So this phone is not working at all. yet I am receiving bill of Rs. 223.60 per month, though i had cancelled it. It is also being deducted by ECS and you have received this amount for the service which you have not provided. so please refund it. your 121 numbers is not useful . they only direct some other number which does not help.                 This is furtherance to my mail dated 16/8/2014 below, my plan is for Rs. 249/m and my monthly bill averages between Rs 400 to Rs. 700 per month. I did not request any other services and my calls were also average yet I have got a shocking bill ~Rs.3377/, Further I have made several calls to Airtel regarding this but all in vain, as this number is for calls I do not use it for internet because I have a WiFi connection (7GB for Rs. 650 in a month) with me. So I can not pay for any data usage on airtel number because I have never requested for that.

                      I ashwani Nagpal From Econonics Times would like to share very embarrassing issue of your company. last day, 14/09/2014 your company restricted my connection in the complaint of someone when i called your customer care Mr. sumit told me that your connection has been restricted after clarification that facts are coming in a person called your airtel customer care and restricted the number of insurance company but by mistake he gave my number. Therefore, i called that person he processed that i lodged the complaint against insurance company but inaccuracy give Ashwani Nagpal Mobile Number. He apologised to me this situation and feel very embarassing. Whereas, i am very disturbed by your company how they restricted my mobile number without any enquiry. I am kin of your company last 15 years or more than. For future if any complaint lodged by anyone your company should cleared first the introductory of the customer and then after restricted the connection.

                          I, Mithun Laskar, is using airtel postpaid connection from last 2 years. My plan is CUG 149 corporate plan. My other colleagues are getting 2gb 2g data/month in 99 Rs. But when I have asked them they told me there is no plan like this.                               I was Airtel Customer and I went to overseas, but the number was not used much, however we have asked for bill, but never got any email or bill statement, however now i am back to India, without my authorisation, they are calling my brothers and mother asking for false reasons. will be great if you can send email copy of my bill and get it resolved and the worst behaviour i have seen from this lady, such an arrogant lady and she is asking me to go ahead and complaint in the consumer court.                                   Suddenly I have been notified on December 9th at 2.47 pm that LAILA service has been renewed on your Airtel mobile @15.0 for three days wheren 15 ruppes got deducted and then again on December 12th I got message as "LAILA service has been renewed on your Aritel mobile @35 for 7 days and 35 rupees got deducted (total 50 rupees got deducted). I never wanted it. I tried to contact Customer Care two times, but was not able to do that.

                                  My question is why Airtel is
                                  doing this kind of cheap cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.
                                  This is really disgusting thing of Airtel as they have started some LAILA service on my number [protected] without my request for the same with the deduction of Rs. 35 a big sum for me. I never wanted any such service and strongly criticise the telecom operator (AIRTEL) for it and want refund of the same else i will throw airtel out of my forever as well as from my family's life. Why should i pay for any unwanted service without any demand from my side?

But for value added service in a single click it will be subscribed. alll telecom operators cheating the people even though they earning crore's of profit.in india around100 crores mobile connections are there.from that each connection losses one rupee it makes 100 crores loss to public.

                                  airtel is cheating in leila services kind of automated charges. for my data card is charged in two months around 500 rs . i dint get any sms regarding this service . why airtel is activating without user confirmation. please make sure genuine service to all in Internet .

                                    My mobile No.[protected]. I have continuous signal problem since more than a year and I had registered lot of complaints. Whenever I am at office, I do not have any problem. But at home it shows (x) mark on signals. I requested for porting my number on 31st May 2014. & received message: Porting Code is AA676696 and valid till 15/06/2014. Airtel calls and requests me to wait for 2 more months and problem will be solved. Continuously, this is going on since more than a year. Presently they have stopped services since August (in between they call and ask me to settle) My question to airtel is that when I am unable to make calls, whenever required, why should I pay that much & request me not to go for porting. Can anyone help me to get my problem solved, without loosing my number.
