Its been a month i have raised request for broadband connection with airtel and everytime an associate calls me stating feasibility check will be done and they will get back to me. It happened for almost 10 days and then one executive was sent to collect documents and money after confirming connection is available in my locality. I was informed to get connection in 4 days and later when i checked with airtel customer care, they said again they are checking for feasibility check. This went on and on and on and at last i was informed there is no feasibility in my area. This was told after 1 month after me chasing up with appalate team after fed up with customer care. Even appalate team are worst, whenever i drop a mail, they pick it up freshly without referring my previous history and just give me same answers. These people just frustrate customers without bothering about
Anything.
Now to check refund, they asked me to share bank details. I have shared it once and still following up with them. After dropping multiple mails, again they are asking me to share the bank details with same mail format as previously. Every day new executive and he will treat my request from scratch. So what the point in having a customer care and an highest point of escalation, which doesnt even track an history of a request
I need refund and if possible i would need a connection as i am really of need of it.

I have the copy of email chat in this complaint where associates have replied on mail thread by breaking mail chian and have been requesting for same information. I have just included one such incident, but there are many which happened over the last month for just this particular incident
