My Fixed line account number is [protected].

Since May, 2016 I am facing lots of frequent disconnection and slow browsing internet broad band till date. I have raised number of complaint to customercare, nodal and appellate also. The recent reference number provided by them is 73421062. Till date i have not go the appropriate service from airtel. Every time i raise concern, they send technical field person to home to fix the issue. Every time technical person visit my home he said he has tried all his expertise still he is not able to solve it. So he said the problem is with 1 MBPS unlimited broadband plan which I have opted for. As he cannot tell this to airtel management so he is asking me to switch plan. and i do not want to switch plan as I have paid 6 month rental in advance. Now I want complete waiver of all the days on which internet is not working along with appropriate broad band speed as per my plan

It is my humble request from airtel company that airtel launch some techniques to put their use sim in reuse.It saves our ecosystem and contribute in swatch bharat abhiyan.
My sim no.[protected]u do not activate till now, after several messages attempted, every message failed showing (message sent failed).
Please solve this problem, as soon as possible.

    I have been complaining to Airtel, regarding bad mobile network through written mails and calls. I see no improvement yet. The calls get disrupted and disconnected abruptly, both sides cannot be heard clearly. Many times I have to look for the network bars in mobile to have a conversation.       I have done the mobile recharge for Rs 300 full talktime.After my payment, the transaction got failed.But the amount is not credited to my account. I did not even receive any message saying my amount will be credited back.being a regular customer of airtel, I strongly suggest that this option should be available during failed transaction

I am worried she is fraud.         still not resolve my issue.. i am very disappointed with AIRTEL.. they are making fool.. Still my New Number not activated.. while the committed it will active till 28th of sept.. now today is 1st of October.
        Even I am facing too much call drop and Voice Breaking issue .. but nothing changed...

        very frustrated with Airtel
        None of Customer care giving satisfactory support.. even they don't pick call.. when tried.. more than 50times.

          I have transferred my airtel sim from postpaid to prepaid a week ago. The day before yesterday, my airtel postpaid connection has been terminated, but prepaid sim has not been activated. Since last 48 hrs, the situation remains standstill. Your costumer care and store persons ignoring this matter by saying some technical issue.

          I am not the person who can solve your technical issue to activate my number. Your service is completely disgusting and it doesn't seems that you have any care about your costumer.

          I am an business employee and due to your silly issue, my sim is out of network from last 48 hrs. It seems that to port to other network will beneficiary for me.

          Kindly assist this issue asap and stop harassing your costumer.

          The complain is not at all resolved at any level from AIRTEL. They are continuously trying to manipulate me by saying different issue all time. I have got no response from AIRTEL Store or any technical team person. They are not seeing working on this issue seriously. Company should be ashamed as it is not able to activate a SIM network.

          I wanted to change my 4g postpaid monthly plan from 15gb To 5 Gb. so i called up customer care service number (121) many times since 18th september. however strangely THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.
          and now the bill cycle with data plan of 15 gb has already started.
          i Dont Want To Continue This Plan.

              Sir,
              This is sujatha and my broad band number is [protected].
              I already paid all my dues. In the month of December 2015, I requested for the change of address. But no one responded properly after we got a connection from an other broad line network.By then I gave a written letter to disconnect my broadband connection in the month of January 2016. I guess someone misplaced my letter and after that till the month of August 2016 they are continuously sending me bill and torturing me in call almost everyday that i need to pay the bill amount more than 6000 rs for till the month of august 2016. After shifting to this new house from jan 2016., No cable connections or modem connections are done. for broadband. Without any connection how would have we used the networks and in what source they can charge me. Kindly consider and please stop those continuous tortures given by the airtel workers.

              Hi my i converted my idea number to Airtel postpaid it has got ported week ago still i didn't get airtel sim. if i call to airtel office simply careless answers. don't port to airtel.

                I have migrated my delhi postpaid number to Haryana airtel prepaid number approx. 20 days back and after migration I am not able to receive calls from delhi airtel numbers.i have also contacted karnal airtel store and they replaced my sim but still the issue is there. I have also replaced the mobile and done all the required settings in my phone but still issue is there

                Please lookinto this issue and help to get resolved. I am also not able to dial [protected] when I am in delhi.

                    I was messaged to renew my data plan on no [protected] and my data will be carry forwarded till next expiry date. I had some 700+ mb data left from past month and then renewed my 3G plan for 30 days by 29 rs plan. However all my last month data was forfeited and i was left with just 75 MB data that i got as part of Rs 29 plan. Also I recharged for Rs 30 which should have given me 32 rs talktime as a Best suggested plan still I got only Rs 23 odd. Again I was forged of Rs 9.

                    Thanks for quick look up and resolution. Just in interest of all consumers would like to ask to mention all terms and conditions or atleast use an aestrick(*) to maintain consumers before people feel as forged.

                    Anyhow this was the first time Airtel had credited me back any of the balance and would appreciate this and close the issue.

                      Hi,
                      In our locality I.e. deopani, Assam the tower is available but the signal strength is very weak.We are not able to use internet, cannot make contacts nor receive any calls.There are many airtel sim users here. We dont need any new tower instead of that if the present tower is repaired or the signal rate is increased more, this would be a great favour for us or our locality. I hope the airtel network will not discourage us by giving us the best network. Thank you.

                        Sir,

                        Recently Airtel launched a Rs 29 3G recharge with 30 days validity. To any non suspecting customer this recharge feels like a remaining data extention plan as firstly 75 MB 3G is a unusable data option for one month even for basic usage and secondly all other 3G monthly plans like Rs 96 etc offer this feature, but this recharge does not extend the existing data.

                        Airtel has introduced this recharge just to fool customers into using this as a data extention plan.. but they eventually end up losing their previous data as well as phone balance.

                        I suffered a similar issue as my 4 GB data worth Rs 850 was forfeited when I did this 29 Rs recharge, secondly I also lost Rs 125 mobile balance as 3G started working on my main balance without any warning.

                        This was a loss of more than 1000 for me. No wonder there will be thousands of other who have suffered the same problem.

                        If the company is not giving data continuity they should at least add a disclaimer along with the recharge option.. but no such warning was given.

                        When I contacted customer care they refused to write my complaint and told me to switch to other operator if I'm not satisfied with airtel services. Too much of proud as a number one company will soon bring it down I'm sure.

                        I want Airtel to take this matter into notice and recredit my lost data of 4GB and phone balance of Rs 125 or I'll shift all my airtel numbers to other operator and drag this matter to TRAI and Consumer court as my brother is a lawyer and RTI activist and we do not hesitate to take public interest matters into courts irrespective of the amount involved.

                        It's my final warning, don't take it lightly. I have facebook pages with Combined 1, 00, 000 plus followers and have a potential to make the post viral nationwide.

                        If you doubt the links are fb.com/tmjknj, FB.com/MyPapaMyLife fb.com/FunnyBabyVideos etc. All have aprx 30K followers each.

                        I'll have to use them to expose your fraud And the consumer court suit will follow later if you do not repay my balance and data within next 5-7 days.

                        Any damage to your company's reputation will be your responsibility.

                            I live in Noida Sector -62, Bhagirathi Appartments. I applied for 899 Rs plan with 8 Mbps speed (effectively 1MBPS) but I came to know through an installation team member that plan provided to me is 2Mbps (getting 1/8 i.e. 250 KBPS) speed. The reason is that they are using society internal wiring and that does not support more than 2Mbps speed. But It is not my problem. They should have told me this limitation beforehand. I am paying for 8Mbps plan and What I am getting is 2Mbps.

                            I am really surprised. What is the resolution details you shared with me?? There is just one post by you that we are looking into it.
                            For SIM port it took more than one month and now after submitting documents and activating the SIM, you are saying we have not received documents. My outgoing and incoming calls are stopped. This is bad and poor service from airtel.
                            Kindly deactivate my airtel post paid sim no-[protected]. Due to iam going to abroad to service for 3years.
                            My phone no[protected] is dead and broadband is not working from today 22/09/16 morning.

                              I am using AIRTEL 4G DONGLE from last 6 months. Suddenly I am having issues with DONGLE as I am not getting 4G signal. I called customer care and followed up with them for almost a month, still the issue is not resolved. more over when calling the customer care number [protected] so many times we are getting number is not valid and even it is connected customer representative has put on hold for couple of times when I asked them to escalate the issue. I want to bring the issue in this forum because what AIRTEL advertising is not what they are working.

                                      I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app thro' net banking on 22nd september, '16. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no.[protected].
                                      I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude, but simply harassed me a lot. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not...
