Complaint and the reference number is 74475578.
Airtel confirmed feasibility of landline & broadband connection and collected my money of 5477/- on 6th oct 16. Later 10th oct 16 without my knowledge they have disconnected. I have called customer care to find out the reason they said, there is no feasibility that's the reason connection has been terminated. From then i am following up for my refund. They asked documents twice, sent immediately, and also they confirmed twice refund date and time, but nothing happend from them. Almost 45 days over till they are dragging, and make so many false promises. Please take sever action and do the needful in getting my money refund. I shall submit you payment screen shots, their email confirmations which ever you required.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
