I have taken airtel connection, router has been placed three days ago (16th) still i am not able to access wifi. I got one message that bill date will start from 12th, no idea how??. Technician making me fool from three days. I will call them, they will say 15 min, and after that there no will be not reachable.

And also even i am not able to submit my complaint on airtel customer care portal.
And this is the same airtel which is advertising that they have reach everywhere. But they can't even provide service in bangalore.

    No new connection. sad

    I had given a request for the broadband new connection, I guess its been 2 months now. 4 times called the people in customer care to take request, till now no one came. You people would have told if you don't want new customer, but after promising then not turning up is really upset, atleast could have tried other broadband.. No more Airtel.. Good got to know how you people treat customers before taking the connection..

      Hello Team,
      Yesterday I got a call from a bank that I have taken loan and the contact number provided was airtel no [protected] which was not taken by me. On further investigation in nearby airtel gallery I found out that this number is registered on my name using my documents since 4th Aug 2014. I have no idea how my documents is used as I never gave my documents or ID proof to anyone for any purpose. Currently I am not using any airtel no.
      I request you to kindly check your records and if you notice any number on my name and address, kindly deactivate as my documents is being misused in fraudulent activities.

        Unable to recharge after converting SIm from postpaid to prepaid

        I have converted my Airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid today. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

        I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at Airtel site, but after filling the details I cannot...

        Myself Bhupesh Kumar Patel here, on 27th morning I have taken 2 new airtel numbers: [protected] and [protected].

        For both the numbers I have given same documents, address verification for both the numbers have been vompleted successfuly.

        One number [protected] is activated successfuly.

        But for another number [protected], i have received below message and it is not yet activated.br...

            Mr sunil mittal going bankrupt and the biggest cheat of the time. Trying to cheat customers with over billing and upgrading the services without the consent of the customers and adjusting their money paid in advance our airtel digital tv id is [protected] we have four connections, on primary connections having id [protected]-1 and three secondary add on connections [protected]-2, 3, 4. On 16/03/2016, we recharged our account with rs. 12996 for mega standard package for one year subscription by consulting customer care. After recharge, we checked our account and validity shows 25/03/2017. But on 26/08/2016, we received a message that our account balance become zero and your tv have been stopped. We were shocked and called customer care and booked complain having docket no. 54561431 and 54587816. But still our tv services didn’t started. Customer care replied that our first primary tv having id [protected]-1 is sd and other three addon secondary connections is [protected]-2, 3, 4 are hd so rs. 250/- per tv additional fees are charged for these three secondary connections. My questions is when i recharged for mega standard package for one year from airtel d2h site by consulting with customer care, how our tv can be hd connections. Later customer care replied that since set top box was upgraded to hd during the first week of february 2016, your tv connections become hd and to convert into sd you have to raise request. But if this is your system and i have not raise any request to change hd into sd, then a) if i recharge for sd, how it is possible that hd connection will remain activated. B) if no request received, then how first primary tv [protected]-1 become sd. C) and i confirmed to customer care while consulting and recharging for one year that sd connections will be there in my all 4 connections. I don’t want hd and the same has been confirmed by customer care. D) how i will know that our tv validity will expire earlier on 26/08/2016 while it is showing that your validity is 25/03/2017. There is something wrong happen from your side. We are having a great loss for running our offices without tv since our office is a stock broking co. So, please look into the matter and resolve it.

              I was using my airtel mobile ([protected]) number for more than 12 years, as i went to international project work i could not able to use it more than 90 days,

              O as a consequence my mobile number has been deactivate. i need the money back that i had on my card.

              Airtel is not providing the money and cheating each and every customer like this.

                Complaint and the reference number is 74475578.
                Airtel confirmed feasibility of landline & broadband connection and collected my money of 5477/- on 6th oct 16. Later 10th oct 16 without my knowledge they have disconnected. I have called customer care to find out the reason they said, there is no feasibility that's the reason connection has been terminated. From then i am following up for my refund. They asked documents twice, sent immediately, and also they confirmed twice refund date and time, but nothing happend from them. Almost 45 days over till they are dragging, and make so many false promises. Please take sever action and do the needful in getting my money refund. I shall submit you payment screen shots, their email confirmations which ever you required.

                  She never introduce herself, she spoke rudely over the phone.
                  I am first time user & this kind of service is not accepted.
                  Im very very very disappointed.

                    My name is j. Vamshi krishna from hyderabad i had used airtel broadband for 8 to 10 months and as iam leaving to bangalore i requested airtel people to disconnect my broadband connection and left to bangalore they didn't disconnect connection and automated bill generated for which i didnt use any internet and now they keep on callin for automatic generated bill and they are informing that they filed a complaint against me. This is so frustating thats not my mistake.. Pleasw do the need full and please take action on airtel broadband.

                    The complaint was never resolved..itz the aame harrasing from airtel people by sending frequent emails and calls..that disturbing me a lot..pleawe confirm u people that iam not using broadband from feb 2016 and in the same adress u ave given another connection from march ..pleawe tell me u people want me to take iff that connextion as well.

                          I am using airtel service more than 1 year but last 5-6 month they are giving me wrong bill also i have call to customer care many times but they are not giving me proper resoltion this month they had send me the last month bill which i had already paid so this shows they are not checking history of customer ...airtel is very bad service provider

                            Thank you for your good service till date. On 16.11.16 I had dialled several numbers which did not go through, hence the call rate deduction was not mentioned as the call showed call failed. The Balance when i checked on *123# showed only 1 Rupee bal. Please restore my call failed amount that you have charged, without showing the rate charge. Thank you, I trust Airtel to return the deducted amount. Thanks again.

                                Airtel complain No. CONCRC[protected]

                                I recharged for my friend once for Rs.299/- (1.5GB) through My Airtel App and got charged twice. After contacting customer care and several times and wasting all my time, they said they will not refund my money.. I am thinking of breaking this Airtel Sim and making a video and posting everywhere if it is still not resolved!!

                                On 8/11/16 I try to recharge amt Rs 498/- to data card [protected] and the tranjuction ID was 16110p8876936 ctedSBI Debit card . The Amt has been deducted from my a/c (Txn[protected] but the recharge was unsuccessful. You are requested to refund the same.

                                  This is yash rastogi from lucknow, this is to bring to ur knowledge that its been a frustrating experience complaining each and every day and everybody ignoring their faults be it airtel customer care or be it modem supplier.
                                  Complaint No 75259242 was registered on 10/11/16 for network problem in broadband.
                                  Complaint no 75261148 was registered on 10/11/16 for modem change in which i strictly mentioned to give BEETEL modem no 11TC2.
                                  Complaint no 75278764 was registered on 11/11/16 for wrong modem installed (installed BINATONE instead of BEETEL, and gave receipt of BEETEL modem that too on back date 5/11/16, before the date of my first complaint registered)
                                  COmplaint no 75448990 registered on 16/11/16 for not rectifying the problem.
                                  If this is the case Airtel customer care people are reacting I think its time to switch to other network providers.
                                  U give different company modem, with receipt of some other modem and back dated 5/11/16 before the announcement of PM Modi's declaration dated 8/11/16 and receiving 100Rs notes on behafe of that announcement.
                                  If this is the case then this Bhaijee Enterprises is soon getting a notice from court from my uncle. And I request Airtel to change my modem to BEETEL 11TC2 which I was adviced of will be installed. I m attaching the receipt of the Modem that i m not actually provided with. Kindly look into the matter soon.
