    From 1st june to till date i had internet connection for three days only. Multiple times i have raised the issue but still no solution. The problem with almost everyone in this apartment. The engineers are coming and randomly disconnecting existing connection and giving connection to new customers. The customer care representative only giving false promises.

      On 2nd of June 2018 we recharged 2999. This we did after calling the airtel customer care. They said just download the airtel app and follow the procedures . We did exactly what the app showed us. We opted the country Switzerland were we were about to go on 3rd. So just before 24 hours we recharged 2999 for international roaming. When we reached Zurich on 4th the sim did not catch any tower. We were in a lot of trouble as we did not have any other working sim. So we had to purchase another sim over there. Now after coming back we called the customer care and now they say that as this was the first time that the sim was moving out of the country it had to be registered under some ivr or something to which I told them why was this information not given to us before? They had nothing to say on this as they were completely dumb. Really feel sorry for airtel because such monstrous brand swallows we like small customers without a burp. I want a refund (2999) of the amount they had charged for this chaos. Airtel should be banged completely as they are fooling people like us and looting money. Lost faith in airtel completely.

        Dear Airtel Customer service,

        I have had a Airtel prepaid number since 2006/2007 almost for 10+ years. My last topup was in Dec 2017 and was receiving messages till last month May 2018.

        Now my number suddenly not working and when I called, someone attended & said he got it as new number.I am not sure how my number given to someone else when I am actively using it. Please guide me how to get my number back as I have attached that number to my and wife bank accounts and my children school records.

        PLEASE HELP. Thank you in advance.

        PS: You can contact me replying to this complain, so I can then provide to alternate contact like email address or other contact number. I am not mentioning the contacts here, because this is public forum information.

Today an amount of Rs.75/- has been unauthorisedly and unethically deducted from my account on the ground that WHATSMOB has been activated in my Mobile. .. I have not made any request for activation of WHATSMOB.

          Please solve the issue & take step for return of my hard earn money.

              I have problem with my digitial TV service (Signal problem). I have registered a complaint on 5th of june with airtel. It is been 10 days, they did not fix it. Every day i call the customer care people, and their supervisors promise me that they will surely fix it that particular day. I even mailed the issue to their nodal department, but still there is no action from their side. My registered complaint number is # [protected].

              I am a platinum customer and i have paid money for 1 year at a time.Please suggest what can i do?

                Kindly assist me resolve this issue. I bought data through my stanbic ibtc account from my mtn line [protected] to credit my airtel line [protected] for #1000 but i was debited twice. But still i cant use the data on the phone.
                Yes i have not for longtime load any data on this line for about 2year plus. I dont know if that is while your did not credit me. Please i need your assist

                  Hello,
                  I did a top up for my mobile where the amount has been deducted from SBI saving account and recharge was not happened, so kindly refund my money.
                  I complaint to sbi and airtel no. of times.
                  SBI confirmed the transaction is successfull so they can not refund the amount .
                  AIRTEL confirmed that they did not received the amount.

                      There is no Netwrk in my airtel number since one week and I have complained so many times bt still my problem hasn't been resolved. As it rains a little there is no Airtel network in our area. This is not my problem it is the problem faced by all Airtel users in my area. On complaining your supervisors tell that this is best service being provided to you we can't provide more than this. If this is the case than I don't want to use airtel Netwrk any more. I am using Airtel since 7 yrs bt this kind o[censored] r going to provide me than I am forced to port my number in another network. Solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will have to switch to other Netwrk. This attachment is to show you the Airtel network availability in our area which is nil.

                        I had deactivated international roaming on my mobile number in nov 2017.
                        I have acknowledgement from airtel for receiving my request.
                        But no action was taken in their system on this request. It is a system failure of the company.
                        In my bill for jan 2018 i have received a bill of over rs 10 lakhs.
                        Firstly, they did not act on my request for deactivation.
                        Secondly, their internal warning system failed to alert on the billing limit at any stage before this amount was billed.
                        Thirdly, they have now disconnected my long-standing number.

                          I hav got a replacement airtel 4g sim fr my old microsim. As said i Sent new sim number to 121. Got a mesage and i sent 1 to proceed. It says it vl call shortly to confirm. And i got a call in 10 mins. But during the call... it doesnt recognise my choice of pressing 1 to approve. I hav bn trying fr 2 days with no use. I have no option or to change to jio. Getting vexed with airtel customer care. Worst.

                            I had requested for a new broadband connection and made a payment of rs. 7884/- through airtel's website (www.airtel.in) on 3rd june 2018.
                            A week after making the payment i got a call from airtel saying the package i was interested in could not be provided to my location.
                            I asked for refund and provided the transaction id, caf number and my registered phone number. They said the refund will be credited to my account in 7 days. I called them a few days later
                            To check up on the refund status and the customer care executive said that they are not able to access my profile
                            And refund process has not even been initiated. They are saying this after 5 days since i asked for refund. Now i dont
                            Know the status of my payment and they are not even acknowleding that i have made the payment. I even called the
                            Executive who came to collect the document and he is just asking to talk to customer care. Now i dont know how to get
                            Back my money. I am providing the details here, if airtel is reading this, please improve your services.

                              I am not getting any network on my phone since last 4 days hence i marked an email to [protected]@airtel.com to assist me better. Later on an executive called me on another number and explained that you need to go to our nearest airtel customer care brance and need to buy a duplicate sim worth rs. 25 by carrying adhar card copy with you. I did the same and service representative from the shop informed me that the sim will be activated within 48 hours as our thumb impression machine is not working overhere. I said okay and the hell it been more than 48 hours and still i am not getting any activity or network on my phone. Again i marked an email to airtel customer care but, still no assistance from them. Even i tried using the same sim in another phone but, no use. This has been really affected to me and really a pathetic customer service from airtel. Nobody has a courtesy to even call me and ask me about the exact issues till now.

However, this advance amount was deducted without my consent and MOBISTORE service was automatically activated. Please refund the amount which was deducted without permission.                               Internet speed is very slow

                              I have post paid connection and I am unable to utilize full Internet pack of the month. So my unutilized Internet GP increase month to month

                              This is very poor service and strategy

                              As This also happened in past when I complaint after that Internet speed increased
                              I am unable to call properly due to low network. Similar net connection also. Tower showing most of the time 1 or 2 bar.

                                Airtel — STOP all the Subscription
                                Hi,

                                I request you to stop all the subscriptions to my mobile, And even after complaining to the airtel customer care, still i'm getting the bolly subscriptions.Also they charged Rs.35/- WEEKALY (totally 105 PER MONTH).

                                See, I'm in no need of those subscriptions... Please do stop those subscriptions.

I got this message from airtel last night that the services have been set. And they asked me to restart the handset. I already did it for million times but still no service is showing on my phone.                                   Cant receiving unique port code from airtel. And gave me reply "Dear Customer, Airtel values your association. In order to serve you better, our executive will call you shortly to know more about the reason you want to port out". I still not received call or any response. I want to port my card, to whom can i complain for this type of service.
                                  I have trying to recharge my airtle prepaid by amount of Rs. 399 on 5th June 2018 . My mobile no . is [protected]. But it was failed. So i did another recharge of 219. But the RS. 399 is deducted from my citi bank credit card account.

                                  So i request you to kindly do needful.& refund the cutted amount.

                                    My airtel number is [protected]. On 07/05/2018 i have recharged with rs.448 for data under unlimited pack of 1.4 gb per day. I received data till 11/06/2018. From 12/06/2018 i cant receive data. I got sms from at - airslf that my package is valid upto 26/07/2018. But in my airtel account it shows that there is no data balance as on date. Kindly instruct airtel to resume service immediately.

                                      We are a resort called the leaf munnar, we have nearly 15 connection, previously we were using idia network and it was nice in all aspects but we face call drops in between as there signel flechuate, as we face this issue we have think about an alternative option and talked to your executive monish who is dealing with your prepaid connection. After condinues request one of your representative came and inspected the signal strength and told us we have full signal strength in outside and inside signal is bit slow, as he promise to have a booster to improve that (Immedietly after porting the connection) we have decided to port the sim, all this procedures were taken long time approximately 3 months. Now we have got the conneciton 2 months back and the signal remain same and our call drop didnt solved.in addetion to that the call were not connecting and it says the numbers are busy were we wont get any mis cal alert as well... While we are writing this we are really desappointed with the customer care and the executives we are dealing... During this time we happend to call many executive and many of the wont pick up the call, even those who pickup they will not follow up. When we called the customer care they answer without a new tower the issue cant be solved and they donot no when they install it. If this is the truth the airtel people are not trustworthy as they told a booster can be install and the call drop problem can solve... If this cannot be solved all the people should know about it through social media to safe guard themselves...

                                        wrongly charged without providing proper information and confirmation

                                        Im holding airtel number [protected] mumbai circle. I had activate 149/-international roaming pack from my airtel app. To my surprise after returning back i find whopping bill of 1970.18/-.
                                        When inquired to 198 complaint number i get info that even one incoming call is to be received you are being charged for 1199/- + 649/- and 149/- (Actual activated).
                                        If this was to be the case then why it is not clearly mentioned that if...
