Airtel — no service after porting since a day | |||
I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I got this message from airtel last night that the services have been set. And they asked me to restart the handset. I already did it for million times but still no service is showing on my phone. Please help me out. Actually I have cash in my payment bank but it is showing ur account is closed ..hw can they close without informing me and then wherever my cash present in payments bank

Cant receiving unique port code from airtel. And gave me reply "Dear Customer, Airtel values your association. In order to serve you better, our executive will call you shortly to know more about the reason you want to port out". I still not received call or any response. I want to port my card, to whom can i complain for this type of service.
I have trying to recharge my airtle prepaid by amount of Rs. 399 on 5th June 2018 . My mobile no . is [protected]. But it was failed. So i did another recharge of 219. But the RS. 399 is deducted from my citi bank credit card account.
So i request you to kindly do needful.& refund the cutted amount.
