This is Krishna, all of this started on June 20, when I switched my network from reliance to airtel, for prepaid mobile number [protected].
I was not able to recharge special offer Rs.349 (unlimited calls + 1GB/per day for 28 days)
First attempt - 23/06/2017 – did rs349 recharge through my airtel app and the result is -
Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
Rs.349.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Dear Customer, Your refund for your recharge transaction on 23/06/2017 date has been initiated for Rs. 349.0. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days.
Second attempt – 24/06/2017 – same rs.349 recharge through airtel.in and the result –
Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
Dear Customer, Your refund for your recharge transaction on 24/06/2017 date has been initiated for Rs. 349. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days.

(As I came to know that because of technical issue the recharges are not happening, contacted airtel customer care to know what is the reason behind the recharge failures, my wife contacted customer care from number [protected] on 26/06/2017, the customer care executive(when she tried to give information about the network switch, the CCE wasn’t ready to listen to her and he was so keen in resolving and advising) advised her to repeat the same recharge once again and said it would be successful this time, while asked about what was the reason for previous failures, answered as they were because of technical issues and refused to give the exact details, which was frustrating. If we knew that if some kind of technical issue existed for number of days, we wouldn’t have recharged for those many days. But as per the CCE’s advice my wife recharged my number again below are the details.)
Third attempt - 26/06/2017 – same rs349 – through airtel.in and the result –

Fourth attempt - 26/06/2017 – same rs349 – through airtel.in as the previous net banking transaction failed and the website requested us to try a different payment method, since recharged using a debit card, and the result –

After all this attempt, we contacted the airtel customer care office in person situated at jaihindpurem main road to do a recharge there, it was unsuccessful too, as the executives there requested as to contact them after two days, since whatever recharges they did for the last two days didn’t go through because of GST launch or some other different reasons, even their answers and assistance weren’t appropriate and sufficient.
Fifth attempt – today 03/07/2017, I again got in touch with jaihindpuram airtel office executive and told all the things happening since the beginning, there the CCE notified that in MY airtel app I wasn’t able to view rs349 special offer and since I am using a 4G smart phone and 4G airtel sim, I should be able to do the special recharge and advised to check if I can do a top up or full talk tile recharge,
Since the Sixth attempt – for rs 200 today (full talk time offer TT220 amount rs 200) through my airtel app – quick recharges –more plans – Full talk time and the result is –

I actually initiated for a full talk time offer but I do not know what exactly it has resulted into.
Totally I am frustrated with airtel services.
I need answer ASAP.
