Airtel — Outgoing calls suspended

My outgoing calls and data have been suspended. And I'm asked to call customer care. But I'm not allowed to call because I have no outgoing.

All of this in the middle of a trip where I need calls and internet all along.

My postpaid credit limit is ₹14000. But Airtel suspends service to me for delaying a payment of ₹1750. I don't see the point of credit limit if I have to get harassed this way.

I bought airtel 4g sim on 24th of June and after putting my sim in simcard tray it isn't reading. I bought another one and it was working fine, though both sim aren't activated yet but one of the sim isn't reading. Why?
