[Resolved]  Airtel — Porting from pune to delhi (airtel)

Hello sir,
I use airtel (Pune) but as i got transferred to delhi had to opt for porting to airtel (Delhi ncr). The first instance i had been to the airtel store (Nirman vihar, near metro station, delhi) on 2nd week of march. They denied, saying porting is not processed as there are some problems. Thinking i had no other option i was leaving when i came to knowfrom one of my friend who did porting. I called the customer representative, he said porting is done go back to the store and say him again. Did the same. Got registered. The store person took 100 rs and said will be done in the next 7 days. Max (8april). I didn't see the new sim work. After 10-15days called the custommer representative again and asked for the status. He said it has not done from the store's side. I was like what? Both belongs to airtel. Right? So why are you playing the blame game? He said g to some other airtel store (Sahara mall, gurgaon). After resisting i went because it was a roaming sim and i was charged a lot. Difficult for me to afford. They said it will be resolved within 3 days. Waited for 10-15 days again, then called the cs again, they said it wws again not updated from the store's part. I was ridiculed. Because it had already been 1 month. I talked to the customer representative again. They insisted again this time it will be finally resolved. I went to the store again they behaved as if they dont have my form. They did all the whole process again. They said will be resolved within a week. A week passed. I called the store person sagar. He picked and said will update u in 10-20mins if not wrong. I tried calling that day he didn't receive. Next day same situation. He didn't pick up. I called the cs complained about it. Then immediately sagar calls. Saying even they dont know how long will it take. I mailed a few airtel people that day and also before. All came up with fake assurances that it will be resolved within a day, two days, etc. I called again. He said it will be resolved by 5th june if not wrong. Then again it was not resolved i keep calling and they keep stalling. I called even today. He said i dont know about it. It was not done on the store's part. He insisted me ti visit the pplace again. Okay, i cant visit again. I stay in delhi i work in gugaon, it takes me 2:30 hrs to travel from delhi to gurgaon and 5hrs total. My work time is 9-6 by the time i leave from office and reach airtel store they are already shut. Surprise. So i can't risk of stalling my work for something i dont trust anymore. I have done the same thing muktiples times, they are not responsible and why would i keep travelling. My complaint in these days whatever expense i have occurred due to roaming charges who is goong to reimburse because it is npt my fault. Why shall i bear these charges and i have no idea how much more it is going to take. Airtel, worst service possible received. Thanks.
I want airtel to pay my expenses. What i have incurred because of them. I would have chosen any decent plan and might not be having so muvh problem. Now i have to think before making a call. Roaming it may cost much. Airtel has made me helpless. Cant call anybody. And internet too is worse. They call it 3g but works at 30-35kbps speed and in my village tata docomo gives a speed of 80-90 (2g) i compared the speed against jio even. Pfa for all the relevant photos or documents.

Hi,
The net gets connected after every 10 to 20 minutes. Sometimes the speed is also low. This pack claims to give free calls, but they do cheating which I observed as sometime I make call and my balance got deducted. Not good service.
Hi this is Indeep i buyed a mobile a52016 edition in rajahmundry bigc 1 store, my moblie has broken, i applyed for insureance and it is approval and second original documents are sent to giving address, still now i didnt got any money and no calls also Claim number is [protected]

Rs 300.00 and Rs 200 recharged through net banking(SBI) Ref No[protected]IHE2989952, No[protected]IHE2990012 respectively on 02 Jun 2017. But the sum not credited my Mob No [protected]. please verify and credit the amount to my mob.
After repeated telephonic complaints the issue of network has not been resolved till date in the area.
