I did my recharge for airtel dth cust id-[protected] on 9th may, for rs. 320 in the night around 10p. M. However, as per the customer care the amount was approved at 00:01a. M. Later that night.
I have already mentioned quite a no. Of times to the customer service that my no. To be registered is [protected] only, but some other no. Has been registered on which your team claims to send messages, and that no. I don't even possess. The transaction message was sent on that no., as per the customer care.
I was denied of rs. 15 cashback and rs. 15 penalty was also deducted as disconnection maintenance charges. However, the fact goes that i recharged before the expiry date. If the transaction amount is reaching the next day, that too at a 1 minute delay just at 00:01a. M., then its a technical error, not a delay by the customer side. Also there was no message on my phone at what time the transaction took place, so i am just agreeing to what is being told now verbally. Also any penalty deduction happens only when services are suspended, as per the rules told by the customer service itself manyatimes, but my services were also not disconnected.
It has already happened once that i had suffered rs 30 loss, around 2-3 months back, when 1st any wrong date of recharge was shown in your server, and then upon interrogation the correct date was found, so adjustment was made. It has happened the 2nd time within a few months. Please refund the rs. 30 amount and also just keep my no. [protected] as my registered no. So that i can get a message when the transaction is done.
