On 18-jan-2018 suddenly my phone showing that no network available. While i was trying to search network then its showing that your sim doesn't support these networks however my 3 months data and voice subscription is yet to over.

Please take necessary action on this. I am unable to do anything because i have only single sim card.

Please do the needful asap.

    Fraudulent/unauthorised transactions occurred from my sbi debit card 6074*4155 on 18th jan 2019 to airtel money pos.

    Details of transactions is given below :

    1. Amount ₹ 8999/- on pos bdr[protected] at airtelmoney txn#[protected] date 18/01/2019 time 11.06 a. M.

    2. Amount ₹ 4999/- on pos bdr[protected] at airtelmoney txn#[protected]. Date 18/01/2019 time 11.07 a. M.

    3. Rs3000.0 on pos[protected] at razorpay airtel paymen txn#[protected]
    Date 18/01/2019 time 11.07 a. M.

    4. Rs1000.0 on pos[protected] at razorpay airtel paymen txn#[protected]. Date 18/01/2019 time 11.08 a. M.

    Requesting you to block this payment and take the necessary action to refund the money to my account.

      Hi,

      I have got airtel braodband connection and while they giving airtel promised to give "bookmyshow" offer but not received. I have raised complaint with airtel on deceember 1st 2018 and i have been following almost 20 time called to get the status but neer got solution. Airtel customer care guys says will call back and update you within 24 hours but never got call back. Now it has been 50 days not yet resolved. Seems to be they cheated me to take braod band connection.

      I got a call on Jan 19 2019 12:01 PM and they have told me that they will call back within 24 hours to provide update/solution but i have't got any update een after 20 hours. This is what it's happenig last 50 days. same (24 hours) respose they say when ever i called .

      This has been 11 days so far no updates for my query. This is what problem and frustration .
      Now 2 months since i have raised a request about just offer and its not difficult.
      Offerring sme promitions taking customers and after that no alue to customer.
      Very bad customer care .. I never saw such a worst customer care.

      When i call to customer care they are ready to disconnect my connection immedietly after using my amount. disconnecting connection they process very fast but offer which promised not ready to gie last 4 months.

          I am facing very serious issue regarding recharge of my airtel number. I had ported my number from vodafone to airtel (Postpaid) but since i shifted to prepaid the problem is arising. The executive said my number is neither postpaid nor prepaid and it’s somewhere between. Every recharge is failed, no response from executives.

            Actually, i bought my new airtel 4g sim and i activated successfully...but after activation i cant recharge my airtel number from online as well as retailer shop also... don't know what to do...while transaction it says it was unsuccessful...and i can't connect to customer care also..it says ur outgoing services are expired...

              Hi airtel,

              My self pushpendra kumar & i am using airtel network since 2010. My mobile number is [protected]. From aug'18, i have faced issue related to network & i register complaint against it. After that airtel team visit sight & found same issue (Network problem). Few day later airtel team update me that they have issue in bend width & they plan to add 1 network tower near my location. But after that there is no update from there side. When i call airtel team, they simply said, we are working on it. But nothing done. When i ask customer care to provide senior employee contact detail, who provide me solution, they deny to provide it. Many time they just put my call on hold & said our seniors are busy with other customer, so we can not transfer your call & disconnect my call. Kindly look into this & help me.

                This is maj. Ashwath, proprietor - lahari gas sgency ; rajiv nagar - mysore. Being your one of the poor customer of airtel, having about 10 mobile connections, 02 land lines & internet modem for our office from airtel, we had contacted your mysore office about 15 -20 days back requesting them for replacement of handset of our office fixed line no: [protected] which is not working since almost one month.
                Though they (Mr. Pradeep: [protected] at your mysore office) had assured us to replace the handset by 16jan2018, to my surprise, neither they could replace the hand set nor they attend our tele calls since last three days and their mob is either busy / ringing but not picking up our calls since then.
                Inview, i am escalating the matter to formally lodge a complaint to airtel customer care to kindly arrange to provide a suitable replacement hand set immediately on high priority orelse suggest us alternate arrangements if any so that we can serve our large customer base of 18000 customers trying to contact our office land line & unable to get through to us due to delay in replacing the faulty handset. We are facing a serious problem / complaints from large no. Of our customers complaining their inability to contact our office for their lpg related enquiries.

                  airtel dth complaint, secondary connection not activated

                  Secondary airtel dth setup box was installed on 12/01/2019 by the airtel technician and made payment of 950 and the technician was saying it will be activated within 30 mins, but it was not activated and called the technician it is still not activated getting error code b003 dth is not activated, he was saying they are having server problem definitely it will be activated on tuesday but still it is not activated and the technician not picking...

                  I am using this no since last 10 years, but since last one year iam not getting any network signal in my house (No 2g, 3g, 4g).                     I understand that we have a new regulation starting feb 1 2019 for the dth subscriptions. However, my existing plan is expired couple of days ago and my connection was disconnected.

                    I was forced to recharge. I recharged for rs 200 and this will again expire in another few days.

                    I would like to know what is the current procedure to handle this kind of situation?

                        I ordered a vivi11 phone from airtel online store on[protected], it was not delivered to my address, never got call or emails regarding the same. Also vulcan guy never bothered to call me evver. All i was tracking was the order by link sent to me by airtel. I am highly dissatisfied with the services of airtel as well as their assoiciated services. I am going to boycott airtel forever

                            I have recently bought airtel hd stb with superstar tamil sd_hd pack for 1 yr. My pack is supposed to include hd channels but i cant see any hd channels at all. And also adding channels to my account is a tedious process. They didn't provide me any pamplets regarding the channels available with my pack.                               All telecom company except jio is not carry forward validity of 28 days if multiple recharge done of same amout or different for validity of outgoing. They give validity of 28 days but starts calling through automayed machine 5 day before recharge expires. If recharge done it invalidates previous validity and starts counting new validity of 28 with immediate time and date.

                              Can you make sure of carry forwarward validity? Is there way to make this in law for this. Or we will always feal cheated. It is not possible by everyome to buy/operate 4g phone and switch to jio.

                                Ive been using airteo for the past 5 years and all dhe respect its fast in some areas like the main city n all but the internet is really slow near my home... And its actually you making a fool o[censored]s after recharging and spendi g all the money im not able to use internet data pack. Completely... Please resolve this as there are a lot of complaints... You are taking all the money from people and not providing... Showing all those ads were u put towers and all is just fake... Ive tried contacting the airtel customer care they wont even connect it to me... # cheaters... I

                                  I hereby request airtel, to kindly block my sim, so that no one can use this number, [protected].

                                  My sim with this number was in my phone which i left at bangaluru airport, took the flight to delhi. I had taken this sim/number from wanawadi airtel office, close to axis bank in the sacred heart building, wanawadi, pune.

                                  Since my phone is left at the bangaluru airport could not be recovered by the airport lost and found department, i hereby request airtel office to block this sim/number so that no one can make unlawful use of this number to make any unlawful calls.

                                  I request airtel authorities to do so, immediately, as i left my phone with this sim number on 5th january, at the bangaluru airport and is now confirmed to be lost, as they could not recover the same.

                                    I am getting call from a person i don't want to talk to and he is continuously calling and disturbing i want that number to be blocked permanently and not get any notification or any sort of messages from that particular number. He is disturbing he from so many days now, kindly look into this matter and solve it.
