Hi using your broadband service for last 4 years, suddenly found today my internet services stopped, after calling local internet provider they informed without using cat fiber I will not get the service, kindly explain about last time Rs 1500 I have paid for the existing fibers. My alliance internet cannot connect to facebook servers, it always give me packet loss when i open facebook or stream on facebook, but it works fine with other websites, its only facebook!!...

Internet us not working for past 36 hrs neither local point of contact is responding... unable to connect with office... kindly resolve asap or refund my amount...

Our alliance connection was given by a local den cable operator of Ananda Palit area called star line... Our internet connection always get disconnected every few month interval and they always say due to cut in fiber line... This issue is going on for 4-5years but now they say they can't fix it and order me to take new connection from other operator... Last time new connection cost me 1500rs for connection charge and now since they are unable...

Durgapur Aranyak pashchimanchal.service provider using all torn wires and when ever we r complaining, he is coming and putting cellotape to the wire...past two months paid 600 +600= 1200.
Either attain the issue and penalise the provider or return back my money....

Local operators always cut of the internet intentionally whenever rain pours down. This is simply untolereable. Do the needful at thee earliest....

Internet connectivity is very much unstable . I took the connection recently and Inam not able to do any tasks. I am unable to connect to VDI for any work.

I am using Alliance Broadband services and the speed is very low (3mbps) but I am recharging of 60mbps despite several calls there has been no response for the above.

Alliance broadband is providing very poor internet connection. It is not working maximum of time during rain . And then the internet comes after 24 hrs gap....

I am having problem with my broadband connection. The internet is slow and gets automatically disconnected within seconds of turning on the router. I have to restart again and again. Iam a very old customer of alliance broadband. Their internet connection remains out of service for more than half a month. We are paying for a whole month, still get service for hardly 15 days. That too the speed is way less than promised speed. The local technicians don't receive calls, the customer care support don't receive calls. No one helps. Even now my internet is down since 3 days and no one gives a damn. Really the worst internet...

My Internet is not working since last 2 days. I have already lodged a complain Vis mobile to local service provider ( Saikat da). However nobody come to attained the problem. Request you to resolve the issue otherwise i will disconnect the alliance boardband service
