For last Month the ping of the broadband was horrible. Servers from Singapore has a latency of 300ms which used to be around 80. Requesting the company to solve the issue as early as possible. Games don't work at all because of the issue.

      Hi using your broadband service for last 4 years, suddenly found today my internet services stopped, after calling local internet provider they informed without using cat fiber I will not get the service, kindly explain about last time Rs 1500 I have paid for the existing fibers. If in future your company will change this kind of things will we have to pay everytime for this ?? Really this is very irritating.Why I have to pay everytime for Companies internal upgradation????

        My alliance internet cannot connect to facebook servers, it always give me packet loss when i open facebook or stream on facebook, but it works fine with other websites, its only facebook!!

            Our alliance connection was given by a local den cable operator of Ananda Palit area called star line... Our internet connection always get disconnected every few month interval and they always say due to cut in fiber line... This issue is going on for 4-5years but now they say they can't fix it and order me to take new connection from other operator... Last time new connection cost me 1500rs for connection charge and now since they are unable to fix their problem they should compensate that new connection fee that would be required for opting for new connection as it is their failure and incompetence! But they are refusing to compensate nor agreeing to fix my existing line! Bunch of good for nothing people running as local distributor of alliance!

              Durgapur Aranyak pashchimanchal.service provider using all torn wires and when ever we r complaining, he is coming and putting cellotape to the wire...past two months paid 600 +600= 1200.
              Either attain the issue and penalise the provider or return back my money.

                3.provider doesnot reply.
                4.but he is very upfront to collect money.
                5.we repent that there is no airtel broad band and that is your advantage..

                  Hello,

                  My name is Bijay Kumar Prasad.
                  My client ID is [protected].
                  I am.facing internet seed issue from.past few weeks yet its not resolved. I had very bad experience using your connection. If you can't solve this issue please refund my money. Because I am getting pissed of now with your services. Everytime I need to call your representatives but have not got any satisfactory result.
                  Is this the way you deal with your service holders. I have taken this connection for my official purpose and could you imagine I am not even able to open a page though I have opted for 100 Mbps speed. This is not done in anyways. I will surely opt out if you would not solve this speed issue. Because of your speed my work is getting hampered.

                      Internet connectivity is very much unstable . I took the connection recently and Inam not able to do any tasks. I am unable to connect to VDI for any work.

                          I am using Alliance Broadband services and the speed is very low (3mbps) but I am recharging of 60mbps despite several calls there has been no response for the above.
                          I would like to get this solved as fast a possible.

                                      I am having problem with my broadband connection. The internet is slow and gets automatically disconnected within seconds of turning on the router.
