It happened previously, for few months it stopped but now it has started again. Packet loss every now and then, slow internet speeds and at times no internet service at all. Kindly look into this matter. Internet is an essential part of our daily routine and if this keeps on happening at important times, then need to consider switching to some other broadband service provider.

    Hi,
    I am a registered Alliance broadband connection user for last 1 year.
    My client ID is - [protected]
    Name - Debatri Mukherjee
    On last Friday I called the customer care informing that I want to change my Alliance connection from my existing address to a new address as I am shifting my house from Bhawanipur to Santoshpur in Kolkata.
    However, I got to know that Alliance will not work on shifting connection, instead they are asking me to submit a new connection request.
    This is simply ridiculous! I am an existing custommer of your's and why do I need to pay for a new connection. It is your lookout as the same organization to help me on shifting the connection and I should only bear the shifting charges on the whole amount for new connection.
    On askingto speak to the person's supervisor she said there is no supervisor and what is is saying is the ultimate!!!
    I want this to be resolved from Alliance as soon as possible and help me in shifting the connection from one location to another.

      Please clear us not to by saying "Your package starting date[protected] to[protected] =360 days."
      Kindly show me the collection as soon as possible as shown below :

      My Client ID [protected] ; make payment for 01 (one) year for[protected] of 360 days package (PRIME+ (8M+4M)) .
      Please provide me the 360 days calculation, which simes to mismatch for me or my calculator stated below :

      CALCULATION FOR 360 DAYS

      24th to 30th JULY 2023 = 07 days
      +
      01st to 17th JULY 2024 = 17 days

      Aug2023-June 2024

      11 months x 30 days = 330 days

        The network bandwidth were never the same for everyday as well as the network latency or ping is not even satisfactory. So I think they should have close their business as we can see we couldn't get the service what we're told to be provided, when we paid them in full amount.
        So tell me what's the reason behind keeping their connection instead of just no connection.
        Please look into that matter and I think there are more like us, who're suffering the same.

            My customer ID is [protected]. I always recharge timely. This time broadband service has been been stopped although I recharged it with Rs590 on 07/08/2022. I recharged it through CRED. I have attached the transaction receipt here.

            I want my service restored immediately.

              My alliance portal is not opening after connecting my wifi. Contacted my Nternet service provider. They didnt gave any response. Such a bad service provider. Very dissatisfied with their service. And I am not able to do WHF also for this issue. Feeling like switching to other broadband. Very sorry to say

                Why is my internet not working?
                Its showing no internet access it was working fine this morning al of a sudden its gone and for the past few days I've been getting very slow speeds even though I'm on broadband Ethernet connection.

                  I am facing high ping and low download speed but when i call customer care, they tell me to check speed on ookla speed test website, on that website everything is fine as cache speed is there. But when i check speed from www.speedtest.com.sg or googlefiber speed test website i get actual result of high ping and low download speed. I want alliance officials to look into this matter.

                      Hello,

                      This is Pronoy. My registered Phone number is [protected]. Client ID: [protected].

                      More than 20 days, I cannot use my Internet. Regarding this issue I submitted a docket on[protected]. Docket number is : AAAA-AAAN-1452. Still that docket status is Open. I waited few days ( 16 Days) and see not solved then I again submitted a new docket regarding same issue on[protected]. Docket number is AAAA-AAAO-5258 but again same result the problem not solved. Again I submitted another new docket with docket number is AAAA-AAAO-7779 on[protected]. The status of this docked is shown Closed. But my internet issue still not solved but the docket automatically closed. It is very strange to me.
                      On that day,[protected] My Plan was expired. That means from[protected] to[protected] I cannot use my internet. And I afraid to recharge my plan again.

                      Today,[protected] again I submitted a docket ( Number is : AAAA-AAAO-9419 ) regarding same issue. One executive, name Dibyendu, called me today at morning and asked what is issue. I explain everything after that he told me then Alliance Broadband cannot support me and discontinue my call. And after that I have seen the Docket Status is Hold.

                      I have just one question, Am I not eligible to get Alliance Broadband Services? If yes then why your support team not solve my issue. And If no then why I am not eligible to get this services?

                      Few minutes ago I called my local operator name is Mr. Shyamal Bhattacharjee ( His Phone number is +91 [protected] ), proprietor of Soumyadeep Cable Network, regarding this issue. He told me this issue can solve Alliance Broadband Engineers. He cannot help me.

                      I request you please solve my issue ASAp.

                        Hi, I am facing slow internet many times but I did not complaint but this minty I faced a lot.so..the thing is I do recharge starter pack but when I use zoom or downloading some files it gives very slow speed like 10-20 all and average that also after 5-6 pings.thats actually hampering my work. I need the permanent solution otherwise I have to think about alternative. The think I don't that much speed based on my package

                          No internet for last 5hrs. Problem not resolved till now. It has been informed from your end (Mr. Sourav Mondal) that existing (from 12:58hrs) fibre cut problem had been resolved at 17:38hrs. Unfortunately, I am still not getting any connection. Customer care has no clue what is happening!! Please restore the issue and rectify your problem. Also send me the details of the fault occurred. I pay for the connection and I have every right to know why at all the the connection could not be restored in 05 hrs duration!! four times I communicated with customer care (Ms Priyanka Chakraborty and Mr Sourav Mondal) but they could not even tell me the real problem. I have all the call recordings of that also. Mr. Sourav Mondal by tricky way was trying to divert the whole issue to myself. Utter negligence from customer care executives. I need to address the issue to the higher authorities of alliance as well as other social media platform so that people may aware of this negligence.

                            On 3rd May, 2022 I tried to recharge my wifi. The amount ₹590 got deducted from bank but there was server error so the transaction remained unsuccessful. ₹590 got deducted from my bank but the recharge was unsuccessful.

                                Our Alliance broadband connection is registered with the name of Shubharthi Mishra with User ID no. [protected]. The WiFi has not been working for the past 3 days. We even recharged it last night with a pack of Rs 708 but it is still not restored. We even tried reaching to the local provider for help but he showed no cooperation and even did not bother to check the machine once. We are Highly disturbed with the situation and need fast help because we cannot attend any online classes due the the WiFi issue. Please look into the matter and try to help us as soon as possible.

                                  Hi, I am having Alliance broadband connection for around 8 months...for the last 4-5 days my connection is getting disrupted frequently. It stays for 1 hr and then gets disconnected for 2-3 hrs...from 9am to 12pm I am hardly getting 6-7 hrs of internet. Please resolve the issue at earliest.

                                    $264 was debited from my account for Alliance Broadband. I do not have Alliance Broadband. This company is a scam. I will be calling the bank and having this money restored to my account.

                                    The phone number seems to also be fake, so there's no way to get in touch with them.
