My Internet is not working since last 2 days. I have already lodged a complain Vis mobile to local service provider ( Saikat da). However nobody come to attained the problem. Request you to resolve the issue otherwise i will disconnect the alliance boardband service

      I am using alliance broadband since last few days . I have 50 mbps plan but i get 20-30 mbps speed & ping is always above 60. Please solve this issue.
      I also faced no internet problem from last 3 days.

        I'm using alliance broadband connection since December 2020 after I started working from.home (was already using in Kolkata for 3 years before lockdown). My client id [protected]. Since 7th February 2021 there have been very frequent internet issues for all users in this region like packet loss, ping loss, buffering issue, fiber break, some sites not opening, switch problem and n number of cases. We have been mailing continuously to Alliance team but ultimate resolution is 0. Me along with all other users in this region are unable to use flawless service. I being a working from home facing tremendous prblm in joining calls and performing day to day activities. As per my knowledge the issue started when number of services increased from Durgapur hub.

          I live in burdwan.i have a alliance internet connection here.But, for 6-8 hours net connection is not coming my area.my router is absolutely fine.why is this I don't know.please fix it as soon as possible.It is very much needed for my work.this problem happened before also but only for 10-15 mins.but today on 29th April it's not working, nei connection is not working properly.the problem was from yesterday till today at 3:30 am.still net connection is not working properly.please fix it.

            I’m a user of Alliance Broadband since 3yrs. But I am sorry to say I’m not all happy with the services provided by Alliance . First of all speed is very poor n it always fluctuates. Since 2days my Internet is not working.I have already informed local service provider to come & check but neither anyone came nor they pick up calls. I just made the payment & after making payment only the Internet services stopped . I stay at 24/1, Danesh Sk. Lane Qtrs. Block - T, Room No - 1, Howrah- 711109.
            Kindly solve my issue at the earliest .

              My broadband connection has been disconnected by local service provider without my consent, despite making regular online recharge. Service of my local service provider is very poor. They don't render proper help. They are responsible for making bad image of Alliance broadband in our locality.
              Kindly take proper step to restore my connection immediately.

                Please be informed that I Rajiv Pradhan
                had taken your broadband connection since october last year..I had requested
                to change the Customer ID [protected] under my name but still is in the earlier clients name..I have requested Kulung communication numerous times for the change of client name but they are giving lame reasons that it cannot be changed from their end or it will take long time...6 months is too much...kindly look on to the matter at the earliest..

                  Very slow internet speed issue

                  My Alliance net speed is very slow for few days.Client ID [confidential] & Registered Phone no: [protected].
                  Package is starter of Rs. 590. I am getting download speed of 11mbps, sometimes download speed is becoming 3-4mbps also. Earlier I used to get 35-40mbps.Please resolve this slow internet speed issue as soon as possible....

                    Dear Sir
                    Myself Soumya Basak, a valuable customer of your alliance broadband internet networking with consumer no [protected]. I would like to inform you that my internet connection has been disconnected on 08.04.2021 so I have informed to local service provider "The Sky Link Communication" about this matter but unfortunately they have suggested to install optic fiber for own costing Rs 2000/- instead of old one do at this point of view as a customer why I will invest Rs 2000 more for getting reconnect of my network even pay monthly renewal charges.

                    Kindly look into this matter neither I will go to another services provider

                        No internet

                        For the past 2 to 3 days I'm facing this problem. My network is connected to the broadband but there is no internet connection available. It's been 2 hours, I'd restarted the device, tried every possible thing but nothing worked. I'm working from home and it's a major issue for me. Plz try to resolve your connection problems asap...

                          I am experiencing very slow internet speed. I am using 100 Mbps connection plan and receiving around 5-15Mbps. Complained today at 10:45 AM and still now same issue.

                          I am also frequent disconnections 3-4 times in a week and complained regarding the same. Every time I get the same response "we are looking into it". Getting to customer care is also challenging. After 10-15 calls can reach customer care.

                          Inspite of repeated complaints, it stays the same. My client ID is [protected] and am on CRUISE+ package.

                              On 20.03.2021 I made payment of Rs.590/- ( the recharge amount ) to you through phone Pe App . The first attempt failed. But second attempt was successful. But on checking of Bank Statement I found that Rs.590/- was credited your account twice., Rs. 590/-x 2., Rs.1, 180/-. Hence excess payment of Rs.590/- has been made .
                              I, therefore, request you to please make refund of Rs.590/- to my bank account at earliest.

                                I want to surrender broadband prepaid connection of customer ID [protected] in the name of Dhananjay Tiwari, D-4, Airports Authority of India Residential Coplex, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata-700052, VIP Road near Kaikhali Bus Stop.
                                I contacted [protected] and explained the above., they provided a mobile number [protected] od Deepak Das to contact but the said number does not valid and not got connected.
