Hello,

My name is Bijay Kumar Prasad.
My client ID is [protected].
I am.facing internet seed issue from.past few weeks yet its not resolved. I had very bad experience using your connection. If you can't solve this issue please refund my money. Because I am getting pissed of now with your services. Everytime I need to call your representatives but have not got any satisfactory result.
Is this the way you deal with your service holders. I have taken this connection for my official purpose and could you imagine I am not even able to open a page though I have opted for 100 Mbps speed. This is not done in anyways. I will surely opt out if you would not solve this speed issue. Because of your speed my work is getting hampered.

    Local operators always cut of the internet intentionally whenever rain pours down. This is simply untolereable. Do the needful at thee earliest.

      Internet connectivity is very much unstable . I took the connection recently and Inam not able to do any tasks. I am unable to connect to VDI for any work.

          I am using Alliance Broadband services and the speed is very low (3mbps) but I am recharging of 60mbps despite several calls there has been no response for the above.
          I would like to get this solved as fast a possible.

                    Alliance broadband is providing very poor internet connection. It is not working maximum of time during rain . And then the internet comes after 24 hrs gap.

                      I am having problem with my broadband connection. The internet is slow and gets automatically disconnected within seconds of turning on the router. I have to restart again and again. I have tried to contact the costumer service but you are also aware how poor your service is. Help my concern as soon as you can. Pincode-700015.

                          Iam a very old customer of alliance broadband. Their internet connection remains out of service for more than half a month. We are paying for a whole month, still get service for hardly 15 days. That too the speed is way less than promised speed. The local technicians don't receive calls, the customer care support don't receive calls. No one helps. Even now my internet is down since 3 days and no one gives a damn. Really the worst internet service anyone can have. Just my money is getting wasted

                            My Internet is not working since last 2 days. I have already lodged a complain Vis mobile to local service provider ( Saikat da). However nobody come to attained the problem. Request you to resolve the issue otherwise i will disconnect the alliance boardband service

                                  I'm using alliance broadband connection since December 2020 after I started working from.home (was already using in Kolkata for 3 years before lockdown). My client id [protected]. Since 7th February 2021 there have been very frequent internet issues for all users in this region like packet loss, ping loss, buffering issue, fiber break, some sites not opening, switch problem and n number of cases. We have been mailing continuously to Alliance team but ultimate resolution is 0. Me along with all other users in this region are unable to use flawless service. I being a working from home facing tremendous prblm in joining calls and performing day to day activities. As per my knowledge the issue started when number of services increased from Durgapur hub.

                                    I live in burdwan.i have a alliance internet connection here.But, for 6-8 hours net connection is not coming my area.my router is absolutely fine.why is this I don't know.please fix it as soon as possible.It is very much needed for my work.this problem happened before also but only for 10-15 mins.but today on 29th April it's not working, nei connection is not working properly.the problem was from yesterday till today at 3:30 am.still net connection is not working properly.please fix it.

                                      I’m a user of Alliance Broadband since 3yrs. But I am sorry to say I’m not all happy with the services provided by Alliance . First of all speed is very poor n it always fluctuates. Since 2days my Internet is not working.I have already informed local service provider to come & check but neither anyone came nor they pick up calls. I just made the payment & after making payment only the Internet services stopped . I stay at 24/1, Danesh Sk. Lane Qtrs. Block - T, Room No - 1, Howrah- 711109.
                                      Kindly solve my issue at the earliest .

                                        My broadband connection has been disconnected by local service provider without my consent, despite making regular online recharge. Service of my local service provider is very poor. They don't render proper help. They are responsible for making bad image of Alliance broadband in our locality.
                                        Kindly take proper step to restore my connection immediately.
