Last month I got subscribed to the preferred+ plan which claims to give 2mbps or 250kBps . The first week was good but after that it has become horrendous with service not being available and when it is I barely hit 30kbps and get a ping of 200ms-1000ms . Before the new package I used to get more speed with a ping around 70ms. I asked others who were using this service to find that I was not alone. It is a plain case of cheating and even my not so good mobile net seems as a better option than my broadband which costs almost Rs700 more. I wish the connection is fixed and if not I am certain everyone in my circle will start using wish net which has no peering limit for the same price.

Same here man iam using speed pack which is 3mbps (350-360kbps) and 45mbps peering. First two week was fine but past few days the connection is so unstable some time its fine then it drops to 16-25 kbps especially at night. I used to get wonderful 720p on youtube but now its struggling with 360p and sometime i get endless buffering and some time it doesnt even load the video on youtube.

It will be good to say that i am payin 1700 rupees for 2g internet. Its clearly cheating. So please alliance fix your issues and give us stable connection for what we pay for.

    Regular disconnection and packet drop

    I am an alliance broadband user.I am from KOLKATA(24 PARGANAS_NORTH)...again i am complain about this broadband company...this ISP is giving me the worse speed...My local distributor and customer care executives those are not hear the daily basis customer problem...

    Their customer care is pathetic.They dont even answer your calls.The internet was down since last night.It came up this afternoon at 12.00 pm.The local ISP says we do not know anything call Alliance.Alliance does not answer the phone.I pay for 30 days in advance.If I am not able to use the service for 1 day they should compensate me for the same.I communicate with people living overseas at night and without giving any proper notification they switch the internet off.       I stay in murshidabad ... i want to take alliance broadband so .i am trying to reach the provider but they are not interested to give me the connection i was going to them from last 15 days..but still they did not give any positive feedback ... very bad service provider ever i saw...hopeless

        I am an alliance broadband user.I am from KOLKATA(24 PARGANAS_NORTH). since some month I am facing some speed issue, packet failure, peering speed..
        I am using the starter plus pack at rs 580 and I feel the ISP is giving me the worse speed and torrent speed.

        My local distributor and customer care executives r telling me that the highest torrent downloading speed for starter plan (580) given by alliance is 1.2mbps out of 8mbps.unfortunately, i am not getting 1.2 mbps, i am only getting a speed of max.350KBPS...
        Every time i do a 'Ping test' and on doing that with my default gateway IP (172.18.27.1) the result shows "Request timed out".

        The service is really poor..
        They are heavy expert to make all FAKE promises to customers.Everytime I call the distributor either work is in progress or else
        After repairing the connection it stays few hrs and after that the same problem, and not only i ..every one is facing this problem..
        In every month at least 10 days i did not have Internet connection...It really sucks...They are very much IRRESPONSIBLE, & their customer support is also very low quality..
        We are paying fees for 30 days a month to get better service. Please look into the matter & provide a permanent solution...SHAME ON YOU(ALLIANCE)...

          On 19/01/2016 I started using Alliance Broadband connection with the zoom pack worth rs 600. I was promised a peering speed of 12 Mbps . unfortunately i am not even getting half i am only getting a speed of 1.25 Mbps.

            Mr. Kaushik, distributor of alliance in burdwan, WB, has very bad behaviour. I have called him 10-20 times for contact number of distributor in my area I.e. mithapukur in burdwan, which doesn't belong to his area, rather he asked me to take another net connections which he distributes in my area and when i denied he never showed up and even disconnected call midway. Take urgent action please

              I m an alience broadband user.but since some days I m facing some speed issue. I m using the starter plus pack at rs 450 and I feel the authority is giving me the worse speed I ever had.My local cable authority and customer care executives r telling me that the highest torrent downloading speed given by alience is 384 kb per second while other network like PMPL is giving 8 mb per second torrent downloading speed to my friend who lives at Belghoria prafullo nagar and obviously at the same price of rs 450 only, so r8now I m thinking to move toPMPL connection and I also suggest u guys to choose a better option

                Poor service. Service provider did not receive call. Internet not working on several days. They did not compensate the matter. In every month at least 5days we did not have Internet connection. In this month it is now 10 days approx.

                  Have complained mostly to the alliance broadband and Sutanu who is local provider and they just keep saying the connection looks ok. For a while things are ok and next one hour it is back to disaster. The worst ever service in this era you can get is from them. For almost a year service was good and now it is more than horrible. None of the staff knows more than what is mentioned in SOP doc.

                    I had an internet connection breakdown at around 12 am midnight. I registered a complaint with alliance broadband..They provided me a complaint number-15363. The next day afternoon(after 12 pm) i tried calling their customer service helpdesk asking for updates.They refused to provide an ETA for resolving the issue and disconnected the call. It is not the first time that I am facing such an issue.

                      Hello, I am using Alliance Broadband from Last 3 years and it was good, But from past 2 months there is a problem. The data transfer stops in between loading a page, for which I need to hit the refresh button again and again. The main problem occurs during any online payment. The data transfer stops and the payment fails or occurs time out. And in that case I cannot hit the refresh. I did contacted Alliance customer care a number of times, but they are such an unprofessional guys that they don't even bothers to listen to us. and more of all they always behave that they are correct and we are wrong.

                          Hi, I have an everlasting issue about the connection problem. I am a working woman and would require the internet when I am at home, but on a frequent basis I face the issue of not having access to internet. Everytime I call the disrributor either work is in progress or else as I use router may be that is not working. I really dont understand after calling them up how my router starts working fine. This has happened many a times and this issue is quite frequent now. I am an old customer of alliance and dont want to leave the connection. But please answer if I dont have the connection at the time of requirement then what is the use of it. Please help me to sort this issue as this is very annoying that I cannot contact anybody to check my internet connection when I reach home from office at night as they are not available at that point of time. This issue happens once in every week. Day before yesterday also I faced the same thing and as I had a leave yesterday I called them up several times to fix this up. As this issue is now being too much I was very irate and asked them to fix the issue as soon as possible. They reacted over call like it hardly matters to them to fix the issue. on call they replied you have to wait may be for the full day as we donont have enough workers. I replied that I have paid the monthly subscription in full now I am not getting the connection for 2 days which you will charge me. They just replied me to wait. I called them number of times and they put my call on block list to avoid picking up my call also they didnt recive my call if I cal them on landline. They have finally now provided the connection but blocked it in such a way that I am not able to get the connection through router. Now when I tried to lodge a docket so that I can verify whether they have blocked it from their part or not. They didnt take my complaint and replied that the engineer will call. But I didnt recive any call yet and already 1 day is gone now. Please help me to fight with them as they behave very badly and their customer service is pathetic.

                          Alliance — TOO MUCH DELAY IN OPENING INTERNET PAGE BUFFERING PROBLEM

                            It really SUCKS. They Are Very much Irresponsible, & their customer support is also very low quality. They are very much unprofessional. They are too expert to make all FAKE promises. Since LAST 2 MONTHS NO other website is opening except Google. EVEN google.com is TAKING more than 45 SECONDS to load.A technical person was supposed to visit my home to resolve an issue about a month ago but he is yet to arrive till date.I have to call their customer service from different numbers otherwise they won't respond. As per my few personal experiences It will start like these "Speed will be extremely throttled down to approx. 2-3kbps when 2GB/pm usage is exceeded even it is an unlimited plan". If you are already a subscriber of plan below 550 then you must be the next victim.

                              Getting net lag for over a month. I pay 450 bucks for a starter pack which is supposed to give 512kbps of bandwidth, But from August 18th up till date i am not getting stable speeds over 300kbps, i have called their customer support for over 30 times, they say that everything is fine, local ISP distributors are saying the same word and my machine is 3 months old and perfectly tuned up run box shows a constant stable ping request from my machine, but the reply from their server fluctuaes by havoc, they say that its normal. I am getting speeds below 150kbps 20% of the time, how come that can be normal? I suppose this is a deliberate attempt of increasing the package.

                                I am using Alliance Broadband Internet Service 4m many years, and i always recharge rs 1197 + tax, every month but the service is really poor, when ever it rain's the connection starts problem, even at late night the connection cuts off, after repairing the connection the connection stays 1 day and after that the same problem, and not only i every one is facing this problem .

                                  Hi, My Internet is down since last 3 hrs & local operator not even picking up the call. Is this the way you provide the service???                                   Slow Download Speed And Fast Upload Speed

                                  I have maximum of 20kb/s download speed. And on the other side my upload speed reaches sometimes around 2.0 to 2.5mb/s. So please solve my problem.
