In last few months the internet connection is being worst, contacted local operator g. C. Cable & broadband service, to solve the issue, no permanent solution given by them, they used to say"not possible to arrange a service now, no engineer is present", this happens on & on. Last month i complained around 20 tyms for no getting connection, bt still the problm persists. No maintaince of the line from the operator, pathetic service. I am going to file a complaint for fraudity against the allaince broadband in the consumer forum.
Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still the issue persists, was connected fr 5 mins, then again no connection to the server.there must be a serious issue, or the service provider dont want us to buy their products, it is a serious complaint of frudaulent business activity

    Our service was stopped from 30 days due to optic fiber maintanance & repair but our service provider did not care for this issu and also dont responce our phone calls.this is very bad service of alliance broad band and bad system of the company add-salikotha, dantan, paschim medinipur, west bengal, pin-721435 ph no-[protected] service provider-om broadband dantan

        I used to recharge from your service people in pin-700110.
        But that was hassle.So i decided to recharge online.
        But today they cut our connection as you can see
        CLIENT ID:[protected]

        I did my recharge in advanced.
        And they said-I didnt recharge by cash through them so they cut my connection.
        Means what?
        They ll cut my connection if i dont recharge through them.
        What kind of people you guys are having?

        Now i want to take strict action within 24hrs.
        Why should i use your service as you guys can cut it anytime without a reason.
        There are many broadband with less hassle like jio and bsnl.

        Why my account service suspended.
        While i made my payment in advance?

        Your people rudely said they cut it because i should recharge through them not online.
        I m loyal customer of yours from 1yr.
        Paid money on time.

        If you dont take any action within 24hrs.
        Im going to cut my connection tommorow.
        And i need my money back.
        As i recharged and your service man cut it with a worst reason ever.
        Im going to consumer forum then will get jio or bsnl broadband if you guys dont take strict action within 24hrs.

        Customer care is worst of alliance broadband.
        They do not have anything in their hand.They ll simply say contact your local operator with all your queries.
        I asked i have problem with local operator they said contact your local operator.
        Seriously!!??
        Anyway.
        Now im going to close my connection.
        And will go fir another broadband.

        So please close this case as well.
        I dont need it anymore.
        Bye bye alliance.
        I am using the alliance broadband for just a month so my prob was i paid 2days before the due date but still my connection got disconnected so just I called alliance Customer care and the person who picked up the call was very rude.he was talking to me as if he was doing a great honour to me by talking to me.he asked me my client id but somehow I couldn't hear that and instead I thought he asked my email so I told him that but the moment I told my email id he got angry and told very very rudely who told u to give the email id?then I told him to talk to me properly he was arguing that what rude behaviour has he done??then quarrel started.omg!!what type of person this alliance hire for customer care!!I really dnt know.rubbish they are.but the good part was that my local operator really helped me and sorted my prob within 10-15 mins.good people still exist on this planet...

          Ever since I started using alliance broadband, I'm facing an unstable connection.
          1. The customer care executives are very rude
          2. After several follow ups, they do not show up enough intent to show up
          3. Local cable operator does not pick up phone
          4. They are very slow in responding

          Though I'm spending 750/- for a month, I'm getting internet only for 3 weeks a month.

            We are getting frequent connectivity issue for alliance broadband. There is no action for any permanent resolution. As per the local sales person mr. Dibyendu, we have replaced the router, but still the problem is persisting. There is no remedial action seen from anyone of alliance broadband.

            This is so disappointing to work like this.

              Charges of Static I.P

              We are using alliance Broadband form last 1 and half year now when we ask for static I.P to alliance they reply that contact your cable operator for the same and local cable operator is giving rate of 1500/- per month but in universally rate of static I.P is charge on annual basis of maximum of 3000/-per month.
              Please look the matter as alliance is not giving the rates.

              I'm from Hyderabad. Had Hathway broadband connection ([protected]). I made the regular monthly subscrion on 27th Feb'17 which was due on 3rd March'17 ( Transaction ID R[protected]. Today I got a automated voice call saying the connection got deactivated due to non payment of subscription. The customer care phone lines are horrible, today I tried 2 hours to get connected. These pwolw are just enjoying the profits and least bothered about customers. This is 4th time I had the same issue. Every time some action will happen only once I threten them that I'm going to cancell the connection. I'm looking for serious action against the company and due compensation to payed to me by the compamy for the illegal inturuption in service and mental harassment.

                I have requested disconnetion request and paid all bills already i have moved to other city even after they are increasing monthly monthly bill every month why they are worst internate provider in the bangalore please dont trust on them, they have threatening team to threat people by there even after so many discossion they still askin 2000 rs for this kind of pathetic services even every month 2 to 4 days there service not available as the so called ther service updation happinng

                  When alliance provided me new connection they promised me the internet connection will never lost .But when i lost my connection and called the customer care they cut my phone saying I was using slang .they laughed about my call from behind like my complain is a joke. Never solved my internet connection problem.Leaving alliance from next month.And wont recommend it to anyone i know from now.

                    The most unbelievable chain of events took place.
                    Today is day 3 of broadband non functionality. We had complained on 17 Jan 2017 on the phone after holding the line for a good 15 minutes, the customer service representative assured engineer will arrive the next day 11am. No one came till 3pm ! I went to their office in sector 32, Chandigarh. The manager assured help would arrive before 6pm, no one came !
                    Today, day 3, we went to their office again, we were assured help would arrive in 2 hours and service would be restored, NO ONE CAME !
                    It's not over yet, we called customer care again, again we were assured that our landline will be restored by 7pm, it's 11:35 pm and our internet and landline, for which we pay 1300 rupees every month, is non functional for 3 days !

                    This isn't all, I found out, from the manager of the airtel office, sector 32, Chandigarh, that the services are down because of some upgradation in the line. THEY KNEW THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE OFF ! We weren't informed. They have knowingly and intentionally intrepted our landline and broadband without even informing us. This qualifies as a crime as they have knowingly cut off our communication.

                    It is as if airtel has been mocking us all the way for our helplessness.

                      I have used many broadband isp but alliance broadband is the worst broadband service I ever seen.As I migrated to kolkata and want to explore alliance and I called them for new connection but they talk so rudely and didn't even bother for new clients. This company has no moral value. I will raise a complain in consumer court to de-list this company to use broadband service.

                        This the third month I'm using Alliance broadband services and already in two months I have faced issues with them. In the first month the representative informed that I can pay my bill on next month 20th and my line will not be cut off . But it was cut off. Even after paying the bill my services were not back and I had to call them and they just transferred me from one person to another.
                        Again this month I have paid my bill on the due date still they have cut off my services. Now I will have to wait till morning and again my call will be transferred from one person to another rude one and then instead of being apologetic they will speak to me rudely.
                        I heard a lot of this provider but now I can only say PATHETIC AFTER SERVICES

                          I've just visited my loacl rechage center to recharge my monthly internet servie
                          One of the receptionist
                          He asked my "customer id number"
                          I said that as i couldn't remember the number (This number is not ever had been forced by your service to memorise while recharging, and everytime i ask them if they could serach my user id, so usually i say my name & they do it)
                          O can you please search my name?
                          He replied "i wont"
                          I stated that it wouldn't be a big deal just to search right? Coz the other guy does it everytime without complaining
                          He again replied "i don't care about the other guy, i personally won't do it"
                          I was shocked and asked if there is any other way coz i don't hold any documents that shows me my customer id
                          He said "no"
                          I got pissed off a bit and said "why such rude behavior man, how am i supposed to recharge then?"
                          He said "you need 'customer id' or 'user id' (Which he had not mentioned in the first place)
                          Then i stated my"customer id"
                          And after giving that id he then asked my 'name'

                          What kind of misbehavior is this, and trust me his voice was loud enough to show the insult to the guy standing opposite to him asking for service

                          I want to make a complain, against that service center, what else i need to make the complain?

                          Ever since I've opted for Alliance Broadband, I never got a seamless connection. In each month, I lose around 1 week of down time. They failed to provide me a proper solution for last 3 months. I'm totally frustrated about this connection.

                            I am saikat samadder, from santragachi, howrah. User name is - ss28_ste.
                            Here i've attached some picture of my ping status. I ping on 172.18.16.1 everytime. I faced that problem from last month. My internet package was expired last month but that problem did not resolved. Now in this month i've been facing the same problem from last 2 weeks. Everytime your tech support told me that "problem will be solved within 24 hrs" but it did not happen. I'm just tired of calling & raise a complain everyday for it at customer care. Now you told me what should i do?

                              Our Service provider Dolon Communication has been providing service for the last 1 year. Unfortunately we are plagued with the service and attitude for providing service. Every single day the line goes off for over 2-3 hours working hours. The seem to have an alibi for each occasion. In spite of request all seems to fall on deaf ears. We have opted for a one year subscription only because they lacked professional attitude of monthly collection. Now our concern is whether or not we should continue with Alliance.

                                Sir i using alliance broadband. I have to do some work in internet but i fail because when i connect the internet, its work only few minute after that its goto disconnected mode. So i fail to do complete my work. Sir if you solved my problem then i will satisfied your service.

                                  I want to complain regarding my local wifi provider from whom we have got the connection I believe that its not wifi connection he has some problem with us after paying his bills barely we can use wifi and again we face the issue of dropping connection whenever we call him he don something and say us connection was loose which is acceptable but not after every two day whenever we call to discuss about this he say that this is not the right time to speak we are working and we do not get that much time to check the in morning time, but even after all that if we call him in d morning he never pick or call if you will not take any action against our area alliance net broadband provider which is Loknath cable services address-5, dakshindari Road, kolkata700048 mobile no-[protected], i will not let this like this and i will complain to social media facebook google and everywhere.

                                    I Prasanta Chatterjee, My user ID is prasantac_nl from last Wednessday (14.09.2016) problem my broadband connection. Several times I Call and Also Physically meet the Local Dealer Mr. Barun Das (North Satellite link) in Paikpara and also Call Your Customer Care for complaint lodge 4 times, all times
                                    They assured that Technical person send by till now any technicall person send to resolve the problem.
                                    I have pay already pay next 3 month subscription upto 05.12.2016. I don’t know what is your problem.
                                    So request you to please refund my subscription amount and disconnection my line.
