I have sent you two email.I want to put off the auto login system cause some misuse is being done by outsiders. I have tried to contact you over phone but no response. Even there is no response to the emails. Please tell me that what to do know? How to put off this auto login system? This is very very very urgent and almost for a month we are trying to contact you. I sent the first email on 8th may 2016 but the matter is not yet solved

    Facing trouble to connect broadband service in every week 1 or 2 days.
    I have using a plan of rs 570(approx).
    Every month I will pay the above mentioned ammount at time.
    6-8 days in every month I'm not able to access the internet but I will pay the charge for the whole month.
    I have launch complaints several time over telephone to aliance office at BT office.
    Please fixed this as soon as possible.

    Alliance — charging high rate getting low speed according to there plan.

    i am getting low speed. i have 1mbps connection but they are providing only 800 kbps. i called the customer care several times but they are saying i am getting enough speed.my plan is QUICK.my id is [protected].

      The local operator is charging me double the amount than he usually charges for installation. I have informed about this but the company turned a blind eye.
      The local operator's name is Das communications located opposite to Madhyamgram municipality. I have recently received an online job for which I require broadband services, but this company's indifference has really discouraged me. I will probably loose my job due to lack of competence. In this economy it is difficult in itself to get a job.

      I had subscriped this service from last 3 days; Its too much low

      Alliance — Slow speed in internet from 25th June night

      Net is very slow from 25th June, 2015. Download speed is 20 to 40 kb per second. Called customer care[protected]. But, no improvement in download speed. My id is subhajit_palash

        Hi, I am using Alliance Broadband for last 3.5 years. I am staying in Christian Para, Kestopur. The service is very poor for last 6-8 months and the connection is going on/off atleast 10-12 times a day. Also on many occassions service is totally off. While I complained to the local service provider, they are least bothered and they even so roughe that they are asking to disconnect the service and take some other connection. Is it the behaviour we are expecting from a service provider? This is really unprofessional attitude and requesting to look into this.

          I have a broadband connection from Alliance Broadband

          i am facing speed problem since a very long time.

          at times if works fine but when it gets slow.

          if i call the service provider in my area they say to call the toll free number

          and when i do it they will ask to take my remote desktop, most of the time that will also not be possible.

          then their story starts that my computer or port is at fault. then if some how the remote desktop is accessed for them to check. they will start a few parallel download and show that my speed is correct. but individual downloads will not work the same.

          then they say if i still face the problem consult a local technician for my internet router or my computer is at fault.

          this is the same case every time. i have on thing to say that my one computer cam be at fault and not computers, laptop, mobiles and tablets all are at fault at the same time.

          please help me out.

            I am writing this complaint to admonish all the people in kidderpore about the worst internet broadband and customer care services provided by alliance broadband. My registered id with alliance broadband is [protected] and having a prime + plan since more than two month. The reason why i am so frustrated that every night after 11:30 pm the connection stops working with yellow triangle on network icon causes dns server error, i have tried calling the customer care last night and was explaining the issue on phone and the person named sanjay chatterjee with no hesitation cut the phone and asked me to wait “little bit”, i was totally astonished the way customer service handle the consumer request on phone, they don’t even have proper training with no social development, i came to know that with 2% satisfactory rating alliance broadband stands nowhere when it comes on providing customer service and resolving issues, we need to notice such a big company like alliance broadband have no such active social media page where users can easily leave their reviews and experience, which shows they already familiar with consumer complaints they are getting every day so wont able to interact socially with the consumers issues, i would say alliance broadband misrepresenting the service they are providing by advertising “a happy internet experience”. I would also request my friends and relatives to write about their issues on consumer complaints website so in future our local people from kidderpore won’t go for alliance broadband

            the same problem in Halisahar area.my id is sumanad_rcn .every month I recharge 1840INR but every night after 11.30 the net service was stop. me also not recommend all of my relatives and friend.very poor Broadbaand service

              New pakages launch only kolkata circle. kolkata citizen get new pakage and more speed and also get torrent speed, but i have connection rest of bengal, so no plan, no torrent . so alliance should their new plan start all place of bengal . otherwise customer change their service provider. i want to change my service provider, i am getting apply for reliance broadband .mb no [protected]

                I am using Fiber optic Internet connection from local cable operator with ROB PACE pack worth- Rs. 500+ 14.5% Tax= Rs. 572.50. If you compare my plan with Kolkata Plan you will see that I am giving more than Kolkata Plan. The starting unlimited plan in kolkata is Rs. 500, there you will get 1Mbps Brandwith and 2Mbps Happy hours. And not only that but also 8Mbps Peering. But at my Plan it worst. 800Kbps Brandwith, 1.5 Mbps Happy hours. It has been taken 30Min to connecting peers from Torrent. Download Speed 90Kbps. That's it. I requested to Alliance Broadband care but they told me " Your area is not under peering network" The distance of my location(Bagnan, Howrah) from Kolkata is about 58Km. If you thing that it is a far away distance you can go Andul, Howrah, here is also peering available. And Andul is only about 30Km from my location. Very unexpected service. I requested to Alliance Broadband please do something for that.

                    The broadband is not working since 11 am yesterday. All contact numbers are swithed off or not responding. Even the helpline number person is least bothered to solve the issue. This is a horroble service from the reputed organisation.
                    This is my last complaint before going to the consumer forum.

                    Worst connection.
                    Every other day I have to call the customer care for poor internet sevice in Bansdroni area(kolkata) but alliance tenical guys are not able to give any permanent solution.Earlier I have used many internet connections, but among those alliance internet is worst.

                    Not getting internet conncetion ,most of the time facing problen in internet line

                    Paid Rs 1800 nonrefundable installation charge plus Rs 18 monthly service charge but not getting internet connection .Not able to connect mos of the time it was showing "no connection error " or "unauthorised access error"

                      It's a pity to have a poor customer care service. Whenever, i'm not getting any network and calling up customer care. They have common solution process every time as below:
                      1. Disconnect the line from router and connect it directly
                      2. Configure the ip address
                      3. Ping twice with two different addresses(Mine & main server)
                      4. All in vein, and by these processes they have showed their efficiency.. Now they would inform local operator, where as local operator used to say they did not get any complain from the customer care

                          The operator demand more money from us then what they write in the bill. This is happening from past 2 years. When i insisted that i will pay the bill amount and not what you are charging and demanding then the operator guy said "then their will be a problem"- he quoted this happened today(24/3/2016). I even tried to get help from the company but they did not reacted to the incident. My this month bill number is [protected]. The amount in the bill of this month is 572.50 and the operator charges 580. Before this i used to have 448.32 amount in the bill then the operator demanded me and forced me to pay 460 amount. This is only happening in our locality only

                            I am alliance user no problem related to network issue...bcz it's better for me and no problem for me network issue but ONE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT I have changed my place to 1 no srinagar madhyamgram here is my new home...and I left my old house who is in 3 no Srinagar madhyamgram ..I want to my alliance connection to give me connection... But he didn't give me..when the distance between 1 no Srinagar madhyamgram is less than 1KM to the alliance service provider ...alliance is better one for me no any issues I am used before 7 month ...Plzzzzz fix this issue...I many more time to request abt that matter to service provider..

                                  Hello,
                                  I am using alliance broadband since 9-10 months. Before 2-3 months the connection was actually good.. But I am facing some problems with this connection like high ping, heavy packet-loss and sometimes when I ping their gateway, ping comes accurate like 1 ms or 2 ms but the download speed stands on 1.26 kb/s and upload on .59 kb/s and for that, I am unable to use the internet at that moment(30-35 mins in every 3 hours)! And whenever they send technicians to solve the issue they use to check the cable properly, the ping thats it.

                                    i have too much problem in this broadband.. high pings when i try to play online game.. all players are telling me lagger. i tryed to consult with customer care.. they wont understand what type of problem i am facing. they can understand only (ping ***.***.***.*** -t = 1 ms ) and ctrl+ paause break= packet loss 0.. these things. That things are fine means your line is fine..

                                        I complaint earlier about the very slow speed of internet but I am sad to say there is no improvement in the situation. I think anyone is taking/using my internet connection illegally. I want to complaint again about the serious matter of slow speed internet. I advice you to check the line from where the internet connection is taken. Thank You and I hope something effective will be done soon. My user id is skm37_at
