I am writing this complaint to admonish all the people in kidderpore about the worst internet broadband and customer care services provided by alliance broadband. My registered id with alliance broadband is [protected] and having a prime + plan since more than two month. The reason why i am so frustrated that every night after 11:30 pm the connection stops working with yellow triangle on network icon causes dns server error, i have tried calling the customer care last night and was explaining the issue on phone and the person named sanjay chatterjee with no hesitation cut the phone and asked me to wait “little bit”, i was totally astonished the way customer service handle the consumer request on phone, they don’t even have proper training with no social development, i came to know that with 2% satisfactory rating alliance broadband stands nowhere when it comes on providing customer service and resolving issues, we need to notice such a big company like alliance broadband have no such active social media page where users can easily leave their reviews and experience, which shows they already familiar with consumer complaints they are getting every day so wont able to interact socially with the consumers issues, i would say alliance broadband misrepresenting the service they are providing by advertising “a happy internet experience”. I would also request my friends and relatives to write about their issues on consumer complaints website so in future our local people from kidderpore won’t go for alliance broadband

Alliance — charging high rate getting low speed according to there plan.
i am getting low speed. i have 1mbps connection but they are providing only 800 kbps. i called the customer care several times but they are saying i am getting enough speed.my plan is QUICK.my id is [protected].
