Sir,i am a retirred person from STATE BANK OF INDIA and i am one of the user of your broadband service for last two months under the franchisee of 'Regent Park Broadband & Allied Services Pvt. Ltd.' address:- 148/28, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road, KOl-40.
I have taken the 'ZOOM PACK'. I want to lodge a complain against them. From the day i took the connection from them, i am suffering continuously. Most of the time there was no connection. When i tried to call them up, i found out that all the help line numbers are dead. But now i want to told something very bad experience which i faced today morning in their office. Actually i had no connection from saturday evening. When i called up them, i found the numbers are dead. On Sunday noon, i went to their office to give a written complain. One of the employee told me that he will send their technicians within one hour to my house which is only 10 mins distance from their office. He don't even took a written complain against my version. Ok fine, i went back to home. The whole sunday there was no connection not even in night from the day before. When i went to their office today at 9:30 a.m. without having my breakfast, two employees started arguing with me continuously. One of them told me, that, if this same thing happens with u i[censored] are a BSNL customer, then what u will do. I told them Does this company is a part of BSNL or it is a private service provider. Suddenly, one of the employee hitted me on my face very hardly and told me in a very rough bad language to get out from their office and also told me that he will not come to my house to solve my problem. So now, I am asking to u that have i done any wrong in taking a connection from ALLIANCE. Or this type of behaviour is a part of your franchisee's style to interract with the customer.
Sir, I want a quick action against this one of your worthless franchisee or i will be bound to take legal action from consumer forum against them. Please help me.

Regular Link failure
Each month I have to stay without the internet for atleast 8-10 days. When I call up to lodge a complain they do not pay any heed to my complain. After calling for 2-3 times they even stop picking up the phone. This is just untolerable.
