My name is arghya pratim saha. I have ordered an canola oil product from amazon india. Their product got damaged in guwahati. Then i requested for replacement. But instead they cancelled the order. And placed one replacement. The replacement was reaching today.. Then they again cancelled the replacement. Which already reached in my city agartala. Now they are telling to reordee.. But the price of the product is high now. So kindly look in my matter and arrange for a replacement.

On my statement it was debited on nov. 4, 2019; ref#[protected] on card. I have not received an order and i had not put in my information. I want the order or my money back as soon as possible.

    This matter has not been resolved. I have not heard from anyone about my refund or have received anything in the amount 128.82 that was deducted from my account. I want my money back.

        Hi,

        I have ordered aluminum cookwear on october 18th, 2019 for 728 rupees and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 or 4 days.

        When i have checked the status of the order few days later, i saw that the address was missing at amazon side, not sure how it was deleted from their side.
        I have called the customer care and informed the same and they told that they will rectify it and the product would be delivered in 2 days.
        I again called them after 2 days, and again they told that the product would be delivered in 2 more days.

        I have repeatedly called the customer care and informed them about this for 7 times.
        And now on nov 11, 2019, when i called them and asked about it they are telling that the product is returned to the seller and they can only do a refund. And to be noted is the product price is now 1182/-.

        I was literally shocked the way they have taken this case forward even after reminding 7 times.
        Actually it is not my duty to remind amazon about the missing address at their side, but still i have called them 7 times and informed them about this.

        I am sure amazon did this wantedly because the price of the product is increased now and they can sell the same product with higher price now.

            I had ordered watch from amazon. It was expected to deliver on pickup point on 12th of Nov. However same was rejected saying that I canceled the order. When I raised this to Amazon customer care they said that They had tried to reach me on call nut I didn't pickup the call but I haven't received any call on same day from amazon. When I talked with senior they informed it was cancelled due to some technical issue from there end. They provided me wrong information and when I asked for refund they said it will take 3-5 working days.

            Iam not able to understand why they are keeping my money with them when this issue occurred because of them.

            This was 2nd time I haven't received my order on time and got cancelled without connecting to me. 1st incident happened on 24th of oct. where I was promised that my order get delivered on 25th Oct. and I paid extra for that.

            Screenshot attached for both the cases and kindly get it validate from amazon customer service as both the time they said that they have escalated it to there higher team.

              I have ordered WOW Imagine Tempered Glass for Samsung Galaxy M30(Pack of 3) with Installation Kit for a total of Rs.279 on Amazon india online. But what I have received is only one Tempered glass instead of a Pack of 3 that too of a different Model which is not useful for Samsung Galaxy M30.

              The company is saying there is no Refund or replacement of this product. Please make Amazon to take necessary action and provide my money or the promised product back.

                I have been delivered a gift product Of a combo. But it had missing accessories. I told them to return the item. But they told that it’s a replacement policy. I told the executive to get it replaced the very next day by evening. They had entire 48 hours to replace. But they said it would be possible only on Thursday by 9pm. Neither I’m getting my money nor the item delivered on time. This is not the customer mistake. If it was not a gift item it could have been accepted. This is not fair on such a big company to make petty mistakes and penalise the customer for it. I have been subjected to mental stress by them without my mistake.

                  Refund of rs. 759/- has been made by amazon on 12th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected].
                  "the reference number of the refund is ref - hsbcn[protected].
                  But, the refund has not been received yet.
                  Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                  I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                    I had bought a carpet online through amazon, however the carpet i received was different from the carpet shown in the product description. After 10min I called to the customer to enquire and he said I called you there was no response from your end and crossed your location. Product will be delivered tomorrow. He was very rude while replying.

                              This is regarding my order with order id[protected]. The product which i had received was damaged. It had many scratches on the back side of the watch and the belt of the watch also has many scratches. Due to which i had ordered replacement for the same but when the replacement came the delivery boy refused to take my return. I asked the delivery boy to wait for a minute so that i can connect the call to customer care but the person refused. Later i had a word with senior executive from esclation team and he had promised me that the pick up will be done by 06/11/2019. But till date the pick up has been not done. When i contact the customer care they say that leadership team is going to call me within 24 hr but till now leadership team has not contacted and even the pick up has been also not completed.

                                      I had placed an order around a month back for fitness equipment through amazon.

                                      Upon noticing that i have entered the wrong address i contacted the seller over email, amazon over call and the shipment company to try and change it to the new one. I was told that is not possible and to cancel the order and place a new order.

                                      I did exactly that and the screen showed that my refund is approved, over the next few days, the order was attempted to be delivered at the wrong address, twice been after me canceling it.

                                      Then i connected to your chat and call team which then told me that there is a technical issue and my refund will hit my account on the 24th of september, it didn't happen so i called again, i was told it will happen on 26 and that dint happen either and then the 28th and that also dint happen,

                                      By then i had a lost all cool that i could keep as a customer and also let me point out - in the interim of this struggle that i made, no one contacted me, the seller never responded and amazon shredded duty by saying its a seller fulfilled order - to which i yet don't know what is my fault.

                                      I then proceeded to try again, because it's my money, and there was an atoz claim filled to which - i get a hilarious email asking me to return the product to the merchant, which only shows that all the previous information was a lie and that the seller claims he delivered the product - & i did reply to that email very gently and i got no resolution -

                                      Which then bring me to the epitome of frustration and i spoke to a advisor who says my atoz claim was canceled which should not have happened - that's what he said - and then gave me this email id to which for the last 2 days i thought not to mail - but then i decided to make an effort and get my money back

                                      So to whomsoever this may concern - kindly put an end to my frustration and either refund the money to my account - or tell me that it won't happen and to stop trying - i rather lose my money now then my patience over a mistake i did not make.

                                      I have been promised over 14 times on different calls that my resolution will be resolved.
                                      My call was disconnected today as i was adamant on my refund
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Amazon told me to wait till the 25th and I did - however its been 4 days past the date of commitment and no one has had the
                                      professionalism to contact me let alone be the curtesy of keeping up to a commitment which was set from you end.

                                      Honestly, I have tired of all of this and have decided to consider the money you owe me as money lost -
                                      I now consider it a charity.
                                      This will be the last time I email you - Shopping from you is a question best left unasked and unanswered.

                                      Very shameful on your part (the lot of you)
                                      Each associate who I have spoken to over endless calls, Chats and now emails.

                                        I purchased redmi note 8 pro and i was having offer that you will get 500rs cash back as amazon pay cashback if you purchase between 20th october to 25th october. I purchased redmi note 8 pro on 22nd october. I got product on 25th october i called the customer care you are fulfilled all terms and conditions you will get cashback within 14 business days but when i called today they are giving differant execuses like this product is not eligible and the ASI code is not eligible while on terms and condtions there is no any type of information like this please help me in this matter
