Amazon India — bsnl bill payment | |||
I tried to do bill payment of bsnl landline on 21st september 2019. As amazon asked me to revise the payment of rs. 774/-as the first one hasn’t gone through, i did the payment again using my sbi debit card. Later i found out that the card has been debited twice for the same. I contacted bank. But i haven’t got my money back. I hope amazon can help me in this regard. And the due date has crossed and I haven't got my refund yet ..customer care is utterly hopeless ..they have not helped me at all..and my money is at stake now..I need my money
