Per amazon app and amazon.in website order tracking shows that the order for the above product number is delivered to customer address, but the same has not been delivered and upon asking the customer support team, they have responded to me rudely and have asked me to update kyc details for inquiry, as if the customer is committing a fraud. Have updated the same on amazon.in website.

Order was placed on: 11 october 2018, upon raising concern over prepaid order i was asked to wait till 23rd oct 2018 and now they have again asked me to wait till 30th oct 2018.

Please get us a refund of 3498.30 back to me.

Amazon's courier delivery guy could not find the address apparently, upon confronting him on calling and asking customer about the address he said that the courier parcel is still at the dispatchment office and got the delivery yesterday.

    I have ordered a product (Samsung galaxy tab a) on 12 oct 2018 in the offer price of 9499 rs. And paid by my credit card.
    After order shipped and on the way. The order got cancelled by amazon saying that there was pricing error of that product.
    Now the price for that tab is double.
    I contacted amazon regarding the issue and mr. Zain from customer service said that we can not help you in this.
    I just want my tab on the same price that i ordered.

      Order no[protected] was ordered on 12th october and due for delivery on 22 october, no intimation what so ever and when i check the order status it says failed delivery and i have been delivered to same address previously. Confirmed with customer care yesterday they said 24 hrs will be delivered now they say resolution is cancel the order.
      When amazon cant deliver why take payment in advance and keep us waiting and don't deliver the product and a customer service staff who does not know what he is speaking and more worried to give a resolution for which he is bombarded for no fault.
      When one order is delivered why cant the other be and i dint even get a call from courier partner

            My order number[protected]), date 10 october 2018, payment method - debit card

            In this order i have received only one shirt (Alcott) on 13/10/2018 and the rest have not been received by me which was
            1. Two red tape formal shoes
            2. Two john players trousers
            But it was showing the product has been delivered on 16/10/2018 and i have given the contact number for delivery was (+919696*20), even no one contacted me on the day for this delivery and the delivery pin was with me on my mail and i was in college that day.

            I have placed a complaint regarding this to customer care on 16/10/2018 and on mail 17/10/2018 they was said to wait till 19/10/2018 the product will delivered to me. I waited but it was not delivered so i made a complaint on 20/10/2018 they said the matter has been send to investigation team and i have to wait till 29/10/2018 to 30/10/2018. But today 22/10/2018 i have got the mail that investigation has been done and product has been delivered to me and further they will not assist and provide me any help. They will not provide me any refund/replacement.

            I think there has been some mistake by the delivery man as he/she updated wrong or have done some mischief and i'am suffering due to this as amazon was not helping me. When i'am contacting them they are disconnecting me saying that after investigation they will not further help me.

            I don't know to whom the product was delivered. Even they are not sending me the person who has delivered the product so that i can ask him/her to whom he/she has delivered the product and they are not providing me any proof of delivery of the product. Further they are not helping me any how they are disconnecting me on call and on mail they repeating they will not assist me anymore.

            Atleast help me in providing me every details because someone has taken the advantage of prepaid order. Please help me it is a matter of my reputation as well money. Even i don't know who has done this mischief.
            There is no security for prepaid order.

            Amazon will say that they have solve this issue and they will not look further too that because investigation has done and I'am doing fraud. But where is my product/order. They have satisfied themselves but I'am not satisfied with the amazon investigation.

            I need further investigation of the delivery. The delivery number was given to me ([protected]) please check the call history if he/she has called me on (+919696***20) that day (16/10/2018) for the delivery. I need every detail that prove you have delivered on 16/10/2018 and my signature as well because it was prepaid order there should be some security for this.
            I need the delivery agent to come at my house for the verification of the delivery.
            Amazon Prepaid Order is said to be delivered but not received, nor even contacted by delivery agent.

            I have faced the same problem. The delivery agent did not even call me. And since every customer care service is machine run by amazon there is no way i can even raise this complaint. Because this option itself is not showing. I am sure the delivery agents are stealing stuff by using this loophole. Big amazon scam.

              Shopped during great indian festival, shoping value was more than 3000 and had an offer of cash back i guess it was 15%. No cash back received. Had chat with different executive for help, every body provided time period and promised it will be done, still i have not received any cash back.

                Hi, I have ordered a mobile phone from Amazon.in and they delivered a just broken screen guard in it.
                My order id is :[protected]

                Date of delivery: 15/10/2018

                They delivered something else and cheated me. After followups with customer care and courier services also, no proper response.

                The courier team visited and checked, told me product will be delivered or refunded in 3 days, but no response.

                I want to get refund of my product.

                Its worth 18900 rs and any courier package more than 5k need OTP verification and they will allow to open the parcel and check. In my case, they delivered when Im not there and just given to my mother and left immdeitly without taking any signature.

                Im following up with Amazon and ?Courier, not getting proper answer and I want justice on this.

                Every time when I send email to Amazon, they send automated email saying investigation is done and they cant refund or return the product. What customer service is this?

                How can somebody deliver a mobile without OTP verification? Its worth of 18900 rs.

                This issue is not resolved., I have not got the product, there is no OTP verification is done and Amzon is telling product is delivered. Somebody took my product and put something else and Amzon has to do proper investigation before closing the issue.
                Without delivering the product, how can Amazon say its resolved.

                Amazon is repeatedly telling they have done the investigation and delivered the product. But product is not reached and in between somebody took the product. There was no OTP verification and no one took our signature about product delivery.

                I want justice on this issue.

                  Amazon isn't standing true to its name and brand, Delivery guys are making the things [censored]er, they don't even contact me and update that I was contacted and I didn't reply.
                  This happened twice, also the 3 customer care executive I had a word with didn't help me either to fast track the delivery process, instead cancelled and rescheduled the delivery which furthermore took 3 days to deliver and I don't have my product handy yet.
                  Improve consumer satisfaction or else you will see the downfall soon because of your subordinates.

                      Whne we purchase any product from amazon. Their delivery boys are not much co operative. They didnt take efforts to deliver product at given address. If we provide proper address, why they contact us and asking to come any landmark?

                      And even we are not available to recieve on their time. We should get it next day confirmly. But we didnt get.

                      So what can we do? The distributors and delivery boys are abase of amazon.

                        I received a msg saying your package will be delivered by 9pm so i was not at home. By evening amazon agent called me your package is delivered i told him i am not at home and told him can u bring it on some other day for this he told me do u think petrol is for free. This is not the right way to answer. Its very rude alteast he should answered me politely exlpaining things. Bad amazon agent : (

                          Its been 3 months, i have not got my two Refunds from amazon. They are giving refund refrence number, but not UTR, and SBI is not acknowledging their refund reference number and demanding UTR for filing charge dispute.
                          Contacted SBI but they are not ready to listen and only asking to contact Amazon. Amazon is giving only refund reference number and saying they have refunded the two amount and suggesting to contact bank.

                            Amazon India a big cheaters. Initially they were fine in dealing the consumers. Once, they smelled the dodging method of Indian companies they also following the same. This complaint is regarding my purchase in amazon pantry in June 2018. My order no is #[protected] dt 17/6/2018 worth of Rs 2111.30. I suppose to get 15% of cashback on this amount. but till date it is not credited. I have sent many mails to them. They also replied, but with same content " the issue is escalated to the concern team. we will get back to you soon". Today is[protected], the result is big zero. For your information, I am providing the content of the mails.

                            Dear Sir/ Mam,
                            I have ordered through Amazon pantry through ORDER #[protected] dt 17/6/2018 worth of Rs 2111.30. I have used Amazon pay balance as a payment option.                               I ordered a dinner set on 12/10/2018 and the delivery date was between 15 to 17th of october 2018. But the product has not received till the mail is written. I have been continuously following the amazon customer care since the delivery date but they provide me nothing more but a false hope in the name of today or tomorrow. I have received almost 6 times a departure message but there is no activity happens after that.
                              So kindly look into the matter and tell me the truth about my product. If you are fail to deliver this then let it be confirmed so that i can see another option for it.

                                I ordered Pazzo laptop backpack from Amazon on 12th October, the product was supposed to deliver by 18th October 2018.

                                On 18th of October, I got a message from amazon service, product out for delivery with delivery boy contact number. The whole day I was waiting for the product and no one came to deliver.

                                Without any reason, on that evening it was resent back to the seller on top of that the product kept at the same delivery office from 18 to 22 October without delivering.

                                These people are playing games with the customer by not delivering the product and keeping it for 4 days.

                                I don't know what problems they have! I need very strict action against this delivery service.

                                  When that product reached to seller they told me that you had returned a old used item . I also rises TT, called E.Mails too many times . But no positive response .

                                  This is totally not forgettable. Now they are not exchanging or refund my money.
                                  Too hilarious.

                                  I had returned because the quality is regular as other not USPA standards meets. Both returned on same day and to cloud India company. I am thee regular customer and this type of mistakes are not supposed to happen .

                                    I ordered rewy universal 12x zoom mobile phone telescope lens with adjustable clip holder on 15.10.2018 and my order no.[protected] dtd.15.10.2018. But i have received telescope lens only not clip holder on 20.10.2018. How can i use telescope through my phone without clip holder.
                                    Hence kindly arrange the clip holder. I am regular customer of amazon but this time i am very upset due to pooer service

                                    I received a charge of $68.00 on my credit card dated 10/9/18. On my credit card the charge was labeled US*MT7BT3UI2. I have no idea what this charge was for and I could not have made this charge.
                                    I ordered Book "The Nine Chambered Heart" with Amazon under Order#[protected]. Till now (5:40 p.m. of 16th October, 2018 the Book has not delivered while Tracking shows "DELIVERED ". Please track the book and arrange to deliver me the book. the delivery agent has not yet contacted me.

                                      I had ordered one plus six on amazon on oct 10th through emi and the package was delivered on 13th. When i opened the package in front of the delivery boy, it was empty. I registered complaint for the same and they told me to wait for 5 business days. When i called them after 5 days for the update. They are saying they cannot do anything as "the package was opened after 5 minutes" even though i opened it in front of the delivery boy. I need my money back. Please help on the refund.

                                        Had a most pathetic experience with amazon while purchasing nikon d5600 camera (Along with 18-140 mm lens) during the great indian shopping festival, october 2018.

                                        1. Delivery — for high value items, amazon has introduced secure packaging wherein a code is sent to the customer which must match with the code on the package.in my case it didnt match and in spite of opting for 1 day delivery and urgent requirement of the camera, i had to deal with extremely non-chalant delivery personnels and customer service executives, some of whom even blatantly suggested cancelling the order and re-ordering. Finally it took 2 days and lots of harassment to finally obtain the package.

                                        2-. Pricing — as part of the great indian sale, there was a bank cashback offer (To be received 3 months later) and amazon pay bonus cashback too after which net cost came around 46.5k. Mind you, i paid inr 50, 850 upfront. The very next day the product was available at 45k on flipkart big billion day sale after 7k upfront discount on hdfc bank card.
                                        I did not cancel the order on amazon since i required the product urgently, yet they failed to deliver on time.

                                        3. Defective bag received — the free bag recieved with the product was of extremely cheap quality and defective, possibly even used. I brought it to the attention of amazon customer care immediately after delivery. The customer service executive asked to send pics of the bag and they agreed that it was defective.in stead of offering compensation or offering to ship a new replacement bag, they ridiculously offered to replace the entire thing. Is it a joke for a customer to send a inr 50, 000 worth camera back just because a bag worth inr 500 was received in damaged condition?

                                        I have been a loyal amazon customer for last 5 years, yet the nightmare of an experience i had recently has left me deeply disappointed. They claim to be earth's most customer-centric company yet this is the kind of service they provide to customers for such high worth products.
