Amazon India — empty content in package | |||
I had ordered one plus six on amazon on oct 10th through emi and the package was delivered on 13th. When i opened the package in front of the delivery boy, it was empty. I registered complaint for the same and they told me to wait for 5 business days. When i called them after 5 days for the update. They are saying they cannot do anything as "the package was opened after 5 minutes" even though i opened it in front of the delivery boy. I need my money back. Please help on the refund. I have purchased amazan echo in Nov 2017. It's Bluetooth is not working.

Today my order was about to deliver and I needed it urgently. For asking for delivery soon he blocked my number after abusing.
