[Resolved]  Amazon India — item missing from shipment

Dear sir,

Ref. Order #[protected]
Lost item name: acer k202hql 19.5" led backlit...

This order was delivered as on 04th october in afternoon and my aged father
Received it. When i opened the shipment at night, i found one item was
Missing from it.

I was shocked and check it again and found that the box was packed with
Brown tape on the bottom face, i am assuming the reason behind that is
Amazon tape on the box being torn in transit. And may be at that time the
Item was being lost in transit. I am attaching the images of the box.

As it was a bit late so amazon phone support was not available that time.
So i reported about it next day in morning, and they assure me about any
Loss. But when i call for update, they denied for the item being lost
In transit. After getting their response i was stunned.

Then i esclate the matter even at a higher level, but everyone is hopeless.

Please help me in this matter, and either get my money back or my item.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Anju Somani ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for ACER K202HQL 19.5" LED Backlit Computer Monitor with VGA Ports ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that the correct and complete Product without any discrepancy was duly delivered to the Complainant, at his registered address, on 4th October, 2019.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

Be informed that I have created a refund request on 20 Oct 2019 it's been 2 weeks since I have requested for return/refund.
Kindly proceed for refund ASAP.

Cancel Order Mony not refund my bank account...

I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] And amount is 899. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 23 of October but still i have not received it.

My product has been taken 3months as long time to refund still donot get refund and they are keep promising me that they will refund today or tomorrow ... and so on..., ... kindly help me to get refund.
