I ordered Pazzo laptop backpack from Amazon on 12th October, the product was supposed to deliver by 18th October 2018.

On 18th of October, I got a message from amazon service, product out for delivery with delivery boy contact number. The whole day I was waiting for the product and no one came to deliver.

Without any reason, on that evening it was resent back to the seller on top of that the product kept at the same delivery office from 18 to 22 October without delivering.

These people are playing games with the customer by not delivering the product and keeping it for 4 days.

I don't know what problems they have! I need very strict action against this delivery service.

    I had replaced a Denim Jack And Jones Blue Denim and order a large size.

    When that product reached to seller they told me that you had returned a old used item . I also rises TT, called E.Mails too many times . But no positive response .

    This is totally not forgettable. Now they are not exchanging or refund my money.
    Too hilarious.

    And Also I had ordered T.Shirt @559 at sale on amazon

    I had returned because the quality is regular as other not USPA standards meets. Both returned on same day and to cloud India company. I am thee regular customer and this type of mistakes are not supposed to happen .

      I ordered rewy universal 12x zoom mobile phone telescope lens with adjustable clip holder on 15.10.2018 and my order no.[protected] dtd.15.10.2018. But i have received telescope lens only not clip holder on 20.10.2018. How can i use telescope through my phone without clip holder.
      Hence kindly arrange the clip holder. I am regular customer of amazon but this time i am very upset due to pooer service

      I received a charge of $68.00 on my credit card dated 10/9/18. On my credit card the charge was labeled US*MT7BT3UI2. I have no idea what this charge was for and I could not have made this charge.
      I ordered Book "The Nine Chambered Heart" with Amazon under Order#[protected]. Till now (5:40 p.m. of 16th October, 2018 the Book has not delivered while Tracking shows "DELIVERED ". Please track the book and arrange to deliver me the book. the delivery agent has not yet contacted me.

        I had ordered one plus six on amazon on oct 10th through emi and the package was delivered on 13th. When i opened the package in front of the delivery boy, it was empty. I registered complaint for the same and they told me to wait for 5 business days. When i called them after 5 days for the update. They are saying they cannot do anything as "the package was opened after 5 minutes" even though i opened it in front of the delivery boy. I need my money back. Please help on the refund.

        I have purchased amazan echo in Nov 2017. It's Bluetooth is not working.
        Today my order was about to deliver and I needed it urgently. For asking for delivery soon he blocked my number after abusing.

          Had a most pathetic experience with amazon while purchasing nikon d5600 camera (Along with 18-140 mm lens) during the great indian shopping festival, october 2018.

          1. Delivery — for high value items, amazon has introduced secure packaging wherein a code is sent to the customer which must match with the code on the package.in my case it didnt match and in spite of opting for 1 day delivery and urgent requirement of the camera, i had to deal with extremely non-chalant delivery personnels and customer service executives, some of whom even blatantly suggested cancelling the order and re-ordering. Finally it took 2 days and lots of harassment to finally obtain the package.

          2-. Pricing — as part of the great indian sale, there was a bank cashback offer (To be received 3 months later) and amazon pay bonus cashback too after which net cost came around 46.5k. Mind you, i paid inr 50, 850 upfront. The very next day the product was available at 45k on flipkart big billion day sale after 7k upfront discount on hdfc bank card.
          I did not cancel the order on amazon since i required the product urgently, yet they failed to deliver on time.

          3. Defective bag received — the free bag recieved with the product was of extremely cheap quality and defective, possibly even used. I brought it to the attention of amazon customer care immediately after delivery. The customer service executive asked to send pics of the bag and they agreed that it was defective.in stead of offering compensation or offering to ship a new replacement bag, they ridiculously offered to replace the entire thing. Is it a joke for a customer to send a inr 50, 000 worth camera back just because a bag worth inr 500 was received in damaged condition?

          I have been a loyal amazon customer for last 5 years, yet the nightmare of an experience i had recently has left me deeply disappointed. They claim to be earth's most customer-centric company yet this is the kind of service they provide to customers for such high worth products.

          I want compensation for the damaged bag and also compensation for the pathetic harassment and delay in delivery that was caused by the goofup on your end.
          Else I will move to consumer court for the same

            I have made a purchase vide amazon order no.[protected] on 10 oct 2018.
            The amazon package was delivered to me on 14 oct 2018 but it was not containing mobile phone. Immediately i contacted customer care, who said we will resolve the issue, call us after 04-05 days. When i contacted them on 19/20/22 oct. They said they can not do anything as investigation team has said that the package was delivered. Just to put in your knowledge, none from amazon called me to support in investigation, how can an investigation be conducted without being asked from affected party.
            When i called customer care, they asked me to mail on ofm @amazon.in; they replied that your account is open and contact customer care for support and now whenever i call customer care they are putting on hold for long and then disconnects the phone. On asking where should i approach for resolution, customer care says, i will not be able to answer.
            Please resolve my concern by either sending me mobile phone or refunding my money at the earliest.

              I ordered this hardisk & got a fake hardisk which describes as below
              Segates 4tb box (Inside it a damaged opened 256 gb hardisk)

              After complaining so many times to amazon nobody is coming to pick up the fake product & my 7551/- amount is stuck they are not refunding nor giving me my product.

              I have their all call recordings when ever i call them every customer representative assures & guarantees me that next day your pick up will be done

                I have to wait a long time to receive my order. Many times i call to customer service but they make false promises. When finally 22 oct 18 item brought by delivery person he asked to me i will have to removed tempered glass of phone but i said to him its your risk. When he was removing tempered glass my phone get minor crack and he refused to exchange my phone. He didn't give me phone and make my phone faulty.
                I want my order or refund and compensation against my phone.

                  I had placed an order on 18th october for a dell laptop computer, and paid the full amount by credit card.
                  Yesterday, i was expecting delivery, at 15:51 i got the following sms

                  Arriving today: dell vostro 3478 intel core i3 8th gen 14-inch laptop (4gb/1tb hdd/windows 10 home/black/2.25kg) will be delivered by amzagent ([protected]). Enter otp-xxxxxx only after getting the package. Track: http://amzn.in/d/fG2FZ66

                  As i did not hear from the courier till 4pm, i send an sms to amz agent[protected] stating i need the deliver today and giving further details of my address.
                  At 18:56 i got this message
                  Arriving by 9pm: your package with dell vostro 3478 intel co.. Is on road with our amzagent ([protected]) & will be delivered by 9pm. http://amzn.in/d/fmtztzN

                  This amzagent no[protected] is amazon delivery land no, i tried calling up no one was picking it up.

                  Same time i also got this sms

                  We could not deliver dell vostro 3478 intel core i3 8th gen.. As we could not contact you on the phone. Re-attempt on next working day. http://amzn.in/d/j1Vt67e

                  As i was very much in my room, i logged into my amazon account delivery status was shown as delivery attempted, and contacted customer support no and informed that the sms is false and they never tried to call me, and enquired when i can expect my delivery tomorrow, as i didn't want to waste the whole day waiting for delivery i said i wanted it to be done before 10.30am.

                  After the call when i logged to my account i was surprised to see the delivery status has been changed to delivered and that too delivered package handed directly to the customer at 20:49.

                  I again called up customer service and informed ms bhumika i have not collected this product and to immediately follow up and let me know the status. She assured me it will be looked into and investigated and will revert latest by 25th, i voiced my concern that 25th is too long s period they should sort it out and deliver tomorrow.

                  At 20:59 this msg was in my inbox, i read after the call.

                  How can i return an item not received by me, and today till now no one is able to update me, and will have to wait till 25th, to know the status, i tried even filling up tbe feedback to complain about non delivery, i did not enter otp confirming my delivery though at 6;48;29pm i got another message on my bsnl mobile from 51466 mentioning my otp no. And requesting to use it at time of delivery, i have not entered the otp confirming delivery as i have not received it. So i wonder how at 8:49 delivery status was changed to delivered, package handed directly to customer unless amazon staff. / courier has connived to hack my otp.
                  Please take up the matter on urgent basis and deliver the lap top immediately.
                  Please revert asap.

                  Today till now i have not received a call or sms updating me about the status, i even send a sms to delivery boy no response, do amazon expect customer to be cooped up in a room waiting for them to investigate and repot by 25th, its ridiculous and exploiting customers good faith, as i can't proceed any further till 25th.

                    Hello, yesterday i received"dalan d'olive oil anti dandrauff shampoo" but when i added it to bag it was "repairing care" shampoo, so i dont know how it changed to"dalan d'olive oil anti dandrauff shampoo".
                    Hence i requested amazon india to replace"anti dandrauff shampoo" with 'dalan d'olive oil repairing shampoo", also it falls in fba category so please do the needful,
                    But they denied my request. As a consumer i have a right to replace item and its unused and sealed, so they are denying my right.

                        I had ordered a phone (Redmi y2) on 11th october, 2017 the delivery as specified was between 15th oct to 18th oct. As per the tracking details i found that the delivery was made on 15th oct 9:23 pm, however the product was not delivered. I tried calling amazon customer care for 4 days after 15th oct the customer care executive said the has not yet been delivered, the same will be delivered by 20th oct. On 20th oct when i called customer care the executive said the product is already delivered on 15th oct but as per my earlier calls to executive the same was not delivered now suddenly the other executive said it has been delivered. I made the online payment for the product and no product has been provided to us, nor details to whom the product is delivered nor the refund. Now i am told to wait for another 15 days until the investigation goes on.

                          I ordered the item on 15 Oct and selected the days to deliver it between Monday to Friday, but the delivery was on Saturday. And i ask him to come on Monday he started arguing with me and my order got cancelled. This is indeed very disgusting and embarrassing situation, I'm very disappointed from your service. I mentioned my delivery to be done by mon to Friday only so how could you send it on Saturday, moreover despite doing this mistake you have cancelled my order. I would advise others not to use amazon and myself too. This is totally your mistake.

Customer care link is connecting to an automated chat and no human interaction is being possible. And no indication for refund is also there. The link for cancellations of order is also removed. So disappointed with this largest international brand..

                                I purchased OneAssist-Prolong 2 Year Extended Warranty for Laptops from Rs 30001 to Rs 40000 from amazon.in on 02-oct-2018 and paid the full amount online by credit card. my Order #[protected]. the order is not delivered yet to my father-in-law mr. gopinath pal at 28/8a, priyanath middya road, belghoria - 700056, west bengal. but amazon india's record shows it was delivered on 09-oct-2018. i first register a complaint on 12-oct-2018 then they replied the product packet would be delivered within 15-oct-2018. i made another complaint on 16-oct-2018 then they replied that will send it to search team and assure me that i will either get my product or the refund of it's price which is Rs. 3999/-. yesterday (21-oct-2018) when I called them again they said that they found my product was delivered to the delivery address so they cant do anything about it and they will not allow refund for it. the current situation is i paid amazon india Rs.3999/- for the above mention product but they failed to deliver it and also refusing refund for this failure. it is nothing buy daylight loot of a customer by amazon india. please help.

                                    I had placed order for shag make up box on 16th oct'18 and it was expected on 19th oct'18. Item reached bhopal and out for delivery on 19th oct'18. The delivery boy informed that you collect parcel from their office despite i am prime member and suppose to deliver at delivery address.

                                    As i had not collected, the amazon bhopal office had not delivered the goods till today and updated status on their site "unable to contact the recipient" without calling me.

                                    I had also contacted sh kaviraj i/c of amazon, bhopal but their response is not in good taste.

                                    This is the situation of amazon on delivery front.

                                      I m really upset about Amazon and the reps who deliver orders, I have contacted then and they hv just postponed the dates to come to my place and wen I call customer service I realised my order is sent back to Amazon.., worst customer service and delivery people's, I ll never recommend or buy any thing from this company..

                                        I had bought an asus phone and have given that to your pick up person on 30 september for refund.
                                        But i have received refund of flip cover not my phone
                                        I am having that flip cover
                                        I have given cell phone not a flip cover
                                        Every time your customer service say wait for 5 days it's already 15 days.. You are taking a action or not or i should complain

                                        Your pick up person have submitted a fake report that a cover have been returned not phone
                                        Pls go through the matter its already 22 days gone for investigation

                                        If you are not taking any strict action do inform us we have recordings and mails, we'll file a police complaint and a consumer complaint
                                        We have already waited enough
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
