Our order was supposed to be picked up by Amazon executive, but it got canceled saying we did not ship the same.
As spoken to one of Amazon Seller Support Executive, we were asked to send the email but there has been no response from that day to till date which is totally unacceptable.

Hoping to get a call back at [protected] /[protected] to sort this issue.

    Amazon.in Order #[protected]
    Ordered this product on 7th May and I got the defected product. So, requested for return of this item. Amazon asked to self return this item to Seller. So, I used Delhivery to sent the item back to the seller. But, due to seller not available it got returned to me. When I called amazon customer service, they asked me to send this product to the seller again, we will initiate the refund for delivery charges for both the time and the product.
    So, I send it again with the Delhivery and it got delivered on 9th June 2019 with AWB #[protected]. Then I sent the delhivery pickup acknowledgements, invoices and Proof of delivery and then called amazon customer service for the refund.Instead of asking Seller to confirm and initiate of refund, they are asking me again and again for written proofs though I sent them once (which does not require any authorisation to verify it) and are not initiating the refund.

    Amazon has provided me with the refund for both product and shipping charges. So, i'm closing this complaint.

    I'm verry disappointed with this with amazon again na again I received a damaged product which was unexpected from Amazon soo Kindle replace my order as faster as you can.

    But I paid 228 rupees including delivery charges
    It’s double than d mrp
    When we buy the website shows d price 250 which is not relevant to mrp on d book

    I have refunded the amount
    Refund intitiated from Amazon with reference number[protected], but not credited to my bank account, Amazon say they have initiated the refund and my bank says no amount has been received to them, Neither Amazon is helping not canara bank.

      Hello
      i bought a product on amazon on dated 11/05/2019 using my SBI debit card
      but not satisfied with the product service so i returned it after 2 days of the product delivered.
      after the product returned
      i got an email regarding my refund of rs 2149/- that is going to be credited to my SBI debit card and has been processed by amazon india on 17/05/2019. also they have sent me a reference id
      number- 115716
      but the money is not credited to my account since 25 days.
      i have contacted the customer service of amazon, several times but they are not solving my issues and advice me to again contact to SBI customer service or file a charge dispute against SBI.
      but the SBI authority is also declining my request and asking me to complain against amazon.

        Een i called YBR sport means seller, he told replace soon.
        order is body massager, when i replace order it confirms but seller refuse to replace, after 10 days amazon not Refunded my money Yet.
        and not given new product.
        even they not send message to me, only mention your scheduled pick up.
        no one came to receive . just make you fool.
        today i email customer care for complaint

          I Ordered Oneplus 7 phone (Mirror Grey/128gb/6gb Ram) on 6th of June 2019, worth rupee 33000/- but they sent the empty other box on 9th of June, 2019. Outside package has the correct address details on which I had booked the phone but when I opened the package, inside the rubber piece & stone with the invoice of the one plus 7phone with address of some guy from warehouse. I raised the issue but its not solved yet and Amazon customer cum investigation team said they are still looking into the case. It seems they are not in mood to refund/replace the oneplus 7 phone. His company or channel partner fraud to me worth 33000 rupees.

              I had ordered a biotique body wash and a Deo on Amazon.in on 16th of June, 2019.Ireceived my order on 19th of June, 2019. When I opened the parcel I found the body wash was leaking and had spilled in the box and it was not having any seal on it. And even the deo's pack was unsealed and its box was already opened by someone. I doubt it has been opened by somebody. I need a replacement or a complete refund against this order.

                Dear sir,
                My name is saheer email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 5 nonths Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on address - [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] . I also try to mail my own debit card details, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request, order placing tine im using amazon pay balance, thats failed automatically refunded that, but also available that, rs 5999..cant recharge any other option, totaly failed, how can use use my pay balance, because amount rs 5999 is zestmoney voucher, the voucher already redeemed in my amazon account, cant move another account, please unlock/unholdmy account

                I have contacted them a number of times and I only reply that your account has been closed . There is no response from them., I have money on my Amazon pay balance that I can't use. If I can't change it, I should be able to tell you the option.

                    I had purchase a whirlpool washing machine on 6th May 2019. Product delivered in damaged condition. So I request for a replacement. The product pick-up delayed by Gati courier and done on 30.05.19. Last saturday Amazon informed that product is out of stock, so replacement is not possible, refund will be done. but today they say that product till now not reached to seller, so refund now is not possible.

                      Dear Sir/ Ma'am!I was to get the refund of Rs. 2099/- from Amazon India of item that I returned. I first got the refund as Amazon pay balance on 12/03/2019 but then I requested to refund it in my bank account. The balance got deducted from Amazon pay but it was not transferred to my bank account. On asking the customer care about the issue they first said the amount has been transferred successfully between 16/04/2019 to 18/04/19 from their side and gave the reference ID to check the same in the mini statement. But since no such transaction was shown in the account I went to the UCO bank branch where my bank account was created. Now the branch officials says that they don't see any such transaction processed or pending. I again called amazon customer care but this time they said that the transaction or reference ID they gave will not show the transaction to the bank branch, it only means that transaction is successful from their side. Now i have no idea how to get the refund. I have been calling customer care of Amazon And bank regularly and have wasted so much time without any outcome. I request you to kindly look into the matter so that i could get the refund. I shall be highly thankful to you for helping me with this issue. Thanking you.

                        I placed order on coolwinks on 16th of may for rs1551 and paid thru apay wallet during which there was a offer from coolwinks 100% moneyback in addition to apay cb.
                        I had hotstar prize in amazon of 100% cb up to rs1000 on coolwinks paying thru apay wallet. So immediately after placing the order i recd rs1000 cashback from amazon for hotstar prize.
                        After lots of complaints i recd msg from coolwinks on 11th of june as cashback processed. Again on 13th of june i recd msg frm coolwinks as REFUND INITIATED as if i hv returned or cancelled the order.
                        Bcos of the technical issue from coolwinks side instead of issuing 100% moneyback dey initiated REFUND OF rs1551. Bcos of dat amazon adjusted the cashback i recd for hotstar prize and refunded only rs551 to my original source of payment.
                        If i ask amazon dey r saying u hv recd refund so we hv adjusted cashback dat we gave already. From coolwinks dey r saying instead of moneyback we hv initiated refund due to technical issue.
                        Bcos of the technical issue from der side my hostar amazon cashback of rs1000 has been deducted and i recd only rs551.
                        Pls help me het my rs1000 from coolwinks or amazon whoevr is responsible.
                        I hv attached the snapshot of offer terms n conditions in dat 11th point clearly says pay via apay, airtel wallet, gpay and get ADDITIONAL CASHBACK OVER AND ABOVE THE 100% MONEYBACK

                          I never expected this behavior from Amazon, who always fulfilled what it says. As, this time when on my order for Redmi Y3, when I received the Package on 14-June-2019 the shipment seal was broken and USB was missing inside. The same time I called Amazon and asked for replacement
                          of order and on which your customer executive confirmed that it will be an Hand-to-Hand replacement and the shipment will delivered to me by Sunday ( i.e. 16-June-19) but the shipment arrived on 19/06/2019 and now the delivery person I asking for the OTP, which I don't know and never received.

                          Please tell me where is my fault and why I am being harassed.

                          Did I really made a mistake by ordering from your website.

                          How will you fulfill my time and energy Loss due to your fault. Please justify?

                          Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and deliver the shipment.

                          Please consider it utmost urgent.

Outside package has the correct address details on which I had booked the phone but when I opened the package, inside the phone was Samsung A50 worth rupee of 18000/- with the invoice of the Samsung phone with address of some guy from Manipur. I raised the issue but its not solved yet and Amazon customer cum investigation team said they are still looking into the case. It seems they are not in mood to refund/replace the oneplus 7 phone.

                                  I have ordered things of Rs 772 from amazon on 9/june/19...but i cancelled the order within 10-15 minutes...they mesaged me that the refund is succesful...and refund will credit on14/june/19 in ur debit card but till date i have not got any response from them...i called them they told me that its upon bank, , we have refunded the balance..and u should complaint to the bank...

                                        Hi,
                                        This is regarding the concern which i raised earlier. I ordered the Nokia smartphone phone to my father and it was about to deliver on 15 june 2019 but it was not been delivered some how. On Sunday the delivery boy called me and said mam please tell the location to reach their I told him that and also shared my sister's mobile number with him he called her and intimated for that but he not reached Thier and. I received the message of successfully received by me directly even while reaching thier he not called me for the confirmation. I called to my home after receiving the message of successful delivery but it is not been delivered yet and the delivery boy was also not picking up the phone after so many times calling he picked and said i delivered to your brother he said he know you i said no one has received that you are saying wrong. Even I said him can you please go again thier and i want to talk to that person who received that so he deniyed for that and started talking me rudely and saying to me like yes I am lying what you do like that and he was saying again and again that I delivered thier to you even i ordered it from pune and was about to deliver in kanpur so how it is marked as received by me.
                                        This is such rediculas i never aspects this things from Amazon and this issue I faced fifth or sixth times and i also escilated to your team several times as well.
                                        I am helpless me do some thing for me my amount is stuck.

                                        My issue is still not resolved. The mail trail is still going so long but my Bank has nit received the amount yet.

                                        No one is concerned about this even consumer forum.still I am struggling for any response and money back from Amazon. Please help me out looking since june
