Amazon India — service related | |||
I am prime member customer of amazon and for that i have paid annual fee to amazon. I have ordered approx rs. 2700. Grocery and other item on 06 oct 2019 with expectation of delivery within 2 or 3 days, as per their policy. I also confirmed by the amazon. Till date my order not delivered and also they have cancelled few orders from their side, then i talked with customer care of amazon and neither they have given satisfactory reply nor credited my account. Due to this i have requested cutomer care to credit my amount but they denied i am monetarily and mentally cheted by company. Plz look at the matter Vishal jaiswal Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a product and cancel 3/10/2019 this so my refund amount is not able in my account so i hope you will solve this as soon as possiable

I received a message on my whatsapp, screen shot is attached. I understand that this is a fraud created by some one in your name to cheat the persons. Request you to kindly initiate legal action against this person. I can send the message on your phone if you so desire.

Had ordered for Pantene hair fall control but pantene long black delivered
Those two Amazon products showed delivery within one day but it's going to be delivered on coming Wednesday[protected] as I wanted it urgently as I was having practice but just got unsatisfied for the loss of trust by Amazon so plz kindly check and say and plz deliver within 2 days bcoz I want it as early as possible.
