On 11/07/2015, I have subscribed Rs.456/-online for renewal of further delivery of the newspaper for 3 months w.e.f.01/08/2015. But it is a matter of concern that erroneously, I have subscribed twice the amount of Rs.456/- from my account (Copy of online bank statement is enclosed herewith for your ready reference and necessary action).
I shall be glad if you will kindly arrange for refund the extra amount of Rs.456/- in my bank account as early as possible.
In this connection, I have to mention that I have submitted the complaint to your Inter-net ID.osp/@abp.in as advised by your customer helpline over telephone.
