Hii I have made transaction on 25th April 2017.when i called customer care they use to say money will be credited within three days but till now I haven't got any refund. so please make as early as possible to get my money back to account

Sir in my mobile abk mpay mobile banking not working for a few days. The msg I have seen is "The last transaction has been timed out" and I have been registered for internet banking. How to activate my abk mpay mobile banking pls tell me and I didnt get mpin after filling debit card details in my abk mpay registration option so pls solve my problm
Card transaction done to pay finance amount.transaction was not successful and amount has been deducted...
