My name is p vijaya. Account number [protected]. On 20/08/2017 Rupees 4000 has been debited from my account in a trial of twice through karur vysa bank rjy kotagumam centre due to server busy my withdrawn has been declined.So we didn't receive any amount kindly please verify it and credit the money into my account

I Have withdrawn twenty thousand rupees(Two times 10000*2) from Andhra bank ATM at symbiosis university Mamidipally, Kothur.ATM NO:W2163002 txn#[protected] and[protected]. I have received only 19500 instead of 20000. please resolve my Issue.
