[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — forgot my internet banking password[protected]

Hi sir/ madam,

I am jajati keshori rautaray, havving an account in andhra bank since 2007. I had applied for internet banking, i got my userid and password. After somedays i had entered 3 times wrong password, then my internet banking account has not working, please provide solution how to recover that password.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the retail user can use " SET LOGIN PASSWORD" option and reset his login password there itself. By entering user id & click on SET LOGIN PASSWORD OPTION. Enter your mobile number by prefixing 91 before the number & click on validate. Enter the generated OTP and click on PROCEED.
In the next screen system will prompt you to set your login password.
TRANSACTION password can be reset using online resetting facility with DEBIT CARD credentials.
1.login to retail user Home Page.
2. select INSTANT TRANSACTION PASSWORD SET/RESET under new initiatives
Or go to MANAGE optionreset transaction password- and select set/reset transaction password option.
3.confirm the debit card and mobile number details. Enter OTP received to your Mobile – submit.
4. Enter ATM /debit card PIN-submit
5.Enter and confirm the new Transaction password.
If active debit/ATM card not availanble, please follow the procedure given below.
for transaction password ...please submit request in home branch OR Transaction password request can be made online by the user him/herself . www. andhrabank.in ---> internet banking ------> retail user login -----> Requests Tab------>Transaction password request offline (for non debit card holders).

We are maintaining saving and flexi deposit account with your bhuj branch balance of Rs, 1000/- reduced from flexi deposit during the period 04.04.17 to 26.04.17 no corresponding entry found

There are all useless fellows bladi baster is their in the idpl andhra bank branch including bank manager
even bank manager did't know how to open new account online,
regarding pass book i have met manager 10 times there is no response
who the hell incharage of this bank i dont know

Hai today In ATM I withdraw 500 but money did not get. My money deducted from account. It shows transaction failed. Now what should I do? Is there any chance to get my money back. I complained to customer care they saying today there was a issue in network problem.
