Dear sir/ madam I manjunath nallapeta having housing loan in andhra bank – vidyapeeta circle branch – bangalore from last 10 yrs. I have taken floating interest rates when i have taken loan but i understand from your client executive today that till today there was no revision in my loan though rbi has revised interest rates many times. I was clearly told when i have taken loan that this is a floating and as and when rbi revises interest rates, over all amount will be adjusted so that over all term will be changed as there is no change in my emi monthly.
