Andhra Bank — money not received from atm... but deducted from my hdfc account

Hi, this is praveen. On 03/10/2019, i tried to with draw 1000 amount from my hdfc card in andhra bank atm at guntur railway station, i didnt get any money and showed message temporarily unable to dispense cash, but money was deducted from my hdfc account. Please revert back my amount to my hdfc back. Waited for one day, but didnt revert back. So please take proper action.

Pls give me my user id and pasword sir
I tried to transfer rs.149 to phonepe app from BHIM app on 28.2.19. Bhim transaction id .[protected].money debited from bank account but not received in phonepe. i did not get refund even though the transaction has failed. Please solve the issue as soon as possible..
