I am using my idea pre paid number since 2014 before it was BSNL network. I ported to idea on 2014 . Suddenly yesterday I.e.[protected] my number not working.when I called idea customer care they my number is inactivated and turned off. I was astonished why it suddenly happened when I asked idea customer care they don't have any information why my number inactivated and even they saying it cannot be activated again. Nobody giving information why number is inactive. It make me frustrating, I am using my number daily, all my friends and relatives having this number, I am not able to contact them now. I have recharged 100 rupees and having total 400 rupees talk time in my number.

Dear idea network give me the reason why you disconnected my number without noticing me?

Please check with request for my details.
I have called customer care but they don't have answer for my query why it's disconnected without notifying to me. I did not get any call or SMS from idea whether to re-sending documents or anything.
You don't understand how I am troubling without my number. I am using this number since 2009. All my private and government services linked with my number.
Now I am in big trouble to get services.

Dear idea

Here is my number [protected].

I am using this number since 2009 and you disconnect service suddenly without prior notification to me.

I want to how many attempts you made to reach me and do you proof that requested for documents re submission. Do you have conversation with me that requested for documents.

I am now out of station and you suddenly disconnected my number and you not understanding how am getting trouble to communicate my family and friends.

How will you justify here if someone linked all bank, government related services to the number when you disconnect number prior notice.
