Hi sir /madam

Greetings of the day.

I was traveling from darsi to Hyderabad today . Bus driver driving is so much rash, Service number 5805.
One of my laptop bag fallen from the luggage compartment and it broken.

later One lady from last seat fell down . The passenger who is sitting in last seats can't sit on seat properly because of driver speed. He is driving 30 mins early.

I have booked APSRTC for safe journey purpose but today it's a worst experience. My laptop was unnecessarily broken. I haven't seen such rash driving from APSRTC.

And the driver answer or response was very rude. No proper covid-19 precautions taken.

These are the bus details am traveling now, please take immediate action . Let me know if any information needed. Please respond as soon as possible.

      Today i am travelling from Gudivada to bantumilli on apsrtc pallevelugu bus.the bus conductor behaviour was worst.he was making conversation o[censored]nnecessary words. It feels uncomfortable to the passangers.and also he was misbehaving with the passengers

        I recently travelled on 20/11/2020 in apsrtc bus service number - 77715, Bus : AP31Z 0540, Route - NRPM - KKD, during this pandemic government has created few rules for public safety one of which is standing is not allowed in public transport only passengers will be allowed in the bus but the driver allowed passengers more than the number of seats in the bus. This could be a dangerous situation in this covid times as there is no chance to maintain social distancing in the bus and also most of the people don't wear masks. I request that the driver's should ensure everyone to apply sanitizer and wear mask before boarding bus

          I tried to book a ticket through apsrtc online portal on 15/11/2020 the amount is debited from my account but the ticket is not confirmed.So please resolve the issue and credit back the amount to my account as possible as early

              Rash driving by driver. Of vehicle number AP11Z 6531
              Around 8:30 pm today, I with my family were travelling and my wife is pregnant also. The driver of this bus took a sharp left turn at sherton hotel gowliguda, mgbs metro station with out horn or any signal . We were in the middle of the road and this fellow overtook us, we almost escaped death today. Beyond that, this fellow is not at all worried wat happened . He continued in the same speed. Strict action should be taken on him or else some other lives will be in risk .

                    While reserving the seat layout of the bus shown is for around 25 members i.e. three persons in a row with three columns modified on account of COVID19 pandemic. But when boarded the bus, it is a four seater with around 35 seats. Couldn't get how all the seats reserved. Irrelevant answers received from the conductor of the bus. Journey started from the Tirupati at 11 PM. On board the bus now with all the 35/36 seats filled up violating the physical distance guidelines by APSRTC if following any. Hope someone will look into it.

                      Driver and conductor allowing extra paasagers without reservation even there is no space in the bus. Apsrtc people are not taking any complaint seriously. Even i tried reaching call center person through call but they are also not willing to listen

                        I booked online ticket from
                        Apsrtc site. The journey was on 08/09/2020 from parvathipuram to
                        Visakhapatnam.
                        While booking the ticket, amount was deducted from my account and ticket is
                        Not booked.
                        I'm mentioning the details below :

                        I'm attaching the payment receipt and confirmation letter from bank side
                        That the amount was properly credited to your account.

                        Matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                          Presently i'm travelling from visakhapatnam to kadapa and the bus driver is very very rash in driving and over speeding from rajhamundry. It's very uncomfortable travelling and does not feel safe in it.

                            I was trying to book a ticket twice from Vijayawada to tekkali on 27th July, 2020. However it was throwing a pop message stating that "transaction was successful and not able to confirm the final status from the bank at this movement" and eventually the ticket was not generated though they deducted the amount from my ICICI bank. Hence I request you to please resolve this issue on priority.

                                  We started from rajahmundry at 6:30 pm to naidupeta on 28/07/2020 (Tn-a30092) & 8515. Bus was stopped at rajahmundry surroundings for loading for almost one hour and again stopped at nellore for almost one and half hour for unloading. Bus was reached naidupeta at 7:00am on 29/07/2020. Took 12:30 minutes, travel time. I was supposed to go to work at 6:30 am on 29/07/2020. Due to late, my officials put my name under absantee.

                                    I, working as an government employee at bapatla town. On behalf of all my co-passengers i am requesting you to kindly arrange bus at 8am (Guntur to bapatla). Please remove bus at 7:30 am as we are feeling inconvenience to catch the bus at early hours than reaching late.

                                      I have made a e-ticket booking to kurnool on[protected] from vijaywada, service code :95329 18:00 pm super luxury bus. After making payment through hdfc internet banking gateway the e-ticket was not generated but my account was debited rs.515 and the hdfc internet banking ob ref number : [protected]
                                      So i tried to book another ticket the same thing happened the money was debited from my account by ticket was not generated for same service number bus
                                      Ob ref number : [protected]

                                      My hdfc bankers i have confirmed that rs.1024 was debited from my account, still this day i have not get the refund amount from apsrtc. The way of communication of the corporation is not good.

                                        The operator at toll plaza was new and he was finding difficult to collect fees from everybody. Wherein for us also he told some problem in computer and delayed.

                                        But when we see the message afterwards it was double deductions in two seconds.

                                        I request you to refund the amount of rs 115.00.

                                        This should not happen to anyone and refund should have been be made before my claiming.
                                        I am herewith putting the information, deducted time and message received from airtel bank using fastrack.
