The bus bearing number AP 03Z 0168 has an extremely rash and negligent driver who neither follows Traffic/ heavy transport vehicular rules or general road regulations. The bus driver is reckless, grossly negligent and highly irresponsible while driving. The bus takes a route from Bangalore to Tirupati and the driver clearly breaches traffic rules by entering no entry roads, one way roads and narrow roads where there is no entry for buses, heavy duty vehicles as such. Due to his rash driving, there are multiple accidents on the road.
Kindly take necessary action at the earliest or face the wrath of road accidents at the cost of this driver's negligent driving.

    I Dr.C.M.Ravi kumar, booked a ticket from Kurnool to Tirupati on 1/2/21 reference ticket number is[protected].
    I was waiting at bus stand since 12 am, I called up customer service at 12:20 am to enquire about the bus location. The customer service person said that bus will come so you wait till 12:30
    I have waited till 12:40 am, but bus didn’t come.
    I again called up the customer service, they asked me to enquire in enquiry counter at bus stand.
    I enquired in enquiry counter, they have said the bus will come at 1:05 am, but bus didn’t come till 1:10 am
    I again called up the customer service care, and asked about bus, they asked me to give my mobile number so that they will discuss the matter with enquiry person. Then the enquiry person is said that bus will come.
    I waited till 1:30 am but bus didn’t come
    I again called up customer care number then again they discussed with enquiry person and said that the service is cancelled.
    They asked me to go by 2am service bus
    At 2:10 am the bus didn’t come, the 2am bus driver said that he didn’t come to bus stand he has straight away left Kurnool by bypass road without coming to bus stand
    At 2:15 am the enquiry person has said that I cannot do anything now u arrange ur own alternative or go by 5am Tirupati service.
    So instead of wasting time I took a bus to Kadapa by buying a new ticket thinking that I can reach Tirupati at least by 10 or 11 am
    In the whole context, because of apsrtc I and brother had to wait 2:15 am thinking that bus will come
    APSRTC has given a lot mental pressure and has wasted our valuable time
    Without any prior intimation apsrtc has cancelled the bus service which I have booked
    I want you to take action on the concerned authorities and pay compensation for the cancellation of service without prior intimation
    I expect u to take action on paper and intimate me through my Gmail [protected]@gmail.com
    I[censored] fail to take action on the concerned authorities I’ll have to deal it with u by filing a case in court against apsrtc, kindly don’t handle this with recklessness.
    I don’t want any other passenger to suffer from this type of inappropriate cancellation of bus service without prior intimation.
    If passengers doesn’t reach on time u will go away leaving the passenger behind
    If we come on time and i[censored] cancel the service without prior intimation what shall we do? for this, apsrtc should only give an explanation.
    At 9:15 am on 1/2/21 I get a message that apsrtc is regreted to inform that service number 5673 is cancelled. I don’t know what apsrtc is doing when they have the customer mobile number with them
    Can’t apsrtc inform 1 hour priory so that the passenger can look for alternative things.
    This is totally a worse negligent action from apsrtc. They are just sending a message of regret and washing of their hands or washing of their mistake saying that money will be refunded
    The authorities concerned in the apsrtc have taken passengers for granted and casually and behaving with lot of negligence.
    Only refund won’t be sufficient for this negligence, I expect compensation and strict action on the concerned authorities, failing which I'll have to handle this in court against apsrtc.
    This should set an example so that from next time onwards u will intimate the passengers before hand.

      Dear sir we are daily passenger's between Kancharapalem to Kurmannapalem. We daily travelling in APSRTC city buses.
      A city bus inside the LED lights blinking on standing position since 2days. No body solve this problem. please take action immediately sir.

        I am sireesha working in bhamini mandal.i was waiting for the battili bus from 8:35 am on the road at krishnapuram stop of amadalavalasa mandal. Two buses came around 9:25 (sklm-kottur bus)and 9:30 (sklm-battili) time period. i tried to stop those two buses but they didn't stop the bus. It happened for us multiple times.Could you please take necessary action.

          Hi,
          My self nagamani[protected] i have booked the 47549 bus Tirupathi to chennai seat no.22 female seat.21 is empty. But The conductor allocetd that seat to male . How they will allocated like this...what about my safety. Please take some actions on this.like this so many ladies are suffering. We are getting scared to travel alone.long journey how can i sleep .I getting scared to sleep properly.Please take some actions on this .

                    Dear Sir,

                    on 27/12/2020 i came from VSKP to KKD non stop service No: 2668, Vehicle No: AP05Z 5098, Ticket No:[protected]. The Vehicle was very poor in condition, I think there is no jockers for that bus. due to this i didn't slept and got back pain. My seat no is 9 then you just imagine what about the condition of the last seats, it was horrible. you guys putting boards RTC Safe, after my experience with this bus, how can i accept it.
                    Hence, I Request you to please check the condition of the buses, when they came out from the bus depot. I started 1910hrs from VSKP and reached KKD @2340 hrs and i tried to complaint at that time, the person at the enquiry was told that, this is not to kakinada depot. it is a special bus. Not only me you can collect the data from the other travellers who were travelled with me.

                      They have placed a bus for passengers at visakhapatnam bus station from visakhapatnam to palasa bus number AP11z6396
                      The conductor charged as express rate saying which is already higher than online price
                      The bus even not equalent to passanger its not transport fitt vehicle its full of vibration and sounds if travelles more than 60 kmph speed very bad experience
                      Even this bus is not fit for local services

                        This happened on today. i.e; 26th of December, 2020.

                        I came and sat on a empty seat having it’s No.27. Which is non reserved, the conductor of the bus hit me, harassed me, tried pushing me out of the bus in the middle of no where & used many harsh words. & my right hand started bleeding.
                        I have attached my ticket for proof of travel.
                        Offence done:

                        1. Manhandled passenger on duty.
                        2. Used harsh words in front of Co-Passengers on duty.
                        3. Hit the passenger on duty.

                          Respectable sir,

                          I'm complaining on your bus driver for his worst behavior and using dirty language with passengers.
                          I don't know his name but I'm giving some details bus number is AP 07Z 0331 and the time is 16.02 the ultra deluxe from Guntur to Vijayawada on 24th dec 2020 kindly please take action on this matter and teach him how to talk with passengers.The situation is regarding the seats.

                          - First i hold a place in ladies seat he told me to get up and goo back i did as he say.
                          - Next i took place in another seat he told me that its also ladies seat i told him how many times u have change.
                          - infront of me another man is sitting in ladies seat but he dint told him to get up and he pointed only me and speaks loudly with worst language.
                          - all these days I'm traveling in our busses and no one speaks to me like this with this kind of behavior.
                          - I also gave hard reply but as a responsible person I must give complaint because no other passenger face this problem because of this type of man.

                          Note: he speaks mo worstly than me with my mom and ill accept the mistake is mine but the way of he talking is not at all acceptable.

                                  Yesterday on 02/12/2020, we have travelled from Kurnool to Nellore and forgot our red colour luggage bag containing most valuable items(gold) while getting down from the bus. We have contacted bus driver and bus depot people regarding the lost of our bag but not tracable till now. Bus number. AP21Z0688 and service number 6264.

                                    Hi sir /madam

                                    Greetings of the day.

                                    I was traveling from darsi to Hyderabad today . Bus driver driving is so much rash, Service number 5805.
                                    One of my laptop bag fallen from the luggage compartment and it broken.

                                    later One lady from last seat fell down . The passenger who is sitting in last seats can't sit on seat properly because of driver speed. He is driving 30 mins early.

                                    I have booked APSRTC for safe journey purpose but today it's a worst experience. My laptop was unnecessarily broken. I haven't seen such rash driving from APSRTC.

                                    And the driver answer or response was very rude. No proper covid-19 precautions taken.

                                    These are the bus details am traveling now, please take immediate action . Let me know if any information needed. Please respond as soon as possible.
