        Hi,
        In apsrtc bus website i booked a ticket worth 536 rupees on 29th feb 2020 using icici imobile app. My payment has declined but money got debited.

        Its been 17 days, my money wasn't returned. I called apsrtc, they told that its an incomplete transaction, you should call the bank guys.
        I mailed icici guys as airtel customer care number ([protected]) is not working at all. They replied that i should ask the apsrtc guys to mail icici, with the transaction details.
        I asked apsrtc to do that. Its been 3 days, there is no reply from apsrtc.

          Apsrtc bus drivers are being very rash in driving and unsafe for passengers.. Infact the road has got so many dangerous curves and many speedbreakers.. Yet they are driving recklessly, overspeeding, overtaking from the wrong side, overtaking with highspeed at deep curvatures, stopping the buses suddenly without any indication... Kindly look into the matter and do needful... If possible i try to capture a video of theri reckless driving and will upload.. Thank u..

            Sir, i have an exam in a center in the route of kurnool and yemmiganur route. I boarded into the express bus ap21z0726 going to adoni. While giving ticket i have asked the conducter to give a ticket where th examination center near by. Because i don't know to get exactly to the place to where the ticket wil give. He reply is in bad conducting and insulting manner. Sir we are get into apsrtc for trusting and good conduct towards passengers. As a citizen i have a right to ask the information. He whispered so much after he gave me ticket also. This is not good. Not a way to treat the passenger. I'm graduate and an employee. We are facing this type of insults means please you can guess the illiterate position. Please take an action against him.

            As per the schedule, service no. 4163, Guntur arrival time is 6.35PM but reached Vijayawada at 6.35PM. So, it delayed .ore than 1hr. If it is the regular arriving time, please update the timings in online else some other also miss their appointments.
            We understand 10 to 15 mins delay, but more than 1hr is really not acceptable.

              Hi

              I was trying to book a ticket from bangalore to tirupati, i have made my payment using debit card after my payment was accepted by the bank when it was redirecting to apsrtc site i got an forbidden error, my booking dint go through. My amount was deducted from the bank but my tickets were not booked.
              The service no. Is 5469, seat no. Is 48. Date of journey is 13/03/2020. My booking charges is 322, i tried twice, the money was deducted twice, please refund the total amount was 644.

                  వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే:-
                  స్థానిక నూజివీడు ఆర్టీసీ సంస్థ లోని ఉద్యోగి TI రామారావు సదరు డిపోలోని ఒక అద్దె బస్సు డ్రైవర్ సతీష్ అనే వ్యక్తి తో కలసి కార్మికులకు వేసే డ్యూటీల విషయం లో అనేక అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడుతూ డ్రైవర్, కండక్టర్ లను అనేక ఇబ్బందులుకు గురి చేస్తున్న వైనం, అదేమని ఎవరైనా ప్రశ్నిస్తే కక్ష్యసాధింపు చర్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు,
                  ఇటీవలి కాలంలో RTC సంస్థ లో ఉద్యోగుల కొరత ఉండటంతో ఔట్ సొర్సింగ్ ప్రాతిపదికన ప్రతీ డిపోలో కొంతమంది డ్రైవర్ లను సదరు డిపో మేనేజర్ ద్వార మెడికెల్ చేయించి నియమిచుకోవడం జరిగింది ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్ కార్మికులను పూర్తిగా పక్కకు నెట్టేసి, నిబంధనలను గాలికి వదిలేసి, మామూళ్లు వసూళ్లకు అలవాటు పడి అద్దె బస్సు డ్రైవర్ లకు అనామకులైన బయటి వ్యక్తులకు డ్యూటీ కి ఇంత అని రేట్ ఫిక్స్ చేసి ఇష్టానుసారంగా డబ్బులు తీసుకుని డ్యూటీ లు వేస్తున్న TI, తతంగం అంతా సదరు డ్రైవర్ నడిపిస్తాడు, గత రెండు నెలలుగా ఎవరికి ఏ డ్యూటీ ఎలా వేసాడు అనేది మష్టర్ రిజిస్టర్ చూస్తే అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు, ఇతగాడి చరిత్ర చూస్తే గతంలో తిరువూరు డిపొలో వసూల్ రాజా గా దొరికిపోయి ఎన్నో విజిలెన్స్ ఎంక్వైరిలు ఎదుర్కొని బదిలీ పై నూజివీడు డిపో కి వచ్చారు, ఇప్పుడు అతను మళ్లీ తనదైన శైలిలో దందా మొదలు పెట్టారు అని, అసలు ఒక అద్దె బస్సు డ్రైవర్ కి డిపో ఆఫీస్ లో డ్యూటీ చార్ట్ తో పనేంటి అని పలు మంది సంస్థ యొక్క కార్మికులు వాపోతున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
                  ఈ విషయంలో డిపో మేనేజర్ మరియు పై స్థాయి అధికారులు విజిలెన్స్ స్థాయిలో పరిశీలించి పూర్తి వివరాలు తెలుసుకుని భాద్యులు అయిన వారిపై తగు చర్యలు తీసుకుని ఎవరి డ్యూటీ లు వారికి పద్ధతి ప్రకారం వేసేలా చూడాలని ఆశిద్దాం.

                      - driver doesn't know, how to talk and quarling with many passengers by stopping the bus at wrong point.
                      - so recles, reputation of rtc is getting down because of poor customer interaction like this.
                      - driver is not well groomed and doesn't have responsibility at all.
                      - he forgets that, he is getting the salary because of the passangers.

                        Driver behavior is rude, he is not responding passengers with proper information. He is suggesting us to go Karnataka buses or other buses . He is telling to passengers we will go too late. He don't know how to respect passangers. Driver not giving proper information to passangers. Some body wants to go penukonda even bus also going via penukonda. But driver not accepting to go into the penukonda. He will drop on highway road. How passangers will go from high way road to inside penukonda . We dont find any transport from high way road to inside penukonda.

                          We all are students traveling from s. Kota to vizianagaram route, from the buss stops of korlam, gantyada, lakkidam junction,, and the succeding stops. We daily face the problems with busses arriving at 8:00am to 9:00am. The busses were not stopping at our buss stop and the other three bus stops even though the busses were not fully occupied. And the drivers stopping the busses far away before or after the bus stops. There is a special bus from gantyada old buss stop but it comes at near 9:00am, that is too late for our colleges timings. Please try to solve the problem.

                          111 busses are to be for every 20 min but everyday i wait for more than 40 min for a single bus. At a time 3 buses were coming.not event stoping at bus stops skiping the bus stops i know this waste of time to even complaint because none o[censored] bothers...#poor management...#worst experience everyday
                          In the evening 17:25 APSRTC 600bus(anakapalli to gajuwaka) not halted at e.marripalem busstop..the drive noticed passengers but he didn't stop the bus..
                          I'm a visitor to Amravati and waited for about two and half hours to get into a bus to enroute to Mangalagiri I hope to look into this problem as soon as possible and make the journey comfortable

                            5539 bus conductor spoke with rudely. I asked him is the seat 45 booked or not. He allowed to sit and his related mates came, he asked to sit at last seat, i ignored to sit there. Firstly why he allowed me. It is not a reserved ticket, i can sit. He has not authority to sit any his relatives to sit there right. I asked the same to him, then he asked me to get out and take next bus. This is not correct way with apsrtc. How can take next bus i have to wait for 2 hours

                              We booked the boarding point at indira nagar bus stop. At 5.50 pm they told that bus was in halasur gate. They didn't stop the bus at bus stop. We waited there for more than 1 hour from 5.50pm. After we made a call to driver he told that they crossed the bus stop. We requested the driver to wait for some time anywhere till hosakotta toll but they refused to do that. Instead they negotiated with another passenger to sell our reserved ticket. We heard that through ph call. I have a proof for that. I recorded the call. So please take a action regarding this.

Immidiately i called on [protected], they said that, dont worry sir, the amount will be credited with in 7 to14 working days. Number of times i called over phone on the above number. They said all the time it will be credited. But so far nothing was done. My transaction ref. No: [protected]. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                  They have no concern at least how many times i have complained also

                                    Hello.., i have seen frequently inside the apsrtc buses were not maintained cleanliness... It's not just apsrtc issue it's the issue of awareness and matter of public negligence... So kindly impose one fines system by which people should think before they through anything and do a wide advertisement through tv. Fine should be minimum 2000/- for through garbage inside the bus.

                                      I occiped the front seat in the bus, they is way to make me get up, but she behaved in a irrespective way, 215 bus from vijayawada to nutakki, is the way the deals with a passenger, and saying that she will file complaint on me, if apsrtc employees are in this way how can passengers. I need a serious action upon this timing 1:30. She treated me as a begger, i have proof of audio nad video, i need a explanation for this

                                        Today i. E[protected] on my way to the yarada office i boarded 16 no. Bus at malkapuram police station at around 9:15 or 9:30 am... When i asked the conductor to stop the bus at bus stop and not here and there.. He shouted at me saying i will beat you just get down here..3 or 4 days back when i requested him to stop at the same place where he stopped today.. That day the driver didn't stop the bus even i was standing infront of the bus and while iam few steps away but somehow by running i got into the bus.. The same conductor shouted saying that "this is not bus stop and you should stand at bus stop"... But today when i asked him to stop at the bus stop he shouted at me saying that i will beat u... Sir/ madam iam deeply hurt with the behavior of the conductor. He doesn't have the manners how to talk to ladies..
