I occiped the front seat in the bus, they is way to make me get up, but she behaved in a irrespective way, 215 bus from vijayawada to nutakki, is the way the deals with a passenger, and saying that she will file complaint on me, if apsrtc employees are in this way how can passengers. I need a serious action upon this timing 1:30. She treated me as a begger, i have proof of audio nad video, i need a explanation for this

Today i. E[protected] on my way to the yarada office i boarded 16 no. Bus at malkapuram police station at around 9:15 or 9:30 am... When i asked the conductor to stop the bus at bus stop and not here and there.. He shouted at me saying i will beat you just get down here..3 or 4 days back when i requested him to stop at the same place where he stopped today.. That day the driver didn't stop the bus even i was standing infront of the bus and while iam few steps away but somehow by running i got into the bus.. The same conductor shouted saying that "this is not bus stop and you should stand at bus stop"... But today when i asked him to stop at the bus stop he shouted at me saying that i will beat u... Sir/ madam iam deeply hurt with the behavior of the conductor. He doesn't have the manners how to talk to ladies..

Bus didn't arrive boarding point at time.
Driver phone number is not valid.
Enquiry counter provided wrong information.

Driver didn't inform the delay of bus ap-02-tc-7091. (3 hours delay to be precise).

Demand a sincere apology and refund for by bus ticket fare.

Make sure that this doesn't repati again

Today i. E 17/01/2020. We are waiting for the bus at darsi busstanr to go to
Vinu konda, regarding schedule there is a bus to go to vinu konda at 6.00 am and 6.30 a. M, but from 5.30 am i have waited till 7. Am, no bus has come, i don't understand bus will come or not or wat time it will come, i inquired regarding and i found that they are avoiding to go to darsi bus station, because there is no employees regarding verification or any inquiry purpose also, why busstation is there many of the passengers are suffering, pls look into the matter take necessary action

It is hereby observed that the bus driver was found smoking beedi frequently while driving. He was found lighting beedi on single hand driving which would cause deadly and dangerous accident.

Dear sir,
I travel from bhimavaram to gudivada on[protected], by ultra delux bus dri no: 37z0153, start time :20:30, from their onwards i observed that driver using all lights unnecessarily.. I requested driver to stop lights.. For that he blaming and giving answer rudely.
I request you that treat passengers with good manners, and waste of electricity unnecessarily it's not a good thing, also not a profit to apsrtc as well as government.

In Vijayawada central bus stand big in state and very beautiful in Clean maintainace by member but many o[censored]s facing problems over price of items in Vijayawada bus stand stalls is more the MRP rate and I brought a one liter water bottle with 25rs and MRP is 20 and every cool drink bottle is more than MRP rate and major problem "SHIRIDI CATAREENING"ONLY hotel in central charging more price and provide low quality and quantity food and SINGLE CHAPATI IS 40RS and every item is 40 and above but in that price is to high triple the price from outside in bus stand.The Management is to try hard to solve the problem and help the poor.PLEASE it's hard for any family are members to get sustain in capital city like these.kindly look over it

I am local city passenger. I usually wait for city local buses in complex near dwarakanaga. Recently when i was waiting for my friend in the rtc complex bus station platform seating in the chair on platform no 23. A white dress officer came and said that i can cannot wait my friend in the bus station as i was a local passenger. He said got to the local bus stop as i was not allowed to be in the bus station.. I was here to ask as a local city passenger. Is this the way that your rtc employees treat the local passengers not to seat in the station. What kind of rules is this. A common man cannot be allowed to wait by seating in the bus station.

On 11th dec 2019. While travelling from kanigiri in prakasm dt to chennai in apsrtc bus.. We lost a bag placed on the lugagge rack above us. It has a wallet with original pan card, house keys, one gold ring with a stone in the middle, one silver ring with a stone in the middle, one oppo a3s mobile, power bank, mobile charger, cash around rs 3000 amd some clothes. As soon as we found the bag was missing we have been trying to call the lost mobile. But it is switched off. It is fully charged upto 90 percent when kept in the bag. So we are sure that someone switched it off. And it never got switched on from last 3 days. We approached kanigiri police station through our relatives to file fir but they are not ready to file saying that the theft did not happen in their jurisdiction. Whom should we contact now. Please help us

Apsrtc Bus no-Ap21 Z 0271(Yemignur Depot Bus) One Lady (My Mother) she is 60Yrs old, Travelled from Gillesugur to Raichur, Ticket Timing - 19:25:25. Dated-12/12/2019. Bus Conductor not accepted Senior Citizen card(Aadhaar Card) and gave Full fare ticket, which I Attached With this Complaint, As I heard in Bus By traveller's .Saying some of Apsrtc Bus Conductors Saying Senior Citizens option not entered in Ticket issuing Machine.

Bus from rayachoty to arogyapuram is at 4pm now the time is 5:15 till now the bus not arrived at bustand and every time i am observing bus come too late and some times there are saying that no bus drivers are available for this bus. The apsrtc staff are sooo lazy and, i hope that you are hearing my problem and resolve this issue that should not repeat again

Sir i am travelling from hyderabad to chintalapudi during 6th dec night. Bus no 4799.. My seat no 34.. When i booked seat, only seat 35 is occupied by ladies.. Generally seat beside ladies will be reserved for ladies only.. But in this bus my next seat is occupied by male passenger. Whole night i suffered alot due to inconvenience. When i complained same to driver.. He is telling to buy ticket of next seat to me also... And they shouted and laughed at me. I am travelling alone. No support to ladies.. No justice. Please take action...

I reserved bus (34609) on 6-december-2019 from b. N. Reddy nagar (Hyderabad) to macherla.
3:15 is my pick up time. I was there at the point by 3:10. I don't know where the bus stopped and the driver even didn't contacted me. When i try to call him he is not picking up. I couldn't able to make my journey. This is really bad service.

Sir my name is arun kumar.., we are travelling from nellore to kavali gowravaram.., we just asked a question about madam.., this bus wil go to gowravaram.. Than the lady conductor replied.. You are studied or not you don't see there is board of front side of the bus.. Etc..., like she is replied.., so please take action against her.., and warn her how to talk public... This is my intention..

The bus driver's attitude is very aggressive and he's very hesitant to stop the bus for a few more seconds to get his driving position down the snd, but he's too short tempered and raising his voice and saying he won't stop and get off at another station. Even though i'm not hitting the stop i have to get down. The bus particulars were the first bus in the earl, ap 31 z 0059, 6 a /h the first bus to come to the rtc complex early in the morning. The bus started at about 5:30 in the rtc complex. He must have a minimum of respect and be responsible for the way he talks to a woman. I truly regret having such an environment, and please make sure nobody else is causing such a dumb mess. I'm also humiliated by how he screamed at me before others without the proper reason and even i am explaining he is not even listening to it.

There are many complaint with the logistics no proper service and no one responds to the phone call ever and no management at the booking point i have made booking yesterday night and till now it is at the same booking point no forwarding is done till now totally disappointing if you are unable to serve your customers then don't run such logistics the anl was far better than this current apsrtc logistics...

Yesterday at ushodaya junction, visakhapatnam, around 6 in the evening, a bus driver was driving recklessly causing inconvenience to the people on the road. Without any prior intimation or any signals he abruptly turned his bus from extreme right to left. He dashed us at the back of our vehicle. Luckily we acted and turned our vehicle to the side or else we would go under the bus, or any major accident would have happened. The driver wasn't apologetic and was very rude in his behavior. This is for your information and hope you take necessary action at your end.

I have noticed thrice that our apsrtc bus from bangalore to hindupur which comes to hebbal by 6:30 pm are not stopping the bus at this point. When we enquired with them they are telling because of traffic they don't want to stop bus at that point. But hebbal bus stop is the connecting point from city main places. Today with hardship we got the bus stopped 100ft far from the bus stop. All passengers ran to catch the bus. One lady she missed her baby. She got down from bus and went back to stop. I asked conductor why can't you stop the bus at point, he replied what for we should stop the bus, it will become late for us to go back to hindupur. But ksrtc depo buses they will stop at each and every point to get their bus full. Vey pathetic situation of our passengers from apsrtc dept.

I have giving this complaint due to driver irresponsibility on passengers.
Main problem while food offting hotel at dupacherlla there is no have toilets for ladies & it vary sad to say that ladies have went road side at night for toilets and also driver never remind to give remaining balance for ticket not taken.

In today's travel me being lady passenger had to remind driver to allocate a lady passenger but even after being aware a gent passenger was allocated beside me which is against the rules.
