Bus service no. 4979&4980 from tanuku to sindhanoor, sindhanoor to tanuku. I have travelled in the bus oct 11 & 14. Those two buses are too worest seating, and many horrible sounds in the bus. The rain sprinkling in the bus. Audio & video are not working properly. How can we travel nearly 700 kilometres in this buses. So please change buses and serve better to peolples.

      I have booked online two tickets from bangalore to guntur for the journey on 04 oct 2019. Ticket number is 94009314, service number - 94033, seat number 2 and 31. Name s k mohiddin and sirajuddin. Uid - 4767. Pickup point is iti gate, bangalore. The service bus required to reach at the pick up point at 07:05pm on 04 oct 2019. But the bus has not reached by right time and reached at 1:08am on 05 oct 2019.
      We did not have any information about the service neither on line track is also not working. No telephone number of driver we have received thru sms. Even apsrtc counter employees at iti gate were not there after 11:00pm. No one knows where about of the service bus, whether it comes or it was cancelled, no information, no phone call from the driver or other one. The bus was delayed by 6 hours which was not acceptable. Upto 12:30 night we were there at pickup point and after our patience was over we picked up other service and completed our journey. Due to your above poor service we faced the following:-
      1. Mentally stress.
      2. Physically strain.
      3. Financial loss.
      4. We were unable to reach our destination by right time.
      I paid 2500/- to book the above online tickets, which was loss for me moreover i was forced to select other modes to reach my destination. I got double financial loss due your poor and incapable service.
      In view of the above you are requested to look into the matter and refund my reservation tickets amount to me.
      I expect your reply within 10 days after that i constraint to go for comsumer court for getting right justice.

        Ap21z0651 bus from hyderabad to kurnool and yemmiganur started on[protected].30pm at mgbs driver who is on duty is smoking while driving which caused so munch inconvenience and public smoking is offense. Please take necessary action. During tsrtc employees strike this is bus is operated with huge fares than normal fares. It is a express bus and charging morethan super luxury fare. Apart from that smoking of driver is another itching thing for passengers

          Aps rtc service no :2638 (Garuda valvo) bangalore to kakinada.

          Ticket no:93446385, pick up:iti gate (Bangalore), drop :ravulapalem. Seat no:29 &30.
          Passengers :darahas reddy (10yr)_my son, annapurnamma (31yr) wife.

          Due to bus repair at mid night, struggled for 2 to 3 hours (Night sleep disturbed) and late at dropping point by 5 to 6 hours, also the bus provided is an ordinary bus (Not garuda valvo). So i need refund (As per the bus provided).

          Don't know why apsrtc not maintaining the busses. We are loosing trust on apsrtc. Please maintain properly.

            I have to attend ssc cgl examination in tirupathi on 13 sept. so i have taken reservation from APSRTC Ticket no 93264041, service num 3481 for my mother and for me.The bus is supposed to reach the depot 5: am and it had not reached .we waited for half an hour and since the bus has not reached we went to the enquiry counter and asked about the delay of the bus, she replied that is bus is late my one and half hour. I did not get any intimation regarding the delay. I got tensed as I have to reach the examination by 9 : 00 am otherwise I will not be allowed to write the exam.Immediately i have called the APSRTC online support, he said me to raise the complaint so that your money will be refunded. Then I have taken another bus and went to thirupati thinking that I would miss the exam. My money is not refunded yet.They are saying that the bus is delay only by 1/2 an hour.so we will not refund.I even have tracked the bus it was showing 1 1/2 delay. I am really disappointed with their reply.Why did they say the bus is late by 1 1/2 hour and how saying late by 1/2 hour only. I had waited in the depot for longer I would not had got any other bus to reach the examination hall.i have taken the screenshots while tracking the bus tracking . If the bus is really late by 1/2 an hour only then whats wrong with the bus tracking facility provided by them.????

            Don't even inform about the late arrival of bus at boarding point.. need to wait hours and hours.. not even a single message. If we ask driver or at bus stand.. drivers will say carelessly that don't know gives a sarcastic laugh.. bloody apsrtc...

              Bus drivers none of them have punctuality and responsibility and not respecting a customers and a ride behavior from the journey buses of rajahmundry to visakhapatnam apsrtc drivers so please make sure about the drivers to take responsibility and punctuality please make them change if none of them follow rules please keep a fine i'm waiting for it to change andhra pradesh.

                Sir/madam, i'm an apsrtc bus pass traveller. I'm travelling from my village to narasaraopet (To my college). But my pass is not upto my village due to long distance, thats my pass is from thimmapuram to narasaraopet, upto thimmapuram i need to buy the ticket and there onwards i'll continue with my pass but, today when i'm returning to my home i travelled in a ongole-guntur bus from chilakaluripet and upto thimmapuram, i had my pass and i showed it to the conductor as my duty and after thimmapuram he came to me shouted at by using some unparliamentary language and talking like i did not came to you, you only come forward to me and buy your ticket by shouting loudly he said that.. I was shocked and i'm very disappointed by that type of behavior of that conductor, that too an apsrtc conductor who was responsible for to do his duty and not correctly doing that... So, please look into it sir/madam and solve as early as possible sir,,,. He is the conductor of the ongole-guntur bus ap 29 z 3826. This was happened on 24, sep, 2019. Plz find him out and give him proper guidance about his responsibility.. Please solve this and help us lot of students.

                  3 hrs delay, drivers are old people, why old age people still in service i am not understanding, this is ridiculous, actually the bus as to reach the vijayawada at 8am still it’s not reached, 3 hours it will take time to reach vijayawada means 11am, i have meeting at vijayawada 10am, how i have to face my company about this situation? If i loss my job means this apsrtc will give job for me? This is very bad. Service no. 3871, from bangalore to vijayawada vennala service. Started at bangalore on 23rd 7:30pm.

                    Conductor number 484451, we are college students, we travel from our college which is in car shed to coramandal using bus (The number of the bus is 411). When has come for tickets we asked for pass ticket but he has given 2 tickets to gajuwaka, we must be costed of 20 rupees for two tickets but he has costed us 60 rupees when we asked for money he is using vulgar language and speaking rubbish words towards students. So, kindly look over my complaint.

                      The bus from pulivendula to dharmavaram had depatured from pulivendula 10mins before the mentioned time. If it happens every tine then why to mention timings in apsrtc app so pls make sure that the buses run in time as mentioned in the tracking app. Not only this bus majority of buses are running in the sameway. We have good beleif on apsrtc so pls dont make us to change that opinion.

                        Dear team,

                        On the date 19th-oct-2019 at 18:21pm i booked apsrtc parcel service to send my wedding card cotton boxes of number 3 and of total weight 110kg from kempegowda bus terminal 1, majestic, bengaluru, karnataka 560009 to srikalahasti, andhra pradesh 517644.

                        Apsrtc people instead of giving my wedding card cotton boxes in srikalahasti bus depo they taken to naidupeta bus depo (It is a another bus depo which is 28km from the srikalahasti).

                        All cards are damaged due to rain because they carried on bus roof.

                        None of the customer care numbers are working to raise a complaint about this issue.

                        I want to raise a complaints about this ridiculous service and negligence apsrtc people.

                          Generally, in normal days the apsrtc buses running from gudur (Nellore) to venkatagiri (Nellore) will be available in every half an hour 2 services express and pallivellugu (Ordinary), but today no general services are not available and only the special buses are only running. They are running buses without the names of places and they charges tickets as express although it's a ordinary bus. On this day[protected] no general buses are not running and authorized persons are also not responding correctly. How much the public are suffering from irregular services and high charges where the initial point to final point and in between small stops also they are charging same amount, but how they will ask. If anyone are asking about these problems no one are not properly responding.

                            I was waiting at bustop but driver stoped some where out side the bustop. He did not even call me. I missed the bus. I was waiting for anouncement and even following tracking.
                            Tracking did not work and no anouncement of bus. We did not even get a message of driver number to call him back. Please help me to refund ticket charges.

                                Sir i tried to book ticket from rgiap to vijayawada. Bus number is 35188. Money got deducted but ticket not generated. Txn no[protected]. Mobile no [protected]. Money got deducted from my account. But i didnot recieve ticket through email or phone number. Please resolve my issue. Please isssue refund of my money.                                   There is highly shortage of buses from kurnool. To adoni. Aafter 4 o clock in the evening. One basis is carrying almost two buses load. Here suferers are elderly people and women children.in case we hv to reach for emergency case then its next to impossible to reach in time. Why apsrtc is unable enhance the services. Wt abt womens security during night if she hs to wait

                                    My complaint is regarding a bus trip. Today i boarded 300/126 bus from drdl bus stop. Driver gave me ticket and i payed him later. While paying him, the ticket fell from my hand and i lost it. He said he won't accept this. He took my 25 rs and told me to get down. I want at least some action should be taken against such conductors. He has taken my money. Moreover, he shouted at me. Then he told me to get off the bus. Infact, such conductors should be removed.

                                      I am a passenger travelling in apsrtc ultra delux bus no 24582 vijayawada to tuni on date 08 sep 2019... On the day we waited bus for one hour at my booking stop ramavarapadu ring - vijayawada... Finally the bus came to stop one hour late and the driver is misbehaving with passengers... Please teach the driver & conductor some moral values how to behave with customer

                                        Hello team

                                        Good morning.

                                        Myself a. Anand mobile number[protected]. I went to indian oil petrol pump today sunday (01-september-19) timing aproximate 18:15 pm to 18:50 pm. Near ice cream shop two filling pump is there. Out of two, near corner side filing station, i have asked a person weared cap to fill petrol for rs. 200. He told to me to check reading. I did not check. Finally he noticed that filled rs. 100 only. He requested to fill petrol once again for another rs. 100 that he missed. But, i was ignore to fill again. I put key on my pulsar two wheeler bike number tn14 b5275 and started bike, while checked my petrol indicate nothing showed. It showed tank is empty popup. I doubtfully asked that filling person. He informed another person to show the reading in manager room. I went to inside and checked. Even i was not satisfied. I asked that person to need to open my petrol tank pipe and check. Initially he refused to do that. After that he did with white color measurement cane. He tried to dry out my tank petrol fully using the small pipe. But, petrol not came out from tank. Then he opned the downside tube near main reserve volve side and start to fill in the cane. But only 500 ml and 250 aproximately filled 700 ml petrol was there. But, as per record he filled 1.37 ltr for 100 rs. Then indian oil worker told me to fill 100 rs. Fresh again and additionally provide me that 500 plus 250 ml petrol to me. There is must be fraud happened.

                                        Kindly note:

                                        1. My tank is not fully dried. There is a possible of 400500 ml petrol is possible in tank already.

                                        2. I did not collect bill.

                                        Hi sir, in Srikakulam complex they are doing fraud like things they are going to vehicles and stoping the vehicles and talking why you stopped here soo you have to pay penalty. Like this they are earning money daily please resolve it. His name sunyasi roa constable etc complex Srikakulam.
