I have done reservation from tirupati to bangalore. But my hometown is chandragiri, which is next stage. Recenlty they have passed a rule that they will not share driver number details. As a result i can't board at preferred location even though iam on time, they had given me customer service number and there is no way to contact driver. Atleast ask them to add our prefered boarding (Customer preferred) points of our choice since we are paying full journey amount from tirupati to bangalore. Atleast we can rest assured

    A senior citizen by mistakenly deleted ticket no. But we had so many proofs that we reserved that ticket... Even he showed rash behavior on customer that he want only ticket no. We showed it through mail id... But he didnt agreed... Due to illitracy of passenger, she carried normal mobile which has no whatsapp and gmaïĺ how can we send the message to her...

      Sir, i am ramya travelling to viskhapatnam from anakapalli since 6 months on the purpose of education. Bus number '500' runs from anakapalli to visakhapatnam.. I am requesting you to please have a brief idea on number of passengers in the working days and weekends.. Apart from getting seats we people didn't even getting place to stand for 1hr 45min at least... It's getting difficult for us to know the timings of the buses.. Where we can find 3 to 4 buses at 7:30 to 8:00 am once.. And once we r not getting at least one bus at that time.. So kindly make the necessary action for this situation.. And my suggestion is to keep different buses for the students only in the clz timings only.. And make it allowed for the people who have their i'd cards.. (As conducters and driver's are not giving minimum respect for the students having bus pass)

        I travelled today morning 8 am by non stop bus from nellore to tirupati bus noap26 td3303 purchased ticket from nellore to tirupathi ticket. I received call to get down on recept of emergency call i requested driver harikrishna to stop bus at bypass srikalahasti he did not stopped bus inspite of repeated request. Later i contacted over phone to depot manager nellore 2 he did not reacted. I contacted tirupati depot manager and grievance call made to vijayawada inspite of my efforts bus driver did not stopped upto reached tirupati
        This is the fate of my journey driver may be warned other passengers who are in urgency need not suffer apsrtc is for people

          Forgot the headphones in the seat in Vijayawada busstand
          Sir,
          I am a resident of palamaner studying in tamilnadu. There are no buses from 4.45AM to 5.30AM from palamaner to chittoor. Passengers are high in number during this time and tough to get seat in the bus after 5.30. I hope you will consider this and provide buses during the requested time period.

            I am sai karthik arkala from hb colony bhavanipuram vijayawada, we are facing lot of issue because of less number of city bus services from hb colony. Sometimes two three buses comes at a time of same service, and sometimes we need to wait for at least one hour for bus.

            Kindly consider my request and increase number of city bus services to hb colony and from hb colony.

            If you are not able to increase at least divert ibrahimpatnam and kondapally bus services via hb colony.

              The conductor in 12d bus, bus no ap29z1747, on 18/02/2019 at 9.00 am, going to drvarapalle, he was very harsh in behaviour, behaving badly with ladies, not giving change, not giving seat to phc as he was sitting in that seat, is apsrtc allotted 1st seat to phc or conductor so please give him instructions to change his behaviour for the sake of the public

                we r suffering with APSRTC labours.He ask some amount for labour, we r agree with amount .after delivery he change the amount figure, if we ask why, then his behavior is change some unparlamentory launguage use.exp am attaching the photos.I am requesting you sir please control labours.please think sir why am taking photos becoz am hurted. Any govt sector state or central works & help for people, please change the Apsrtc vijayawada labours behaviour this is my humble request.

                please take my issue on humanitarian grounds

                  I am SANKAR.J and I have cancelled a journey ticket with APSRTC (Through E-Billing Solutions Pvt Ltd ) for Rs: 266/- with their ARN Number 74332748293829310356510 dt: 21/10/2018 & Refund ref no: [protected] but it was not credited to my account.
                  When I asked the customer support of APSRTC, they simply forwarded to EBS Staff and they are advised to contact the Bank, but the Bank officials informed me that “they don’t have the provision to check the reference number and also this number is not related to Online banking and asking me
                  What is Expansion of ARN?
                  On which date the Refund amount has debited from their Account?
                  From which bank and which Account it is debited? ”.
                  Further I have mailed so many times but both EBS and APSRTC persons not responding
                  So kindly advice me what is the solution?

                    I thought apsrtc is friendly transport but it has proved very worse with the behaviour of the conductor. I was traveling in a bus from vsp-jpr service no 27008.
                    Conductor was continously insisting me to close the glass while there was so much of suffocating which i can't bear. He was warning me to close the window or else he will send me back even though i have booked my ticket through online booking.
                    I think this conductor is worse with his work

                      Dear sir
                      I have reserved your bus from bhadrachalam to rajahmundry with service no 24432 seat number is 3. I didn't get the driver number and when i approached the enquiry counter there they said that the bus just left the station without any call or any announcement the bus left the bus stand. I got the bus driver no from enquiry counter and called them. When i asked the conductor about the situation there is no response from them and continously cancelled the call and they switched off their mobile. This is the negligence and irrespective irresponsible nature of the apsrtc conductors. Even i am the reservation customer without any attention and respect they escaped and there are no other buses so i have to cancel my trip and lost my money and my valuable time. I am attaching you the call log when i contacted the conductor and my ticket which i have to do the journey.
                      So take action on them for any future problems for other customers and refund my money.

                        I've booked a ticket online apsrtc from ongole to hyderabad miyapur on 2/02/2019 and i had cancelled it. It was mentioned that refund would be done to my account but i've not gotten the refund till now. Let me know whether i would get refund or not. Please make as soon as possible.

                          The service number 92153 not maintaining the proper timings, as it is a super luxury service from palasa to vijayawada they need to need to stop bus in well known stop... But here the story reversed.. They stppping the bus where ever they want... If some passenger asks why u guys stopping this bus every where.. They simply giving the answers... We have to go to vijayawada... We can stop the bus wherever we want...

                          I will explain it with a example... Suppose a normal luxury bus takes 1 hr 15 mins to reach srikakulam from tekkali... But the story of this bus also same here... It is also taking 1 hr 20 mins... Then why the hell people prefer super luxury instead of luxury and express services... They are not stupids...

                          Especially the behaviour of conductor is also not good...

                          Finally their are some people who wants to follow the rules.. Seriously i[censored] dont want to follow just leave it..

                            Hello sir this is vamsy poonoori working in andhra pragati grameena bank, chakrayapet which is in between vempalli and rayachoty..
                            And my complaint is about bus timings of vempalli to rayachoti...
                            Almost daily 9:20 bus starts 10mins early..
                            I am facing this problem since years..
                            I am keep on calling to rayachoty dm but no use...
                            I made call to vijayawada central and they ask me to drop a mail...
                            Then i mailed 3 timeswith screenshots taken from apsrtc live track app...
                            No use
                            And i sent a message through twitter to road and transport minister of andhra pradesh..
                            Still no use...

                              సార్, నేను చల్లపల్లి టూ మచిలీపట్నం బస్సులో తేదీ 01/02/2019 మధ్యాహ్నం బస్సు లో జర్నీ చేశాను. కండక్టర్ గారికి 50 రూపాయల నోట్ ఇచ్చాను అలాగే 5 rs coin కూడా ఇచ్చాను. కానీ కండక్టర్ గారు టికెట్ కాస్ట్ 15rs పోగా నా 40rs ఇవ్వమని అడుగుతే చిల్లర లేదు మీరు చిల్లర తీసుకుని రావాలి లేదా బస్సు ఎక్కకూడదు ఆటో వెళ్ళాలి అని చాలా cheap గా బాడ్ words use చేసారు. అలాగే బస్సు రన్నింగ్ టైం లో నిద్రపోతున్నాడు అడుగుతే నా డ్యూటీ నా ఇష్టం ఎవరికి కంప్లెయింట్ పెటుకుంటావో పెట్టుకో అని rude గా behave చేసాడు. ఒక కస్టమర్ గా నేను చాలా ఫీల్ అయ్యా మీరు ఎంత గవర్నమెంట్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ అయితే ఇలాగే behave చేస్తారా అని. సో మీరు ఆ కండక్టర్ గారి మీద యాక్షన్ తీసుకుంటారు అని అనుకుంటున్నాను. లేనిచో మీ ఎంప్లాయిస్ వల్ల గవర్నమెంట్ సర్వీస్ కి bad name వొస్తోంది అలాగే మీ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కి కూడా. Change round figure చేసిన కూడా మీ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కండక్టర్ చిల్లర లేదు అనటం చాలా బాధ వేసింది.

                                  Dear sir, నేను మేధరమిట్ల నుండి ఒంగోలు వచ్చే బస్ లో కండక్టర్ కి10rupees కాయిన్ ఇచ్చాను, కండక్టర్ గారు తీసుకోలేదు, ఎందుకు తీసుకోరు అని అడిగితే, మా apsrtc డిపార్ట్మెంట్ తీసుకోవద్దు అని చెప్పారట, 50 మంది ప్రయాణం చేసే బస్ లో ఒక కండక్టర్, 10 rupees coin refuse చేస్తే దానిని చూసి బస్ లో passengers కూడా తీసుకోకుండా ఉండటానికి ప్రేరేపించిన వాళ్ళు అవుతారు మీరు, మీకు RBI వాళ్ళు ఏమైనా చెప్పారా తీసుకోవద్దని, కండక్టర్ చాలా rude గా behave చేసాడు, నాకు ఇచ్చిన టికెట్ కూడా పంపిస్తున్నాను, మీరు ఏదైనా తీసుకోకపోతే నోటీస్ అంటించండి, దయచేసి ప్రయనికులని ఇబ్బంది పెట్టవద్దు, బస్ నెంబర్.                                     My self tameez shaik, i am working in a private firm in guntur. Today i am traveling from guntur to narasaraopeta non stop bus. I boarded the bus at ap housing board colony.
                                    The conductor (Hired person), issuing the tickets, i gave 100rs currency note which have a small cuts on the currency note. He was refused to take that even though it is in good & usable condition. He was not provided the ticket and he told the bus driver and both were intend to deboard me from the bus, at that time i have only one currency note..
                                    After a long conversation with them they were not convinced and finally i exchanged it with the co passenger to give him. The similar problem i was encountered that not accepting 10rs coins in apsrtc where as tsrtc accepting it. Is apsrtc have special rules?
                                    So here i have the concern that, is there any provision or law or regulations to not accepting the small cuts on the currency notes. Here i am furnishing the ticket details. So please take the necessary actions to not to face such problems by any passengers.

                                      Sir,

                                      We would require clarification from apsrtc. Attached bus details screenshot for your kind reference.

                                      Sir this bus schedule to leave from nellore at - 7pm (Nellore to vakadu) service number ex 05. Vehicle number ap 26td 2978.

                                      Sir its very regular and often we are missing this bus. We are group of 12 working employees who took this bus daily, so that wr can reach little early to home to stay with family. Regulary bus driver taking the bus early due to which we are waiting for next 30 mins to catch another bus.

                                      Our concern is when it is schedule for 7pm why did they take bus early even 2 mins early is difficult for us to catch the bus sir.

                                      We need explanation from apsrtc. They stops bus on the way for dinner packing (Which is not permittied) still we dont object since they work hard since morning. However they are not thinking about passengers who travel regulary.

                                      Need explanation in this from them. Else i will take it in a different issue using political influence. We will surely will not leave this issue. We need explanation.

                                        I've booked the ticket for the occasion of Pongal with APSRTC special bus and traveled on 11-Jan-2019. My boarding point is at Nizampet and scheduled arrival time is 10:10 PM but the bus is arrived after 11:45 PM. Up to 11:30 PM the bus is not assigned for the journey. I checked with the driver after boarding into the bus, why bus got the delay. The driver said that I've started from Vijayawada by 4 PM to arrange the vehicle for this journey.

                                        APSRTC didn't provide an update to the passengers on the bus delay even no facility to wait in the stop.
