APSRTC is not provided the bus in the route of proddatur to yerraguntla Railway station on the time of 9 PM. so we are going to the Railway station on auto, so it is very dangerous for us, please provide the sufficient bus to proddatur to yerraguntla and at the same way to yerraguntla to proddatur

Respected sir,
I am Ch. Nagalingeswaraiah, working as network administrator, at Basheerbagh, Hyderahad. I am residng at Masjid guda, Parvatapur, Uppal. in this route no metro buses available. Ordinary buses also running minimum 2 hours late. The drivers and conductors bus route No. 284 parking their buses in open area at Pratapsingaram and sleeping. In this route No. 284, 10 to 15 villages are their and the people are suffering lot and they have to pay Rs. 10 to 100 to the autos to reach their houses. And at night time working womens and village womens are fasing lot of problems with the drunken auto drivers. Hence i request you to run 1 metro expres in route No.284 uppal to pratap singaram. I am requesting you to take some action on the driver and conducters who are drinking toody and running the bus at their own timings. Please respond to this complaint as early as possible.

i am d.hazinayab and studing b.tech in proddatur cbit clg. And i am from velavali, rajupalem mandal. Cmg to my problem, we doesn't have more than two buses to our village. And bus timings are also not convinient. One service at 11am in our village is stopped why i don't know but i want resion for that one. We doesn't have any service at 9.20am to 1pm. So i want other services between this time. And at the time of evening we are facing so many problems in proddatur . And also we are fasing problems in the morning in velavali. It is due to so many peoples and students comming at morning 7.30am bus in velavali and 5.30pm in proddatur. So bus is so rash. So we want additional services : morning 7am in velavali to pdtrand 5.15pm in proddatur to velavali. So please increase this two services also. Thanking you.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked e ticket from Bengalure to Ongole for 20-September-2010. I have selected seat number 18 and went for payment and made the payment. I got confirmation that payment accepted, but i could not get the ticket. Immediately I rushed to verify in website and checked for seat number 18 and found not occupied. I have checked the bank statement and an amount of Rs 437 deducted towards ticket and my reference no: OB428506

    However I understood from this site that many people are victims like me and none of the people got refund. Hence could you please use your offices and instruct the APSRTC to refund the amounts.

      Dear sir, I have made an online reservation on APSRTC from Bengalure to Ongole on 20-Sep-2010 for journey date 15-Oct-2010; 9:15 PM; I have reserved 1 seat. Infact the transaction was failure and an amount of Rs 437 was deducted from my account. I have waited for 15 days to get my refund and nothing happend from APSRTC. ICICI bank has confirmed the transaction was successful and I need to get the money from APSRTC. The transaction ref no is : OB428506.

      Dear sir, I have made an online reservation on APSRTC from Hyderabad to Ongole on 8-Aug-2010 for journey date 13-Aug-2010; 9 PM; I have reserved 4 seats. Infact the transaction was failure and an amount of Rs 1252 was deducted from my account. I have waited for 1 month to get my refund and nothing happend from APSRTC. ICICI bank has confirmed the transaction was successful and I need to get the money from APSRTC. I have made several complaints but no response from other side. The transaction ref no is : 74678720221040310850811. The performance of APSRTC online reservation portal is very very poor. You will connect once if you hit it for 100 times, after logging also these kind of transaction failures, rather than increasing the no of complaints on APSRTC in consumer forum why cant APSRTC should improve the performance, otherwise it is better to ban the website.

        Slow driving by Bus driver of bus with service no:7169

        Hi,

        This is on behalf of my wife who boarded an APSRTC bus with service no:7169 at Hitech City bus stand at 6:30 and even by 8 she could not reach Koti.I understand that there might be traffic at times ,however inspite of traffics being less driver was driving at a snail pace.Many co passengers asked the driver to increase the pace after which the driver intentionally drove the bus slow which is not at all acceptable.I request...

        APSRTC authority always telling that "please cooperate for us to improve our occupancy "....how can we cooperate with them to improve occupancy when they are providing worst buses for most of the areas in Andhra pradesh . Out of 10 buses 7-8 buses doesn't have right facilities which has been provided for Super luxury buses .. I[censored] have any doubt , please check with the respected faculty...please ensure that because of your negligence only people are not with you..how can they support you to improve occupancy...
        And , in Hyderabad city itself city buses are not proper...In office timings we don't have enough buses to go offices..
        For example: In hi-tech city area nearly 500 companies are there..but you are providing very few especially in office timings.. That is why people are opted to choose AUTOS...
        Please take necessary action , and rectify many o[censored]s problem...
        No such bus shelters in seethaphalmandi and namalagundu(secunderabad)...its very horrible in summer and rainy season...

          I am regular traveller from Moti Nagar (Borabanda) to YMCA Narayanaguda. The only bus connecting this route is 45F. I never found this bus running in scheduled time. Sometimes 3 to 4 buses come at a time and sometimes no bus is available for hours together. I am subjected to a lot of inconvenience because of the irregular timings of this bus. Can the APSRTC authorities please take note of this and regularise the services of this bus.
          Seetal buses playing between uppal - lingampally - uppal (bus no. 113 E/K are not running in passenger required timings. WE observed that there are no buses playing from Lingampally after 3.00 pm though there is huge rush from kukatpally side. It is observed from your time schedule that you are showing for every 15 minutes one bus starting from both sides, we observed that buses playing from Uppal are running without passengers after 4.00 pm from Uppal side. Where as there are no buses from Kukatpally side from 3.30 pm onwards which is peak time for passengers to come from their offices, colleges etc to their houses towrds uppal area.

          Hence, my advise is as per our observation about this buses for last 10 days, you can change the timings as follows. From Uppal to Lingampally side, there is lot of rush in morning times from 7.30 am to 11.00 am. Hence, please see that more buses should be played in this route UPPAL - LINGAMPALLY in morning times only ie., at least every 10 to 15 minutes one bus should be played in this route morning time. After reaching Lingampally some buses should be detained at there and after 3.30 pm more number of buses should be started from LINGAMPALLY TO UPPAL ROUTE upto 6.30 pm so that it will be more useful for office goers and college students who can purchase monthly passes and depends on this travel during this peak times.

            Dear sir,

            This is to bring to your kind notice that there are around 50 shops selling food items and beverages in Tirupati bus station( includes central, srinivasa and yedukondalu) .The shop keepers are selling more than quoted prices on the items.For example the MRP price on 1 litre water bottle is 13 Rs,they will charge 15-17 Rs.The same is the case with all the items sold by shopkeepers.
            Tirupati is the Holy city which has got international recognition as second richest temple in the world and is the place for kaliyuga Daivam lord venkateswara. Every day thousands of people from all over the world are reaching tirupati.These shop keepers are looting the piligrims to their maximum extent of greediness.
            I would like to appeal to concerned authorities to take necessary action like 1.making it mandatory to display menu board in front of every shop
            2.providing the phone no and contact details of Higher authorities on the menu board itself( so that people can contact higher authorities if anybody is selling for higher prices)

            I request the authorities of Tirupati region APSRTC to help piligrims from the greedy shopkeepers.

            Transport — Charging above MRP

            At stalls at ISBT Bus Stand of Delhi the sale price of Chips, Cokes, Biscuits, etc.are 10 to 20% higher than what is mentioned on the Item. If we refuse to pay that price they say "if you want you can have it on that price or leave it".

            Please look into the matter.

            Buy 10rs chips packet but they charged 15rd
            In Annavaram RTC bus stand, one of the shop seller named "Sri satyadeva Heritage parlour" collecting more than the MRP price. I was asked for the butter milk which costs rs.20/- but the shop keeper demending rs.25/-. The same was taken to the station master's notice but the lady officer is also supporting the shop keeper only. Is RTC permits the shop keepers to collect extra money!

              My name is jhansi rani and i had booked ticket in APSRTC bus wide ticket number 14726225. Details as mentioned below:
              date of journey: 09/09/2010
              Service Code : 1181/MGBS-BLDL
              OB Reference Number : OB416128
              Stock Number : EB 80256076
              Seat Number : 1

              In Ticket the schedule time of departure is 12:00 noon but bus not yet arrived in Bus stand. when i approached the Bus station enquiry counter and asked them for reason of delay and at what time bus is expected to arrive then the person siad we don't know the reason and then i called the Asst. Traffic Manager[protected] these numbers i searched through APSRTC website) Some one picked up the call and said we are not responsible for such delays bus will come after some time. Then i called station Manager[protected] That person siad bus have some problem and i don't know when it comes that person gave me one mobile number of depot supervisor and asked me to get the information from depot directly ([protected]).

              I am fedup of calling people in APSRTC department. No body is answering me correctly when bus will come its almost 3 hours past now.... No body is co-operating with passengers. Every one is suffering just because of APSRTC personnels carelessness.

              Please help me.

                Fed up with the issue prevailing in Hyderabad city..
                The city busses will not come on time.
                I am a software engineer working in madhapur, I have to go from Dilsukhnagar to madhapur daily, and i dont find sufficient bus facility in the city..!!
                So the muncipality have to take necessary actions against this and need to correct the situation.
                Pleading for the response..!!!

                Fed up with the bus services in 85B Route
                The city buses will not come on time in this route & no easy connectavity
                My mother is government employ in mint compound. she will be traveling from Balapur to Secretariat
                we are having convenient buses from chandrayangutta but there is no convenient connective to chandrayangutta
                Many of the times the people will ask lift to balapur IAM very bad to tell that ladies will also ask for the lift
                So the municipality's have to take necessary actions against this and need to correct the situation
                Pleading for the response...!!!

                  Dear Concern ,

                  AP11z 5699 ,Service no 1339( Bangalore- MGBS -JBS) is started in Bangalore on 20th Aug2010 at 20.00 hrs.

                  It got reached outskirts of Hyderbad at Police Academy around 5.40am on 21st Aug 2010.

                  This is Volvo service , While we crossed Police academy about 2km ,There is a bykiest fell down on road for diffrent reason.

                  Volvo Bus driver (Service no 1339) just stopped the bus and took the cellphone and started again.

                  As a public servent , He havent helped the peolpe who are fell down , Instead of helping them he took their cellphones which is Crime.

                  This whle thing is done by driver Mr. Narsimha

                  Request you to take concernd action on this .

                    The city bus service for Nizampet Village/Bachupally area is very very poor and lakhs of residents of this area has to depend on share autos.
                    Why there is no proper service and the frequency of buses like 231N, 278N be increased there should direct service from 194 - Hitech city-JNTU-Nizampet -Bachupally. the 194 route Hitech city- JNTU to be extended to Nizampet/ Bachupally

                    Also Hitechcity-Kondapur-Miyaour-Nizampet-Bachupally Or HITECH city-Kondapur- Miyapur-Bachupally-Nuzampet village- Nizampet X road- Miyapur-Kondapur- Hitech city to be introduced.(Ring Route)

                    Some buses can connect Jeedimetla- Bachupally- Nizampet-Kukatpally- Jeedimetla (Ring Route).
                    Mini buses from Yosufgudda- eragadda- Kukatpally-jntu-nizampet village-bachupally to be introduced.
                    Some 218, 219. 225,226, to be extended to Nizampet village and bachupally.
                    Buses do not stop at Nizampet crossing, all buses must be made to stop at Nizampet X road

                    sub: Request to make 'request stop' to 'main stop' at Banjara Hills, Rd No:12, ICICI BANK.

                    This is our request regarding bus stop at Banjara Hills, Rd No:12, ICICI BANK. All residents in this area need to walk for minimum of 15 min to reach this stop.That's ok fine.But problem is...It is request stop not main stop.So, Metro buses are not stopping here.Because of that we have to wait for too long time.

                    we are very happy if all metro, veera buses stop here.Its really very useful for many residents living in this area. Otherwise we have to walk for morethan 30mins or need to use shared auto even to reach metro stop which is at KHAMAN.

                    Please arrange bus service from JNTU to Gochibowli via Hi-techcity -kothaguda as we are going by share autos, and during night times it is more problem for us to come by share autos.We need to wait for more than half an hour for autos.

                      1. Monthly pass counter to be provided at Nizampet, Miyapur, KPHB, and all major bus stops, this generates revenues, more than 20-25percent bus travelers, ticket is not booked by city bus conductors in the peak hours as all the buses are jammed packed. The conductor stand near the driver gossiping and do not do/ cannot do booking due to crowd, short traveler do take advantage and skip paying.
                      1a. Apart from Daily pass a weekly pass system to be introduced in all APSTRC Routes and Depots.
                      2. Monthly Pass should be available at counters where online booking and advance booking is done for long distance.
                      3.In all buses during the rush hour 2 conductors can be introduced for doing booking to avoid ticket less travel in city buses

                        Hello Sir/M'Dam,

                        My name is Subinay Biswas, working with HSBC (Hitech City). I am putting this complain on on the travel agencies of APSRTC, Shivam Road, where the person named Mallesh (counter agent) is taking extra money in the name of Service.

                        I booked a ticket yesterday 07/08/2010 from Vidyanagar travel agency. Due to some reason I have to cancel my ticket. The journey was from MGBS (Hyderabad) to Jagdalpur ticket number 13945472 for two adults which is 642 rupees.

                        Today I called the agent of vidyanagar to cancel the ticket he told me to go to Shivam Road Travel Agency to cancel before 12 to have 25% charging fees.

                        I went to Shivam Road agencies at 11.45 am 08/08/10 and I was the only person in the counter to cancel the ticket. He (Mallesh) said it will charge 25% and some other service charges. Mallesh refunded me 424 rupees.

                        I asked him for a bill, he said bill is not required and I am given as per the information in the system. I said fair enough, and asked for the original ticket and calculated the 25% of my actual amount of 642 rupees, which is 160.50 rupees plus 10 rupees service charge from APSRTC that total of 170.50 he should charge and refund me 471.50 rupees.

                        When I asked for a reason, he said me to wait i will calculate and let me know then he asked me the whole amount without telling me that he is charging 50%. Once I returned entire amount to him, he took a print of the receipt and told me that you will only get 50%.

                        I was very disappointed, I never excepted the person to cheat me like this when i asked why you are doing this, he said i didn't did anything it’s the system.

                        Bottom line is this person was putting 57.50 in his pocket without giving receipt to me and when i asked for a receipt he took his time so that the time cross 12 o'clock.

                        Sir/M'dam, The person is cheating with the name of APSRTC, this is not the first complain on this counter agent before this my friend name Tijeshwar also put a complaint on this person and he came to his house and Apologized.

                        You have to take a serious action towards this counter agent by terminating him from his job. He is playing a smart game here not giving receipt and on asking for receipt doing delay in process. I have taken Snap of the Shop and the person which I am going to put on News Paper.

                        I want my remaining money back at the earliest. I am supposed to get 471.50 rupees in which he gave me 316 rupees.

                        I will not stop myself putting an effort to take action towards this fraud and cheated person.

                        I spoke to Shiva Ramakrishna from APSRTC phone number [protected], then i spoke to Shrinivasa ([protected]) who take care of all traveling agents. I also spoke to Vidyanager traveling agency ([protected]), who told me that this person Mallesh is cheating me.

                        Please take action; otherwise it will be a bad name of APSRTC.

                        The same thing is happening in chennai ( tiruvanmiyur agent).he is charging extra amount for every ticket we book(5 rs each).and for cancellation each 10rs.one day i had to book 7 tickets separately, with this thing i paid extra 35 rs.and the other thing i had to cancel 5 of them after that.total 35+50=85 i paid for no reason.and i also heard they are charging extra amount in festival season and some other busy timings.There is no other neary by APSRTC booking counter, so people have no other way to go and this travel agent is taking this as advantage.The complete address of this travel agency is

                          Respected sir,

                          Unable to book tickets in APSRTC Counters in Bangalore for Nellore.

                          Problem : All the front seats are blocked by counters and they are releasing only a day prior or the same day taking additional amount.
                          Alloting tickets randomly like booking a seat of men next to a lady passenger.
                          If there is no such restriction, then what is the purpose of asking a gender while booking the seat.

                          I am frequently encountering the problem for the past 3 months.
                          When checked with the conductor, Not getting a decent response.

                          Please do the needful.

                            Sir,
                            I have a complaint about a very rude conductor. His name is Krishna.
                            On[protected] I boarded APSRTC bus which goes from UBS X road to Secunderabad (probably route 10H) at Wipro Manikonda (7:25pm) and asked for a ticket to IIIT.
                            He gave me a Rs 8 ticket. However since I have traveled before many times on the same route in APSRTC buses and was charged Rs.6 on all the occasions, I conveyed the same to the conductor. After some discussion on this, he started using abusive language and used words like ‘bhikhari’, 'padhe likhe ho to woh chart dekho', 'nikal yahaan se'. He shouted at me & told me to stop arguing & said go complain if you want to. He himself gave me a no [protected], saying this is the number of DM of APSRTC & even he cannot do anything to me. I tried calling on this number on numerous occasions but there was no reply.
                            In general his behavior was very arrogant & rude and his attitude was like no one can do anything to me. My main issue is not that he charged 8Rs but his rude behavior & abusive language. Please take action against such conductors.
                            Please take this complaint very seriously. I hope to get a response soon.

                            dear sir today one of you bus driver parked bus in front of my shop when i asked to park open place he used volgar language by using nativity, where we are residing since 60 years in hyd as i born in nagarjunasagar, why those drivers are aversed againest on ap people, in hyd maximum num of passengers andhra are travilling if abuse like people may punish him along with the property will also get damage .if as a chief you canot control staff the final loss may be your responsibility here i enclosed bus photo pl.find the driver of that bus and take req action on him i also forwording the same to human rights commission and chief justis of ap also thanking you and anticipating your responce,

                              Dear Sir,

                              Your Conductors are not entering the CAT Card No. in Electronic ticketing. Even I have to reminding to please enter the CAT Card No., but they are irregularly responding as no need to enter, i have no time....... like this.

                              I have the ticket for proof, as the conductor entered the Zero in the field of CAT Card No. on the Ticket.

                              So please instruct strictly to your staff to enter the CAT Card No. compulsorily.

                              My view is to identify the customer when ever any accidents will occured, at that time the insurance is very helpful to deceased person's Family.

                                This is regarding the fare charged for so called Super Luxury Bus from Hyderabad to Karad, Maharashtra which is about 660/- Rs presently. The distance is about 540 km. This fare had seen steady increase from 350/- Rs in Semi-Luxury Bus 2 years ago when I started my regular travel between these 2 places. And when Super Luxury Bus with deplorable conditions was introduced 1 year ago - its fare was 450/- Rs.

                                Presently, APSRTC charges 490/- Rs for Pune service with the same type of bus, which is 570 km away. (30km more than Karad.) And private A/C Volvo operator charges 600/- for Hyderabad to Kolhapur, Maharashtra which is again approx. 580 km from Hyderabad.

                                Many students for educational institutions travel apart from many business people and families on the rural route. What can be the reason for the Karad bus situation except gross mismanagement and taking undue and unfair advantage of the situation, that too with no private operator having bus service between Hyderabad and Karad till date.

                                I would like to protest this severe form of injustice, and want the concerned officials to realize this mistake and correct the matter quickly. 2 possible options include -
                                1) correct the fare as per Pune example with the same bus.
                                2) or introduce A/c Volvo as per existing rates with APSRTC.

                                  I A STUDENT SUFFERING WITH BUS TIMINGS AND CONDITIONS COMING AND GOING FROM NIRMAL NAGAR TO ECIL.MOST OF THE PUBLIC SUFFERS WITH TIMINGS AND COMFORT I THEREBY REQUEST U THAT PLEASE RELEASE THE LOW FLOOR BUSES (A/C) OF TIMINGS LIKE 8.00 TO 8.30 IN THE MORNING AND 6.30 TO 7.00 IN THE EVENING .I SUPPOSE U WOULD UNDERSATND THE PUBLIC AS YOU ARE ONE OF THE PUBLIC MEMBER

                                  this v.bhanu chander residing in medchal village.our route is medchal-sec-bad.the problem is that busy hours of medchal buses are 7-9.30 am&in the sec-bad is 5-7.30pm this hours are busy hours of students&employees.to which the buses are full just we are unable to put a foot in the bus.we have met the concern officer, there is no response from the depo manager.so i kindly request u to take necessary action.

                                    DEAR I AM NATIVE OF WANAPARTHY(M), MAHABUBNAGAR(DIST), A.P AND I AM WORKING AS A PRIVATE EMPLOYEE AT MAHABUBNAGAR. DAILY I WILL COME BY BUS FROM WANAPARTHY TO MAHABUBNAGAR IT IS 60KM FROM MY HOME TOWN. WHILE LEAVING I WILL BE WAIT FOR BUS AT 1-TOWN POLICE STATION BUS STOP FROM LAST TWO THREE DAYS BUSES OR NOT STOPPING IN THE BUS STOP WHEN WE SHOW HAND TO STOP THEY ARE NOT STOPPING ESPECIALLY PRIVATE BUSES OF RTC DEPOT WANAPARTHY.
                                    IN THIS REGARD I AM LODGING A COMPLAINT ON APSRTC MANAGEMENT WANAPARTHY DEPOT.

                                    This is Mallikarjuna Babu I booked tickets online in APSRTC website from Bangalore to Kurnool on 07.12.2010 vide booking ref:OB541972 for Rs.827/- (2tickets full and 1 is half) Amount deducted from my credit card, but not ticket generated. Tha massage is "Seat(s) selected earlier is already booked or is released. Please Contact APSRTC to get your money back with your booking reference number." Please help me how to get my amount.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I,mr.sk.j.basha, here by complained you about apsrtc hyderabad city service. Today i has purchased 40/- day pass to travel any whare in the city limits, at 5:30am at CBS in the bus root no 1P. When i travel to ECIL at 12.30 pm i was catched root no 3HN(AP28Z 1191) metro express and i showed my day pass to conductor and asked to him for 7/- combination ticket. But he refused to issue a combination ticket for day pass. And he said this will not permitted to take a combination ticket on day pass. Then , i called to DM OF KUSHAIGUDA from my mobile, he was also said same like conductor, i shocked , because i travelled between ECIL to CBS last two years and i was purchased combination ticket no.of times. In this matter 4months ago same situation was held with me with another conductor name was CHINNA YESUDASU, that time, i complained to the DM , he said sorry to me about this mistake and said he will take action againest that conductor, who was not issued a combination ticket(5/- at that time) to me.

                                      In this connection i have to know what is the rules of issuing a combination ticket to passingers on day pass? was the DM doesnt know the rules? whether they were informed to passingers possitively? if yes, how they informed? by media? by news magazine?and which media and which magazine and which date?

                                      If no, this will highly object, they will punished hardly which persons were almost ignored their responsibilities to serve the people from their respectoble posts, shame on such personalities to our society.

                                      So, i requested you please do the needfull and justice to me. My mobile no is [protected]. And i will ready to forther formalities in court againest APSRTC hyderabad city service.
