Respected Sir,
I am DIleep, Travelled in a city bus route no:83 from Kachiguda to Lakadi ka Pool in the morning around 7AM. The conductor in the bus given a ticket for 6/-. I have given 10/- but the conductor refused to give me the change. And he used Unparliamentary language in bus. This is not only the matter of money but also the matter of my Self Respect. He is very using vulgar language. Please take action on Him.

    dear sir,
    am lenin babu fromn puttur, chittor dist, a.p. last week i had a travel form chennai to puttur. even thogh there stage at puttur to a bus, they didnt get the passeneger into bus without mercy. we requested a lot to the conductor but he refused me,even i a have a small 10 months kids in my hand , . so please take take action on the services after 7 pm. they r behaving very rudly to the passenger

      Hi,
      My name is vishal. I am here to register a complaint against APSRTC.I tried to make an online registration for a bus through APSRTC online booking but i found that the website (http://www.apsrtc.in/APSRTCOnline/) is ridiculous.It always says that Server is busy.Whats happening.Why is there so much negligence for our government to maintain their websites.I really want some explanation for this .

        i am with my friends and his family booked ticket from putapathy to chennai on 07-03-11 ticket no fq 76954 service no 6885. when we board to the bus that time we saw one tube light near to our seats broken and glass pices scatted all over even on the seats. we bought this to the knowledge of sbus staffs and bus stand staffs as well.but they donot bother to clean that and try aligate on us that " u broke that tube" .... they did not clean that but misbehaved with us in pubilc. when we asked complain book they did not given to us and not responded to us. it shows irresponsible and careless nature towords their duties. your high office kidly look into the matter and spacial care to be taken for safe and comfor journey of passengers. your sincer passenger thanks jaihind

          Sir
          I have travelled on 27/2/2011, from Hyderabad to Tirupati by APSRTC bus service no.5421 Departure time at 6.45 which was to reach Tirupathi at 7am on 28/2/2011. I was having my Darshan Ticket timing at 11am at Tirumala temple. The Bus had a breakdown at Kurnool Depot, and it took almost 1 hour to get it repaired. After 1and half hour just we crossed Nandyal Depot The Bus again brokedown and the drivers started repairing it which they know was not possible. They have not taken any initiative in sending the Passengers by another bus. They have wasted lot of time making the passengers stand on road, even after so many request to send me to Tirupathy by another bus or atleast upto Cuddapah as it was getting late. at lost they brought a mechanic to get the bus repaired. At last The bus reached the destination at 11.45 and by te time we reached Tirumala it was 12.45 and we went for Darshan at 1.30, There was Huge rush and it took 5 and half hours to come out from darshan and I missed my Return Bus to Hyderabad which was at 6pm. I reached Bus stand at 7.30pm and requested the depot manager to accomodate me in another bus as i have missed my bus and the ticket belongs to that same day just because of the morning episode. But they have bluntly rejected my request and asked me to buy one more ticket. At last I have to buy a new ticket and lost money on my first ticket just because of the irresponsibility of the RTC staff.

          Please consider my complaint against APSRTC as it has got a valid reason.

            I D.Gayathri. Today I climbed a bus baring the number AP 11Z 3057 travelled from Key High School To Secandrabad Station , conductor took money and didnt issue ticket after reminding also just nooded head.
            Ieven gave complain on the numbers [protected](DM) and [protected](Chari).Kindly do the needful on the same.

              On 12th January 2008, unfortunately I had travelled through an APSRTC Bus from Chennai to Hindupur on a reserved ticket.

              When the Conductor of the bus adviced the passengers to have tea at Bangalore Bus Stand, I too got down from the bus, leaving my luggage behind in the bus, including laptop, which was given to me by my company. I was literally behind the Driver and Conductor while taking the tea, but to drop the cup there in the dust bin, I went aside and on my return, to my surprise, there was no bus. I searched for the bus around the bus stand for half-an-hour. Finally, I came to a conclusion that the bus has left without picking me up.

              Normally, the bus driver or the conductor shall always makes sure that all the passengers got boarded back into the bus, who are alighted for tea.

              Immediately, I called my people in Hindupur and requested them to collect the luggage from the bus. Later, I had taken another bus to Hindupur, but the stupid Conductor of that bus instead of helping me or assuring safety for my luggage, insists on buying another ticket, though I was having ticket up to Hindupur.

              When my people approached the staff of the first bus, they claim that they were waiting for me for half-an-hour somewhere outside the bus stand, instead of their waiting on the same spot for one minute maximum, they were just bluffing.

              Thank God, I got my luggage including my laptop intact, at least. But, nobody knows how much tension I would have passed through over four to five hours of gap. I was much worried about the laptop, because it was official.

              See, what type of irresponsible people that we do have in APSRTC?

              Must say there is no such worst organisation in the world as worst as the great APSRTC. They must at least from Tamil Nadu RTC.
              Hi, This is Sana, I am the residing at Kishan Bagh, I have been facing bus problem on daily basis, morning as well as in the evening, its just become rural area, not like city bus route. After waiting for 1 or 1 1/2 hour one bus will come that too will full of passenger no place to climbed in, then how to get the other passenger who were waiting for that bus very long.

              Kindly look into this matter, and increase the no. of buses of 94 to Kishan Bagh.

              I regret to bring to the notice of APSRTC Management about the
              irresponsible behavior of sanat nagar bus pass division staff. I
              approached the sanat nagar buspass division staff for renewal of My
              son's student buspass. The pass is valid upto 23 - 10 - 09, ( Bearing
              no:HW 89097, ROFT - 255555, ROFT001/2/ROFT31/ROFT/0/890967 ) I
              approached them on 27th for renewal, the person who is there in the
              counter said it has to be attested by the college people, 28 being a
              holiday my son submitted the same to college on 29th and collected the
              same on 30 th and given it to me. 31st I could not able to go there
              and today ie on 1st I approached for renewal, now they are saying that
              only upto 31st they will renew after that it is not valid we have to
              get a fresh new pass by following all the systems and has to submit
              the same after 10th and will issue the new after 20th, I asked the
              counter person why you didn't informed me that day about the deadline
              date, you know very well that only 3 days are left over If you say
              about the due date I could have acted fast, but reply is not at all
              acceptable, he says he can not remember all those things and his
              behavior is also arrogant and he says I can complaint to any one
              about this issue.

              One way RTC management is trying to help the public the other way
              these kind of people are spoiling the image of RTC by misbehaving with
              the public. I request the concerned authorities to look into the
              matter take necessary action on this kind of people.

              I finish my work at SSA by 5.00 p.m.

              Then I go to Namaplly Bus stop in 5 minutes from office.

              Then I wait for the 136N until 6:20 p.m. to go to Nacharam.

              This kills my productive time every day for 1 hour 15 minutes.

              Even then the bus does not turn up for most of the days.

              The bus No.136N which need to go to Hemanagar / Cilukanagar does come with the board Nampally to Barkatpura or Nampally to Tarnaka.

              The Reason for this is the conductor does not want to go to Hemanagar or Cilukanagar. And he changes the board as Nampally to Barkatpura or Nampally to Tarnaka so that he can go to his residence early.

              This makes the passengers to get into Autos who work through out the day.

              Here the APSRTC is unfit to provide the services to the common man.

              So, it is better to close down the APSRTC and hand over it to Private agencies.

              I think this might educate the APSRTC manager if he has a normal human being.

              Otherwise it is better for the manager to stand in the bus stop with us. And let him feel the pain in waiting for the bus.

              This might be of some help to give awareness on the services provided by APSRTC

              i boarded a bus from choutuppal to hyderabad of munuguru dept. bus

              we are 6 members in the bus,
              we have to get down at our stop but the conductar and the driver has not responding to our request,
              and they used walger language and they
              stopped bus after 3km where we has to get down .
              he is not giving us SRC to write the complaints ...
              I expect a reply from the concerned authorities.

              Carrying vegetable instead of passengers in morning times which causing very inconvenice for boarding other bus in time.Eg: Morning the buses which come for Ghatkesar(281), 242, 17D these buses come with fully loaded vegetables to kushiguda market, there the bus driver stops the bus for more than 20min which is causing very inconvience to catch other bus in ECIL.Conductors are bribed by giving vegetables which is happening daily.Kindly take action on this.

              I m a Regular Traveler with A.P.S.R.T.C Bus from Bank Colony A ( Said A Bad. ) Till Nam pally in bus Number ( 105 S ). I personally feel happy to travel by this bus for my office because of the timing maintained by the driver in the morning hours i take the bus at around 9:20 am and it reaches Nam pally at around 10 : 10 am. I Appreciate the efforts made by driver to reach on time instead of Morning traffic but then i m upset with same bus route in the evening and night time the driver does not maintain the timing at all it is getting inconvenient for me to go home from Office from Nam pally to Bank Colony A ( Said A Bad. ) in 3 different buses. Kindly can anyone help me out with the timings of the same bus or the alternate bus for this route in the evening from Nam

              i am navya. i live at kankipadu. on 1 st of april evening the time was 7:40 pm i came to kankipadu in the bus numbered 103m. the driver is not giving certain respect to the passengers travelling in the bus. he is talking in an irrediculous way. so rtc should take an action on the driver otherwise it will be very siryas. the action should be very fast
              i was travelling from vijaywada to hyderabad in apsrtc express bus which had started at 08:30 at 13:30 it reached narketpally i went to bathroom with conductor permisson. when i return the bus had already left.

                I have tried to book my ticket from Hyderabad to vijayawada online through www.apsrtc.in. There was an error while processing the payment displaying message"Sorry, your transaction is not complete as reservation system can't processs your request". But the amount got deducted though the ticket was not booked.

                I tried mailing [protected]@apsrtc.in which is mentioned in the website for queries and complaints but the mail always bounced back.

                Please get me the refund of the amount deducted erroneously.

                    DEAR SIR,
                    I P KARUNAKAR having email id for apsrtc e18177 tried to book ticket through my credit card dt 18th feb 2011 for bus service no.3581 Garuda from vja to hyd dt 20th feb 2011 for seat no.5,6,7 APSRTC REF NO.OB655222 for Rs.1062/- it was deducted from my card and the ticket is not issued for the same.

                    Later i re logged again and done my ticket for the same seats with Ref no.OB655284 which again i had to pay Rs1062/-.

                    Iam writing this mail because there is no communication form your end about the reversal of the payment done for the 1st transaction which is already deducted form my card.

                    I tried to communicate the above detail to [protected]@apsrtc.gov.in and it is bouncing back, this is the status of APSRTC,
                    can anyone pl help me.

                      I was traveling from kurnool to bangalore in apsrtc so called super luxury bus.When at night i was asleep i saw many bed bugs were crawling on me.And it also went inside my luggage which i came to know after i reached my home.In addition to that i was very badly harassed by the bites of bed bugs during the whole journey and the bus was full of Endangered Species i.e. Bed Bugs.

                      These guys are not at all maintaining any cleanliness in the busses and i paid around Rs 300 to get bitten by the bed bugs.

                      When i complained to the conductor and the driver, the were proudly saying, "YES Sir our bus is full of Bed bugs and as we reach our homes we take out all our clothes and dip them into a bucket of hot boiling water, otherwise they will spread in our homes and once they come in our homes there is no way to eradicate them." Now from that idiotic bus the bed bugs has come into my house and they are everywhere in books, in beds, in furniture everywhere.Even in the internet it is given that till now there is no way to completely eradicate bed bugs.Anyone please i[censored] know then suggest me a way to eradicate bed bugs.

                      these guys i.e. apsrtc authorities are irresponsible always.I am suffering this problem of bed bugs only coz of apsrtc.

                      And moreover none of their busses are good. everytime either the seats will be faulty i.e. push back dosent work or sometimes bus engine makes more noise than that of aeroplane engine.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have reserved a ticket from Nizamabad to Bangalore on 02/02/2011. Bus was expected to come at 2:15pm in the afternoon to Nizamabad bus stand. I waited from 1:45pm to 3:15pm. Bus arrived at 3:30 and departured at 3:40. I booked ticket as i had some important work. The driver and conductor are very careless and reached bangalore only after 9:45 in the morning which has to reach by 7 in the morning. More than 20-30 times they stopped the bus whereever they want for minimum of 15-20mins. It caused very inconvience and they talked very rudely with us (passengers). I travelled in the bus and faced the problem many a times. please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. You will get a Seat reservation slip, at least after seeing this all drivers should get aware to care a little about the passengers time and their works also.

                          This feedback is just one instance out of my uncounted experience with (APSTRC Hyderabad local buses) in last 6 years.

                          APSRTC buses in city are posing threats to life for other peoples on road.

                          Today in Hitech city, Hyderabad, such a bus was just inches close to take away my life. I was at traffic signal and was waiting it to be green. Suddenly i heard a loud break sound behind me, it was the DEVIL "APSRTC BUS". It was horrible experience.

                          Thank to God i was saved.

                          When I looked back towards bus driver and he was shameless. They are not at all bothered about these things.

                          Nobody knows where to complaint about it. If APSRTC can write complaint phone number on the back of each bus, this may control these threats.

                          I am NOT hopeful of anything.

                            sir,
                            I m sushil mainwal, having daily journey between
                            lakdi -ka- Pul and Indira Nagar, Gachibowli and giving daily fare in Metro Delux -Rs.12, In Metro-Rs.11 & Ordinary -Rs.9. but today 20/1/2011, I take Metro Delux from Lakdi Ka Pul to Indira Nagar. The conductor ask me Rs. 13/- for this route. when I ask question that why u charge Rs.13/- instead of Rs. 12/- then he told me that "whose somebody can better understand they charge Rs.13/- and whose somebody cant better understand they charge Rs. 12/-".

                              I have reserved a ticket from vinukonda(Guntur Dist) to Madanapalle on 16/01/2011. Bus was expected to come at 7pm to vinukonda bus stand. I waited from 6 pm to 10.30 pm. Bus did not arrived to vinukonda apsrtc bus station. I booked ticket as i need to attend a government job interview. I missed out everything. please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. You will get a Seat reservation slip, at least after seeing this your driver should have came to bus stand.

                              We are around ten members who use services of 10H / 17H from Housing board to Hytech city from Friday we are finding difficulty as after 8.30 there is no services we came to know only today which means we have to take other alternatives although we feel these buses has enough passengers which means it wont be loss to ply these services hence we request to kindly look into the matter and stops are also cut down which we other friends are facing difficulty .

                              Once again request to kindly look into the matter is only request.

                              Reference to the above complain i also bring light to this that the stops has been cut down now that self stays in moulaali and every day use to take this service of 8.10 from ZTS today conductor was advising that the bus stop is no more in stop list and request to kindly advice as how to take the benefit of this service either self has to walk upto phase I or tarnaka hence better self will start taking car along with three more friends so that cost wise as well as walking will cut down only due to tension free moving we use to use this service if this case we wont be using any more this service.

                                Sir, I belongs to tripurantkam, prakasam district. I has been travelling mostly in Hi-tech buses of Vinukonda depot to Hyderabad along with my family. In this way , We travelled On 8th January 2011 night at 10-45 p.m , in Hitech Bus , Service No.4588, Departture time 22-45, seatings are, 11,12,15 and 16. of VINUKONDA depot bus of guntur district. In the bus , due to dead condition of main gates , we suffered with heavy cold. we didn't get sleep. up to destination we got very much irritation. we are paying so much remuneration for good facilities.
                                For this reason of poor facilities of hitech bus provide by D.M.of VINUKONDA depot ,I am demanding that, I want to get risk fine from depot manager minimum Rs.10,000/-along with total cost bearing for this case.

                                  THE COMPLAINT FORWARDED TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES IN APSRTC IS APPENDED BELOW:

                                  I HAD BOOKED ONE BUS TICKET FOR 4 PERSONS (SLEF, WIFE AND 2 KIDS OF AGE 9 & 7 YRS) ON 4.1.11 FOR JOURNEY ON 13.1.11 IN APSRTC. THE TKT NO. IS EU 14607 AND SERVICE NO. 90445, SCHEDULE DEP TIME AT BALA NAGAR(HYD) IS 9PM. THE TKT IS FROM BALANAGAR(HYD) TO RAJAHMUNDRY.

                                  2. I ALONG WITH MY FAMILY REACHED BUS STOP AT 0835 PM ON 13/1/11 AND ENQUIRED AT APSRTC ONLINE RESERVATION COUNTER. THE BOOKING CLERK TOLD ME TO WATCH FOR SERVICE NO. 90445 WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED ON FRONT GLASS OF THE BUS. WE ALL 4 MEMBERS IN SEVERE COLD WAITED FOR ANOTHER 1 HR, BUT NO BUS OF THAT NUMBER ARRIVED. AROUND 10PM WHEN I ENQUIRED, HE SAID TO WAIT FOR THE BUS NUMBER. AFTER AROUND 11PM, AGAIN I CONTACTED THE COUNTER. THAT BOY SAID THAT SERVICE NO. 90445 WAS CLUBBED WITH SOME OTHER SERVICE NO. AND THAT WAS ALREADY GONE WITHOUT HIS NOTICE.

                                  3. BASED ON THAT HE ENQUIRED AT DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS WITH NO POSITIVE REPSONSE FROM ANY AUTHORITIES. I PERSONALLY TALKED TO STN MANAGER [protected] BUT WITHOUT ANY USE. THE CLERK COULD NOT CANCEL THE TICKET ALSO. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK ANOTHER 1 HR AND I WITH MY FAMILY WERE ALONE AT COUNTER IN THE MIDNIGHT TILL 1215 HRS. FINALLY WE WENT BACK TO OUR HOME BY WALK WITH ALL THE LUGGAGE AT 1230 HRS IN THE NIGHT. YOUR BOOKING CLERK IS WITNESS TO THE ENTIRE EPISODE.

                                  4. THIS HAS CAUSED SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE TO MY FAMILY AND COULD NOT ATTEND THE FESTIVAL AT HOME TOWN RAJAHMUNDRY. IN VIEW OF THIS, I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO INITIATE ACTION ON PRIORITY AND INTIMATE TO ME. THE BOOKED TKT IS WITH ME WITHOUT ANY ACTION. RIGHT NOW WE ALL ARE FALLEN ILL BECAUSE THE ENTIRE NIGHT 4 HRS WAITED AT BALANAGAR BUS STOP IN THE SEVERE COLD. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM APSRTC.

                                    There are so many areas which needs attention of the Corporation,
                                    1. Your online booking Portal is just for pathetic, all you need to do is google the ( code: MxUXCD ) you will find the Public opinion.Why not radiant info doesnot take this responsibility.As they were paid public money.
                                    2. The bus platforms in Bus stations are nighmare especially when you are travelling with family, you will never know in which platform the bus is stationed..

                                    I request APSRTC Mangement team to gauge the situation with one cycle of testing: 1. Book your ticket online. 2. Try to take the Print of your ticket in your next Login Sesson. 3. Try to locate the bus service on the Platform 4. Request for any help with the dept. people during the process....etc..You will undrstand how public oriented our APSRTC is.

                                    Please realise atleast by now and let our money not be wasted for the services we are not awailing.

                                    Ref to the below tkt booked for my nephew Mr. Thota Srinivasa Rao. But his identity driving licence No. was not available to me at the time of booking. with a hope that the name is matching tkt was taken on line. But while journey is performed the staff refused to allow. on contacting [protected] it was in vain. kakinada depot manager refused to allow. we are forced to pay again and purchase the tkt for the same seat No. 7

                                    IRCTC does not ask the Nos. but traveller should prove himself or herself as per the name and age.
                                    Hence i request to return the tkt amount of booking through internet.

                                    we are regular travellers to Rjy from BHEL and back. If we loose this, we never travel by APSRTC. We tried to support rtc.
                                    i also advise to change this type of attitude to steal the money of passengers.

                                      advance reservation it shoes Server busy this is the problem only for APSRTC

                                      Other state also using ex:(karnataka) never had this problem .

                                      So please make it 24/7 for public to book the tickets with out any problem .

                                        I have booked a ticket(on 21st December, 2010) in APSRTC reservation counter from pulivendula to bangalore for the day 2nd January,2011. The bus service number mentioned on the ticket is 6216. Accroding to details, this would start from Proddutur. But the Bus with the service number is not at all existing. Everybody at Pulivendula bus stop were telling that the bus will come. I have waited till 12:45, but the bus didn't turn up.
                                        Being a lady, I have spent entire night at the Busstop. As I have urgent work in the office for the next day, I was eager to come to Bangalore. Because of the false data in APSRTC online, i have suffered a lot on the night os 2nd January.
                                        There is nobody to compensate the amount also.
                                        My ticket reservation number is 17177188/FA 82199.

                                        Please take care that no such situation will repeat in future to any body.
